It couldn’t happen the last time and it shouldn’t have this time, but something sinister caved its way through and out of the dark a dark creature is appearing... Nobody knew what was hidden down there or whether it was there at all, is it an illusion? Or something even worse than the daleks whatever anyone knows is that when you are at its wrath you don’t want to be at the end of it at all...

The Doctor, Amy and Rory have found themselves in more trouble than they actually hoped for especially when someone who is supposed to be dead is alive looking for the doctor and for help this time it seems from the tiny army or so it seems... What’s so dangerous about them or has anyone seen them in its form...

History: The Eleventh Doctor was the eleventh incarnation of the Time Lord known as the Doctor. He was erratic in behaviour and very alien compared to his previous incarnation, yet he retained his youthful vigour for defending the universe. Shortly after he began his travels, this incarnation of the Doctor encountered and gained his first companion, Amy Pond and later, Rory Williams.

I would like to start this off by saying how much i love you, oh great person who hath created this oh wonderous of roleplays. Secondly, i must ask...will you be accepting only characters asked for or also fan-made ones? Just wandering is all (If it's only canons though, may i respectfully request to be the master if he's not already taken?)

History: 15 years ago, seven year old Amy Pond knelt by her bedside and prayed to Santa to send someone to fix a scary crack in her wall. Her wish was granted when a man in a blue box crashed in her yard and requested an apple. He looked at the crack in her wall after a few food choices and then went back to his blue promising to be back in five minutes. But that he wasn’t, about 12 years and 4 physiatrists later, he came back into Amy’s home and defeated the alien that lived in her house for all these years. Once again he left, promising that he would be back in five minutes but that ended up two years. He came back on the night before her wedding to Rory Williams and they ran away. At one point, she kissed the Doctor which made him want to bring her fiancé aboard the TARDIS.

JUST, one question first though: What time period/planet are we starting this roleplay off in? Just wandering is all so i can think of how to fit this character of mine into the roleplay.

TARDIS: Hasn't got one at the moment
Appearance: When last seen, the Master had the appearance of a homeless man wandering the junkland wastes of London. He had dirty blond hair and black trousers and a hoodie.
History: When they were children on the planet Gallifrey, the Master and the Doctor were best friends. But when the former looked into the Untempered Schism, a gap in the fabric of reality, he was driven mad by a four-beat rhythm that kept repeating itself in his head. Soon friends became enemies, and the Master made many attempts to take over the universe, but the Doctor was always there to stop him. In his most recent attempt, he tried to convert the human and Time Lord races into versions of himself, resulting in the Time Lords escaping from the Time Lock for a brief time. The Doctor's enemy was last seen killing Rassilon, the Time Lord president, and disappearing into the Time War with them. Who knows what happened beyond there...

Also, can I just say: The Doctor's Wife was epic!!

((Here's my character idea: I can change and edit him if you wish for me to.)

Name: Caelum Stardrifter
Age: 11
Gender: Male
Occupation: Wanderer
Weapons: He is not armed with any weapons, not really possesing capabilities to fight directly, but does have two abilities worth mentioning.

The first is the ability to emit an incredibly loud scream that his race is capable of emitting as a sort of defense mechanism, known to deafen most who hear it without proper protection from it. It isn't capable of shattering glass or causing permanent damage, but will deafen and disorient those unlucky enough to hear it within close proximity for a short period of time (About one or two posts). However, the trade off to this ability is that he cannot use it again for quite some time (About four posts).

The second ability that he has is the ability to feel another persons emotions through touching them. This emotional empathy doesn't really hold a great use in combat, but it is something that Caelum has found useful at times in trying to understand people he comes into contact with. It also works if another is touching him, but if multiple people (Aka. More then one) touch him it can cause severe migraines due to so many emotions being felt simultaneously and sometimes can even render him unconscious if he becomes to overwhelmed.
Race: Angelos
TARDIS: N/A
Appearance: Caelum has slightly pale skin due to being indoors and only wandering outside during the dark. His hair is uncombed, with strands covering his forehead but has managed to keep it trimmed to above his neck with the hair itself colored a dark brown. He has yellow eyes, bearing resemblance to that of an eagles. He wears a pair of sneakers, long blue pants with a white t-shirt and a tattered dark blue coat that he was able to scavenge, although both the shirt and the coat have holes cut into the back of them to allow for his wings. The final aspect about him that bears mention, and which makes his race recognizable, are the large dark brown feathered bird wings that have grown from his back. He isn't capable of flying with them yet, due to never being taught how to, but can glide with them.
History: The Angelos were a race of beings who had the misfortune of coming to be involved in the Time-War. They were mostly a peaceful race by nature, known mostly them being able to read emotions and also for there appearance and philosophical natures. Unfortunately though, this placed them at an immediate disadvantage, for while they fought against the Daleks they were absolutely no match for them and there planet fell in less then a day.

Caelums parents were scientists who had been able to construct a one way transporter, but the catch was that they hadn't been able to get it to go to exact locations: In short, anyone who used it could literally end up anywhere in the universe. During the subjugation of their planet, Caelums parents, out of fear for there child sent him through the transporter with the promise they would find him.

By chance, Caelum ended up on Earth in the 1900's. Unfortunately, due to his appearance and the language barrier (For Caelum didn't know any earth languages, just his peoples) he was quickly attacked and shunned, causing him to take shelter in an abandoned house. Four years have passed since his arrival, and still he has remained there, only leaving at night to scavenge and spends the rest of his time doing all he can to scare away anybody who entered the house, leaving most to assume the house was haunted and thus steer clear of it. However, Caelum still clings to the hope his people will find him and he will be able to 'go home', totally unaware of his planets destruction.

Appearance: Mark is a man with a tall powerful frame, kept in top condition through hours of extensive training to stay in active duty with UNIT despite the rapidly accelerating ravages of age. He stands at six foot three inches tall, towering above most men in his service.

His broad shoulders are set wide with the bearing of a man well aware of his stature and importance. Mark wears his chestnut brown hair in an oiled sweep slicked back to over his scalp with the tight precision that Whitmore-Griffin is known for.

Mark’s face is still youthful but signs of wear are starting to creep through to the surface, blemishing his rugged looks, crows feet beginning to form around the eyes, odd grey flecks starting to show through into his hair and stubble as well as spiderleg veins appearing in his hazel brown eyes.

The Brigadier wears standard Unit officer garb with his numerous medals for valor and achievement in service pinned onto his lapel. Mark wears patent black leather gloves over his hands at all times and keeps his gun in plain view holstered at his side. Mark’s loping gait is punctuated by a slight clack of the soles to his black leather dress shoes, polished to a glorious shine.

History: Mark was born the son of a wealthy business man in the capital of London, Mark was immediately his father’s pride and joy and the vessel for the aging businessman t live out his unfulfilled ambitions. Mark was rushed through a number of the most prestigious boarding schools in the country, leaving when he became disaffected and board at the lack of challenge at each establishment.

He was announced a child prodigy from an early age and was admitted to the University of Oxford at only the age of fifteen where he studied Law and Historical studies while using his already powerful build to participate in most of the sporting teams graduating at the age 20 with full honors.

Mark lived the life of the privileged both naturally and financially, following in his father’s footsteps until a falling out over his life direction prompted him to leave the field of business and take up a role with the Unified Intelligence Taskforce, better known as UNIT.

Over the course of his service Mark served with distinction, facing down various alien threats deemed to high risk for to involve Torchwood. He quelled a Weevil uprising, tracked down and neutralized a rogue Jadoon stranded on Earth with nothing better to do than make an attempt on the life of the Prime Minister.

Mark rose through the ranks quickly and was eventually promoted to captain under the previous Brigadier who was lost somewhere in the year that never was, assumed missing to all but the Jones Family and the Doctor.

Mark was promoted as the replacement of the missing Brigadier and quickly went about re-molding UNIT in his image, implementing a cautious if not xenophobic nature towards aliens and implementing a capture first interrogate later philosophy towards all non terrestrial life forms.

Mark is deeply unsettled by the influence of the timelord known as the Doctor on the shape and direction of his force and will grant him none of the previous leeway granted by the UNIT commanders in the past.

I was thinking that the Master had been dragged back into the Time War with Gallifrey and the other Time Lords, and was stuck there. I'm toying with the idea that during the war, he secretly used the same sort of technology that was used to bring the Time Lords back in order to send a distress signal to the Doctor. And my idea just got better with infernai's character. Maybe the Time Lords knew that Caelum had escaped his planet's destruction and the Master heard this, so planned to use the Doctor to get him to Caelum and convince him to join him.

Just a few ideas, I don't mind if you don't like them. Just want to make some sort of contribution. :P

Just wanted to let you guys know how much I'm enjoying "It couldn't be safer" - The latest season has just finished in Australia, and one can get seriously starved of the Dr, Amy and Rory. The RP is brilliant, stays well in canon character and is well written, what more could one ask? Except maybe an old-style Dalek (can't get used to the rainbow ones)...

one has to wonder what sort of guy would enjoy traveling through space and time with his in-laws, though!
