Heya everyone, DB here! I randomly stumbled onto the thread posted up on the first post here and I can tell you I was instantly smitten with the idea.

I've never done this before so I might have to get used to the process first. I'm going to try and post a video up in biweekly installments, like it says up there. I hope you have as much fun watching as I hope to have posting. See ya!

Bonjour, ladies and gentlemen! Alice reporting~ -starlite- At first, I was just thinking of doing a personal, "stuff that's on my mind" kind of diary-vlog, but it gathered so much attention that it turned into this big, awesome, fun event. Which is awesome.

Like DB mentioned above, I've never done this either, so this is kind of exciting and... "new" to me. But I like cameras and talking about myself, so I'm lovin' this so far. ;D I don't think there's any need for me to describe myself, as you'll hopefully get to know me in my vids!

Most of you know me. I'm the really inconspicuous one with the camouflage (or is it mint) green name. XD

Anyway, I'm not THAT nervous talking in front of a camera. I've acted on stage while being recorded, participated in my friend's video diary, and I've done a little bit of Let's Play tapes to try it out (all of which will NEVER see the light of day mind you XD). I've never done a vlog though, so this should be fun.

But yeah, I sound really bad.. I was gonna redo it, see if I can do better, or fix the sound. Got too lazy, though, so here it is. :/

Actually a slight update on my situation. At first it looked like I would have to ditch it 100% but now I wont have to. If we are still on the first topic I could do it now, unless we don't have enough time left on it.

Okay long story short on the situation that was. My computer had to be fixed twice and all files backed up which meant I couldn't find the recording stuff for the webcam. The disc had been found so I got the software back on but since the disk was scratched badly (not my fault, I'm insane when it comes to caring for my disks) it looked like I was doomed at that point but it did work after one slight problem. Then I still couldn't find the stuff I needed to find but I found it just now so I decided to give that small update and tell you I am in business right as of....a couple of days ago I guess so yeah. And yay for not having to deal with tech support now! I was dreading that....

I found myself thinking, "OMG, he sounds like John Lennon."

Believe it or not, it made me listen to The Beatles music, and watch old interviews from The Beatles just to test my theory out. And I have to say, I am pleased with the theory that KKOD indeed sounds like John Lennon. ^^ I assume that's an amazing compliment? :lol:
