As some of you may know the 2012 Olympics will be starting on July 27th, running for quite afew days. Something like a week or two. Anyway, which events are you favorite? Do you have a favorite olympian?

Personally, my favorite events are Rythmic Gymnatics, Artistic Gymnastics and Trampoline. (Yes, that's an event.) My favorite athlete was Shawn Johnson, even though she won't be competing this year...but, those are my favorites.

I'm not entirely sure if this counts, but I'm really looking forward to the opening ceremony, mostly because I know everyone will be comparing it to Beijing's opening ceremony (and no offence meant to the British but there is really no way they will be able to compete with that, at least in my opinion - but that's mostly because not many can).

Swimming, major sports, diving, and gymnastics. I also enjoy the opener. I thinks the Brits can and will do it.. or at least I'm hoping! :3

I love watching the running, all of it, and the swimming! The opening and closings are getting better each year, it's just an awesome time to be a sports enthusiast!

In terms of the summer sport, I'm definitely into swimming and gymnastics.

Butttt, if it's one thing I'll say. American produce some really, really sexy and amazing swimmers.

I also think that Britain can pull off an amazing Opening ceremony.

I'll always have a soft spot for Olympic Archery. The most underloved sport.

WOAH Uzbekistan is on the medalists' list?!? It's bronze, but hell, I didn't expect us to win much, honestly. XD

I watched the swimming today, and Ryan Lochte is really amazing.

Team Russia, Uzbekistan, and USA!

The London 2012 Games were centred around the Olympic Park in east London, which is the site of a number of new sports venues. Up to 180,000 spectators a day entered the Park to enjoy the Games, making it the principal focus of Olympic activity.
