Many people forget the Time Jumpers and Torchwood both started off small and weak, yet in the space of two hundred years they both became a powerful temporal organisation with similar goals. The question on everyone's lips was who would fall first?

No one suspected Grey Short's brother, and that he had assembled an armada of Temporal ships and was on course the Time Jumper Colony on Aurha. No one could have forsaw the brutal ruthlessness James or as he likes to be called Time Stealer showed as he torched the planet, The planet fell in three days. The Time Jumpers fought bravely but they were cast aside with ease. Even with the might of many Time Jumpers from the past. It was beginning of how it would all end. For all of us. Warren Young a Time Jumper had time jumped on board a Black Corps Vessel Starlight Justice as it warped prior to the Aurha obliteration. On board the ship was James who in return for his life gave him a mission. That was when the Time Vortex opened, and attempted to pull in Starlight Justice, and unfortunately for Warren it pulled him in as he time jumped and spat him out in 1920. That was when he met Connor, and Emily. As years passed Warren assisted Connor in stopping James, it was however during this time Emily donned her father's name after thinking she had killed him. As much as she wanted to be him, she couldn't. Her feelings towards Warren meant she could never become that.

It was all one big trap, the Syndrix betrayl, the freeing of the Hivemind, all part of Time Stealer's great plan. He launched his fleet into year 1940 when the Time Jumpers were Grey Watch and secretly Torchwood who also had a small military base on Earth were planning the first ever launch of Torchwood One. Of course Jame's attack changed everything. It was Aurha all other again. The world was still locked in the Second World War, Russia, Britain, France, USA, Germany, and Japan. It took this one massive attack too unite them. But it was already too late, and by the time Grey Watch were mobilized most of the planet had surrendered. That left them and Torchwood. Humanities only hope.

Setting: 1940's london, minutes after James attack.
The Time Lab is home to Grey Watch and split into four sections
Temporal - Grey Short
Weapons and Tech - Available
Stealth - Available
Alien - Available
Paranormal - Available

The main section is the Syndrix which after entering is the first place you would end up, from then on in the lab's corriors separatesoff into each organisation. How each section looks is unique to that organisation. They all however report to Grey of temporal intel.

The setting for London is that its been badly damaged during attack, there's debris on every corner and Black Corps infrantry have been deployed to inforce their authority.


I might add more Time Jumper information but to enlighten you on Torchwood, i think its best if sool does it.

Torchwood: A organization originally established to research and defend from any alien (extraterrestrial) threats in the mid 21st century evolved into a time organization. With this change came a different style of management seeing this as a viable threat to national security the government reinstated Torchwood as a military organization. Eventually rising up the ranks of respected military branches Torchwood received better and better funding until becoming the most funded military endeavours to the amount of personnel (which at this time was about 800 people to 1.3 billion dollars a year). Where we start off in this roleplay Torchwood is still in its beginning stages, right before it becomes a major player in time organizations.

Torchwood weapons: Basically anything using the bullets we have now (2010), you may modify the bullets (say they have some kind of explosive tip or something of that sort) and use any gun that exists or that you make up. Keep it reasonable, i.e dont make a machine gun that shoots 1000 rounds a minute and can blow up a city.

Also: Torchwood is a Military Special Operations Division, Include a Rank with your CS or specify why your Character won't have a rank.

History: Connor Knight had signed up to be in the special forces, not just that but an elite of the elite. He got what he wanted, but not what he had in mind. Connor joined Torchwood thinking he was going to be a Tier One operator under SOCOM (Special Operations Command), however Torchwood seemed to fit him even better. Becoming a commisioned officer for them at the age of 20 Connor quickly ranked up. As the years passes ,he met up with the Hider (Warren Young) and Em , going on numerous missions with them as a the representative of Torchwood Connor eventually reached the highest on the Torchwood Command staff, he became General Connor Knight a respected officer and the leader of Torchwood. This is where he was when the temporal incursion took place, which sent him back 23 years, taking away memories and expeiriences, leaving him on his day of his first promotion with little to no memory of his life of 23 - 46.

History: Emily is the daughter of James Short aka Time stealer. Before the time incursion she had been living in the 1920's where her dad had placed her for safety reasons. This is where she met Connor and Warren. After the incursion however she was taken back to 1940 before her father had placed her in the 1920's. This time however he had her join the Black Corps and she has become one of the most notable spy/ mercenaries of the Corps. She has no memories of the alternate future that occurred before the incursion, but unknowingly still has faint memories of Warren and Connor.

History: In 1920 Grey Short and James Short were taken by the government to be part of telekinetic project. The result however, was unexpected both had gained basic temporal abilities. Grey had been forced into forming Grey Watch as a means of recruiting those of similar potentienal. His memories of the past are all but dead. But now with his brother in command of Earth, he is rallying one last drive to reclaim the planet. He knows many want his brother dead. He just hopes he gets to James first. Using the Syndrix Grey pulled future jumpers who in a previous timeline had been part of his organisation to help the fight. But it would mean retraining them.

Description: tall and thin, with bleach blonde hair. He wears a grey short sleeved shirt, and a long black coat and black trousers. He also has tinted glasses which hide his reddish eyes.

Weapons: T-Katana (retracts into hilt), T-Star (Shuriken also retractable and has eight sharp curved sides), T-47 laser rifle, Cloaking device
History: He was taken for early testing into temporal gifts by the government. Confined to his cells and tested numerously, he slowly grew paranoid, alone and crazy. When his powers peaked he caused temporal ripple that tore apart the facility. The night he left he left no one alive. The project was soon abandoned only to be restarted in year 1990. His one goal was to find others like him and hopefully gather together an army strong enough to take earth. He has since made a small facility on an asteroid belt called Omega Facility in the year 2567. Designed to pulled people out of time by using a Temporal generator. He either extracts there memories or recruits all with the help of Doctor Fredrik.

The perfect distraction to weaken two powerful enemies. Reduce them to nothing. It had been his plan from the start, and Em's own inclusion with Hider and Connor helped him more. He is now in control of Earth and is daughter now fights for him. All in all. Everything went to plan or did it....

Description: tall, with white cufflinked shirt, black waistcoat, and trousers with long red coat. He also has hidden blades on both arms and to make fire out to assassinate someone he has a hidden string attached to a ring on both fingers. There are also hidden blades inside his shoes
Occupation: Time Jumper, Head of Stealth
Weapons: TTar-23, Samurai sword, Dragon Eagles, Cloaking device, Hidden Blades.
History: Notably Warren was an assassin working for X I, an assassination corporation specializing in corruption and chaos. His father had also worked there for a time. Both went undername Hider. Warren was a good as his father, and became known for being deceptive. It became difficult to tell when he was friendly or cold hearted. During a Phage outbreak in a subway he helped a women contain the threat and destroy the Hivemind. Later, he was offered a chance to become a Time Jumper, and accepted, it was a true chance to test out his skills.

But Xi never forgived, and never forget. They had an assassin T'Gul hunt down Warren. He was believed to be programed by XI, as an early test into mind control.

Warren first met Time Stealer in 2115 District 6, Earth. This was how the Black Corps was estabilished. After Black Corps was defeated, Dark Wolf had fired a missile into the building where Young and James were fighting. James grabbed the missile, and Warren prior to his jump shot missile. Believing it would kill Time Stealer. However, James slowed time long enough to escape. The Jumper the women Warren had helped recieved a transmission in the year 2010 from Aurha requesting assistance.

Thats how it ended. Thats Black Corps won.

Warren, Josie, and Joseph, arrived at Aurha hours before its immenient destruction. Each commanded a ship in case the worse happen.

The Solitude Citadel fell first. 500,000 time jumpers dead.
Then Solace
Then Quantum
That left Eternity Citadel.

The last hope now was a counter strike. Dark Wolf led it with two ships, not his one. Over the bloodied skies his fell. He died.
Defeated. Lost. Josie and Warren pushed back to the citadel. The final came and she died. The killer vanished. Adam detonated the planet.

Warren was never the same after that. He went rogue. but eventually he got caught and Warren Young was brought to courts with charges of... genocide. The judge however recgonised his skills in combat as a means of redemtion assigned him to work on planet Onyx. He never wanted to be a soldier, but it was better than dying.

Of course the inital incursion (time vortex) through him into the blackness of 1920 as the Black Corps vessel he landed on was pulled in. prior though James himself had sent him on a personal mission with a old fashioned watch and key. Until now he never realised its significanse.

Description: Virgil is a tall, broad-shouldered man, standing at roughly one meter seventy-seven. A thick mass of greying black hair covers his head, being cut a bit shorter at the sides. He has chestnut brown eyes, which heralds a lost almost misplaced gaze as a constant. He is often seen wearing a leather American style A-2 jacket, although he is, in actual fact, very British. Although he is never seen really out of the jacket, he can dress smartly, and it suits him rather well.

Weapons: Huon laser pistol (Doesn't work too often due to being made from an ancient form of energy), Webley Revolver (though he doesn't like to use it)

History: On his sixteenth birthday, Virgil had been sat at the local bus stop. Being a London boy, he was used to the red double-decker buses being late. He was an average sixteen year old, just came out of school and waiting to go into sixth form. His eyes set on the stars, he was a dreamer without a dream. He hadn't a clue what he wanted to do in the future, he lacked prospects. But it was that moment sat waiting for the bus, that changed his life all together.

Four minutes late, the number twenty-two to Putney Common, pulled up in front of him. it was cold and dark, so he didn't bother looking up as he stepped onto the back and placed the money in the route master's hand. It was a night bus, so he just sat down, unaware that the bus was actually a time machine. A TARDIS to be exact. When he did realize what was going on (after thinking he'd been drugged), he realized he was being kidnapped by an alien. Or rather, a Time Lady, who went by the name Iris Wildthyme.

Together he traveled with her, knowing she was the only chance he could get back home. Eventually he grew to love the life they lead, Iris constantly toyed with him in almost every sense of the word. Eventually the Time War came (not that he knew) and she dumped him in Nineteen Eighteen. He has no idea why, but she left him with technology to maintain his health until she came back. However, she never did, due to the death of the Time Lords. However as time grew on, and the technology increased, he came under the eye of Torchwood. Of course, he managed to join with them, and had been with them up until the temporal incursion. It was then he met with the future Torchwood, and joined them...

Other: The huon laser pistol was built by Iris Wildthyme, and it needs a recharge of about three or so days, if it runs out of energy. It has seven rounds, and looks quite like a revolver. The bullets are in the shape of batteries, each taking the same time to recharge. It is also old and unreliable, prone to misfiring, bad accuracy and power fluxuations.

Just one thing you might want to add, the (Future) Torchwood is a Military spec. ops division, so you could add a rank. Another option you might choose is a Military consultant, or an agent with no rank.

sorry for the double post, but always wondered would the time lords if they had survived the time war been openly opposed against black corps, torchwood, or the Time Jumpers, remember the incursion could have cause the time lock to break as the whole of the universe is now fragmented. Warning though a time jump into the vortex may not end will, its not safe, linking fragments though temporaily makes a jump safe.. The nightmare child, gallfrey... they could now exist and the daleks. It would fit nciely into my plot for the second part involving the first kind- the Phage, products of E-765.

Interesting. I like it. Could make a good plot twist. Exellent actually. Could open the possibility for tests to make a complete and working half-timelord half-human. IRS never worked before, but they could be a good weapon for the black corps. They would most likely capture the lords and test them with corps members. With that the corps would have a huge advantage over both the lords and the timejumpers.

Interesting, i'll consider but my main idea was that the Phage (E-Humans/Aliens) existed on the other side of the fragments on the first planet and are now starting to bleed through, in fact i had a brainwave that the first place to witness these monsters was gallifrey.... E-Spores flying through cracks, slamming into the dalek vessels.... slamming into surface. For the first time in history the cult of scaro would unite with Time Lords possibly

Phage- a list of forms infected by Phage- The Phage are like zombies, and their victims/infected look very different and can somtimes barely recgonizable. Warning certain Phage carry guns.
