Question, I guess for everyone but mostly for the ones who draw.

Do you guys ever get frustrated with your own works?
Or feel like you should be better/faster/ more technical than you are now?(Sounds like an advert for something doesn't it? )

I just finished a drawing and I found myself stuck a couple times where I really dont want to be. I also had trouble with my shading, which I have tried hard to work on improving long before. Do you guys get frustrated at where you are? What do you do to get out of it?

PS. I"M DRAWING AGAIN!

A lot, usually in the sketching process lol. I'm a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to anatomy, so I tend to go over and over again on a part that looks off for me. Sometimes I scrap the initial sketch to go with a new one, or let the drawing sit for a couple of days before going back at it again. Usually ends up with me seeing what the hell was wrong and searching high and low for the remedy. I also feel like I should be adept at colouring now, if not for having been extremely about it in the past. ALL OF THE FRUSTRATIONS /shouldn't have procrastinated

I practiced landscape speed-painting. I think it's something I might continue working on.
It'd be damn nice to be able to give my drawings decent backgrounds after all.

So. About that 'practice art.'
Ever have one of those days where you really want to draw, but have no clue what to draw?
Well. When that happens, I browse through my huegnormous file of five years worth of artwork for inspiration. End result? Yes, I found some inspiration. But what I'm sharing is what I found when I inspected a five-year-old untitled .psd file out of curiosity.

G on a penny-farthing bicycle. No, I haven't the slightest why I drew this. No, I don't even remember working on it. But it did make me laugh. Thought I'd share. Newer stuff should be around shortly, time willing.

And Auki, that is gorgeous; in particular, I love that wispy, almost feathery feel to the entire piece. Very lifting stuff.
