Starfire glided over the city that shone in the late-afternoon sun on one of her usual patrols. There had been little major crime in the past several months, and even the petty crime like muggings and shop lifting was at a low that particular week. "Peculiar," She wondered aloud as she scanned the alleyways and streets. "The safety of this city seems to no longer need our help..." With that thought out, she hesitantly turned toward the all-seeing tower.

Her boot clad feet touched down lightly on the metal roof of the Titan Tower. She gazed out over the bay with a sigh, clasping her hands behind her back. She never stopped loving being a Titan, yet somehow she felt... unneeded. The city was safe. It had been for what had seemed like a galaxian mili-year. She stood a moment longer, until she smiled to herself and turned to the hatch that would take her inside the tower to her friends. If only she knew that it would be the last time she saw them...

Not to worry though: I've found your profile just now, and you're accepted. My only problem now is that I'm not sure whether he counts as a Villain or as a Neutral, because he may be a small-time crook but he doesn't seem to be strongly against the good guys either.

Weaknesses: blackouts/places with no electricity and bodies of water waist depth or greater (water deep enough to completely submerge Cole will kill him)

Personality: Cole is a college drop out who became a simple bike courier. After the cataclysmic blast that changed his life forever and the destruction of Empire City, Cole has become a little coarse with a dry sense of cruel humor that can border on sadistic when sweeping the streets for crime. He finds the way criminals cattle-leg after the shock ironic. Still, despite his strange humor, Cole is rather good natured at heart, though sometimes he tires of it. He might not have the technical genius of Batman or Robin, but he has a street-smart genius, which allows him to pick apart situations and logically deduct the outcomes of the decisions he makes. Selfless, secretive, and sarcastic, for the most part, being new enough to Jump City that the police and other heroes don't really know what to do with him yet.
Short Bio: Cole dropped out of college for seemingly no other reason than to give his parents grief. They had controlled him for the vast majority of his life and he wanted to go out and live his life. To pay the bills and put food on the table, Cole became a bike courier in his home town of Empire City. One day on a routine delivery through the Historical District of Empire City, the package Cole was transporting exploded, wiping out half of the district and killing thousands of people. Cole awoke in the center of the blast zone, his life changed forever by the blast, which was caused by the Ray Sphere, he later learned.

Weeks later, all of Empire City was destroyed

That is logically what would be in the papers. More will be revealed throughout the story as Cole starts to trust the others.

Other Notes: the incredible amounts of energy going through Cole's body also gives him increased strength, superhuman durability and stamina, and an accelerated healing factor
