Default What is your favorite genre to read?

Lately I have been think the EF needs to have some book and movie clubs but before I can even consider this I need to know what people like to read! So what you are you into? Personally I like anything romantic. I mean who doesn't like a good romance novel? Anyway the point of this thread is for me to find out what you like to "indulge you brain in" as quoted by my crazy ex English Teacher. Tell me some of your favorites and who knows maybe when you start up this Book Club people will get to re-read their favorites while the rest of us begin to try it out for the first time. :3

I wish I could choose more than one.

I'll go for Mythology because it usually get me all hot and stuff.

I consider Mythology as some kind of Fantasy genre mixed with heroes, advantures, quests, Historical Fiction... and more

So yeah I think I'll pick this.

    EDIT:

I feel dumb because I found out I can pick more than one....

    So I'm picking more

I usually read a fair amount of fantasy and horror with a bit of sci-fi squeezed in there. Mostly stuff by Chuck Paluhniuk, J.R.R Tolkien, and Clive Barker.

I think this idea is awesome, we did something similar at the comic book store I work at with Watchmen and a few other more intellectual comics, it's fun because everyone brings something different to the table. I'd read Watchmen several times before, but there were so many things I didn't notice that other people pointed out.

I would totally join in a book club. Fantasy/mythology is my preferred, as well as anything where the government is after you. Think Brave New World, Fahrenheit 451, ect. I don't know why, but I love books like that.

    Hang with the Deadly Sins!
