Full name: The Olden One.
Age: Very Old.
Oddity: His eyes glow a bright blue normally, and when he is manipulating Mana they begin to glow a deep crimson red. He has the knowledge to manipulate and control Mana and he uses his knowledge to teach in the Academy located in Managlow.
Personality: He seems quite happy and eager to start teaching his new group of students. He gives them words of encouragement and seems to be an all-around nice guy.
Bio: He was born many years ago, not much is known about him other than he is called The Olden One. He has the power to manipulate Mana and to control it. Other information lies shrouded in tales of the past.

We will be starting the rp out in the Managlow Academy. It begins in the people's first days of being there. They have minor mutations and oddities but no true power yet, and all have very little to no knowledge of Mana.

We can take the first few posts introducing the characters and getting our feel for them before embarking on the story. [:

INSIDE THE ACADEMY:

The Black Path - It is made up entirely of obsidian stone and leads to the grand black doors to the Managlow Academy.


Entrance - The pair of large black wooden doors to the academy.


The Great Study - The Great Study is the central area of the Academy. Books in the hundreds on the shelves and full of desks and other such areas. The teaching is done here as well.


Ring of Elements - The Ring of Elements is a completely circular room where students are allowed to practice their manipulation of Mana. The very floor is enchanted with the elements of Earth, Wind, Fire and Air which boost connection with Mana and the strength of the manipulator's power.


Girl's Hall - The girl's baths, lounge, and rooms are located here.


Hall of Mana - A great hall dedicated to the preservation of historic texts and other such articles of power or related to Mana or the Olden Days. Statues, pottery, texts, books, and many otherworldly items are on view in here.


Boy's Hall - The boy's baths, rooms, and lounge are located here.


Indoor Entrance to Mt.Managlow - This entrance leads into the depths of Mt. Managlow and to the source of the new found Mana.

Full name: Alicia Candor

Age: 19

Oddity: Alicia has the ability to control small animals like rabbits and raccoons and such.

Personality: Alicia isn’t afraid to speak her mind and likes to talk. Her humor is mostly composed of just being plain old sarcastic. However, she is also a bit bitter because she comes from the countryside. This, combined with her sarcastic humor leads to her being unapproachable at times. But she is kind at most times and will occasionally help people out.

Bio: Alicia lived in the country side where the legends about Mana had totally faded or were unknown to most living there. Whenever she called a bird or squirrel her family and friends always thought of it as normal. Her family picked up and moved to Whetstone in an attempt to make more money. One day, a roaming traveler saw her power and reported it to the Mangaglow Academy. They tested her to see if her power was true and she was accepted

She could be from Whetstone, where the majority of the people traveling through are merchants, thieves, and pirates or Whistlerton just past the Marshlands where a high concentration of humans with Oddities are from. Those couple places have generally disregarded the legends of old and mostly care for coin.

As for the school of Mana, it is called the Managlow Academy.
