The only reading I'm doing right now is reading Lord of the Flies by William Golding, and it's for English class. xD And I'm only on chapter nine. Mother truckers killed Simon.

Reading a few trilogies from the Dragonlance universe. Namely the War of The Lance, The War of Souls and the Minotaur Wars.

I have the new Sookie Stackhouse book, waiting, but I think I'm going to re-read the whole series! I love when you have a series, of 5 or more books and can just chug through them all at once!

    Dead till Dark
    Living Dead in Dallas
    Club Dead
    Dead to the World
    Dead as a Doornail
    Definitely Dead
    All Together Dead
    From Dead to Worse
    Dead and Gone
    A Touch of Dead

I've decided to give Arundhati Roy's "The God of Small Things" another go.

I first tired to read it a few months ago and I honestly just... really loved it. It's a beautiful book and her writing style is just so smooth and honest and gritty (she has this very original way of describing things), but then this sudden child abuse scene sprang out of nowhere and left me really disturbed--I just couldn't read it anymore. HOWEVER, I've decided that I'm going to give it another go.

It's about this kid. Daniel, who's dad one day brings him to the Cemetery of Forgotten Books where he gets to pick one book to 'adopt', so that it will never be forgotten again. He picks The Shadow of the Wind written by a fairly unknown author named Julián Carax. Daniel can't tell anyone about this secret place and he has to protect the book for life. As he starts to read the book, he's intrigued by it's author and he wants to know more about him and find more books written by him, but that turns out to be rather difficult. And as he tries to find out more about this mysterious Julián Carax, he discovers that a lot of people he meet in his life resemble the characters from The Shadow of the Wind...

    So, what're you reading?
Fuck, double post. Ah, well, I'll risk this.

Anyway, I seriously want to read that book--I have for a while, actually. I've skimmed through it a few times (haha, I know, I shouldn't be doing that). But you know, REALLY want to--basically, like, NEED--to read that book.
