We R The Runaways (IC)
Jones
"Come on in guys," I say quietly. If things got too loud, with all of the teens, people would think something was up. As teens came in, I instructed that they go upstairs, where there were rooms. "There are rooms up there. Please, if you can, try to share a room with as many people as you can handle. Or just the people you know. We don't have much room here...if things fill, there'll be no place to go." I warned. I hoped that money'd be okay...paying for the place itself...and the food, and heat, and water...I couldn't let them down. Not like my parents did.

I go inside, in a huddle with all of the other people. I only brought the things I had...two extra outfits and a teddy bear I had when I was little. I get up the stairs, and find a room, in which nobody was in. I knew people would have to join me...hopefully once I got to know them. But, sometimes, it just wouldn't matter. You'd just have to do it. Just like when I ran away.

The two brother's had made there way into the building with only a bag of clothes on their back they walked up the stairs. Everyone began entering rooms and some people even began socializing as they looked for a room. Jayden found an empty room at the end of the hall and dragged Kayden in right behind him.
"Should we go meet the others?" Kayden asks dropping his bag onto his bag.
"You can if you want I'll start unpacking out things." Jayden says searching through his bag. Jayden was the type to hope that he wouldn't have to share the room though he knew it was most likely someone would be joining him in the room along with his brother.

Mysty tightened her grip on her backpack. She really wasn't so sure about this place, but this would be her last chance. After this, she'd have to go to the cops. Many people flowed into the building, and most of these people were taller than her. Insecurity tugged her emotions with every glance directed towards her. She quickly made her way into a room towards the back of the hall. Nobody was in there just yet, so she quickly claimed the bed by the back wall. This would be her home for now.

I keep reminding the people to share a room, and I was happy with what I was doing. Helping people out. Keeping them away from the dangerous streets that could hurt them, and would had this place not been here. I went into my mini fridge and took out a tray of sodas. "I got sodas! If you'd like one, I have Coke, Sprite, Mountain Dew, and Fanta Orange and Grape! One per person, please!" I didn't want to sound like a bully, though.

So far, nobody was inside. Good. Not good enough. I wanted somebody to talk to...I was just worried that it'd be the wrong person. I slowly walked down the stairs.

"Go ahead Jay, you can go get a soda." Kayden sighs as Jayden smiled happily and runs out of the room. Jayden walked over to the stairs and began to walk back down.
"Thank you for having us, and for the soda." Jayden says to Jones as he grabs a coke for himself.
Kayden was sorting threw his and Jayden's stuff carefully trying to determine which items were whose.

I grin. "It's the least I can do...I know how it feels." I open up a fanta and gulp it down.

Mysty stuffed her stuff under her bed and practically rushed out of the room to receive a soda. She glanced up to some of the guys that passed by, noting their faces. When she reached the front of the line, she asked for an orange Fanta. "Thank you," she really meant for housing her in her troubles as well as the soda. However, she really didn't want to say much else with others watching.
-
"Who shall I talk to first?" Jayden asks himself looking around the room. The house was fairly nice filled with teenagers of all ages though Jayden was fairly social he was also rather quiet when he didn't have his brother by his side. Having Kayden with him usually gave him new found courage that he often didn't have.
-
Mysty pushed past several people, and made sure that she pushed others with extra strength. They would not pick on her here. A smile pierced her lips as she sipped her orange soda. She watched several people, and finally decided to hold her gaze on a guy with light brown hair, spiked up with swishing hair. She'd eventually get to meet him, but found that she had better things to do, such as unpack.
-
Jayden began to look around the house trying to find out where everything was then later he'd tell Kayden where everything was later. Meanwhile upstairs his brother was hiding some of his things in order to annoy Jayden later. Kayden finally finished and headed for the stairs to go get himself a soda before they were all gone.
