Temples; Life, and Death.
This is an rp literally.. based on stuff I've been doing in minecraft... so don't laugh.

PLOT
Beyond this world, in the land of Tralin. Rests a Temple. Nature spirits, called Hikia. Translated to your tongue Dryads. Tend to this temple, while their brothers the Kikia, protect its walls.
On the other side of the Tralin. A deep labyrinth is where the shadowy half demons built their own temple of pure darkness. Calling forth lesser demons from its pits to unleash upon the world.
A silent war broke the moment one of the wandering Hikia had found the half demon cultists. Soon champions of both sides began to arise. And over the course of several decades Shrines, and villages tribute's to one of the two Temples.
The kingdom, not out of intention.. but willingness, crumbled. As they began to split between the two factions, more and more of its people, even their kings, bowed before the high priestess of Life. Or the Shadow-tongue of death.
After the sixth decade, and seventh generation of champions. The half demons grew still, and unresponsive. Not a claw, nor wing from them was to be seen and so. Their shrines and villagers were taken down. The people in them redeemed.
It has been a full century since this stillness. Their main temple has not been found. And the blood rituals they practiced had all but abolished. Now, however. Kikia patrols have found that the old shrines have been being used. Disappearances in the night, demons popping up in the most random of places.
It wasn't until a Demon by the name of Sha'meli came with a small band of half demons into the capitol city. Cutting down a quarter of the guards that had came to stop them and raised his claw.
"Today, marks the rise of our master. The Temple of Death, and its occupants have allied with the last Deep Demon of Slaughter and his minions! Join us, and take your place in the new world... or be butchered like common pigs."
With the end of the speech he had vanished in a cloud of black smoke. Those who inhaled it had been isolated and not heard from again. The High Priestess in her temple orders the bells to sound. A call to new champions, embedded with the spirits of nature; Fire, Water, animalism, and Spiritualism.
What comes, will now come. And the sounds of blades will once again clash as life and death begin their dance once again.

Ehh, not bad for someone who had to do some quick thinking in my eyes. Can't say it actually is decent but its your call.

Race: Humans, Elves, Hikia, Kikia, and only three half demons....Anti, or not anti hero. No evil here. (Hikia and Kikia are different races per sense.)
Gender: (Unless you put down Hikia and or Kikia, they're monogendered. Hikia is female Kikia is male.)
Spirit: Fire, Water, Animalism, or Spiritualism.
Fire grants you either control of fire, or the ablity to summon fire. Never both, the latter is a straight line of up to six feet depending on how much force.
Water gives you either healing abilities, or poison abilities. Never both.
Animalism allows heightened senses, and beastly traits. Wings, claws, ears, or even a tail. Only one sense can be heightened and one beastly trait allowed.
Spiritualism, allows one to ward of demons, full blooded or otherwise, exorcise possessed people, and sense evil auras.

As a note so no is confused.
Where fire is useful in certain places, starting forest fires is a big no no. Water is needed for both of its affects, and you can't -ahem- wave your arms around and take it out of the plants like in avatar. But most of its poison affects works on contact of skin, so does healing.
Animalism is better suited for open combat, a half demon is always Animalism, as well as Kikia. Course they don't require spirits so some can also use fire or water. So a Champion with Animalism is a half demons equal.
Spiritualism, as stated is the weakest in physical areas. I'm not going to say how useful it is however against demons. Of course a demon like the nice fellow in the plot story isn't as affected.
They all have strengths and weaknesses, but some CAN be more useful then others at certain points. Complexities here are hidden.
Rules:
All of RPA's as well as respect one another... only cause in fighting when its for character development or completely inconvenient. Keep in mind as the GM I can make it however hard to complete even the simplest of task if I can do so logically. Gross scenes and a certain extent of gore allowed. You can only be champions for the Temple of Life, unless you pm me a REAAALLLY good reason too.. or I invited you to be one.
