"Nope. Not a thtep." replied Sol, still happy. He really couldn't, but he wasn't going to lie." But a rave party thoundth good to me. Jutht let me clothe the door, itth been open thith whole time." It was good no one had been downstairs at ANY point during that feelings-jam, otherwise there might have been some trouble (OO No one was down there. NO ONE)

Alice poked around the place a bit more. "Well, guess what? You're about to learn to dance tonight. And it's not hard...since you're a guy. The girls do all the work." She giggled but had a knowing look in her eye. An opportunity to flirt. If she could get him dancing and if they got carried away, that's exactly what she was hoping for. Nothing was more beautiful than two people being engulfed in the world of music together. She felt alive...and confident in herself. Being around Connor gave her strength, it seemed. When she was by herself, Alice struggled with self-image issues greatly. But with him...all seemed right. She looked back at Connor asking, "Say, Sol, do you have any Oceanlab remixes? I'm thinking Sirens of the Sea or something. We need crazy trance music."

" Hey, guyth put effort into danthing too! At leatht the good oneth." replied Sol, being playfully offended. " Which remix would you like? I have the oneth by Unkown, Thonorouth, Maor Levi and a few otherth." Sol pulled up a list of about twenty remixes on his Music folder that he had linked to the surrounding speakers. He gestured to Alice for her to take a look.

Shrugging, Alice shook her head and stood on the middle of the room. "Doesn't matter. Spin a track, flip those lights and let's get down." She grinned playfully and stretched a bit. She loved dancing and hadn't been out for night on the town in a long time. But this was just as good. Sol looked like he could have learned quickly to dance. If he didn't...she figured he could just watch her. Which she was sure he wouldn't have objected to, either.

Delilah smiled sheepishly and climbed into the passanger seat and buckled herself in. She put her bag at the feat and played with the ring on her left middle finger. A simple gold band with an emerald in the center sat there and she turned it around her slim finger a few times as she waited for him to get into the car.
Taking a second, she bent down and looked into her dance bag and pulled out her beat up ipod. Flipping through songs, she found her audition song and put her earbuds in, tapping her foot a few times as she refamiliarized herself with the beat. She wasn't sure if the dance studio was going to have her dance or not, but if they were, she wanted to be ready.

Ben should have felt awful as he slammed the door shut. But he didnt. In stead he just went up the many flights of stairs to his room and slammed that door shut as well. He checked all the cameras to make sure they were set up then leaned back in his computer chair.

"Idiot girl..." He muttered to himself as Zach came into his room. He was startled to hear the door open and close by his best friend and he actually fell backwards out of his chair and onto the hardwood ground of his room. Zach stood over him with a scowl on his face.

"You should have given her a chance." he said simply before leaving.

zach left the house and went to find the girl. He walked a bit out of the house and found her. SLowly, he reached out and touched her shoulder. "Hey, sorry about Ben....Sometimes he gets protective." He started kindly.

Zeke leaped into the car and started the engine. Zeke observed Delila fondling her ring for a couple seconds, but lost interest. For the drive Zeke remained quiet, trying to drive through the snow that seemed to have thickened drastically. Luck seemed to be with them as they drove, there were barely any cars on the street, as the result of the hails of little balls raining down on them. Traffic was next to none as they drove to the Dance Studio.

When they arrived Zeke heaved a quick sigh of relief as they made it. It was half suicidal to drive through those conditions. Though the side-walk wasn't much better. There was around four to five inches of snow piling up, and the Millennium Dance Studio Sign wasn't blinking in colors like it was used to. In fact half of the blinking sign was covered in snow, making it fairly difficult to read.

"Well at least it's not close" Zeke hopped out of the car and was hit by a gust of wind and snow. The door was only open for about two seconds before a shower of ice landed onto the seat. Zeke dashed around to the passenger seat and opened it, like the gentlemen he is. "Ready to go in?"

It had been minutes since Av' had left the house and she still hadn't moved an inch. She'd wiped her tears and calmed down, but she was just as lost as she had been the night before. What did she do? There was no where for her to go and she'd rather sit and freeze her ass off, than waste her energy aimlessly wandering around.

Her ears were numbed by a ringing and her eyes just focuses on the street ahead of her, which was continuously piling up with snow. Everyone would be indoors, which greatly limited her chances of breaking in, anywhere. She could always try a store, but by her judgement, they were probably already closed. Everyone took advantage of a snow day, whenever the weather acted up.

So she sat, once again propped up on her knees, listening to the wind whistle by. She felt an unsure hand meet her shoulder and would have been much more frightened, had the touch not been so warm.
Turning around she faced a guy with straight black hair, who seemed to be around her age. She slowly stood up, trying to thaw out her joints so she could move.

"Hey, sorry about Ben....Sometimes he gets protective," the boy apologized, as Avelyn shrugged.
"Oh, don't worry about it," she said, wondering why he was out here, apologizing for the head of the house.
"D-Do you, um... Know someone I could stay? Is there a shelter around here or something?" she asked quietly, after many moments of mustering up the strength. Her face was lit in embarrassment and she ducked her head towards the ground, trying not to see his reaction. She didn't know why she cared so much, he was a misfit as well, but something about admitting it, just bothered her.

Delilah nodded and slid out of the car. SHe grabbed her bag and started to the building. her gaze never left the door as she pushed it open with a hard push. The door swung open and everyone in the room turned to look at her. The music stopped and she stood awkardly in the door frame, looking around.
".....May i speak with the manager?" She asked very meekly. Someone stopped their cane a few times and teh dancers spread out, going off into other rooms.
"Hello. how may i help you?" She asked, her voice calmer than Delilah expected it to be.
"Um....My name is Delilah....And i was wondering if there were any job offerings or classes here....I'm a dancer that just moved in." She stumbled over her words, tugging on the strap of her dance bag.

    --
Zach sighed and shook his head. "We are teh shelter." He told her softly. "Here, let me take you out for coffee or something adn we can talk about this? Its the least I can do for you after ben tossed you out like that.

They were met with a wave of hot air as they entered the dance studio. A athletic looking women, who looked in her thirties, walked up to Delila and they began their chat. Zeke scanned the crowd and was slightly surprised to see a few familiar faces. These people ate at the restaurant Zeke worked at. Or at least most of them. They in turn recognized him as the magician who worked at Joe's American Food House.

Zeke was met with a few muted hellos, Zeke glanced over at Delila to see that she was handling herself fairly well. He then walked over to the awkward dancers and introduced himself, or reintroduced himself to some of them.

"Hi guys, there's a bloody blizzard going on out there and we saw this place and decided to crash here. I'm Zeke Armanda by the way, but most of you know me as the magician who works at the American Food House place"

A couple awkward hellos were exchanged, though the awkward part was made by the dancers. Sheesh, who knew these guys had no personality. Being on stage meant he was constantly the main attraction and attention was usually on him. So he didn't mind.

He glanced over at a beautiful blond near the corner, she was smiling an amused smile. Her clothes showed off her stomach, her tanned shoulder, her athletic legs and her bare muscular arms.

He maneuvered his way toward her and with a flick of the wrist sprang out a rose.

"For you, for I have never seen someone has beautiful as you before" Zeke flashed her his most charming smile. She blushed gently and took the rose.

During Delila's conversation he did magic tricks and entertained his small audience.

"Alright," she sighed in surrender, returning the stranger's offer with a weak smile. She didn't know the use in talking to him, if it would just distract her from finding a place to stay. But then again, the chances of her actually finding a place to stay were slim to nothing and she was a strong coffee lover, so there was little resistment.

"As long as Ben wouldn't mind," she added as a side note, giving him a chance to reconsider.
