I am slightly disappointed with Mercenaries No Mercy. Feels way too easy compared to RE5's No Mercy. Sure, the new control scheme has helped change the experience of the game a lot, but in most the levels, you can just wander around and let the enemy accidentally kill each other! Also, wouldn't have hurt to keep that 400 enemy limit unlike the 300 they have now. Now I never have a problem with timing since I end up killing every enemy before the timer runs out. So much for the survival aspect of that mode. I guess RE5 will keep that aspect of it.
However, still will always love the game mode to death and Leon's pirate costume is epic.
Also, for anyone and everyone, what was your favorite campaign and why?
They all held something special to me but Chris and Piers won me over.
Leon's campaign was neat for the fact it was a blast from the past with the zombies. However, the boss fight at the end killed it and revenge gets tiring when nothing else happens.
Ada's is always a unique addition since it gets behind the scenes much like her RE4 story. Nothing much else to say.
Jake's was only neat for the fact it involved Sherry. I love RE2 and so hearing Sherry would be in 6 sparked my interest even more in the game. The fact that Jake was Wesker's son didn't shake me much at all as the tension between him and Chris was obvious to come. Neo-Nemesis er uh, I mean Ustanak wasn't anything special to me either.
As was stated earlier, Chris won me over with the gripping story of Chris and Piers aaaannnddd the BSAA
trying to mop up another outbreak. I felt the story was better compared to the others since it went more into an emotional struggle rather than being chased nonstop, trying to solve a doppelganger mystery ooorrrr just revenge. Instead we have Chris pulling himself together after a terrible incident thanks to the support of Piers (who really helped move the story along).
While Chris' frustration started to get a little silly over Carla, it quickly subsided as the story progressed.
The big kicker for me was Piers though. Seeing him inject himself with the C-virus to help Chris and stop Haos proved how much of a true soldier he really is, er was, er... anyway!

Was a touching ending. =P
