yesh girls camp :P all the girls from my ward (church) and other branches and wards (churches) gather and go camping for about a week learning stuff and having fun swimming in lakes :P and since I'm a 5th year! (with my camp name) I get to go on the high adventure :P. well see how it turns out.

Bio/History:
Aikane was born in Pacifidlog, the “island” town. It is a city built on the water using floating platforms. His life there was what would be expected. So things like fishing, competitive swimming, fishing, and surfing were a way of life. For him it was surfing the most. His first pokemon was a mudkip. He actually got it at a younger age than usual. His father took him early to receive a pokemon because they didn’t travel to the mainland very often. His mudkip was notably larger than the average, but this wasn’t fully realized until he first evolved. Once he became a marshtop, he was almost as big as Aikane, hitting five feet tall.
His first evolution was about six months after Aikane first got him. By this time he had gotten his sea legs. While they enjoyed each other’s company, this was the time when they bonded the most. Marshtop was able to join Aikane in his favorite activity, surfing. This was guy love. It was perfect.
About three years later his life in Pacifidlog Town had to end. His family moved to the Johto region. They now lived in Cherrygrove city, and by this time, he had acquired a teddiursa and scyther. The surfing continued, for a bit. It wasn’t quite the same. It wasn’t because they weren’t at “home”. His home was the sea. This sea though, wasn’t the see at all. It was more of a gulf, too closed in. Once he hit sixteen, Aikane left to live in Goldenrod City. With him went his teddiursa, scyther, a male weedle, and marshtop.
When he arrived what he saw was everything he had hoped. He spent his saved up money for an apartment near the shore and went out into the ocean. Real surfing was back. The open sea combined with the city’s hustle and bustle filled him with joy, almost as if it was where he was meant to be.
This went on till about four months down the line. His funds were draining, and as it turns out, surfing and training pokemon were not very useful skills on a job application. One time it helped. He put pokemon training instead of training pokemon once. He was called in to help teach new trainers. Unfortunately this was a big weakness for him. Not only did he have trouble speaking in groups, but he just wasn’t able to explain how raising a pokemon was suppose to work. A huge majority of his advice went this way “And you usually do it when the feeling’s right, and base it off what you feel’s right, know what I mean man?”. He was a terrible teacher. It was safe to assume he wasn’t called back.
To pay for bills he battled people, betting on them. It was difficult, and he had to do exceptionally well just to make pay for everything. It was especially hard on marshtop; his old friend became the workhorse for their team. It was pretty much only marshtop and scyther fighting though. Weedle was able, but he just seemed out of it. It was like he didn’t care. As for teddiursa, teddiursa was still growing up. It’s mind was so young, Aikane wasn’t even sure if he knew what was going on most of the time. It wouldn’t be till a year later when teddiursa started taking a real part in Aikane’s hard knock activities.
His weedle was not happy, and Aikane didn’t like it. He knew even if they didn’t need to battle people, weedle wouldn’t be any happier. How he knew? It was another one of those things you just feel. After they hit the mark to keep up with the bills, Aikane went out, just his scyther and him. When they returned it was with another weedle. This one was a female. In addition to a better overall morale, the pair evolved a month later.
About three months in he hit a rough patch. Usually they needed about ten matches won to have a comfortable month. The usual record would be about ten or twelve wins with maybe a loss or two. This month they were five and five. The month started out well, but it quickly dived downward. The pair of kakunas still hadn’t evolved and were in a sloth-like stage. And in addition to that, there was an event in the city that brought in a large number of trainers that had a tendency to use electric type pokemon.
This battle, they needed it. They needed it so bad. Scyther had put in a lot of effort, taking out two of them. His speed was exceptional this time. His next pokemon was a fire type, magmar, and scyther just couldn’t last. After he was knocked out Aikane brought out marshtop, who made quick work of the magmar. Marshtop’s abnormal speed and type advantage made the fight completely one-sided. It looked like they would make it. Of course this was before the cliché twist reared its ugly head. He should have seen it coming. His next enemy was a magneton. Marshtop was barely holding on. His superior speed was the only thing keeping him alive. His attacks were weak against him, and every shot marshtop took a heavy toll on him.
He was on the brink, and they needed this one. Every single loss they had against them had been because of an electric type. Magneton turned to go in for a kill shot. It paused. Something kept him from attacking. Marshtop was replaced by a glow. He was evolving. What replaced was a gargantuan creature of a pokemon. Aikane didn’t know what to do exactly. His opponent gathered his mind back and called out for magneton to attack. It was another shot at swampert. Aikane’s only word’s were the phrase “no regrets”.
The swampert’s foot twisted, breaking part of the ground, as he shifted out of the attack’s path. He began to form a sort of serpentine, waving in between the bolts that were fired towards him. He came up, bringing a fist forward. It lit up, smashing against magneton. This happened a couple more times before the magneton was out cold, even colder than it usually was. Aikane later learned the attack was actually a combination of hammer arm and brick break.
This battle was when his life took it’s turn. That fight was seen by a member of Team Rocket. It was actually the same one that saw Ashara, and he was extended a similar offer. This wasn’t really Aikane’s ideal choice, but it was a job. He was partnered with Ashara. They were both gifted Evee’s, forming their on-paper team, and as the more level headed of the two, Aikane became their unofficial team leader. As for his evee, it began to specialize in speed, like the rest of Aikane’s team.
After the change, Aikane too left Team Rocket. He followed shortly after Ashara. He tried to stay with them for a little bit. Unfortunately it didn’t work out. His new partner wasn’t any fun. That and business wasn’t quite the same. It wasn’t until after the change that Evee evolved. As for Ashara, since they lived in the same city they actually were able to keep connected, allowing for them so associate pretty well.
Other Weapons: Usually carries some small arms, tending towards the more full-auto side. In addition to this he has a taser gun, flash bangs, and a couple grenade style items known as Hornet’s Nests.
Other: He doesn’t like mustaches.
Is the city of Ecruteak in any particular state that I should pay mention to when my character gets there? Something I should notice like a broken building or citizens in panic. I am aware of the man with the electrodes being held up, but that situation may dissipate by the time my character gets there.
