Black Ops ruin it for you?

I mean the first one, not the second one. I've read comment after comment on youtube bitching that black ops ruined Call of Duty for them and they've stopped supporting black ops.

To be honest, I don't know why. I thought it was a pretty good game and thought it had an alright storyline. (I didn't play the first Modern Warfare first)

Can anyone tell me why Black Ops "sucked"?

it didn't suck. it was great. Treyarch did an amazing job.

For me, tis one of few CoD I've honestly enjoyed! Also the list of somewhat unique weapons actually brought a smile to my face. Reason being is that I've played so many Modern and WW2 games beforehand(both CoD and others like BF and so on)...

I agree with Ushima but I also feel that CoD 3 was rather meh... (unless you meant CoD3 and not MW3 =P )

It's all a matter of perspective. Black Ops was designed for small area combat, which can be a bit difficult considering the poor spawning system of all CoD games. In addition to this, many people simply troll with trolly guns. Then again, they do that in MW3. Just perspective. At least it has an additional mode, zombie. Storyline doesn't really count considering their story lengths, none of them are particularly detailed since CoD 3 for PS2/Xbox.
