Signature Guidelines
These guidelines are set up to keep RPA fun and safe, as well as to keep our site looking lovely and avoid drama. If you do not follow the rules we have laid out, it may result in loss of signature privileges.
• Signature size Please remember the max size of your signature is 500 x 220 (Avatars are no larger than 130x130). This is the entire signature, not just the image. So if you have a signature picture that's 500 x 220, you shouldn't have a bunch of text around it. Please remember to stay within the limit.

• Please keep your signatures and avatars PG13. We have young members on this site and there are things they shouldn't be seeing. This includes graphic violence, profanity, and sexual content. We are aware some of these things take place on the site, but we try our best to keep it in the mature section, and we'd appreciate you doing the same. If you feel the need to have something steamy in your signature/avatar please be sure it's classy. Do not elude to nudity or sexual acts.
• Common Courtesy. Do not slander, or post hateful things in your signatures. This should be common sense but applies to everyone. Meaning, we don't want to see your hatred for anything. We like to keep RPA a positive environment, and a peaceful one as well.
• Do not advertise other websites in your signature distastefully. A small clickable link is okay but there's no reason for something overly huge or distracting. This is not a license to advertise your site via PM or email, as that is against the RPA rules. If you want to advertise a site you love, do it here. This is the only place acceptable for such things. Do not advertise hostile sites on the forum. This encompasses sites that include pornography, bashing of any sort, or sites that promote or incite flame wars between other forums.
• Don't be afraid to utilize spoiler tags! If there's something you just have to have in your signature that is too big you can add a spoiler, and place it there.

• If you think your signature straddles the line of what might be acceptable, odds are you shouldn't use it. If you need verification before you put it up there, feel free to PM a staff member, we'll happily let you know if it's okay.
• Videos! If you feel the need to put a video in your signature, please be courteous of others and put it in a spoiler tag. Realize that some people do have slower connections and you may cause their browser to slow or even freeze. The code for a spoiler is above.

Also, when you reach 10,000 posts, you will be rewarded with a custom title! Contact an admin to get that set if you have met that requirement and if you wish to have a title.
If you do not have a signature but would like one, feel free to browse our request shops ran by RPA's own members, where you can request something unique and personal from amazing artists.
The RPA staff reserves the right to ask any member to remove a link that is not related to this forum from their signature or profile or any part of the forum if they see fit. If the member doesn't comply, the staff will edit it for him or her.
