Zombies eh? I'll bite. *Gets shot for pun!*

Name- Joseph "Krazy Ass Kero" Laynes
Skills- Fighting. Kero is all about the fighting. Punching, using anything he can get a hold of, kicking... you name it he will try it. Bad thing is, his skills in just about everything else are none at all.
Bio- Kero came from a normal enough family really, but his parents were usually so busy with work he was left to his own devices a lot. As a kid, he would often wander off and get into trouble. Eventually he found alcohol, and drugs. Thrown into jail when he was old enough, is embarrassed folks did not bail him out. Here he learned the basics of fighting and survival!

When he finally did get out, jeering at a local radio DJ earned him a DJ position, where he got his nickname from. Well-liked for being a jerk, he was living it up until the zombies came. Now, well, every day is an adventure that's for sure.
Starting place- Las Vegas, more specifically at a casino
Do they roam, or stay in one place?- Kero roams, since the idea of staying in any one place makes him shudder. How will he ever get to sample all of the fine ladies out there before he dies staying in one place huh?
Have survivors with them?- Nope. Kero is a lone wolf sort who simply put, does not play well with others. Any survivors likely would have shot HIM.
What weapons do they have?- Shotgun, pistol, and in a pack he carries he has a lighter/hairspray plus bottles and paper for making a makeshift flamethrower or molotov cocktails. He really enjoys fire though, so he usually only uses the latter if it will make a HUGE inferno. Bit of a pyro really...

Name:Kairi Tanaka
Skills:She is a really good sharpshooter espically with a sniper and is also good with other guns(explosions,ect)
Bio:Kairi was just your average Teenager. She went to school she had alot of freinds, she was romantically involved(crushes,ect). Her dad trained her at a young age on how to shoot guns and use explosives. Her father was in the millitary but also loved to hunt so her house as usual was packed with guns. Her first seeing of a zombie wasnt a pretty one....and the first one she killed...was her father.....she had no choice and she new that, she blew his head off. Since then shes learned how to fend for herself and her dog kira. She built herself a safe house were no one,no thing could get inside without getting your head chopped off. She lives on the edge of the forest in the subberbs.

Starting place: forest edge house.
Do they roam or do they stay: she tends to stay in the safe house at night but at day she roams the streets of her town.

Have survivors with them: A german shepard named kira.

Wepons: she has many kinds of wepons but her mane wepons are a sniper and two pistals.

I feel kinda crappy for saying this,but when everyone atarts posting that they have AK47's and stuff like that, it kinda messes things up. So here's the compromise. Whoever has these kind of weapons, you can keep them. However, they have very little ammo. I plan on in the future getting at least a majority of our characters in one place, and giving everyone the option to stay where I am, or leaving. Anyone that wants a weapon like an AK or something, sorry to say, you cant. Sorry. You got a problem, PM me. Ill be more than happy to attempt a compromise.

Im just curious then but in a zombie setting how would folks survive if they did not try to find and accumulate a weapon or so ASAP? I mean, hiding would only get one so far, especially if they were t6rying to get to a specific destination. Unless the zombies were really slow, you'd have a group of cannon fodder right from the get-go.

I mean most towns have at least a gunshop or something right? Unless they have already been ransacked or so? I'm just trying to get a feel for setting is all.

okay okay i got the idea from an anime i watched and if we can't have awesome weps and i work at a friggen gun shop i think it would be strange.., also i updated my skelly.

What I meant by the weapons thing is that you can have weapons. That would be the worst zombie thread ever if no one had guns. When I said no AK's, I meant you cant have AK's, or military grade weaponry so easily. You can have guns from gun shops. I could care less if you had the guns from gun shops. But if you somehow have AK's and military grade M4's, thats where Im drawing the line.

Ok, so looking at all the character sheets, I guess I'm making the setting in Vegas. I asked around, and Nevada does have forest areas, so Kairi can still start out in Nevada forests. And here's my CS.

Name-Adrionus Ring Kane

Skills-Served in the military for seven years, strong leader. Good at sneaking around.

Bio-When Adrionus turned 18(He's 32 during the thread), he went into the Marines for seven years. After he came back, he became a bouncer at a succesful local bar. He married, had a little girl, then divorced. He was able to see her every weekend, and when she turned 15, her mother enrolled her in a private school in Vegas. When the zombies came up, he quickly prepared himself. Going to a local gun shop,(Eqilita), and then to a grocery store. After doing all this, he went to the school his daughter was in, planning on setting up camp there. When he got there, he found out that the school had already been overrun. Over night, cleaning out the place himself(although with many close calls) he managed to find his daughter. She was dead. Then she came back. When he had to kill her, he had no one to turn to. He set out to make the school as undead proof as possible, and find survivors.

Starting point-Gilbert McGreevy Academy

Survivors?- His dog,Michelle, and Blake, the bad ass Secretary.

Roam or stay?-He stays at the Academy, but has set up small safe houses incase either he needs somewhere safe in the event he can't make it back, or if survivors find it and make contact with him via radios. Roams when he goes out for supplies.

Weapons-One 12 Gauge shot gun, a Glock .45, and a rifle with laser sight, a Sig 9mm, and a 16 gauge shotgun, and a Machete.
