Pip blinked and tilted her head slightly. "Why wouldn't I help you?" She retorted. "You are part of the team after all." Though she knew that a lot of the group distrusted Rikou, she didn't hate him. "Anyway, shall we head back to the meeting. Don't want Air getting too angry at us." With a smile, she ducked back inside to return to the group. If they chose not to go as well, she couldn't really force them.

Alex watched as Pip ran back inside. She was a good enough person. He always seemed to have good spirits about her, and she seemed to genuinely care about everyone. Alex respected that. Retracting his decision against another cigarette, he lit up, and his attention turned back to Rikou, who was left holding whatever medicine that Pip had made. True, he still did not fully trust Rikou, Alex felt the familiar sense of a friendship growing. He was okay with this. Alex did not have much of a connection with anyone at the base.
