Pokemon: The Kanto Crisis (IC)

[Tidus]

"AHHHHHHHHH" Tidus screamed as he rushed past Tortera with only feet to go before they were at the front door of the lab. Tidus got onto his feet once he reached the door. "To slow Tortera." He said as he knocked on the door. "Proffsor Oak open up!" He hollard as he knocked. In a minute the door opened and Tidus was greated by a kid running into him. "Umph, Oh, hello. Get your first pokemon did ya Sammy?" Tidus asked the kid.

"Sure did uncle, got Bulbasaur." He said beaming up at Tidus.

"Well that is a good choice. Now you make sure to train hard alright ?" asked Tidus as he gave the boy a pouch full of potions and status healers.

"Will do uncle." He said as he ran out, peering at the contents of the bag with joy.

Tidus walked into the lab. "So he is finnaly starting his journey?" Tidus asked the pokemon proffesor.

"Why yes he is Tidus." Proffesor Oak said.

"Thats some kid you have there sis." he said looking back through the door.

[Itachi]

Itachi looked back at the indigo plateau, it had been a nice enough farwell. He told them he'd be gone for a while, they said "See you soon you old fart." Just what he expected. He was flying on Golurk's back speeding off twoards Fuscha city. Why he was going there he wasn't sure he just was sick of waiting for someone to challange the Elite four and make it to him.

He simply ay down it would take a while to fly to Fuscha so he had time to think of what to do when he got there. He pulled out a bage full of Marsh Badges and laughed. It had been so long since he ran the Gym in Saffron, but he was still qualified to give out badges. Not that that is why he was heading out. He was simply bored.

Zephyr

Zephyr had roused himself from his spontaneous nap. With a yawn he greeted J-Bird. "No trouble came or went, did it?" J-Bird stared back at him, not really saying anything. J-bird's always been silent, except in battle, when its cries would be heard. "uh...well thank you anyway, J-Bird. Take a long rest." Zephyr said, returning J-bird to its Pokéball. Adjusting his shoes, he continued back toward Viridian City. He noticed some people up ahead near the Viridian City limits, Both appeared to be trainers.

Kalde

Kalde was in Pewter City. She had found what she believed to be a Relicanth Fossil, and had taken it to the museum to be authenticated. With enough luck, it might have enough DNA to be restored. Such practices have evolved much over the past century, but even though Relicanth were still around millions of years ago, finding a fossil of one was very rare. She was sitting outside a tea shack, having some snacks and waiting for a call on her XTransceiver, when she spotted a young trainer girl emerging from Viridian Forest. She looked like she had been training.

"Hello there," Kalde called out to the girl, "are you a new trainer?" She asked, with a smile.

[Hyacinth]

Laura stopped in her tracks and looked up at the girl who had called out. It took her a moment to realize she had been talking to her. "No" Laura replied, walking over to the girl, who she supposed must have been a bit older than herself and therefore a woman. "I've been on my journey for two years now." She continued. She had spent the first year after leaving the academy building her team. The second year she had earned the boulder and rainbow badges, though she had taken her time in doing so. "I'm Laura" She added, for the sake of being polite"

Kalde

"Oh, I do apologize for my assumption, dear. However I must ask, since trainers are my business, You are taking part on the Pokémon League challenge correct? Visiting any gyms?" Kalde asked Laura. She hoped that the girl was, indeed on the path to the Pokémon League, and that she'd see her in her Gym soon.

Kalde loved getting challengers, and she loved presenting them with the Cascade Badge, as proof of their triumph over the water-type gym.

[Hyacinth]

Laura nodded. "Of course." She replied. Most trainers did at least attempt the gyms. She wasn't an exception. "I've already got the badge from the gym here in Pewter city. I'll probably challenge the gym the next city over once I get there." Her eyes narrowed for a moment, inspecting the woman. "Are you a gym leader?" She asked after awhile. Laura was a bit suspicious of the curious nature of the woman. She must be affiliated with the league in some way. She was also pretty sure she had seen this woman's face somewhere before. If she was a gym leader, that would explain it.

Kalde giggled. She loved being able to tell people that she was a Gym Leader. "Yes, my name is Kalde Faust and I-" Kalde's introduction was cut off by a call coming in on her XTransceiver. It was from the Museum. "Oh! I'm sorry I must take this." She said, clicking a button.

"Ms. Faust?" A male voice said on the other side of the call. It was a voice-only call. "We have completed the study of that fossil you brought in, if you'd like to come back to review the results."

"Oh, Thank you, professor. I'll be over shortly." Kalde said to the man, disconnecting the call. "I'm sorry, dear, I do have to run to the Museum.....unless, of course you would like to join me. You could see a fossil revived to life." She offered to Laura.

[DuskingMorning]

Ivory Chance; Fuchsia City

At long last, Ivory and Sam had made it to Fuchsia City. There was a sense of excitement in the atmosphere, and both Ivory and Raichu were anxious to get rid of the bikes and find the Gym. But they were having trouble finding the Pokemon Center, which is where they would return the bikes. After a few minutes of searching around, Sam asked an older man for directions.

"You two are pretty close," said the man. "Just go to the end of this street, take a right, and it'll be the second building on the left."

"Thank you so much!" called Ivory before speeding off, leaving Sam in her dust (quite literally).

"Rai! Rai! Raichu!" cheered Raichu as Ivory rounded the corner and pulled right up to the Pokemon Center - they were so close now!

Ivory dismounted her bike and Raichu jumped onto her head, his tail immediately draping over her left shoulder in a lazy fashion. She walked into the Pokemon Center, which was rather crowded, pushing the bike with her. She made her way up to the front desk and smiled at Nurse Joy.

"I'd like to return this bike I rented from the Pokemon Center in Celadon City," she said, trying to sound casual - on the inside she was burning with anticipation to seek out the Gym and challenge the Gym Leader and get her sixth badge.

"Very well," said Nurse Joy. "Let me just go get the papers - it should only be a minute."

As Nurse Joy walked off, Ivory leaned against the counter and Raichu jumped onto it and sat next to his trainer, sparks of excitement flying off his cheeks. Ivory looked over at him and smiled before remembering Mareep's medicine.

"Oops, I forgot," she said with a laugh before letting Mareep out of her pokeball and taking the medicine out of her bag. She put one pill in the palm of her hand and offered it to Mareep while saying, "Come on, Mareep, just take this pill - it will make you feel better. Nurse Joy made it just for you."

Mareep, who looked rather weak, nodded slowly and accepted the pill. She swallowed the medicine easily enough, and looked at Ivory - Ivory thought her eyes looked a tad bit brighter.

"There, that wasn't so bad, now was it?" she asked the small pokemon who shook her head. Ivory smiled and said, "Good - now, let's get you back in your pokeball so you can rest."

She returned Mareep and then let out Arcanine, Plusle, Minun, and Dragonair. Raichu knew what it was - it was their pre-Gym Battle pep-talk. He hopped down next to his companions and Ivory looked at the five pokemon in front of her before saying, "All right, you five, this is our sixth Gym Battle. Dragonair, Arcanine, I know I haven't used you two the past two Gym Battles, and I'm sorry, but I'm calling on you two now. Mareep is sick, and Plusle and Minun need a break - I'll only use them depending on how many pokemon the Gym Leader permits during the battle. If it comes down to it, I'll battle with them, but I think you two and Raichu will be more than enough fire power. I know you all will do fine - all of you are extremely strong, so we should have no problem earning a new badge. However, we don't want to get too confident - it could lead to our downfall - do you all understand?" The five pokemon nodded and Ivory smiled and said, "Good - now that the serious part is over, I'll return you guys to get some final moments of rest while I wait for Sam to catch up."

Ivory returned Arcanine, Plusle, Minun, and Dragonair just as Nurse Joy returned with a few papers. After she signed her name a few times, Nurse Joy took the bike and Ivory and Raichu commenced waiting for Sam while sitting at a table. However, they didn't have too wait long, because moments after Nurse Joy disappeared with the bike, Sam came running into the Pokemon Center.

Sam Manning; Fuchsia City

"IVORY!" Sam shouted as he sprinted through the doors of the Pokemon Center, egg in his arms, leaving his bike outside on its side. He spotted his tiny friend with Raichu sitting at a table, and they seemed to be waiting for him.

Ivory spotted Sam and waved him over while saying, "There you are, Sam! Geez, aren't you slow? I was thinking we could rest for a few minutes, you know, take a breather from that awesome bike ride, and then get going to the Gym!"

Sam settled down across from Ivory, placing the egg on the table in front of him. He looked at Ivory, amazed by how calm she was even though she left him back there, struggling to catch up with her. His mind now focused on her Gym Battle, Sam said, "Well, Nurse Joy said Mareep can't battle, right?"

"Sure did," Ivory said with a sigh. Raichu also seemed sad - it always amazed Sam to see how much Ivory and her team cared for each other.

"Why don't you borrow one of my pokemon?" Sam offered. "I have Umbreon, Espeon, Lapras, Houndoom, and Pidgeot - you could borrow any one of them, just in case you need a final pokemon."

"Thanks, Sam," Ivory said, "but I don't think so - my team is really strong. Besides, I only want my pokemon to participate in Gym Battles -"

Sam shook his head and gave her Umbreon's pokeball. "Just in case you need him."

Ivory was smiling lightly and nodded slowly. "Fine - but only if I need him. My pokemon can defend themselves though. Besides, we don't even know how many pokemon this guy permits."

Sam smiled and laughed. "That's true - it's been quite a while since I've battled here in Fuchsia City."

Oliver Flint; Near Pewter City

Oliver was on the back of his Charizard, glancing down at the ground below - there was nothing spectacular below pokemon-wise. Nothing caught his eye. Only Pidgey and Spearow darting around, keeping out of Charizard's path. Oliver was only hoping something interesting would cross his path. Or maybe the Boss would give him a mission - Oliver felt as though he had nothing to do anymore now-a-days.

Terran was about to nod off when he heard the opening of pokeballs. “Hmm what’s this?” He said as he looked over to his side, finding 2 trainers, one female and one male. He heard part of the conversation that the girl gave to her pokemon and saw the guy give her a pokemon. “Hmmm. Let’s see what they’re up to” He said to himself as he put his chair back on all fours and stood up slowly. He then yawned and stretched as he walked over to the boy and girl “Well well well, you have a pretty awesome team there!” He said with a heartwarming smiling at the girl and waving at the same time.

“I liked your pep talk. It’s always good to give them a motivational speech. I think they’re going to give nothing but their best at this point.” He then looked at the team of pokemon the girl had. He was examining each one trying to find out what kind of composition she had. “Haha, that’s a pretty wild combination you have. I say you’re fixated with electric pokemon just a bit eh?” He said as he turned to the boy and girl once again. “So what brings you 2 to Fuchsia city?”

Itachi was flying by still having a pretty boring flight, untill he saw a charizard in the sky. "Golurk, head twoards that Charizard." Itachi said. They rushed over to the man on the Charizard. "Hello my good sir. What bring you to the sky this fine morning?" Itachi had been flying for a short time, but he was already bored. He was glad he happened upon this man.
