power/ability: Chi manipulation- Mei can control the flow of vital energies called chi. Tho allows her to do things like teleport, paralyze her enemies by attacking acupunctural points, and use bursts of energy (some can even appear out of nowhere due to them being connected to the chi stream)

Personality: Rather serious all the time, she very rarely ever laughs or smiles. She has a tendency to be rude, not on purpose but simply due to her very serious personality. Very devoted to her work, she will get quickly insulted if you criticize her.
Flaws: Her seriousness makes her off putting to some people. And her devotion to her work makes her hard to talk to.
Bio: Born into the world of the dragons controlled lands, she was a part of a culture who once belived that dragons were signs of good fortune. They had ledgends of these creatures and worshiped them like gods. However, it was quick that that sentiment changed when the dragons attacked.
Mei was taught by her small tribe that had actually survived the attack to swear an eternal oath of vengeance against the dragons. Mei, who had had her family destroyed by the dragons, quickly took that oath. Now, you might wonder what her special "work" is, well it is her chemistry. Mei creates gunpowder and explosives for her tribe. She also has an advanced understanding of biology, allowing her to better use her chi manipulation.
