Daxon awoke dazed with a splitting headache. He started to look around, at first things were a little fuzzy but things slowly started to focus. He could make the outline of the surronding trees and feel the faint warmth of the fire that he made for his overnight camp. Overnight? It was now in the early glimmers of daylight, to the east he could see the faint glow ofthe sun.
What had happened? One minute he warming himself by the fire and drinking some wine then the next moment things went dark.
He looked about him and was about to get up when he saw a note pinned to his cloak 'It's at Arnor!'.
"What's at Arnor?" he thought "Is there something missing?" He looked around and checked that all his gear was there, what little he had, even his weapons. "I've every ... no, where is it, where's the locket?"
Dread started to go through whole being ... "Of all the things, why that?"
Within a short time, he broke camp and readied himself for the journey to Arnor!
