Default High School Of The Dead-Class Of The Dead ~IC~

When the main group escaped the High School, shortly after you and 4 others managed to escape. You had only the weapons you made in the school to help you survive. Welcome to High School Of The Dead.

Ok, you need at least basic knowledge of High School Of The Dead. Really all you need to do is look it up and read up on it, or if you have Netflix you can watch it.

Arose Fujumoto sat in class, listening to the teacher drone on about something the school board thought important. He looked out the window, wishing he could just go home, and sleep in his empty home. His parents left days earlier for a vacation in some islands. He saw a drunk stagger to the gate of the school. A couple teachers approached the man. One of the coaches grabbed the guy, pulled him to the gate, and was then bit in the neck.
Fifteen minutes later, the intercom burst to life, with the principal telling everyone to stay in class and not to panic.
Hypocritical bastard. He panics when ever rain falls.
He began to yell, and a minute later, the whole school went chaotic. He was lucky enough to get out before the class almost exploded. He ran to the Kendo Club room, grabbed a Bokken.

It was just a normal day for Jayden. Well at least that's what she thought. Get up, get dressed, eat, go to school, go train, go study then head back home and sleep. Though this day wasn't particularly normal.. How? Well let's just say a horror movie had just clashed with Jayden's life. Before Jayden knew nothing, she was in the sōjutsu hall. Her teacher had told her that she was able to skip this class to be able to practice more on this sport. Her teacher was actually very kind to her letting her practice during this time, I mean Jayden lived in the outskirts of the city and rarely attended after school training. But today, she was going to use the time she was to actually practice as hard as she could. So she was left alone in the sōjutsu hall, constantly spinning her wooden spear. In front of her was a boxing bag, she used it to pretend it was her enemy. The only sound that came from this room was the whacking noises that sounded painful if it actually came in contact with a human body. She had a week more left until the competition took place. If she won it, it would make her records look good - that and there was a prize money but not by a lot. Jayden had about thirty more minutes before the next class so she decided that her practice should end there today since she has to shower and get dressed into her uniform. Jayden walked towards the dressing area and placed her wooden spear leaning against the wall. It took Jayden about ten minutes to finish her shower and get dressed properly. She stood in front of a full length mirror and looked at herself. Her blonde hair was still drenched and made it look a shade lighter, her blue eyes scanned her uniform to see if she wore it properly and she did. Jayden was about to tie up her soaked hair when she heard a light tud outside the dressing room. She presumed it was her teacher since Jayden could see a similar figure through the translucent glass door. ' I'm almost done Miss! Just hang on! I'll be out in a minute...' she notified her teacher but the tudding never stopped. Curious, Jayden walked up to the exit/entrance of the dressing room. She eyes the figure on the other side of the door. She was positive it was her sōjutsu teacher. It had the same outfit and the same hair, it must be her. ' Miss? Are you alright? I'm coming ' Jayden said as she was walking slowly towards the door while running her hand through her soaked blonde hair. When Jayden came approximately five feet away from the door the teacher constantly banged at, the door slammed open. Much to Jayden's surprise, it was her teacher...but not her teacher? She had similar features but her skin was sickly green. Her clothes was covered in blood and it moved very slowly. ' Miss? Are you alright? Do you need a doctor or something? ' she silently asked as Jayden backed slowly away from her teacher. And that's when her teacher lunged towards Jayden. A slight scream escaped her lips as she was knocked to the floor with her teacher attempting to bite her. Jayden reacted and grabbed her wooden spear and shoved her teacher away, knocker her into a shower block. Instinctively, she ran over and shut the door but she wasn't fast enough. Her teacher weirdly limped towards her. Jayden got scared so...well, she knocked it to the ground with her spear. ' Oh Lord..I'm So So So Sorry Miss, I didn't mea- ' Jayden was cut short from her apology when her teacher grabbed hold of her foot. A short squel was heard before she smashed her foot on the hand multiple times. She wasn't sure if she killed it or not but it was on the ground and she took that opportunity to run out of the dressing room and out the sōjutsu hall.

When she reached the hallway of the school, everything was much worse. The students was like her teacher. Panicked, Jayden smacked her way towards the nearest room. She opened the room door and went in it, closing it quietly. Panting she rested her back against the door and slid down to have a seat on the ground. What are they? Wait, no they'e my classmates! Huh? what happened to them? Terrible food poisoning or something? Jayden tried to think of conclusions in why they acted like that. Then why in mother's earth did my teacher try to eat me - her favorite student!? she mentally screamed in her mind. What was she suppose to do? Jayden rubbed her temples with one hand. Her head shot up at a sudden thought. T-They can't be zombies like in a movie? Right? I mean that stuff isn't real... she thought and gulped at the same time. What if it was true? That the movie she just watched last night about zombies was actually coming true. Jayden thought was she going crazy but hey, after what she seen in tv and what she saw in real life - who wouldn't be going crazy. Silently, Jayden got herself together and looked at her wooden spear. She frowned when she saw that it was about to snap in any minute. She narrowed her blue eye's at her weapon. It wasn't going to do any good. Jayden scanned the empty room. It looks like she was in the music room because there was plenty of seats and music stand lying around. She looked around for a possible weapon. A violin? What was she going to do with that? Play them asleep? Then there was cellos, trumpets and a lot of other instruments Jayden couldn't name. Thoses were no good. Then she got irritated in waiting. Creatively, Jayden took a music stand. At first she tried to unscrew the legs and holder but it didn't work. So instead, she foolishly decided to smash the music stand on the ground. And surprisingly it worked. The sheet holder and the three legs broke when it encountered it floor. Now her new weapon was a long metal pole. But there was another problem. When she was 'creating' her new weapon, she pretty much made as much noise as an orchestra would make in a concert. It was enough for the people - well zombies in the hallway to hear her. And to prove it, a small tud was hear from the only door in the music room. ' Crap...' she muttered to herself as she bit her lip. What was she suppose to do now. She was trapped in a room with probably around ten zombies outside. Ten versus one? Who do you think will win this fight? Jayden gulped, I guess just push and hope you don't get bitten. I guess watching a zombie movie last night on your own really makes a difference right?

At that time, the noise that came from the door became more constant. Jayden looked back out the door, there was more shadows on the translucent window part of the door. Jayden built up her courage to face the door. She help her 'spear' with her two hands. And then when she was ready, she slid open the door and immediately pushed her way out of the room with her spear at a horizontal angle. Once she was out of the room, she instantly ran away from the horde when they fell down. Jayden ran the opposite direction from the horde of zombies that she attracted. As she ran, she had to think. There gotta be more survivors! Right? I mean, in every movie there's always survivors! she hoped as she ran. That was her mission for today. Find survivors and from there she could work things out...she hopes..

"This is gonna be an awesome day!" Mr. Osamu said to himself as he sat up in his bed. "5:30... time to make my coffee." He said cheerfully as he got up and went down to the kitchen. He walked past the radio to get to the coffee pot and he turned it on. "There is a terrible sickness going around, and all people who can do so must stay indoors, as it is believed that the first cases of this virus were airborne." He stared at the coffee as it dripped into the pot. "Sickness huh? I wish I could be sick so I could stay home and enjoy the day." He thought with a grin on his face. He picked up the coffee pot and poured it into his cup saying, "Ah, I like it like I like my women...

He brought out the creamer and said to himself, "White and sweet." He chuckled at his own joke, and he poured the creamer and sugar into the cup. "Now, to enjoy the morning." He sat down in his recliner in front of the window and watched the sunset. There were brilliant colors in the sky, all kinds of purples and blues, almost as if they were covered in red. "Wow... Talk about an amazing start to a day of-" He caught himself. "Work? Ugh..." He sighed and took another sip of his coffee. He looked over at the clock on the wall and said, "Well, I suppose it's about time I get ready for school." He walked up to his room and threw on his black denim pants as always, since he doesn't own any other color, and his white button up shirt. He combed his black hair neatly and just ruffled it a bit, preferring that his hair didn't look TOO formal. He slipped on his black shoes and then looked in the mirror. "Wow... I look like a professional doctor!" He grinned, although he silently wished he would have stayed in school to become a doctor.

He walked out of the house and locked it, then he got into his car. He turned the engine over, but it wouldn't start. "Damn, every time..." He pulled out his wallet and made sure he had enough money to get a ride on the bus, as well as buying himself lunch, and getting a ride back home. He got on the bus, and he looked at the people on. There weren't many people, as most of them had heard the radio report of the sickness. Those who were there looked either entirely bored, or tired... Maybe even sick... He paid the driver and sat in the back of the bus. He looked out the window watching the city float by. As the bus pulled up to the school, he tipped the driver and got out. Walking across the street with his briefcase in hand, he looked up at the school. For some reason, he'd been telling himself it was a wonderful morning, when actually he felt like something BAD was going to happen. He just didn't know what... Or how soon...

Mr. Osamu was in the infirmary attending to paperwork from the other day. A kid had fallen down the stairs and landed on his arm and broke it. He'd patched the kid up quickly but gently, and he was sure the kid would be fine. "I hope he isn't in too much pain at the moment..." He said to himself as he was filling out paperwork. As he put the paper's edges on the table to tap it into a straight pile, so as to catalog it, a man was rushed in. "Mr. Osamu! You've gotta help him, there was this psycho kid, and he bit my friend, Saito!" He rushed over to the kid, looking at the gaping wound in his jugular. "Get me that gauze and cotton!" He yelled to the kid, who near ran and tripped trying to get it. Mr. Osamu pressed the bandage down onto his neck, but Saito started to look at the kid as if he was hungry, and completely ignoring Mr. Osamu, he lunged for the kid. The kid got scared and took off, and the kid named Saito took after him. Mr. Osamu raced out into the hall after the kid, when he saw it. There was blood and bodies everywhere... "What the hell...?" He said shocked. The kid who ran off with Saito on his tail ran into three more people who looked like they were zombified, and he was cornered. "NO!" Mr. Osamu raced over to him as the zombies began to do their worst. Two began to gnaw on the kid's arms, and Saito on one of his legs. Mr. Osamu stomped on the inside of Saito's leg to kneel him on the ground, and he kicked Saito with his other leg to knocked him to the ground. He ran foreward punched one zombie in the forehead which knocked him off of the kid's arm, and roundhouse kicked him backward. The kid fell to the ground cradling his arms, which he had just ripped his arm from the zombie's grasp, just as he uppercutted the zombie under the chin. "Come on!" He lifted the kid quicker than what seemed physically possible, and ran back toward the room. He laid the kid on the bed, and shut the door and locked it. "Hydrogen peroxide should do the trick..." He ran to the cupboard and got it, and doused all of the wounds in it. He then hastily bound all of the kid's injuries. He sat back in a chair and said, "What's your name kid?" the kid looked scaredly at him and said, "Tsukune..."

"What's going on out there?" Mr. Osamu asked hastily, looking around the room for something he might be able to use as a weapon. "People are going crazy all over... the school." Tsukune began to grow faint. "I... barely managed to.... get... away..." Mr. Osamu rushed over to Tsukune saying, "Don't go to sleep, you might not wake up. That's what your body does when it shuts down! Fight to stay alive!" He was almost panicking, but the kid closed his eyes. "It's alright... I can sleep peacefully knowing I saved someone's life... Especially yours, Mr. Osamu..." Mr. Osamu put his hands on Tsukune's shoulders and shook him. "No! Don't..." He put his two fingers down to feel his pulse. "... He's... gone." He looked down, and thought to himself a moment, before crying a silent tear. "God bless you kid... And God save you Tsukune..." He looked up and came upon the realization. "I need to find more people, or there's gonna be more than just Tsukune!" Mr. Osamu looked frantically around the room for medical supplies and put them in his briefcase. He then took Tsukune's backpack and shoved more in there as well. Painkillers, disinfectants, bandages, gauze and cotton. He took as much as he could and ran out of the room, and bumped into a girl running down the hall with a metal pole. Picking himself up off of the ground, he'd say, "Quickly, we need to find more people, where would be the best place to go?" He spoke urgently to her, the situation being a complete shock to him as it would to anyone else.
"I am the Sword of Justice. I am the Open Hand of Mercy. I will strive to exemplify the Holy Opposites. Let my heart be not hard so as I become blind to an opportunity to bring one back into the light. Let my head be not soft, so as I be fooled by silvered words and honeyed tongues. I will be a shield to those who cry out, and a healer to those in distress. I will know no fear nor blight or taint. I must not forget the plight of those who do.
I am the Sword of Justice. I am the Open Hand of Mercy.
    Mock me at your peril."

"Blade with whom I have lived, blade with whom I now die, Serve right and justice one last time, seek one last heart of evil, still one last life of pain, cut well old friend, and then farewell..."

Time: A few minutes after the moment everything became chaos.

Junie locked the two doors to the chemistry lab as soon as she came in. She wanted to push shelves in front of them but she doubted she'd be able to move them on her own. She had already wrapped the bandana she snagged from the kid around her mouth, not wanting to take the chance that any of the blood coming from this chaos landing in her mouth. In fact...

The opened a cupboard and pulled out the pile of safety goggles in her attempt to grab just one. No sense in leaving her eyes at risk either if she was covering her mouth. As she put the goggles on her head she jumped as the undead, why beat around the bush at the obvious, began to pound on the door. It wouldn't take them too long to break through with the upper part of the doors being glass.

She shrugged up her hello kitty bookbag as she glanced around the room, trying to figure a way out of this. The sound of cracking glass got her attention as they started to pound at the doors harder. A glance out the window gave her an idea as she grinned even as the glass on the doors broke and bloody arms reached into the room at her. She quickly grabbed a chair and flung it at the window, breaking it open. The small girl raised her middle finger at the undead before crawling out the window, standing on the ledge as she looked at the gap from there to the window of the other building. A louder crash behind her spurred her on as she made the jump, grabbing the ledge of the other window by her fingers and tugging herself up to stand on the ledge and look inside.

She listend as her class mates steps got quieter, and what replaced those foot steps were screams of pain. She sat there quietly and waited for silence.

It was morning, the sun was shining in Zeno's eyes as he was sitting on the bed. "Damn light, leaking right through and aiming for my eyes." Zeno sighed with large hints of annoyance as he prepared all of his normal supplies for school. Clothes...Bookbag...Heavy books that he carries around with him normally. "Whatever. I just hope today goes by quickly." Zeno ate a breakfast of eggs, bacon, and toast his mom prepared for him before she left, complete with orange juice. Both of his parents were gone, on a trip...or something, Zeno honestly didn't care whatsoever. Zeno ate, cleaned his plate and glass, and put them away. He grabbed his key, and cell phone, and put them in his pocket. He walked out the front door, and locked it. Although something was off, there was this foul smell eminating from somewhere, it was even worse than that of a skunk. Zeno tried his best to ignore it.

Zeno walked to school as he usually did, but he took some alternate routes to evade that foul smell. Zeno ignored the eyes of others, as well ass there meaningless morning babble that they normally go on about. As per usual, Zeno had no class in the morning, so he used this time to retreat to the library and spend his time reading. Before he reached it, some guys tried talking to him, they figured that he would know what the smell was, since he's smart. He brushed past them and only replied with: "It's only a skunk or something, idiots." He continued through the halls until he finally made it with a sigh. He plunked down on his usual seat, away from everyone else in the huge room. No one else went there, so it was perfect for him. He started to read a book on Chemistry, he has already read the Biology, Earth Science, and Physics books from the same series.

It had been an hour since he started reading, and all of the sudden a lot of commotion is going on, people screaming, the principal on the intercom screaming, yet Zeno paid no mind, he was about to finish the humongous textbook. After the annoyance became loud, he shouted in that direction: "Shut the hell up already!" as the librarian replied with: "Help us!" Zeno didn't care, he went back to reading. All of the sudden, screams, everyone in the library besides him was screaming. Does he need to find a new reading place? This is really starting to suck. He decided to pack up all of his books except for the one he was reading when he finally looked up...Blood...Weird noises...Death. His eyes widened as he saw the creature. He reads a ton of fiction and non fiction, but this must be a sick joke from the Drama Department? Right? Wrong. These zombie...things were headed towards him quickly, ready to bite him and have him become one of them. "What the hell!?" He asked pointlessly. There were three zombies headed towards him. This is annoying. He became nervous, although it didn't really show. He ran to a nearby library book cart, and ran with it, he toppled over one zombie, but this caused the cart to fall over. This is pointless. One of the other zombies came towards him, extending its hands to grab him. He quickly smacked the zombie in the face with his large book. It was bleeding all over, it even got some on the book, damn it. In fact, most of the books in here have been ruined as the bookcases were used as barricades. What a waste. He decided all he could do now is run, so he did. He ran out into the hall. He needs to escape this living hell...

Jayden began to run. Run where? Run anywhere. As long as it was zombie free, Jayden would run a thousand miles if she could. But now, the only way to run is out of the school building. But you see, that's going to be some challenge, since Jayden presumed there were vile fictional monsters all over the school and in the hallways. Jayden just escaped from the music room barely holding on to her spear - well a broken music stand. At times like this, Jayden loved her creativity. It did indeed come in useful. Jayden ran down the hallway as her steps created an echo of steps. She should have really quiet it down a little but right now that was her least of her worries. The biggest worries she had to face was surviving. But isn't being quiet part of surviving? Well to Jayden, this thought really didn't register in her mind yet. In front of Jayden was a row of zombies just standing there. It was quite obvious that they still didn't see her there. Frightened, Jayden stood there frozen. She was expecting them attack her like what her teacher did. But instead, they just stood there wobbling around. What the...? Jayden raised a brow. Do they not see me? I'm like in front of them... she added to her thought. This all didn't add up. I mean the row of zombies was facing her. How can they not see her. And then that's when a thought popped in Jayden's mind. Maybe they can't see like in the movies? And can only hear? she thought was she tilted her head. Jayden silently panted as she attempted to catch her breath. She wiped the sweat of her forehead and looked behind her. Slowly and steadily there was about three zombies following the sound of her footsteps. Yike! Better keep moving and find more survivors... she thought. As she turned back around, she began to charge ahead towards the row of zombies. With her skill to damage the zombies with her spear, she spun it. As she ran, she aimed for the zombie's head. One by one, her path was cleared. Once Jayden was near the hallway's corner, she quickly turned around to see no zombies walking around. Instead they were twitching on the ground attempting to get up. ' Oh dear, if you can hear me...I am sooo sorry ' she said as she bit the bottom of her lip. They're going to be in some pain if they wake up... she thought, suddenly feeling a little pity for them. I mean, what if they do wake up from this nightmare? Some people might have missing arms but in Jayden's case, some of her classmates might have a very big dint in their head. Probably a massive head ache too. Quickly snapping herself out of her daze, she shuck her head. Find others Jayden, find others... she reminded herself and with a quick nod. She was off. Jayden turned around and began to run once again. She turned into the hallway's corner but to only find herself being knocked off to the ground as her weapons was also knocked out of her hands.

Jayden sat on the ground as she rubbed her head. There was a slight pain coming on her head. She looked up to who could have she bumped into and it seemed it was Mr.Osamu. Jayden was still recovering from her small injury as she stood up rubbing her head. Man, he had a hard body...Or head? Whatever I bumped in to... Jayden thought. ' Sir, are you alright? ' she asked as she held out her hand to help him up. After recovering, Jayden bowed the person as an apology. Jayden picked up her weapon off the ground and dusted her clothing. Jayden was going to something but was interrupted by Mr.Osamu saying "Quickly, we need to find more people, where would be the best place to go?". Jayden nodded. He was right, they needed more survivors. Wait, wasn't he a survivor? Jayden cautiously looked at his body. Nope, no bite marks which was very good indeed. She could tell she could trust him, well since her was sort of a teacher. But on the bright side, her mission was complete. Locate a survivor - check. But her searching doesn't end there. She still needed more people in order to survive. With that, she nodded. ' But why are you asking me where to go? I don't know... ' she replied giving her head a scratch with her weapon. Where was a safe place to go? Then a sudden noise startled Jayden. She looked back seeing the knocked out zombies on the ground slowly getting up. ' Go ! Go! That way ' she pointed at a directed away from the zombies. ' Anywhere where there's no zombies. Follow me.. ' she said before she began to sprint of to a distance. ' Keep up. I'm the one with the weapon ' she smirked as she continued to run down the hallway. Where could they possibly hide? ' I'll guide us but you think of a place! '. she instructed as she began to get her weapon ready - spinning it continuously.

It was only maybe...half an hour since the halls had been stacked with walkin' corpses and the entire school had gone to hell, leaving Shizuka to his own pleasures- His own kleptomaniac, music-loving, cosplaying, manga-reading, bloody pleasures- and although the marksman's original tool of a pair of golf clubs taped together in a haphazard manner hadn't been very effective, his dark sense of imagination and extreme luck had provided a more efficient method of eliminating those boring, hungry bastards.

But, we'd better start at the beginning.

It had been a fine morning- waking up in a rush of bedsheets, frantic text and email replies, creating the playlist for today, and scheduling this weeks Artist Club meeting- everything in the sort of dismal normality of order and routine. The young punk exited his small studio apartment that had been furnished with dark colors and covered with posters of media of all types, from music to anime. Stepping onto the royal blue entrance mat, the day seemed unusually lovely, small white clouds blowing gently across the light blue azure of the sky.

The sidewalks were crowded, even being as early in the morning as it was, but Shizuka was lost in his own thoughts. The bustle and noise from the ocean of pedestrians didn't even pierce the barrier of sound created by Kishida Kyōdan followed by Marina Fujiwara and every other track following, let alone break the marksman's train of thought as he continued to plan new playlists and think of his own beats to get himself out of this boring day-to-day droll.

The long bus trip to Fujimi Academy was similarly uneventful, the crowded transit vehicle filed with chatter from both students and citizens prepared to get the day over with and start another of the same just tomorrow. It was all just one huge, indefinite blur of a life for people these days, maintaining rather than improving. In first period Calesthenics though, the hazy illusion of time darkened, becoming a gory dream-come-true for Shizuka as he looted the belongings of the dead and knocked a handful of them out of existence for a second time.

So far, the marksman had found a few supplies that would seem trivial to some, but he knew would prove to be exceedingly important soon: Two school bags worth of dry food and water he had raided from a pair of vending machines, as well as an incredibly lucky find of a multi-tool that could be used as a lock-pick taken from the corpse of a delinquent senior. Shizuka made certain that the student was dead, smashing the skull open and letting the blood spatter against the glass windows. This was all before ingenious improvisation came in to effect, giving the marksman time to develop his own unique weapon salvaged from the nozzle of a fire-hose fastened to the muzzle of a compressed-air styled automated pitcher. Ammunition wasn't scarce, but it was terrible to load new rounds, even worse than an SRC bolt-action rifle.

Even with the constant struggle to reload, the canon managed to score some decent kills from Shizuka's position at the top of the indoor bleachers, and was fairly silent. The most the marksman could hope for was that some other survivors would pass by and let him tag along....

Arose ran out into the hall, checking his surroundings before continuing on. As he walked through the halls, he looked for any useful supplies. He was also looking for survivors.
"Damn things moan like they're having mad sex." He mumbled. As he said that, he saw a chair fall out of a window, and a girl climb onto the ledge.
"She looks familiar..." He went through a mental list of everyone he knew, but she didn't come to mind. He shrugged his shoulders, and continued walking.
He turned into the hallway leading to the front gates.
He kept walking, and not paying attention in front of him, he bumbed into something.
He raised his Bokken, and saw that the kid wasnt dead. And luckily the kid was the biggest trouble maker in the school. He could be useful.
"Sorry. Didnt see you." Arose was quick and to the point.
"Do you wanna come with me? I could use an extra pair of eyes."
