WHO WILL WIN?



The year is 2150, and gas prices are at an all-time high. After a post-apocalyptic battle with the previous presidents, the world is at odds with economy.

Ever since 2011, we have battled with multiple issues with the economy. Now, the world lays at a post-apocalyptic state. According to many countries, famine and homeless rates reached to an unbelievable 80%.

Thanks to a madman named Ivan Reuben Preobrazhensky , he has become dictator of Russia. Though many constitunial monarchies have been set, Preobrazhensky has threatened to make Constitutions HIS own. With this being said, Medicaid eventually shunned down to a group that he called Preodict. With R.E.A.P or Realist Envelope Agency of Preodict, he has ensured dictatorship and saved lives.

He intelligently made this by mixing the first half of his surname with the English "Dictator" or "Preozar"--as it was called in Russia. To others, this was called "Preodict", for his name mix has been deemed confusing for many natives.

As a result, Ivan openly directed his attention on the states. He issued an ultimatum before a war if they didn't give their troops over to Novosibirsk, Russia. As a result of the lack of money the military had, they couldn't afford to send their troops to such dangerous places.

Thirsty for attention, Ivan established companies under his name. The most famous was the agency known as R.E.A.P, which threatened to replace worldwide federal bureau agents. Most of the troops actively involved were brainwashed humans who were forced to join. The rest are humans who were too interested in killing and finding members of opposed forces.

The opposed forces were known as S.A.A.P or (Subterranean Alliances Against Preodict). They were a self-made team with the captain being Fergus Talon, a British-born man who despised Preodict's "Equilibrium Laws". According to Talon, he would stop the mad Ivanov Preobrazhensky. As Preodict ordered everyone to dress as Ivanov in the world to all who was allied, the citizens had little freedom. Internet access was also cut short.

S.A.A.P's orders was to assassinate the amateur dictator and regain the rights of all the people without using violence towards everyone else.

One day, Preobrazhensky was so infuriated, he found a way to shut off Earth's power and leave them in a blanket of darkness for a month. Afterwards, Preobrazhensky flew a ship and captured over 100 residents from the world to become his drones. out of the (exactly) 186 soldiers, 83 of them had to be forced into the R.E.A.P. About fifty of the soldiers had to be brainwashed to pledge their allegiance via a microchip located on their backs. A couple had t face their loved ones get killed on the spot.

S.A.A.P did not force anyone to join. They did, however, establish many institutions to advertise their agency. Likewise, many people joined, wanting freedom from the evil R.E.A.P. S.A.A.P did not promote fighting like the Russian R.E.A.P did, and they decided to promote peace within the group.

Later on, Ivanov decided to establish a cloning site and a genetic modification lab. The benefit for the R.E.A.Ps were that the soldiers can receive a type of special ability via genetic modification. The setback was that once abandoned, S.A.A.P could take over and get the same benefits.

The setback for both groups was that it cost hundreds of dollars to operate on one person per day. The benefit for both groups was that any person could be able to gain a supernatural power, such as electrokinesis or turning into a tiger on the Full Moon.

By 2145, Ivan had enough of the S.A.A.P's taking him down piece by piece. He ordered his group to set a war for the S.A.A.P's. Eventually, the entirety of Novosibirsk and some other Southeastern Asian places were totaled. Ivan greatly dislikes Fergus being involved in his work.

By May 30, 2148, Fergus Donovan Talon was assassinated by the Great Ivan. The Genetic modification labs were still running and more genetically modified humans and hybrids came to an allegiance. Former S.A.A.P member, Eriania Scarlet Viscount, became the first Genetically modified female to take a man's place as leader. together, she wanted the same leadership towards her teams.

After two years passed, it was finally time to take action between the rivals.

As a S.A.A.P, you must prevent the world from being in any more danger by defeating the R.E.A.P's.

As a R.E.A.P, you must defeat the opposing team and launch an army of your dreams. You must also force the entire planet to become one with R.E.A.P.

Spoiler: R.E.A.P Notes 

• Stands for Realist Envelope Agency of Preodict
• Has eight placement ranks (in this order): Dolt; Narc; Sniper; Shade; Warrior; Forseeker; Lieutenant; Captain
• Leader is Ivan Reuben Preobrazhensky
• Forseekers and Dolts do not have any weapons. Dolts are followers of a specific group. They usually wear their regular clothing, but they should play along with the higher rank. Some dolts that never move up a rank are experienced assistants. They are usually the followers of a sniper, shade, or a forseeker.
• For captains, there's a limit to six captains. Some captains are secluded in their homes and use wireless communication to give out orders. Others are either in the Headquarters or out with their lower-ranks. They are to give instruction and assist in killing if they need to.
• Warriors are almost always fighting; for this role, you have to be at least 18 years old or you become a forseeker for the time being. Warriors are the ones who test weapons and give them away to those who need it.
• A Narc only reports the actions of other troops and those of higher ranks within R.E.A.P. Narcs are also announcers of the morning's activities of Dolts. A Shade reports actions, takes photos, and sometimes interviews with everyone. They can only report of S.A.A.P in disguise as it would blow unnecessary covers. A Shade is also a spy and a assassin. Shades are usually with someone of a lower or higher rank. The most common partners are Dolts, Forseekers, Snipers, and Lieutenants. A Narc is not supposed to communicate with a Shade unless asking for information having to do with S.A.A.P or R.E.A.P. Narcs can only give orders to people, and NOT report to anyone other than the Leader (Czar).
• It is widely rumored the Forseekers are trolling magicians. Forseekers are actually filled with wisdom and rarely fight. If they do fight, they can use an elemental power or use a scythe. Be Aware that it's not common to ever see a forseeker carrying a scythe. A forseeker is equipped with a scythe if they do not possess supernatural abilities. They also possess prognition--or an ability to forsee the future. Those that do not possess that instead use their scythe to sense.
• R.E.A.P Headquarters is located in Moscow, Russia.

• Stands for Subterranean Alliances Against Preodict.
• Has six placement ranks: Ally, Agent, Weatherman, Predator, Guide, Officer
• Known for doing good around the world.
• Leader is Elrania Scarlet Viscount--the only youkai to be keeping in charge of S.A.A.P.
• Like a Dolt, allies are like the followers of their upper ranks. Unlike Dolts, who mainly sit and watch, allies are always working in pairs. Allies are not always close to their "master", but they instead follow given orders addressed by a higher rank.
• Agents are like a sniper and a Narc combined. Unlike Narcs, Agents are allowed to communicate with everyone of higher and lower ranks. As a Shade would in R.E.A.P, Agents have to conceal their identity when going to the other side. They are also assassins and spies.
• Weathermen are more like reporters, sometimes fighting when needed. Weathermen are also Forseekers, as they can forsee the future. Their prognition ability is not too great, and they can sense "Deja vu". Weathermen are also openly involved in actual news stations and do not express anything personal about R.E.A.P. Weathermen do not have to conceal themselves since they are almost always in regular clothes when out. They have only one provided weapon: a camera.
• Predators are like Warriors, but they have the option of staying in uniform or wear something different. Predators are almost always seen with a sword, bow and arrows or with no weapons.
• Guides are like Lieutenants as they are to facilitate others as they explore. Guides are sometimes mystic, coming out of wormholes and such. Guides always monitor the groups on-duty as they are doing what they wish to do.
• Officers are the highest rank for anyone. Officers guard doors, carry out today's orders and they also can enlist and report people to the Leader (called Sargent).
• S.A.A.P Headquarters is located in Detroit, Michigan, USA.

RULES
1) No god modding, meta-gaming, or Power-playing. Meta-gamers, there's CS stuff in the IC thread; no point in doing it, is there?

2) You can have a special ability, but not just PLAIN MAGIC. I can take simple things like Telepathy, Shape-shifting and Psychokinesis, but not just "magic". If you do use a form of power that involves magically producing an element, explain what it is and how do you activate such. Additionally, you can have up to four main abilities.

3) Your character has to be either a human, a youkai, human/animal hybrid (separate or combined) or a Genetically modified human. GODS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED.

4) DreamSelfys/Gaia dream avatars can be used, but ANOTHER PICTURE MUST BE GIVEN! ABSOLUTELY NO CHIBIS OR FOUR-FINGERED HUMANS WITHOUT REASON! You may add anime, but it has to be realistic! Real life is definitely preferred!

5) Unless if you want to be killed, you cannot switch between teams. You can, however, disguise yourself as a S.A.A.P or R.E.A.P to spy on them. When you do, NEVER reveal your actual team.

6) RPA rules STILL apply.

7) You can only make ONE person; that person is to stay with you until s/he dies.

8) Due to the Equilibrium Rules, certain genders may not be able to access some places.

9) YOU MUST FOLLOW THE RULES OF YOUR LEADERS!! THIS IS IMPORTANT!!

10) Decent spelling, punctuation, and grammar IS to be expected. Additionally, I would like AT LEAST a paragraph. A paragraph is usually 5-6 sentences or above.

11) There will be a calendar option. This is so that the characters can get a form of rest or know EXACTLY what time each day ends.

12) Respect your GMs, and respect everyone who participates.

13) Violations of these rules will not eliminate you; just live and go on. Warning and/or queries of what you did will be PM'ed to you for privacy. If you violate a rule that endangers your life, you lose control privileges to said character and you can get killed.

Appearance: slim and fairly average looking her main features are her short, gold tipped, black hair, the coller she wears around her neck and the bionic 'strips' that run down the back of her neck, over her shoulders and down her arms to her palms. she normally wears long sleaved shitst, gloves, a scarf and long pants, and easily mistaken for a male.
Personality: quiet and solitary due to her modifications, she likes to spend her time out in the open and under the radar
Background History: born into a family who practicly worshiped R.E.A.P as a religion jenifer was critisized for her intelect. it wasn't till years later when a member of S.A.A.P saved her life that she could start being herself, but that was cut short when she was modified, giving er the power to make sound waves at the price of never being able to talk again without almost killing anyone who got to close. she created her collar, designing it to spea for her and restrict her power to her hands while shee's wearing it.

And I updated the CS, so you'll have to slide the Birthplace part in there by Age and Placement.
And pictures can be anything as long as it's not overly fictitious (chibi characters, etc.) Otherwise, provide a specific description. If it is a Dream Selfy or a Gaia dream Avatar, you MUST provide another picture.

Andrzej wears the typical Traders outfit; which consists of a baseball cap with dust goggles, a dishwater scarf wrapped around his neck, a photographers vest worn over a long coat, with pouches sown on the sleeves, a leather apron with more pouches sown onto that, faded blue jeans, and finally black leather motorcycle shoes. He uses this for mostly undercover, and able to get up close to spy on other side more easily.

Personality: Andrzej can be quite the character, normally speaking his mind when he need too. He has a pretty sarcastic sense of humor. However, when dealing with matters that are personal, or with his work, he can be generally serious and mindset on most things. He treats his fellow members at R.E.A.P with respect, besides the Dolt's. Andrzej is also known to be ruthless with ranks under him, mostly with harsh irritability moods.

Background History: Being born under R.E.A.P Agency control, Andrzej's parents were missing most of his childhood. So, Andrzej was taken under R.E.A.P control for the time being. Growing to the age of 5,the soldiers and Captain's in the R.E.A.P noticed his interest in Computers, and his impressive skills at figuring it out. At first recruitment, at the mere age of 6, he was brutally trained to be the best Shade that R.E.A.P has ever seen. By the age of 15, he was already breaking into multiple complex security systems with ease, and at ridiculous speeds. Seeing his talent, they also noticed his skill in Manipulation, as he manipulated multiple other Dolt's to do his dirty work. Seeing as an opportunity instead of punishment, the higher ups took note on Andrzej, as he grew older. Almost right after turning 17, he began his work as a Data Hacker for R.E.A.P. Usually, to get Intel on anything, but mostly, Political dirt and secrets that were meant to be buried and forgotten, as Ivan used these secrets to continue his Dictator campaign across the World.

Slowly, but surely, Andrzej was being trained to become a full fledged Shade, as he began work in hand-to-hand combat training, and mind-body control. Since, he had hacking and manipulation down already, he quickly rose through the classes, becoming the top student in both. Shortly after, he was assigned his first mission against more Political figures, and other mindset's of the Governments that surrounded Russia. This mostly consisted of; Germany, England, France, and other major states. Even though this was easy work to Andrzej, it still provided great and much needed dirt on all of them. Andrzej, now nearing the age of 35, began to start doing much more dangerous missions. Mostly, assassinations, hacking into Major security networks, and Spying on other Agents.

After turning 42, he was assigned under a new Russian Captain, named Nadezhda, or Nadia. Even though she is much younger then him, he has respect for strategic abilities. He would have been a Captain by default, by his experience with R.E.A.P and his squad management skills, but that would take a fatal blow to R.E.A.P if they lost a highly talented Shade. Andrzej still continues to do missions under the command of Nadia now. Even with him coming of age, he is highly excelled in his line of work, and still trusted, loyal to R.E.A.P.
