Millenia City. The Nation's largest, and most prosperous city... Well, it was. Up until the Bertri invaded and Cookie Cutter took over Eastside. Now the city is in the throes of chaos and anarchy, while citizens riot and others cower in their homes.. Who could possibly get the city back to its prior status?
Supers. That's who.
But since a recent scandal involving the most renowned hero, Black Panther, and his side-kick, the world hasn't been too accepting of heroes.. but will they make an exception, now?
Mayor Brooksten, up for re-election, is desperately trying to organize the supers into an elite fighting division he likes to call "The League", but most supers are opposed to working together; however, desperate times call for desperate measures...

Name - Archibald Jason Williams
Age - 40
Description - About 5'8" tall, soft around the middle of mixed Asian and Caucasian heritage. His cheeks swell as by someone who likes their sweets too much. His face bears a mustache and has greased black hair. His eyes peer from behind round spectacles. He tends to wear brown suits and is often seen with a bowler atop his crown, a pipe in his mouth and a cane in his left hand. His voice is soft spoken and sounds friendly but his sharp pronunciations tend to have a chilling effect that belies a deeper nature.
Powers - He is a man of shadows. By standing in a shadow he may step to another shadow he sees. He may also blend in with shadows perfectly.
Skills - An apt negotiator and skilled swordsman. He is well versed in the classics of literature. Stealth and espionage are his trade.
Equipment - His cane conceals a tempered blade of fine steel and a small compartment for ointments or far more sinister substances.
His pipe is hand-carved and often sporting fine tabacco from India or the Caribbean.
A small library he prizes most.
A pocket book with vital facts and figures.
