    Well, what immediately came to mind was Daft Punk's Interstella 5555, though, I suppose a full length movie isn't quite what you had in mind....

    I suppose in the spirit of the question, the Cowboy Bebop AMV for Stress is the best one I know of, in my limited knowledge on the subject.

    Not sure this one counts as an Anime Music Video so much as an Anime/Manga Based Music video... since I think most of that is fanart, if not all...

    I was very impressed with this one, not only because of the timing but because of how fittingly they used clips of one character to suggest the other the way the book it was based on did.

    How about this one? It's a Soul Eater AMV to Piranha by The Prodigy and includes a little bit of Disney stuff (Finding Nemo and Ice Age).

    It's the best editing I've seen on YouTube. But, I don't know if its done by a profesional or not, the user didn't put much in their info bar except for something along the lines of 'JOIN THIS GROUP' and 'EDITED BY: ______'.
