X-Men: A New Breed [M] OOC
RATED [M] FOR THINGS LIKE ROOTBEER, ANKLE SHOWING, AND WORDS LIKE DANG.
First and foremost this is not the X-Men universe that you know, but you will love it. All new mutants, all new stories. There is no Wolverine or Xavier. This is a brand new X-Men universe created by me, and hopefully you too! Now, onto the intro!
Status: Open!
It's 2017 and everything has changed. The recent discovery of mutants, people with the X-Gene, brought on a sense of fear. People with super-human abilities that were walking amongst common folk. Some people called them sick, others terrorists. Either way people were scared of them. Scared of not knowing where they were or who they may be. These abilities ranged from the useless change in eye coloration to being able to explode matter at will. Though not all of these mutants have proved dangerous, the government and the mass public see as all of them as a potential threat.
The United States government has issued an order for all existing mutants in the United States to be captured and brought to a holding facility. The RP will start where everyone's characters are going about their daily lives just before agents come to take them. Whether they put up a fight or not decides where they will be put. Wherever they start is up to you, but they have to eventually end up in NYC. Why? Because every great superhero adventure starts in NYC. Whoever heard of a tale of high super-powered adventure starting in Idaho? You can't think of one? My point exactly.
Onto da' rules!
1.) Please, please, please don't have your character have interactions with other canon superheroes. It just makes the story a bit easier.
2.)I am a Grammar Nazi, but not a dick. Just run your post through spell-check and you'll be fine. Though the excuse "I did it on my phone or tablet" does not count. Even they have spell check.
3.) Don't be an ass.
4.) No god-modding, Mary-Sues, or anything else of the sort.
5.) If your character has a strange power that controls something that is not tangible (like shadows since it isn't made of anything) explain how their ability works. You can't just say "Because comics."
6.) This RP will have a three strike system. After three offenses to the rules you will be booted. There are always exceptions, but they are very few and far between.
7.) No controlling other characters, that's a dick move.
8.) I as the GM I reserve the right to add more rules. No exceptions.
9.) What I say goes. Sorry.
10.) Put your favorite superhero and comic company in the "Other" section. Just to prove you care enough to read the rules.

Spoiler: OrganizationsSpoiler: The Team (X-Men)The Team as of right now acts as the X-Men. Although not officially a team they are a close-knit group that is determined to bring Mutants and Humans closer together. While doing that they also combat the various villains in the RP. They accept anyone and everyone that wants to join without question no matter where they come from or what they might have done in the past. In addition to this they also help fellow Mutants harness their powers and help them grow for the better.
Spoiler: The LegionThe Legion is a group of Mutants that think of themselves as gods compared to the humans. They believe that they are superior in every way to them and think that they themselves should rule. Their ways to obtain this are both drastic and violent, perfect for the egotistical members that are in there currently. They are led by Anarchy, the supposed most powerful Mutant as of now. Little is known about The Legion and even less about their leader.
Spoiler: The Mutant MilitaryThe Mutant Military is a branch of the US military designed to weaponize the powers of mutants. They are sent in for the sensitive jobs regarding mutants and jobs deemed too dangerous for regular people. So far nobody can deny the power and influence they currently carry and most people can't argue with their results. Unlike the X-Men their application process in rigorous and only about 5% of applicants manage to get into training. Even fewer become a part of the MM.
Spoiler: IndependentThese Mutants chose to live separate from any organization or group. They prefer to work alone and live alone, the true definition of being independent. Some of them tend to join up for survival purposes but this is a rare occurrence. These Mutants are not registered and also tend to be wanted by the military and the MM both.
Spoiler: The MFLThe MFL (Mutant Fighting League) is and underground fighting league where Mutants fight for money. Usually if they lose they come out broken, if their lucky. In this league there is an unofficial hierarchy with the most powerful Mutants, known as The King and the second known as the Prince, reigns supreme. He is the only one in the MFL who gets to travel outside of the facility while the others are stuck to fight trying to earn their freedom. Even though this is illegal, many rules are set in place to keep the betting and the fighting fair. The current King is a Mutant by the name of Bones.

History: Gabriel had a good life as a child. He had fun, played with the other kids, got good grades. Everything was pretty good in his own little world. Around the time when he turned 13 he noticed that something was a little off. Sometimes when he wanted to wait for something, he could swear time stopped moving for a split second as if everything just, stopped. This went of for a few years before he discovered he could control time. It wasn't at will and he could only do it for a little bit, but it was still amazing!
Before long he started to use his powers to cheat and steal. "Why would you not use your powers if you have them?" This is what he said to himself. He ran away from home thinking that he could get all he needed from stealing. No one could catch him, he was the perfect little thief.
Personality: Gabriel is a bit distant from others and slow to trust. He isn't very good at working with others and will usually find a way out of a situation by himself. This doesn't mean he is cold to others and will often point out someone else being a "not so nice guy".
Powers: Time Manipulation: Gabriel can stop time. Though he can do this at will, it doesn't work under stress and can only be used in 12 hour intervals.

History: Because of his mutation and his strange personality when Maverick was younger he jumped from foster home to faster home until he ran away. At the age of ten he began practicing and using his ability to steal and con his way of living. He became very good at being a sneak and when he was fifteen he was taken in by a member of the Legion and trained to better use his abilities for spying and recon type things. From them on he was the go to guy for information, he had dirt on practically every major person in every branch of government and in every major organization. He was never afraid to use that information to blackmail either. He grew up basically doing his own thing and using what he knew about others to his advantage.
Organization: The Legion
Personality: Maverick has a tendency to be slightly paranoid, always looking out for things that could endanger him. Though he managed to hide this with a laid back type of attitude. He is slow in the mornings and in cold weather so this adds on to his seemingly relaxed nature. He is also very cunning, able to convince people he means no harm even when he does. Maverick can be very mysterious at times on you will almost never get a straight answer from him whether you are friend or foe doesn't matter.
Powers:
•Regeneration- much like a reptile can regrow it's tail, Maverick can regrow limbs that have been blown to bits, as well as use this ability to heal wounds, though the process is slow and takes a couple days to complete.
•Camouflage- gives him the ability to changes his skin could to match his surroundings allowing him to hide easily. This ability is not invisibility however, if he were to move around to much in camouflage mode he would be easily seen.
•Heightened Senses- Maverick can smell and taste better than the average human. His tongue is slightly split like a reptile's allowing him to "taste" the location of his prey.
Maverick is basically a human lizard. His reflexes and flexibility are superior as well as his speed, though not to a large extent. He can climb flat surface with easy and stalk his prey for hours without anybody noticing.

History: Miley doesn't know much before she discovered her powers. In fact most of her past is a blank. Her first memory was waking up in a destroyed little village. The first person that she saw was a person she assumed to be her father. He was a tall, muscular man with a red suit. He took her in, fed her, educated her, even taught her how to use her powers to their full extent. The funnest part was the destruction. Breaking things with her powers was the best, especially breaking people....
Her father, who she never knew besides Mr. Smith or Daddy, always condoned this. He kept giving her play-things, people fortunate enough to land in her hands. Now he has let Miley explore the world for herself, under close supervision of course.
Organization: The Legion
Personality: As you probably got from reading the history, Miley has a few screws loose. She doesn't know right from wrong since she was only taught the "wrong" and never exposed to the "right". She has no remorse to human beings and sees them as lesser to herself, and she being nothing less than a god.
Powers:
Matter Manipulation: Phantasm is able to manipulate matter to do many "god like" things. Using this power she is able to make things lighter, heavier, float, disintegrate, etc. Though using this too many times makes her extremely weak.
Flight: Self explanatory
Mind Crush: One of Phantasm's favorite powers, she is able to enter the mind of any of her victims. In there she is able to make the person see what she wants them to see. Though is they are strong-willed they are able to resist this power. Using this makes her vulnerable on the ground and she can't defend against them.

History: Niialla, born a male, lives life as a woman, though he has none of the body parts of a woman he can easily fool any man into thinking he is a woman. He doesn’t talk about his history, he doesn’t even talk about the day he learned of his mutation, all he divulges is that one day it happened and he hasn’t looked back. He doesn’t allow any into his life, but the Legion has become somewhat of a makeshift family of sorts. He killed his father of course for dominance and his mother fled out of fear. He has always been a troubled youth, but his reasoning for things is quite direct. Give him what he wants or die.
Organization: The Legion
Personality: Niialla can be called insane. He enjoys the pain of others, and although he has deep dark secrets he would never let out, if one were to get close to him they may very well see the inner good struggling to get out. Niialla isn’t like the other “Big Bad”, he has a heart and he often chooses to ignore the good in him telling him not to do an evil deed. Niialla has had enough of the government wanting to run his kind, and thus this is what sent him overboard with humanity. Mutants will rule over all. They are evolutions greatest gift.
Powers: Niialla is a powerhouse. His mutant gene allows him access to illusions. He can cause an array of illusions ranging from painful illusions that can cause real damage, or psychological damage, to illusions that are meant to soothe and heal real wounds. He can make his illusions real. Aside from his illusions, he can also command the weather. He is an expert in Meteorology. His control over weather extends far beyond simply commanding atmospheric phenomena on Earth, in fact when he visits other dimensions he is able to easily adapt and command the atmosphere there as well. Lightning, wind, rain, hail, solar flares, ALL atmospheric phenomena are under his control, and he is able to utilize his mutation to get what he wants. He can even stop phenomena such as typhoons and tidal waves from occurring, not that he would, but he can. Lastly, Niialla is immune to mental based powers. What this means is that telekinesis, or any type of psychic based mutation or power will not work on him. As stated Niialla is a force to be reckoned with, and his body adapts to atmospheric phenomena so that he is unaffected by any type of illusion, and weather condition.

Nickname: Midnight Stalker, The Crow or Jack the Ripper.

History: Most of it unknown, it is known that he is from Europe, and that he lost his parents in a war, when or where, none knows. He never takes the mask off, presumably because of scars or desire of anonymity. The way he discovered his powers is mostly unknown.
Organization: The Legion.
Personality: Usually quiet, only talks on briefings and even then, only short sentences. He is sadistic in nature, cutting his enemies apart when they are dead, or hanging them on the trees. Sometimes even letting the crows get them.
Powers: The Crows. Jack has a control over these beasts, and can even make them grow large or make them carry him around. He can also merge to them, but only them. The powers the crows give him might be overpowered, but the truth is, the crows are weak, yet fast and deadly.
Stalker Mode/Crow Vision. This mode lets Jack turn nearly invisible, see through the eyes of crows, and find places where to hide and perch. He can turn completely invisible in the darkness, and semi in the light.
Berserker. Whenever Jack gets angry, a high pitched crow shriek comes out of his mask, and it turns green, growing a few more holes and stuff. This mode makes him deadly, as he can combine it with The Crows or Stalker Mode.

Looks:
History: Nobody knows much about the one names Anarchy. Nobody knows what his life was like, how it is now, or even if he has any family besides his adopted "daughter" Miley. The only definite thing people know about him is that he is the leader of The Legion. So far everyone in The Legion knows to stay away from him unless they are spoken too, which is more often than not out of malice.
Organization: The Legion
Personality: Anarchy is far from sadistic only killing when he needs to. He is a smooth speaker, usually talking his way out of situations when he can but is not above resorting to violence. He will usually try and sympathize with other mutants but if they do not take to him he will use force. He views humans as sub-par to his fellow mutants and seeing himself and the others as the next step in evolution.
Powers:
Super Strength: Self explanitory
Telekinesis: Move things with your mind, read thoughts, the whole nine yards.
Matter Control: Unlike Phantasm's Matter Manipulation, Anarchy is able to create and mold matter to his will. So far there has not been any sign of side-effects for this power making him possibly the most powerful mutant. There have also been instances of him creating pocket dimensions, though so far no one has been able to fully confirm this.

Looks:
History: Talia never really knew her parents, they were murdered when she was still young. The only living relatives willing to take her in were an aunt and uncle in New York City. She spent most of her time in her room, not wanting to get to know her aunt and uncle because she was still depressed from losing her mom and dad. As she grew older she started to open up a bit to her aunt and uncle, but she never truly got along with them.
Talia got along better with people at school for the most part, but she was still self destructive at home. She cut herself at home and one day when she cut herself no blood came out. She found that if she wanted to bleed she had to concentrate on the blood coming out and after some practicing she found she could manipulate how her blood flowed out.
With this new power, she decided to teach her Aunt and Uncle a lesson. They couldn't control her. They couldn't replace the parents she had lost. She didn't have full control over her power and instead of teaching them a lesson she killed them. She had been on the run ever since.
Organization: Legion
Personality: She seems kind on the surface, but in reality she's a sadist. Once she gets started on inflicting pain upon someone her true colors start to show. She is always playful in her actions, always trying to keep people questioning what her next actions are going to be. She is also big on revenge.
Powers: Blood Manipulation - She can make her blood into various things such as a whip, a blade, a shield, or she can even fling blood like a bullet. She can only do it with her blood, however if her blood mixes with another's…
Other: Deadpool doesn't care about rules, why should I? :P

Nickname: Nix or Rus

Looks:
History: Nixie live an easy life. Her family was wealthy and she had gone to a private school in California. She was an only child so she was spoiled to no end. She discovered he powers by accident when drawing in her room. She had been studying ancient runes for a project and had been writing some out herself. She drew out the rune for water and her paper had turned to water. She never told her parents or anybody else and practiced her new ability alone so that she could use it to help her in the future.
Personality: Despite Nixie's wealthy background she is a very down to earth girl. She doesn't think of anybody as less superior to her and in fact doesn't often tell new people that her family is wealthy. She loves to have normal teenage fun, and prefers to hang out with the guys and tom-boys rather than the other snobby rich kids.
Powers: Nixie has the ability to use magical runes. As long as she can draw them out she can use them. Though the more powerful the rune the harder it is for her to use and control. She often uses her own body as the source to draw runes on as she had figured out how to channel the elemental runes from her arms and out her hands as a form of element bending. She isn't experience with this however so she often misfires or the rune simply doesn't work.
Other: she carries around a small pad and pen as well as a marker so that she can draw runes if needed.my favorite hero is superman and my favorite villain is Slade/Deathstroke.

History: "So here's the story, I wake up one day, go out my front door and BAM! Fucking truck hits me, and before I know it, I'm dead. Then, I'm alive. I don't know how, I DON'T CARE HOW. But I am alive, scientists say its al because of my cells, say they regenerate faster than anything because of an extra chromosome, next thing I know, my senses are better, my speed is higher, my pain goes up like hell, and i can get cut in half and still live in an hour. Yet I still age. Weird, right?"
Personality: Simple words. Crazy, sadistic, overkilling son of a bitch.
Powers: Regenerative abilities, capable of what you would say 'combat immortality. This is thanks to the ability of his cells to regenerate, replacing dead tissue in seconds. As long as there is at least one cell alive, he will revive in a couple of hours. Depending how much damage, depends how long or what does he have to do to be able to regenerate. Example, lost an arm, find the dismembered part and attach it correctly, or wait for the cells to work for an hour. Also, he is able to pinpoint and shoot anything at a sniper's range, without any actual sniper. This is thanks for the same heightened senses he has in his cells. For this, his left eye tends to bleed at times, for unknown reasons.
Other: My favorite super heroes are Deadpool, Spiderman, Batman, and my favorite comic franchise is Marvel.

History: Tyler was born September 21, 1990 to Beatrice Strange and Dominic Strange. His mother was a practitioner of the dark arts, while his father was a mere mortal, although the gene to tap into the raw power was laced in his DNA. His mother kept it a secret from his father for quite a while, but she would find it hard to do so when Tyler stumbled across her Grimoire. He got a taste of what he could do when he found her book. Accidentally summoning a demon is not something one takes likes, especially in the community of which his mother thrived. She was part of a coven, as most “magic” users are, and by unleashing such a creature at a young age with no experience whatsoever, Tyler had to be taught. He had no clue what he had done, it was highly unlikely for anyone of his age to read the symbols of the Grimoire, but all he could tell his mother and father was that it looked like normal English to him. His mother had no choice, but his father objected to sending him to a school for those like him. He wasn’t different in his father’s eyes, he was still his son, but his mother felt that if he didn’t learn to control his “magic” he’d end up killing someone he loved.
He left for school at the age of 7 and returned at the age of 18, graduating with high honors. Because Beatrice loved her son, she had to do what was right even though she dabbled in the dark arts she could not bring herself to kill her husband of so many years while their son was gone. Eventually he left her because of her growing darkness, because of her ways and her manipulation. When Tyler returned, his mother was nowhere to be found. His father took him in and helped him find a job, and tried to be as understanding as he could to the world Tyler was accustomed to, but it wasn’t the same. At age 22 he moved out of his father’s place, still having no communication with his mother, but she was there, she was always there watching over him and him alone. He had landed a well-paying job that allowed him to live the fabulous life. By no means was he struggling to begin with since his parents were on the higher end of society. He joined the Mutant Military which is a new faction of the military formed by the government to combat evil and keep the world safe from powerful mutants or humans who threatened the fabric of existence. He rose in rank very quickly and is now a Colonel in the Mutant Military or MM for short.
Now 26, he hardly talks to his father, and still has not heard a word from his mother. He wakes up in the middle of the night, feeling the pull of her power, and knowing that whatever she is doing can’t be good. He still practices and trains his mind, body, and spirit, and utilizes his gifts on a regular basis.
Organization: Mutant Military (Colonel Rank)
Personality: Tyler isn’t shy, though if you met him you’d think he was. He’s very selective with who he divulges himself to. He can be quiet when you first meet him, but he isn’t afraid to speak or voice his opinion. He is the type that likes to take long strolls on the beach, listening to music, and singing on his spare time.
Powers: Sorcerer Gene – Tyler has the gene needed to access what mortals call “magic”. This gene allows him to tap into the raw power of magic, and using different incantations, thoughts, spells, and movements, he can channel different effects. There is a pool of power he draw from his inner body known as his mana, and when his mana is depleted, he must recharge. The more powerful “spell”, the more mana it uses. However, there are some “spells” that can be used without cost of mana. Natural magic, such as elemental magic and things of that nature do not cost mana; however, destructive magic does require mana.
Like a Ninja! – Aside from his “magic” genes, his mutation comes into play with his reflexes. It isn’t unlikely to see him on top of a roof, scaling a wall or jumping from rooftop to rooftop. It is very likely for him to flip, split and all that jazz easily, as well as sense the movement of others and stand on top of a pole like a ninja. So yes, his mutation allows him access to the fantasy world most mortals enjoy, the power of a ninja, disappearing in the dark, scaling walls, kicking shit and having it fly into someone with great force, throwing blades and slicing the wings off a fly, or having accuracy to the point of a sniper. Keep in mind that his mutant gene also allows him to block any type of mental attack. What does that mean? it means that telekinesis, or any psychic based mutations or abilities will not work on him, his mutant gene nullifies any of the effects.
Other: Can Storm aka Ororo be classified as a superhero? Hmmm, I do like Batman, and Superman, and Wolverine, and I don't really read comics, so I'm not sure on that one....

Name: JayCee Williams
Nickname: Volt, Voltage, or Lieutenant Colonel Williams
Age: 25
Looks:
History: Jaycee grew up with only her father to look after her, her mother died at her birth. This in turned hindered her father's ability to go anywhere fast in his work until she got older. JayCee was one of the first mutants to register. With her father being a high ranking officer in the armed forces she had no choice unless she wanted to damage her father's reputation. She grew up as a military brat and was never able to stay in one place for long. The habit of moving every couple of years stuck with her when she graduated and though she didn't go into any of the armed forces, she moved frequently. JayCee discovered her power at the age of fifteen when she ended up needing to walk him in a thunder storm from a friend's house. Her father had needed to stay later than expected and JayCee didn't want to intrude on her friend's family time, despite their insistence that it wasn't a problem. She was walking and ended up getting struck by lightning, surprisingly it didn't effect her and she felt a strange power surging through her. The lightning strike must have triggered the dormant gene to come forward because as time went on she discovered more and more of her mutant abilities. And of course her father had been the first to know about it.
Organization: Mutant Military
Personality: JayCee is your average 25 year old female, though she is very responsible, she tends to do what she thinks is right. She will secretly go against orders and when she gets found out she usually has a suitable explanation as to why she did what she did. Other than that she tries to act like a normal young adult often flirting with guys (sorry Tyler may be subject to this :/ ) and laughing with friends.
Powers:
•Electrofield Detection- This gives her the ability to sense the electric charges living beings give off allowing her to detect people from a certain distance however when large groups of people are involved the fields get muddled together. She also cannot pick out one field from the other, they all feel the same to her.
•Energy Charge- This ability allows her to function on little to no sleep, charging herself almost like a cellphone or laptop. She can drain the electric energy from any charges substance including, but not limited to; street lamps, telephone wires, wall sockets, and raw electrical energy such as lightning.
•Lightning discharge- The ability allows JayCee to fire lighting bolts from her hands which is what she uses to fight.
Other: JayCee is a living lightning rod, you do not want to be around her during a lightning/thunder storm, you will get shocked. Also her body is always heavily electrically charged which means that there is a possibility that if she touches a person she may shock them, and the severity of the shock is inconsistent, it could be a little rub-your-socked-feet-on-carpet shock, all the way to a struck-by-lightning shock. ALSO I KNOW THE RULES!!!!!

Spoiler: Click for explanationThe Ability to control Plants. Using the basic fact that growth is simply new cells replacing old ones more quickly than the old ones die, Jeremy is able to force a hyper-accelerated growth in the cells of plant matter. This creates rather long vines from nearly any normal plant. Flowers, Trees, even simple Grasses. To that end, he is also able to kill plants if the need arises. To top it off, additional growth may be forced to add thorns or spikes to these vines... easily weaponizing them.
This leads some to believe that Jeremy has the ability to simply create plants out of nothing. This is an incorrect assumption. Most times, the young man carries with him a backpack or gym-bag full of damp dirt, chemical fertilizer, and seeds. This is because the accelerated growth also drains minerals and nutrients from the soil.

Opium withdrawal symptoms are most often mild during the first day or two and will peak around days 3-5. The symptoms could become severe enough to warrant the need for medical intervention in some cases.
Personality: His life on the road has taught him to be very reliant on his own abilities. Tangling with less than pleasant folks in seedy sports bars off the beaten path has taught him to fight AND to know when to offer a drink instead. Because of this, Jeremy is generally a friendly guy, and fun to be around.
Bio: Jeremy was pretty much your typical teen. He went to school, got mediocre grades, hated his step-dad, and rebelled against his parents rules fairly often. He developed a hobby during those early teen years... he liked to grow plants. Strange for a teen. Indeed, instead of playing video games with his friends, Jeremy would spend hours outside in a little greenhouse his mother had built... tending the various herbs, spices, and vegetables he had planted.
As time went on, his interest in growing plants changed from fruits and vegetables... to marijuana and opium poppies. His stepfather found out and destroyed the young man's plants. Jeremy was furious, and stayed out in the greenhouse trying to replant his "children" until he passed out from exhaustion. Almost miraculously, the plants regrew by the next sunrise. It was then that Jeremy began to experiment with things that would otherwise kill his plants. As he thought... they were responding to his will rather than following their natural course.
As soon as he could, Jeremy sold not only his illegal plants, but also the greenhouse he had used and all the equipment therein. He purchased a large camper-van and a small trailer to haul his possessions in. He then immediately had himself emancipated from his family and struck out on his own. Accompanied only by his machete, his guitar, his grandpa's revolver, and his "children", Jeremy was alone in the world... or so he thinks, sometimes.
Over the years, whenever things got hairy, Jeremy... or "Druid" as he sometimes calls himself, would drive as fast as possible to a forest (if not already camping out in one) and use his gift to cover his vehicle with vines and plant matter, making it seem like it had been sitting there for months. He would then drain the life of many nearby plants so that he could easily hear the movements of those tracking him, via the snapping and crunching of branches, grasses, and twigs. Only once was he forced to deal with pursuers in a more lethal manner... though it could not be proven as the bodies were never found.
The government has designated Jeremy "Druid" Verdance as a potentially dangerous individual. They feel his ability to control plants makes him more of a threat than lesser mutants, as he could use his gifts nearly anywhere as long as there is soil or plant matter nearby. Currently Druid is doing his best to make a living, but old habits are hard to break. And they sometimes bring attention where it is unwanted.

History: Jeremy was almost forced to be in the MFL. He was poor his whole life, despite him being born into a wealthy family. When he first discovered his powers his parents essentially disowned him and kicked him out at the age of 14. He soon found the MFL and it was his life. His powers gave him an advantage and a loop hole around the whole "No weapons" rule. In three years he became the new King and stayed there ever since. He is now the most respected out of all of the MFL, even to his higher-ups. Now that he is the strongest there is no longer anyone he can challenge that is worth his time so now he trains and trains being continually bored at the lack of challenge.
Organization: The MFL
Personality: Jesse is a warrior inside and out. He is always looking for a fight, but is bored with the usual opponents. He is always looking for a challenge but can never find it giving him a sort of bored outlook on life.
Powers:
Bone Control: Jesse is able to manipulate the bones in his body to create blade along his skin. The bones elongate, harden, and sharpen to resemble blades. The downside is that he can feel the bones poking out of his skin everytime he uses it even though they close when they go back into his body.
