Most wouldn't call it a war, but one thing's for sure, there are many battles littered throughout the land...
A kingdom thrives powerfully on a strong land where a handful of humans live, whether it be to seek refuge or to rise against the next storm.

The Sifferous Kingdom lives in a relatively quiet place on the planet, market and trade is moderate and population is just the same. A school of magic is located in the heart of the kingdom, though sadly, few students attend to such a school. The kingdom is peaceful as is it's surrounding environment... but peace doesn't last forever...

The mob chased the dragon out of the forest and began leading it towards the Sifferous kingdom. A flurry of "Kill it!" and "Don't let it get away!" rushed across the sky as the dragon fled once more, hoping to take solace in a nearby farm.
The dragon had no reason to be afraid of a single human, his height from the ground to the spines on his back reached 7 feet, and his length from chest to the tip of his tail stretched to 12 feet, most of his length measured on his tail.
Even though he had no reason to fear one human, a horde of them was much more terrifying... especially with a broken wing.
The blue scaled dragon sprinted to his final stand. He ran to a large farm that rested just a mile or so away from The Deyalda Castle, the center point and main support of the Sifferous kingdom. The dragon rushed past the house and proceeded towards the large building. Bursting through the barn doors, the dragon looked around frantically for anything to hide in. Inside the structure there was a ladder leading up to a dark corner of the barn, hay bales were littered on the higher level. Large amounts of hay were located all around the barn's lower floor and surprisingly, there were no animals inside the barn. Thinking quickly, the dragon fluffed a pile of hay big enough to hide himself in. He immediately pulled the ladder to the second story down and hid it in some hay, he proceeded to jump to the second story and hide behind hay bales in total darkness. Pulling his tail closer, he quieted his breathing and prayed the humans would not find him... or hoped the farmer would at least come out and tell the horde to "get off his land".

Just as a heads up: I'm brand new to this so bear with me...
