Description Thereof: Once the feared heralds of death, the dullahans served their master by calling forth souls of mortals and guiding them to the underworld. However, after an eternity of servitude, they grew weary, and rebelled. They won in the end, but the price was steep. In exchange for free will, they lost their immortal bodies, as well as the ability to bend souls. Many still roam the Earth till this day, though some others had chosen to remain in the service of Death.

Free dullahans often take a form quite similar to normal humans, except for the lack of heads, obviously. They are often much larger in stature though, standing at 6’0’’ and above, even without a head on their shoulder. Most don’t carry it around in public anymore, but instead put their heads in some place safe and use headgear in their place, usually full helmets and the like. They also aren’t as powerful as they were, being mortals and all. Aside from the supernatural strength and endurance, dullahans don’t get to keep much after leaving the service of Death, so they would die all the same if you put enough bullets in them. They are pretty much immune to head shots and decapitation though, for obvious reasons. Also, they still retain their excellent motor skills, which really come in handy when driving.

Description Thereof: Faders look no different from a regular human but with some special powers. At night fall they turn into shadow-like beings. Not much is know of them except that they tend to hate daylight, it doesn't hurt them but it does render them at a human capacity of performance. They're also said to be filled with deceit, doing or saying whatever needs to be done to get what they need. In darkness they are not much ones for talking, instead using stealth to achieve their goals. They also seem to be loners, never being around another one of their species.

Faders have names of their own and will tend to make up stuff of the fly. They are also talented liars.

Description Thereof: Not the pansy catgirl kind of catfolk, where it's just a human girl in cutesy little cat ears and a tail saying "Nyaa~", these things are the real deal: actual humanoid felines, complete with sharpened claws and long fangs, the tips of which protrude slightly from Cyr's lips. They're a lot like the Catfolk from D&D, which is actually where I got the idea from. They are bipedal, but often run on all fours when they need to be somewhere quick. The clothes they wear are generally made of leather. Catfolk have natural skill with sneaking around, being quiet, and so forth. However, they're usually not that tough or well-liked, owing the latter quality to their appearance. They stand at about six feet tall on average and come in a variety of colors; Cyr is white with ruddy spots all along his fur.

It certainly feels that way. I mean, I'm called upon by both the Defence and the Prosecution, in every case that requires a witness, which seems to be all of them
Fascinating. And would you also say that this Courtroom is a living thing, perhaps the construct of some higher intelligence?

Well I don't know much about higher intelligences, but it does often feel as if we're all, you know, the same person. Like we're all part of the same mind
Aha! And that, Ladies and Gentlemen of the Jury, points to the conclusion that we are all part of a singular base of thought, a conglomerate, if you will, of decision making thought processes brought together to help our host body survive by way of semi-vicarious problem solving

Are you denying that a Courtroom is a variety of roles working together to reach a decision as a whole, Prosecutor?
Of course not. But the implication that we are fragments of thought with no purpose but to aid our host by holding court cases for every conceivable decision is ridiculous to the point of being insulting to any rational minded individual
And how exactly do you know what a rational minded individual might consider insulting, Prosecutor?
Because we held that case last week, like we hold cases for everything

Anyway, the idea states that when a person needs to make a decision, a devil on one shoulder presents one possible choice, and an angel on the other shoulder presents another, usually opposites. The person takes both suggestions to heart and makes a decision

Now, one could argue that the angel and devil idea is a fantasy mirror of a Courtroom, wherein the devil and the angel are played by the lawyers that make up the Defence and the Prosecution. The two present their ideas, which is considered by the person's raw intelligence, their brain, in this case the Judge, who interprets the views in the context of the law. Next comes the heart, which makes a final decision based upon the arguments of both lawyers and the lawful knowledge of the Judge. The heart is the Jury, combining all presented information and considering it deeply to come to a final decision that feels right

Description Thereof:
While Zduhać are human in biology, they are born or can be made through great effort to carry within them a great spirit. Also called Dragon Men, these individuals are capable of having the spirits leave their bodies when asleep, controlling them to defeat enemies. The spirits' abilities include manipulating the weather, creating great fires, traveling within the plants and trees to capture the opponent, or simply great physical strength. Each Zduhać only has one of these powers, Calor possessing the capability of fire-starting. However, when the spirit returns to the body, if it has been moved or rotated 180 degrees, the spirit will not be able to reenter and will die, leaving the host an empty shell. If it does manage to regain the body, the human will wake up exhausted and will have to regain health before using the power again. It is possible for the human to fall asleep without releasing the spirit as long as there is some sort of unbroken circular barrier around their body, be it couch cushions, chalk, or an actual wall. If the barrier is broken, the spirit automatically leaves the body.

The spirits take the simple form of a hazy humanoid silhouette, lacking in facial features, extraneous body parts (it's like they're wearing spandex), and, understandably, vocal chords. They can, however, hear and see.

(Keep in mind that I took liberties with this description; the Zduhać is an actual element of several myths, but I altered it a bit for the abilities and restrictions to make more sense.)

5. This is not going to be a fast-paced game due to how you and I will interact. I am effectively your GM. You post, I respond to you. Because of this, I really need you to understand that it'll take time. Setting up challenges that aren't arbitrary? Also takes time. To give you an idea, I've been working on this game idea for a while, and it's gone through various phases of development on a lot of different forums. The current model is the product of a lot of effort. Please don't mind if I take a little while to respond. Please.

Description Thereof: Once the feared heralds of death, the dullahans served their master by calling forth souls of mortals and guided them to the underworld. However, after an eternity of servitude, they grew weary, and rebelled. They won in the end, but the price was steep. In exchange for free will, they lost their immortal bodies, as well as the ability to bend souls. Many still roam the Earth till this day, though some others had chosen to remain in the service of Death.

Free dullahans often take a form quite similar to normal humans, except for the lack of heads, obviously. They are often much larger in stature though, standing at 6’0’’ and above, even without a head on their shoulder. Most don’t carry it around in public anymore, but instead put their heads in some place safe and use headwears in their place, usually full helmets and the like. They also aren’t as powerful as they were, being mortals and all. Aside from the supernatural strength and endurance, dullahans don’t get to keep much after leaving the service of Death, so they would die all the same if you put enough bullets in them. They are pretty much immune to head shots and decapitation though, for obvious reasons. Also, they still retain their excellent motor skills, which really come in handy when driving.
