The lost chapters {Lost Kingdoms II}

For those of you who are new, Lost Kingdoms is a fairly classic fantasy world, with four kingdoms. North, south, east and west. There are three character races to choose from;
Sprites, Faries and Humans. For more info, check here; https://role-player.net/forum/showthread.php?t=42974 or message me, or any of our other rpers will surely be willing to help too.

Kingdoms info;

North: Most of the north is icy flats, mountains and unforgiving frozen wasteland. However there are many towns where people live spaced around. They seem to be quite a militaristic, with strong fighters and up-to date weaponry. For those who can survive the harsh weather, theres much of interest to be found lying around the wilderness.

South: Most of the south is covered in lush, exotic rainforest. Its a tropical paridise by day and an unforgiving wilderness by night. Most of the towns and villages are crammed on the shore, and people are often very traditional, prefering to fight with swords and bows and everything is generally slightly unorganized.

East: The east is a warmer climate, much like the south but dryer. Much of it is covered with an ever-growing city and what is not is simply wasteland. It is by far the most modern of the kingdoms, with powerful weapons and a large population meaning a large military. They generally try to keep the peace in the kingdoms, and have a strict, but fair, justice system that the other kingdoms are sometimes rather slack on.

West: The west is generally considered one of the nicest places to live. Its covered in lush forests and fertile farmland, and the weather is generally a nice balance of sun and a cool breeze. It is home to the great fairy forests that are known throughout the kingdoms, and remained fairly peaceful throughout the war.

Race information;

Humans: Humans account for approximatly half of the population, and generally live in all the kingdoms.

Sprites: Sprites are often strong and are mostly found in the south, and Cities of the east. Less so in the north and west as its either dryer or colder there. They have gills and webbed fingers- theyre good swimmers and can breathe underwater.

Fairies: Generally seen as intelligent, most fairies are found in the west and east, but are quite well spread out around the world. They can fly, and their wings are very sensitive.
The fairy forests are located in the west: erna fra and erna dwa. Fra means hope, dwa means shadow. You work the rest out.

Mermaids: Like sprites but more streamlined and faster. Theyre stronger, more camouflaged underwater and have stronger gills and fins, but can't walk on land. Found in all oceans, less so in the north.

Anthros: Simple- part animal, part human.

Centaurs: The part-horse anthros of the deep woods. Theyre fast, strong and good archers. Theyre generally peaceful, and don't usually get involved with kingdom affairs.

Giants: Like humans, varying from 10 ft to 50? Not commonly seen.

Spoiler: Susan

Name:Susana a.k.a Susan
Age:16
Kingdom:west
Species:human
Abilites: good with blade weapons(swords,daggers, etc.), attractive , has general mythical creature knowledge

Physical description:Pretty average form, but lacks extreme power or stamina physically. She has allowed her black hair to grow beyond her shoulders since the kingdom adventure. Her violet eyes always seem to twinkle with her usual curiosity for her surroundings and friends.*

Personality description:optomistic, friendly, Bit of a spaz at times but still fun, she has a soft spot for animals and children, and tries to be kind to the people she meets

Biography: Susana loved growing up on her family's farm in the west kindom. She'd enjoy the company of her two siblings and many pets while messing around at home. One day, her father left to go help in the war effort and never returned home. Susan tried her best to help support her family after the war, resulting to leaving the home to find a better way to obtain the money she needed. Her original goal was any decent occupation in the east, but decided to instead travel with a odd team of travelers to a Dragon isle. Unfortunately, on the way to the isle mentioned, she had slipped off the ship and in a moment of distraction/chaos, no one seemed to notice, or it was that she wasn't found. The girl was at least lucky enough to be saved by Thran, her loyal Griffin, who flew her back to the mainland. As much as she tried or searched, she never was able to find the group of misfits or the great island they were after. Afterwards she went on to travel on her own, searching for both money and any info on her lost friends whereabouts. She picked up a tip on where a certain fairy could be found, and if rumors were true with a very special item.

Garb: A mix of clothing she's found in both the east and west kingdoms. When on the road she equips a suit of light leather armor for protection.*
Inventory: Her beloved red jacket is worn, old and torn, but she still keeps it in her inventory and will wear it occasionally for extra warmth, An old dagger that she will use in self defense, wears a serpent necklace that was given to her by her father, a medium sized sword she equips when wearing the leather outfit, small camera that she carries in her worn backpack along with other miscellaneous crap such as Thran's food, a couple scrapbooks, and a bag of strange berries.

Spoiler: Jim

Name: Jim 'Snowblock' White
Age: 19
Kingdom: north
Species: human
Abilities: Sharpshooter, camouflage expert, Defensive and blocking fighting style, high agility through rough and unknown terrain

Physical description/picture: Dark brown messy long hair, icy blue eyes, medium build with well toned and harden muscles. A bear tattoo covering the upper half of his back. Cuts and scars across his body from previous battles. One in particular marking across his whole chest from the top left to the middle.

Personality description: The cold weather up north limited Jim's interaction with others, most of the time allowing him only to study people in silence or from a distance rather than meet them up front and personal. However, once he forms a bond he never goes back on his friends and family. Fiercely loyal but redundantly cautious. A man of few words yet very resourceful at times. His teaching being "Respond appropriately not react impulsively"

Biography: Jim and his family had long been serving in the war effort. Every member doing their part whether it be doing patrols or just cooking a meal for the troops. Coming from a warrior and hunter heritage, Jim was brought up to survive out in the cold while living off the land. With the war going on for so long, Jim just thought of it as a way of life. However he doesn't attack senseless, constricting to certain rules of engagement his family have followed for generations. Watch and study your prey. Attack only when it brings benefit. If forced to act, make sure to act successfully. After so long in the north, Jim's curious mind was in need of more knowledge and adventure. Saying to be on a journey to increase his skills and experience, Jim left with his family's blessings to venture out to the unknown world.

Garb: Usually done in outer clothes that help him blend into the environment when outdoors. However he has warm animal fur clothes underneath to keep him warm in the cold harsh weather of the north. After venturing further south, he wasn't yet used to the warmer climate so he just goes topless and covers himself with either camo paint or cool mud in swampy areas. Most of his wardrobe are made of thick animal coats but lately he has been learning to use other animal skins while exploring the other region away from home.

Inventory: Two arm guard shields which he wears most of the time. Unless it doesn't help him blend in, he then slings them behind his back. A bow made of wood and bone from the north kingdom which he had used to hunt since he could pull the string. A small fur cape that covers his bear tattoo, given to him by his mother for his journey. A necklace with traditional trinkets that represented his family members including himself. A rather short sword or a rather big kitchen knife which he had gotten himself from his local forgery for self defense and other uses.

Spoiler: Lauren

Name: Lauren Misslethwaite
Age: 27
Kingdom: East
Species: Demon
Abilites: Can create fast-travel portals, can posess people.

Physical description/picture: Lauren looks like any ordinary human, except her eyes are a glowing purple/blue colour. Shes tall, at about 6ft and has fair skin, and long straight blonde hair. She has dainty features, slightly pointed ears and a somewhat elvish look about her. Her eyes usually appear blue due to magic.
Personality description: Kind, understanding and tries to do good whenever she can, however you do not want to be around her when she gets angry, as her demon side tends to come out and destroy anyone in her way. She likes books, particularly spell books and likes to practice magic even though the only real spells shes mastered are the teleporting and posessing, both of which come fairly naturally with her being a demon. She likes to travel and learn new things, and is generally intelligent.
Biography: She grew up with her Dad in a grotty part of the eastern capital. When she was very young, around 5, her mother had been killed by a group of demon hunters. She wasnt really angry, she knew that demons could be dangerous, and people were often scared of them. She was too young then to really remember her mother however, wishes shed known her better. Her and her father always cover up the fact theyre demons, with either magic or simply a pair of sunglasses.

She went to school until she was 18, and never got on particularly well with people at school. While they were hanging around in the evenings, shed be inside with her books and animals. She liked animals, they were always better company than people and she would rescue stray dogs and cats off the streets if they were hurt, and shed look after them until they were better or she found them an owner. Since her and her dad were not particularly well off they started making a profit from this, asking for donations when people took the animals home. Eventually they started making enough money that her father could hire a secretary to help with his workload, and since he was getting so much more done he got a promotion, upgraded their flat to a house with a backyard for all the animals Lauren was caring for and they ate good food and went on outings every week.

Her father had worked for the eastern secret intelligence, or esi. Shortly after the war broke out it was revealed that his secretary was a spy and that shed been routing through important documents while he wasnt around. As a punishment for risking the kingdoms security, Mr. Misselthwaite was banished from the east kingdom, and whith no place to go they headed to the north, the nearest kingdom to them. They settled in a town near the border, pretending they had always lived in the north.

After many years living comfortably with Lauren working as a waitress and her father selling books he had written, her fathers health began to deteriorate to the point where he could no longer write. Laurens waitress shifts were not enough to support them both and so she was forced to find a neighbour willing to care for him, for a price, while she decided to travel around some, to find a better paying job and also learn about the other cultures and places of thr world.

At some point when shed been lost in the north, shed bumped into a man that shed grown to like. That was the first time shed returned to the east in years, and it felt strange, but she remembered how much shed missed the east kingdom.

Garb: will usually wear jeans, with canvas shoes and a loose shirt under a thick, comfy green coat. She will often wear a matching beret when the weather is particularly cold. She will still keep the magic veil up that disguises her eyes as an ordinary blue.

Inventory: ancient spell book (family hierloom), spare clothes, food ect, a folding knife

Name: Garret Ayabarra
Age: 132 (looks 27)

Race: Human
clothing: formfitting black mage robes with Dark mage robes 5 sizes too big over them
abilities: Long life, black magic, magic sensing, generally uncaring
bio: Garret was from the East in a small outpost in the wastes. Most of his childhood was spent learning basic survival skills along with some different magics. At age twelve, a mysterious man in huge black robes came to the outpost. The man offered training in black magic to anyone who was willing. He was shunned and grudgingly given a dilapidated house out side of the walls. Garret had felt bad for him and went to visit him often. The man had Garret assist in repairing the house, cleaning, cooking, anything to keep them both entertained. Then one day, Garret asked if he could learn black magic. The man had refused to teach him for two months but finally gave in when both of Garrets parents died in a bandit raid. Garret pleaded to be taught so that he might protect the village and prevent any more deaths. The man, feeling guilty that he had not played a part in the defense of the town, agreed and taught Garret for fifteen more years. At the age of 27 the mysterious man deemed Garret worthy of the title Dark mage and presented him with his graduation gift, the Dark robes he wears today. The towns people distrusted him after his training was completed, but still allowed him to stay in the outpost. The next bandit raid both Garret and the mysterious man took part in the defense. The bandits, armed with old pistols and compound bows were no match for the combined force of two full fledged Dark mages. The mysterious man, however had gotten shot while protecting a villager from a bandit. Three agonizing, horrible, days later of nothing but constant pain and misery, the man who had shot him died of the wounds Garret's magic had caused. The mysterious man, however, had died shortly after being shot. Garret stayed in the village for 50 more years, not aging a bit but slowly loosing his sanity. At age 77 he deemed it too dangerous for him to stay in one place too long and began traveling across the lands looking for new exciting adventures.

Name: Flora Icetree
Age: 17
Kingdom: West
Species: Fairy
Abilites: Fast flyer, talks to animals (including ones of fairy forest), is pretty good at finding herbs (even in unusal places)

Physical description/picture:

Spoiler: Flora Icetree

Personality description: She is kind and does not often fight, choosing instead to help those that need it. Though when forced to fight she can be very vicious, not giving her opponent an chance to attack.

Biography: She was born in the forest, though she learned to fly early on. As soon as she could she was zooming from one place to another, soon finding herself in the position of flying through the forest doing errands for her village. Outside of her errands, when she was little didn't see much reason to be constantly flying and walked around. Then one day a couple of years ago, an injured messenger found their way into her village.
The messenger had been in no condition to continue on for a while, so having become the fastest in her village. She had been given the job of deliver the message to its' desination, so she flew as fast as she could. She was dead exhausted once she reached the destination, but had impressed the people their with her speed and somehow ended up becoming a messenger between the whole nation. A couple of years after that, thanks to her kingdom position in the world; she became a official messenger between all of the kingdoms. Using her speed and agility to avoid as much of the fighting that she could. Now she loves flying through a lot of stuff, though she has recently started to fall for a certain human that she traveled with for a while. (more from her childhood maybe revealed in the rp)

Garb:she normally wears a sunset orange-red top with a pale tulip yellow-pink pants. She does own dresses though, she just wears them less often though.
Inventory: She has a hardwooden staff that she has made herself, a satchel to keep anything that she needs in it, a few dried herbs, a couple rolls of bandages, and a pair of earrings made from the feathers of a humming bird. As well as needle and thread for when things need to be patched up.

Name: David Trembley

Age: 30

Kingdom: North

Species: Human

Abilities: Excellent at swordsmanship, incredibly stealthy, can scale buildings easily, good aim with throwing knives and firearms, very fast and agile.

Physical description/picture: Matted-down black hair, black, inconspicuous clothing, boots have tiny studs in bottom for better grip, scarred hands and chest, bullet scar through shoulder.

Personality description: Very rational, always thinking of the easiest, safest, and most profitable way to do something. Not very sociable, cares very little about anyone but himself, but can still be pulled to help, (sometimes). Prefers to keep to himself, only being in others company if it benefits him.

Biography: Born to a wealthy merchant, but grew apart from his family and community, to the point where he left. He would perform petty crime, usually stealing bits of money wherever he went. But, after stealing several weapons, got into the habit of killing, and eventually hired himself out as an assassin. He wishes to rekindle a war, as people are more keen for his services. He would often slip through a crowd, or scale a building, before performing his task, then escape very quickly. After killing an important member of the northern community, David was forced to flee the north, and met a young girl with the power of teleportation. Together, they escaped to the east, where he was convinced he would find more work. After a week of fruitless work and several near escapes from eastern authority, David turned his attention to the south and rather regrettably, left the east and Lauren. This was the first time he had liked anyone. On his way to the south, he was held up by a northern spy, who offered a great reward and also freedom in return for the death of rogue agent Lars Urmal. Upon Lars and his group's arrival at port from an unspecified location (although suspicions lead to an unidentified island past stingray alley), David attempted to shoot Lars from higher ground. Lars avoided the attempt, and fled the area, and so did David, but sustained severe injuries in the process. David was on the verge of giving up his profession at this , until he was contacted by the spies again. They didn't seem to care about his failure, in their minds, by driving Lars into hiding, he had eliminated him as a threat, although David would be informed again should he appear. David was granted his reward of freedom, along with the newly-published bounty book. A small book containing high-value targets of various kingdoms. Notable targets are the four champions of the kingdoms, Flora Icetree, Lars Urmal, Roseora Benham, Kai Genesis, and others.

David's current whereabouts are unknown.

Garb: Usually wears navy blue or black clothes that are suited to his environment. He will don a hooded black jacket for night missions.

Inventory: Shortsword, Dagger, throwing knives, gunpowder and bullets, his boots, a sighted rifle, several vials of poison.

Name: Roseora Benham {aka Rose}
Age: 14
Kingdom: south
Species: sprite
Abilites: shes good with her sword, she has tood survival skills and is very loyal, or just stubborn. However you choose to interpret it.

Physical description/picture: She weighs 9 stone and is about 5'6 tall. Shes got a curved figure and green-hue skin, as well as very average ears for a sprite. Her gills stretch from her chin to her ear and is fairly discreet. Since Lost Kingdoms, shes grown a good inch and her hair as been messily cropped short. She has the same hazel eyes as ever.
Picture;

Personality description: She is generally kind, but will usually come across as cold to strangers by trying too hard to act tough. She refuses to kill anything without reason and has a atrict set of moral beliefs she sticks to. She can be impulsive and reckless at times, but also overly-cautious at others.

Biography: In the south district, Rose enjoyed the beaches and the tropical rainforests, however she has never really seen much outside the south kingdom yet. Shes spent her fair share of time both in civilasation and in the wilderness, however still does not know the whereabouts of her family since her village was raided by (northern?) troops. Her griffon friend, Jenny {named after Rose's sister} will always come when called, even though Rose prefers to stay closer to the ground.
Since the beginning of Lost Kingdoms, shes adventured through the wilderness and the south kingdom, visiting trolls lairs and dragon temples with an odd group of friends that came together in the woods. She still has the strange sword she found in the trolls lair, which she suspects might be magic or maybe even cursed. Her old saber-rapier was snapped by Lars, leaving her with only the chunky trolls sword which she still holds a grudge about. She knows shell be pretty useless in any combat until she finds herself a second sword.

Garb: Mostly seen in grey or black joggers, with her chunky lace-up boots and green tops. Or green shorts, when its warmer. Always something green. Her favorite khaki jacket it faded, torn and stained from all its time in the wilderness, and is now ONLY worn in the wilderness. No way is she being seen out in a jacket with tigher claw marks up it. That would just be suspicous. She will always carry her camo-pattern hat and her bag is a large satchel, made out of fake leather material and has worn surprisingly well.
When the weathers very hot and shes not on-guard, she will usually just settle for a pareo of any fabric thats available. The brighter the better.

Inventory: She carries the single sword she has left- the one from the trolls lair, as well as her usual travel supplies like waterbottles, canned food ect. She will usually have some sort of notebook or sketchbook on her as well as her well beaten-up pencil tin. She also likes to have her penknife and often a craft knife as well, on her at all times.

Champions;

Name: Lee
Age: 22
Kingdom: East
Species: Sprite
Abilites: excels in martial arts, is good with his customized katars, and of course is an excellent swimmer. Likes making things in his spare time (with wood and metal)

Personality description: Can be considered to have a split personality, with three personalities: when fighting or spots a strong looking opponent. Can be considered quite dangerous focusing on what he is doing or how to beat them; but otherwise he can be quite childish. Liking to mess around and have some fun, expect that is when he is either training/practicing or about to he grows very quiet with concentration and focus. When he is in this state he will be his most quiet and still that anyone will ever see him.

Biography: He has no family, they died when he could barely walk. A martial arts master took him in and trained him, he became a master himself when he was little more then a teen. Though he never thought that he was good enough, so constantly trained to get better. Training underwater was his favorite way to train, since it was harder for everyone to move underwater. Making him faster and faster with what he did, the smith of the dojo offered to make him some weapon and ended up getting his Katar. He got interested in that as well, so he learned how to use his katars and started fiddling with wood and metals to see what he could make. By the time that he was 18 he was recuited for the war, becoming one of the strongest in the kingdom. He found joy in fighting the other champions, as well as in the toys that some of the soldiers had brought from home. Once the war was over, he found that everyone in the dojo had died. So he was all alone, it wasn't long before he grew very bored. So when one of the other champions came after him. The first thing he did was fight them, having the most fun since the war ended. But once the fight was over and the other champion explained the plan. He grew very excited and joined in immediately, barely able to contain his excitement.

Garb: Changes depending on his mood; he owns a suit given to him by the martial arts master, The war uniform, a couple of jeans and t-shirts, a wet suit, a few hats(some silly some not), and his old martial arts uniform and masters belt.

Inventory: a bouncy ball, a spinning top, his katars, a collapse-able training staff, a blow-up pool, helmet, jump rope, paper and pencil, some miscellaneous things that he attempted to make, map, towel and shine to care and maintain his katars.

Name: Horace Everett

Abilites:
Skin hardening: He is able to make his skin turn to an almost titanium-like substance that is near-impenetrable.
Reflect: Using his shield, Horace is able to "reflect" almost any sort of attack back to his attacker, sometimes with twice the amount of damage.
Strategist: As a well-respected General, Horace is capable of coming up with a battle plan for basically every challenge that comes his way. It's hard to catch him off-guard as a result.
Tank: Horace is more of a "defense" kind of guy. As such, he can take plenty of hits without major injury.

Personality description: Very cold and stony. Doesn't laugh unless it's at some morbid and awful joke or someone else's dying pain. Ruthless, heartless, and everything in-between. It's hard to tell what he's thinking, which is both a good and a bad thing. Despite being deadly outside of war, he becomes even more of a threat in battle; he gets a rush of adrenaline, and seldom leaves battle without obliterating every last enemy.

Biography: Horace lost his mother at a young age. But, what did it matter? His father was always harsh, no matter what. His father grew Horace up to the belief that the weak were useless, and that every last one of them should be exterminated. Horace maintained this belief, and underwent his father's cruel training to become the General he is today. His father was the General of the West Army, and Horace was next in line - though everyone believed that the Great General Everett would fall. Unfortunately, he did, and Horace stepped up to the plate. He became a deadly General that slayed any enemy who got in his way, and was always planning a way to wipe out the weak. That plan was put into place as soon as a fellow fighter asked him to join the league of elites called the Champions, where their main goal was, just as Horace had hoped, to destroy every weak person to preserve the strong.

Garb: A long black coat that falls down to his ankles (as shown in the picture), and a thick black muscle shirt underneath. Usually wears leather gloves and thick trousers that preserve heat. He also has gigantic boots, made from only the finest of leather and dyed a menacing black. These boots are coated in stains, some of which even resemble that of dried blood...

Inventory: His shield, a map of the entire world, his sword, and miscellaneous items.

Spoiler: Lydia

Name: Lydia Spriggen
Age: 22
Kingdom: South
Species: Fairy
Abilities: Limitless energy, hyper, very fast and agile.

Personality: In two words, crazy and hyper. Shes always doing random stuff, with little to no care of what others think of her. She could be described as a free spirit, or even simply crazy. She likes to die her hair bright colours, wear thick garish makeup and has lots of piercings covering her face, body and even her wings. She keeps her tome of limitless energy with her at all times, and has never trusted anyone to even touch it before. She doesnt really care about others. She only hangs out with them if theres something in it for her. She pretty much disregards her heritage from the south, often dismissing any and all traditions from any kingdoms as behind the times and annoying. Shes always liked everything modern and futureistic. She fights dirty, never fair or honourable and prefers to use knives, rocks, sticks or even her enemies own weapons against any opposition. And shes never shown any mercy- the elderly, children, no matter. If theyre weak and they get in her way they die.

Biography: She grew up in a small coastal town with her father, sister and two brothers. Her mother had died very young, and her father had always simply told her 'she was too weak to defend her kingdom during the war. She paid the price.' She was never told exactly what had hapoened, none of her sibling were either. Their dad took every possible opportunity toughening the four of them up- teaching them brawling, fighting and defense. He even dropped them out of school at a very young age, so she never had much to do with the other village children.

When another battle broke out on the Eastern border, her dad and eldest sister went to fight. Neither every returned home. She took it upon herself to finish what her dad had started. She kept teaching herself to fight and continued to train her younger brothers. When she turned 30, she moved to the east kingdom. Now the war was mostly over it was the one place she had always wanted to go.

When she got there however, she started to have more and more to do with other people and realised how few people knew how to handle a weapon- and was apaulled. When another, originally small, battle broke out in some northern villages, the east and south were allied and so she felt it her place to fight.
She pretty much single-handedly oblitterated a northern city. Houses burned, children screamed for their parents who were long gone and she laughed. All those weak people who couldnt defend themselves were slowly being wiped out, and this eventually became her ideology- a world of elites, where everybody could defend themselves.

Some weeks later, she went back to her old village, to look through for anything useful, and finally picked up the courage to read her fathers will. He had left her a tome of limitless energy- which she found very useful indeed. Its very precious to her in more than just its practical useage.

Garb/physical appearance: Torn, purposely stained denim shorts with a very, very low cut saggy purple top. She wears ballet-style shoes with steel toes. Good for kicking, but also allow her to stay very light on her feet. Her hair was once a lovely dirty blonde, and her skin a creamy complexion. However, her hair changes colour depending on her mood and her access to various dyes. She usually keeps it long, tied up in wierd ways with whatever she finds lying around- paperclips, ribbon, anything. Her makeup could be described as punk, but more colourful, but its so thick you cannot see anything much of her real face. The only thing about her that stayed natural is her ocean blue eyes.

Inventory: Tome of limitless energy, makeup bag, small collection of knives, scissors, razors and other sharp pointy things, lots of sweet, sugary snacks and a spare set of clothes- very similar to what she usually wears, but black instead of purple.

Maps;

my champion:

Name: Lee
Age: 22
Kingdom: East
Species: Sprite
Abilites: excels in martial arts, is good with his customized katars, and of course is an excellent swimmer. Likes making things in his spare time (with wood and metal)

Personality description: Can be considered to have a split personality, with three personalities: when fighting or spots a strong looking opponent. Can be considered quite dangerous focusing on what he is doing or how to beat them; but otherwise he can be quite childish. Liking to mess around and have some fun, expect that is when he is either training/practicing or about to he grows very quiet with concentration and focus. When he is in this state he will be his most quiet and still that anyone will ever see him.
Biography: He has no family, they died when he could barely walk. A martial arts master took him in and trained him, he became a master himself when he was little more then a teen. Though he never thought that he was good enough, so constantly trained to get better. Training underwater was his favorite way to train, since it was harder for everyone to move underwater. Making him faster and faster with what he did, the smith of the dojo offered to make him some weapon and ended up getting his Katar. He got interested in that as well, so he learned how to use his katars and started fiddling with wood and metals to see what he could make. By the time that he was 18 he was recuited for the war, becoming one of the strongest in the kingdom. He found joy in fighting the other champions, as well as in the toys that some of the soldiers had brought from home. Once the war was over, he found that everyone in the dojo had died. So he was all alone, it wasn't long before he grew very bored. So when one of the other champions came after him. The first thing he did was fight them, having the most fun since the war ended. But once the fight was over and the other champion explained the plan. He grew very excited and joined in immediately, barely able to contain his excitement.

Garb: Changes depending on his mood; he owns a suit given to him by the martial arts master, The war uniform, a couple of jeans and t-shirts, a wet suit, a few hats(some silly some not), and his old martial arts uniform and masters belt.
Inventory: a bouncy ball, a spinning top, his katars, a collapse-able training staff, a blow-up pool, helmet, jump rope, paper and pencil, some miscellaneous things that he attempted to make, map, towel and shine to care and maintain his katars. (may add other things but this is all I can think of)

Species: Fairy
Abilites: Fast flyer, talks to animals (including ones of fairy forest), is pretty good at finding herbs (even in unusal places)

Physical description/picture:

Personality description: She is kind and does not often fight, choosing instead to help those that need it. Though when forced to fight she can be very vicious, not giving her opponent an chance to attack.
Biography: She was born in the forest, though she learned to fly early on. As soon as she could she was zooming from one place to another, soon finding herself in the position of flying through the forest doing errands for her village. Outside of her errands, when she was little didn't see much reason to be constantly flying and walked around. Then one day a couple of years ago, an injured messenger found their way into her village.
The messenger had been in no condition to continue on for a while, so having become the fastest in her village. She had been given the job of deliver the message to its' desination, so she flew as fast as she could. She was dead exhausted once she reached the destination, but had impressed the people their with her speed and somehow ended up becoming a messenger between the whole nation. A couple of years after that, thanks to her kingdom position in the world; she became a official messenger between all of the kingdoms. Using her speed and agility to avoid as much of the fighting that she could. Now she loves flying through a lot of stuff, though she has recently started to fall for a certain human that she traveled with for a while. (more from her childhood maybe revealed in the rp)

Garb:she normally wears a sunset orange-red top with a pale tulip yellow-pink pants. She does own dresses though, she just wears them less often though.
Inventory: She has a hardwooden staff that she has made herself, a satchel to keep anything that she needs in it, a few dried herbs, a couple rolls of bandages, and a pair of earrings made from the feathers of a humming bird. As well as needle and thread for when things need to be patched up.

Abilities: very fast and skilled swordsman, very strong, tactical genius, Oni-Tsume can cut through any material, Oni-Tsume can create a wave of air that can cut through stone when swung hard enough.
Personality: Calm and thoughtful. Rarely losses his cool but when he does, stand back.
Clothing: fur cloak made from arctic fox pelts, blue handkerchief on his head, scabbard for oni-tsume on his back, scabbard for regular wakizashi on his hip. Fur boots, fur gloves, and a blue and white northern commander uniform.
Weapons: wakizashi, oni-tsume
Bio: little is known about Ivan before the war, some think he was the son of some famous Northern General, others say he was abandoned as a baby and taken in by bandits. Whatever the case, most every veteran of the war feared and respected him. Before he was a northern colonel, he was a simple bounty hunter who took down bandits for food. One day when camping on the border of the east and north, an eastern heavy armor battalion attempted to arrest him, believing him a spy. A nearby Northern anti-armor unit heard comotion and rushed to investigate. When they arrived, they were shocked to find all 300 soldiers had been killed, a lone swordsman standing among the carnage. He was recruited on the spot. Soon after, he became the head of an elite northern anti-armor unit. His kills during the war include 12 southern armored squads, 13 western armored squads, and 15 eastern armored squads. After the war he met with the champions of the four kingdoms in hopes of unifying them. Things went better than he had expected when it was decided to exterminate the weak to preserve the strong.

Real quick, though, I'm going to go on a short hiatus after this post until June 7th so that way I can finish up tests and homework and whatnot. In the meantime, have a Kai CS~

Name: Kai Genesis
Age: 17
Kingdom: east
Species:Human
Abilites: Talented in archery, extremely agile, knowledgeable on hunting, good gunner.

Physical description/picture: Kai has black hair that's kind of long and wavy. He has golden eyes with a few flecks of amber around the pupils. He is quite tall and seems really skinny and lanky, but is actually quite toned. Many girls find him attractive.

Personality description: Cold at first, but warm when he gets to know one better. He has a good sense of humor and is kind, but is very threatening among enemies and is not someone you'd want as an enemy. He's quite mean around new people, but only does it so that he doesn't fall prey to anyone. He can be a bit of an airhead, and a little snarky, but he remains a loyal friend. Kai is also well-known for his arrogance.

Biography: Kai currently lives alone towards the back of the town. His family abandoned him as a child but he was then taken in by a hunter who lived in what little woods remained and taught him many valuable fighting attributes. However, the hunter died and Kai took residence in a busier part of town. During the war, he stayed in the city and took care of himself before tracking a misfit group of survivors. He befriended them after nearly meeting death, and gained several friends and experience as a reward.

Garb: He usually wears a green tunic with a warm hunting jacket and brown, worn pants. He is always wearing his favorite pair of hunting boots and a bow and arrow sheathe around his back. He also carries a small dagger hidden around his waist in case he is unable to use his bow and arrow.

Inventory: Bow and arrows, dagger, a bag of pine needles, and a gun with several ammo refills.
