Plot!
Spoiler: The PlotOk so the year is 4021 and people were living peacefully. All for a sudden the whole earth was flooded with radioactive waste water. People panicked many of them dying. Some started mutating. Of course allot of animals and land was destroyed as well. Most if not all of the people who survived had flocked to the sea and skies. Once the radioactive waste cleared up mostly people came back to the land.
Allot of people are Pirates now. There are regular Pirates who sail around the sea's careful not to fall into the remaining radioactive waste. They steal from the people on land. There are also sky pirates who sail around in the higher skies and sometimes even space. You can play as one of them or a bounty hunter, search for treasure and power,just try to survive and maybe if your lucky you might find out why the world was plagued with radioactive waste water.

Sea ships are always made of metal because of the radioactive waste in the water. The stronger the metal the more costly the ship. Cheaper sea ships are made out of wood but they have to be repaired allot. Sea ships cannot go into space normally. Some inventers try to attach steel wings to them so they can fly and sail but it's risky and almost never happens. A few submarines have been seen.

Sky/Space Ships vary in shape and style. But more expensive ones can take more hits. They also have stronger weaponry systems. More sky ship oriented have an easer time going down the land then more space oriented ships.
Sky Pirates/Space Pirates!
Spoiler: Pirates of the Sky and SpaceSky Pirates are sometimes called Space Pirates as they can go into Space. And vise versa. More Space oriented Pirates are more violent then more Sky oriented Pirates. Sky Pirates are the nicest Pirates out of all the Pirates usually. They don't come down to land unless they really have to usually.
Sea Pirates!
Spoiler: Pirates of the SeaSea Pirates are treasure oriented Pirates that still from civilians and usually kill whoever they feel like. They feel comfortable in ships in the ocean and don't usually like flying in ships in the air.

Mutations!
Spoiler: MutationsIf your Pirate or Bounty Hunter somehow drank some radioactive water that wasn't treated. Or maybe they didn't get on that boat or ship fast enough. Well then they might have a mutations. It could be something practical like a third eye... Or something not practical like cat ears. Just don't make it over powered. Ask me if your aren't sure about them or something. Your Mutation could be something creepy.
Treasure
Spoiler: TreasureTreasure is scattered around the world and sky. They are filled with different value things. After the flood allot of people lost things. So pirates take it upon themselves to take that treasure and fight over it. Sometimes for very high level treasure maps are made for the treasure and it is collected later.
Towns, Sky Docks and Money
Spoiler: Towns and SuchSome town's are more hostel then others. But a normal town is filled with nice people some of which are scared of Pirates. There will be bars, restaurants, shops, weaponry shops and other shops varying on the location that you are in. Allot of the earth has been turned into islands and there are allot less animals as there used to be but they are starting to repopulate. Sky Docks are large docks in the sky or space that you can connect your ship to. Space Pirates can also dock there ships to planets in an emergency. They are solar powered and built to look just like a regular city. (I might put up a map of something at some point.) Money is just normal money but is called coins. There are bronzes coins, silver and gold. It takes more bronzes coins to pay for something then it would take to pay for something with gold. For instant It might take two 20 bronze coins to buy a blanket but only 5 gold coins to buy the same one.
Islands!
Spoiler: Places to GoAllot of islands formed after the flood. Allot of them haven't been mapped out yet but the ones that have are quite popular. The ones that are mapped out and are not popular are dangerous.

The people and animals who live there have to stay ahead of the cold to stay alive lighting fires daily. There is a huge lake with fish in the middle of the island.
Pine Island: https://www.dhbailey.com/photos/IMG_0466.JPG A island full of lush beautiful tree's, birds, game and fish. Everyone that lives there eats will one way or another. The island is prone to rockslides.
Volcano Bay: https://wallpoper.com/images/00/29/76...l_00297687.jpg Soot almost always flies in the air as two large volcanos seem like they are about to erupt. The people aren't afraid and give the volcano offerings to keep it quiet. The town supposedly has mines filled with gold and other gems under the volcano but the towns people won't let anyone but them get to it. There are lots of elk, wolves and birds on the island.

Trade Co Island: A huge island with lots of docks. The island is filled with buildings, hotels, places to trade, restaurants, bars and other fun things. People love this island and it's very peaceful.
Planets!
Spoiler: Places to GoRanging from small to large and in color and even shape. Some planets changed with the radioactive acid. Now everyone lives on earth. Allot of people dock on the earths moon which now has an oxygen machine piping air though the planet. The moon is pretty bustling now actually. Then there's allot of people who dock on Venus. It tuned purple... and is now completely cool. Another common planet is Jalioz (Gal-lie-oz). It's green and allot like earth. Expect there is no water jus weird green ooze. Odd animal like aliens inhabit the planet. Some planets are full of aliens but most of them are non threating.... most...
Sky Docks!

I decided to do a more detailed description of Sky Docks. Just imagine a huge, flying dock where you can park our ship. Some docks are made of metal and some are made of wood. But they all fly using large solar and wind powered motors. To protect themselves they are equipped with phases. Now a Sky Dock is not just a dock. They are a dock that flows into a town or a city maybe even a empire. Usually the bigger the Sky Dock the bigger the city. Depending in which one you are you may have to pay for docking your ship. Some sky docks are so small that they only allow you to dock your ship.

Spoiler: WeaponsYou can use any weapon you want as long as it's not over powered. Weapons were scatted all around and people still use swords and regular guns. Despite there now being phaser.

Spoiler: Bounty HuntersIf you choose to be a Bounty Hunter you may use anytime of ship you want. Bounty Hunter's arrest Pirates and most of the time have a deep rutted hatred for the people. If not they are just doing it from the money.
The Monsters of the Sea, Sky and Space
Spoiler: MonstersSea Monsters lurk in the oceans waiting to attack Pirates and anyone else the can find in the sea. They are huge and wild looking. It almost looks as if the radioactive waste has effected them. Though they range in size, shape and power they are all violent and will attack at some point.
A Sea Monster---
Sky monsters are mostly winged creatures. Sometimes they have large horns and fangs. They attack but sometimes they would rather just protect themselves. More aggressive things like dragons live in the sky as well.
Space Monsters are the weirdest... They don't always attack when they appear. When they do attack they do it hard and fast. They vary the most in size and shape. Sometimes they have robotic parts from the ships they've destroyed.

Personality: Taylor is very protective, and she is often alone. The only people she tends to get along with are children, and she will kill anyone who touches or harms a child in any way. She is very determined and tries to mask her face under a hood. She hates pirates and is merciless towards them. The only bountys Taylor will due is illimination ones, which makes her an assassin of sorts, for she leaves no survivors, and has a reputation of doing so.
Reputation(added, but if not allowed i will delete and change it): She is known as the second best bounty hunter in existence, and is known to be a mass murderer of pirates. Multiple rumors go around about what she really looks like, but all people really know, is that she had two fangs, and glowing yellow eyes.

Boat: Sky Ship, named "Twisted Illusion" the ship itself is a heavily armors assault Sky Ship.
History: Taylor grew up in a small town on a harbor, with two mothers. She lived happily there, but didnt have many friends. Her younger mother died of sickness when she was 11 years old, and the next day, while everyone was grieving, and Taylor was asleep, pirates burned down her entire village, or at least thats what she was told.
She soon found that her mother was a bounty hunter, and she trained with her mom. On her 15th birthday, her mother disappeared and never came back. Taylor set out alone and became the hunter she is today. She built reputation and killed multiple pirate crews, then heading towards the biggest names. (So sorry for the vagueness, I'm just exhausted, i can change it later.)
Weapons: She uses a black kitana, and two knifes chained to her that are up each one of her sleeves, these are used for subduing and climbing mostly, but can also be used to pull someone or penetrate their throat. Her last weapon is a single silenced pistol on her thigh.
Other: Taylor loves to play poker, and is insanely good at it.

Personality: Sam likes to get things done. She's strong willed, quick witted and flirtatious at times. Even so Sam does have a tomboyish side. She likes violence, treasure, and mayhem. Sam wants to build up a big crew so that she can take over the seas. She likes respect from people but isn't that crazy about getting it. Sam likes to fight whoever she has too and does allot of friendly sparing. She prides herself her swordsmanship. She has a horrible scenes or direction but in a pinch is a great cook. She steals things sometimes and has a hatred for the cold. Sam can become fierce in a battle though normally she's happy. She likes to tell jokes. Sam tries not to get too excited all the time as she thinks it would set a bad example. But it usually doesn't work out. She likes to drink allot and she really likes traveling. Sam can be very prideful at times and sarcastic.

She also wears white dress shirts that most of the time have some of the buttons unbuttoned. Sam isn't very fussy about her clothes though. She keeps her swords sheathed to her at all times. Sam is kind of fussy about those wanting them to be polished and with her all the time. Her hair is jet black and goes down to her back. Very rarely Sam will tie it in a pony tail. Sometimes she wears yukata. Sam's eyes are very expressive and she has scrapes all over her from fights.

Boat: It's a medium sized white, steel boat. Stark, obtrusive and able to fit lots of people. Sam's courters are kind of trashy (She never cleans). And there's rooms for they woman and men. The kitchen is sort of broken down but Sam doesn't quite have the money to fix it. She never gave the boat a name and doesn't really call it anything oddly enough. Recently Sam has been trying to name is though. Her ship has three canon ball systems on it.
History: She doesn't quite remember it. ...Her time before being a Captain. Sam remembered being on her fathers boat though. He taught her everything she knows about swords. For the most part. Then she remembers sleeping allot. Sam does like a good nap. All of a sudden she was being attacked by some Pirates. Her father was dead and she was defending herself. It was crazy. But Sam admired Pirates and the fact that they always went after things with no regard for there lives. She bought a boat... Which was destroyed but she was sailing around and she gained a crew. Eventually She bought a bigger boat and started to go after bigger treasures. Her father was a carpenter before he became a Pirate. Her mom died before she even really new her. All Sam knows is that now she's a Pirate and that's what she'll probably be forever.

Personality: Reece prefers to be alone. It's not that she doesn't like people but she just feels as though she could cause trouble for everyone. Like fire, warm engulfing and if not stopped destructive. Reece is an accomplished fighter and doesn't feel bad killing bad people. She hates to see good people killed. Reece is calm even in problem situations and likes to stay ahead of people. Reece is handy with tools and has great survival skills. She doesn't like to show her fear outright to people but when she is really scared she plays with her hair. Reece always tries to talk people down out of making a violent choice. She likes to sing and actually is a good singer. Reece doesn't like to see mutants getting hurt and is tenacious.

Reputation: She captured a small crew of pirates. Reece doesn't have that much reputation but she wants to build it up to see what really happened to her family. Sometimes she slips up and kills people that she's not supposed to.
Any Mutations: Reece dons large cat like claws, dark red eyes and little cat like fangs. Her eyes ironically cause her to be hot to the touch. She can't feel the heat but other people can. She tries not to really smile because of that but obviously it can't be avoided.
Boat: A Space Ship, Reece owns a small nicely armored Space Ship that she named 'The Falcon.' Reece equipped home made lasers to the ship.
History: Reece was born when her parents were escaping the flood. They landed there ship on an island somewhere after living on the ship for a few mouths. Her parents had mutations even worse then her and were forced to stay in there house. In her teen years Reece wore long sleeves and a hood to hide her mutations. She picked up work as a mechanic just like her father once was. Reece thought she was going to finish her life on that island as a mechanic. She came home one day though and saw the house her parents and her lived in was on fire. She tried to get them out of the house but it was too late. As they were dead and the people on the island all really hated mutants she decided to leave the island and go somewhere completely different.
Reece sold the ship her father and mother owned and all of her land then bought a nicely sized Space Ship. She decided to become a bounty hunter as being a mechanic depressed her too much. Reece really doesn't like pirates and is a pretty good fighter. Reece is starting to suspect that it wasn't the towns people that caused the fire but Pirates. Her father was a Pirate.
Weapons: Reece uses her claws and teeth as weapons on occasions. She has two daggers on her tool belt and two small laser gun. Reece is prone to using her wretch as a weapon if she is out of weapons.
Other: Calm to the point where it doesn't seem like she has any emotions at times. Reece doesn't like to admit it but she feels lonely sometimes.

What Pirate Crew They want to Join and what Position - Captain - The Windriders
Boat: Fortune's Revenge, a refurbished military light strike cruiser, the Fortune's revenge is outfitted with void shields, and various forms of weaponry including bow-mounted torpedo tubes, port-and-starboard mounted kinetic and plasma batteries. Also included are several bays for Lightnings located on the bow and the stern.
On the underside are bomb and mine bays, as well as tubes for air-to-surface missiles, and torpedoes.
Laced throughout the hull are many flak turrets and close-defense (for destroying torpedoes and missiles) turrets
In total, there is room for a crew of over 200.
History: Bartholomew never really wanted to be a pirate when he was younger. But, fate works in mysterious ways. he was a porter on a civilian air-cruise ship, which was then attacked by pirates. He had become captured by the marauding pirates, and was give a choice; join up, or die. He made the obvious one.
Through the years, he settled in to his new career choice, and was found to be someone not to be messed with, lest you want to be on the business end of his sword. He became feared and respected by his crew mates, and, after a failed attempt on his life by the captain and his first mate, he caused a successful mutiny. He's been running the ship ever since, balancing out legal trading runs, and privateer/mercenary work.
Reputation: Respected and feared. Trusted to be a man of his word.
Weapons: His personal weaponry includes a master-crafted Power Sword and Bolt Pistol, a Storm Bolter, as well as frag and krak grenades

Personality: In this flooded world, Black Skull seems himself as but one thing; the law. In his eyes, he is the judge, jury and executioner. He roams both sky and sea in his battleship, walking the very fine line between Pirate and Bounty Hunter. He sides with no one except for his own crew, but he is likely to form an alliance if it works in his favour. Black Skull is arrogant, intimidating and most of all - feared by most. He sees himself as the devil among men, and who's to say that's a wrong statement?
Appearance: His real appearance beneath his outfit is unknown.
Black Skull wears a carbon fibre armoured suit, which is both bulletproof and fireproof, a helmet that provides him with night vision and the ability to see heat signatures, a black leather trenchcoat most of the time unbuttoned, and some fashionable boots to go with the outfit.

Any Mutations: He has a slight mutation in his body structure, which has made him grow to a size of 8 feet, and greatly enhances structural performance - he is a lot stronger and more agile than the average human.

Reputation: World famous, feared, respected and has a high bounty on his head
History: Before the earth was flooded by the radioactive fluids, Black Skull's gang named the Krew was already active. They were a group of hackers who oppressed society, more or less anarchists. With their advanced technology, they were well prepared for a disaster like the flood so they built a spaceship, capable of flying in the earth's atmosphere as well as outer space.
Black Skull and his crew have been 'patrolling' the earth ever since, raiding whatever ship they could raid and trying to dominate the earth. He sees himself as the modern day Blackbeard, thus why he gave himself the fake name of Edward Thatch and gave himself a modernized version of Thatch's nickname - not Blackbeard, but Black Skull.

Reputation: Well respected.
History: He's been a Yuki Pirate almost from the start, quickly earning his position and gentle respect. His role on the ship has been to fix stuff, cleaning his captain's room/dorm, also he's in charge of the cargo space on the ship. What his earlier life is quite a mystery and he intend to keep it that way. He's also suffering from a uncurable deadly disease, at this point there's only the captain and himself that knows about it. And for the sake of the crew, the captain has agreed to keep it a secret.
Weapons: A extreme hand to hand combat style, although he looks weak, he's quite strong. Much stronger than you first expect. He's agile, quick and have very good reflexes. (Although he can't keep up for very long, not because he usually need to)
Other: Don't disturb him while he's spacing out, usually just staring at the horizon. (if you're not authorized)

Personality: He is either always drink or buzzed. Has a friendly personality, makes jokes, and is open to pretty much anything. Always up for a good time even in the middle of a battle. Is very talkative and enjoys other peoples company. Even though he drinks, he is very smart and doesn't speak like your normal pirate, but get him "crap faced" and he will. Never brings up his past and if it is, he diverts it in some strange or fantastic way. His excessive drinking is due to his past and his personality while drunk is the complete opposite of who he use to be. If at anytime he is unable to become drunk, he is a cold, harsh individual with dead eyes that is easy to anger.

What Pirate Crew They want to Join and what Position: Is a freelance pirate that travels from crew to crew (mainly due to him being drunk almost all the time)

Reputation: By those that know him, he is seen as a fun, strangely wise, quick witted, trustworthy man, who is good with his weapons, fast on his feet, sharper with his mouth, and knows his drink. By those that just know about him, he is viewed as a low life drunk that isn't worth the salt in his veins.
History: Watching his family being butchered, tortured, and various other acts by villainous people, left a sour taste in his mouth that he has been trying to get rid of since. A drifter of sorts when it comes to pirates, he doesn't have any true place to call home. Due to how he acts, the basic hands on a ship like Al and what he brings, but if the ship is never threatened or never goes into action, he isn't able to prove what he can do to the ones that run the ship. His weapons he acquired when he was found in the captain's cabin passed out with several empty rum bottles scattered about the room. The Captain, called in his First-Mate, both of which grabbed Al. Always looked down on, which he prefers due to the ability that it makes what he can do unexpected, he enjoys being the fool. Wondering from ship to ship, port to port, woman's bed to woman's bed, without any true care in the world, is only goal in life is to savor the best taking alcohol that the world can offer, after that, he can die a happy man.....after he tastes it again for about a year or two.

Personality: Tries to be nice but is abrasive to sexual harassment, not immune to flirting. Tends to focus more on her work then anything enjoying the few times she gets to let loose and blow up stuff. When not working or throwing bombs she likes to relax and drink though it doesn't happen often. Jacqueline has a creepy sense of humor but tries to be respectful around superiors 'cause they can kick her off the ship. While she has experience she has no preference, she doesn't like to get all hung up on genders and if she likes someone she'd let them know why.

She tends to not bother with wearing too many clothes, her job as a cook or working the canons tends to be hot and it would only make her uncomfortable. Though she shows a lot of skin she still wears a long-coat with many pockets for her bomb components and flasks.

Reputation: Some people may have heard of a red-head cook that throws bombs at things and does weird experiments, not sure if she'd be flattered or wouldn't care.
History:
Jackie was swooped up as a wee lass by pirates and was quickly put to work in the kitchen as help for the elderly male cook aboard the ship. It was her first time on a ship and the thought of going out on the dangerous waters scared her. After years of dealing with the harassment from all the males aboard she developed her own tricks for defending herself and after the previous cook died she became the only person on the ship that could make a decent meal so the constant harassment dialed itself back a bit. One day she was tossed a book full of ingredients and recipes that the pirates thought was a cook book, it turned out to be a book detailing the uses of certain monster parts that once combined in just the right way created useful effects. Luckily this coincided with the crews' need to kill them for food after a few nasty run-ins lead them unable to dock at nearby ports. She developed steady hands and quickly learned what the book could teach, even starting to experiment with odd things on her own time. With the need of skilled powder mixers they relied on her for that too and over the years she learned how to operate the cannons. She found ways to make bombs that exploded after combining a certain liquids with certain powders, by pouring the liquid in before throwing the bomb she didn't need a match or fire which wasn't reliable on the sea. As she grew she picked up fencing from some pirates in exchange for unsavory things but at least she got something good out of the trade.
Currently though she left the ship after the captain died, Jackie didn't want to stick around after that mess, a few of the crew even nominated her for captain but its not the life for her. She's more of a do what she wants and blow things up kind of gal and not one for leading others.
Weapons: Mixed-up bombs, flasks of alchemical substances, and maybe a cutlass.
Other: Has a weird knack for throwing things, doesn't matter what said thing is as long as she can lift it.
Her lab would have mechanisms on the tables to keep the beakers, vials, and stuff level while the ship rocks that way nothing spills because if things spill it could be dangerous.
Alchemical items will probably pull from this list. (Throwing around the idea of using mutagens or extracts/formulae but that is sorta magicy)

Personality: Captain Harvey isn't your ordinary pirate loving water dweller. He is a very gentlmanly and will always accept a verbal challenge when it comes to a insult. Though he takes pride in his own works and endeavors always venturing out on the sea taking down dangerous creatures and plundering other pirates. He is more a strategist than anythin, always being careful not to exceed further than he wanted to. This means his crew-members respect him for his decisions. He is determine and communicative as well as diligent in his time of plundering. When discussion is in order he always tends to be dipolmatic about given situations. Though when in battle he is dangerous and unpredictable always thinking ahead of his foe. He is cold and harsh when the situation seems dire, but has no major negative personality traits that makes him evil. All in all, he is a very dynamic person at heart.

History: Captain Harvey has no certain history, but most say that he had been born on land and loved the sky so much that he had told his parents he was leaving to join some off-hand military group. Though stories of Captain Harvey are not exactly clear, but most say that Captain Harvey came to buy this ship around his 19th birthday and was Captain of this ship for all these years. Throughout these years stories have said that Captain Harvey had fended off and destroyed multiple amounts of Sky Beasts without struggle. At this instance Captain Harvey seems to have a fabled history, but his history has more to tell than it can unravel.
