Global Pokémon Rescue squad: Total Adventure Fatal Fun. Reburst Edition
Welcome recruit what you have now done, is to choose to be part of our glorious organization and we salute your enthusiasm. Where you stand right now, are the headquarters of the Global Pokémon Rescue squad, a fifty floor tall tower in the dead centre of a large island. From now on this will be your home, here you will live, work and enjoy your life.
You have responded to the summon, and thus you will now be a part of our new project. This Project is known as the Burst project, where you and a pokémon of your choice becomes one. Fear not however, the effect of burst mode is not permanent, and thus you can freely enter and exit your fusion form at will. How you do this however, is by using a Burst stone which can contain a single pokémon almost like a pokéball.
Allow me to tell you the story of the burst stones, Several years ago we made contact with a region far away from here. In this a small number of rather unique trainers had found stones of great power many years ago, and thus discovered the burst stones. These stones was first passed down the generations of these Burst Warriors, but lately a dark and sinister faction known as the Centurion Enclave. They found a way to draw out pokémons powers and use them for their own evil purposes at the cost of several pokémon lives.
However, the Burst warriors fought against the Centurion Enclave. And just as the fight were turning for the better, the Centurion Enclave found a way to create False Burst stones allowing their special forces to activate burst mode as well. Now, these stones have spread to the other regions, and thus its up to us... to prevent these stones from falling into the wrong hands and thus create another disaster.
This is where you comes in, we need more people at the field... people who can utilize the burst mode to fight against crime organizations and mainly the Centurion Enclave. We have granted you our permission to use the custom Burst Mode stones we created for the purpose of of this task, they're specially made in the way that they only work for a single user, and if you loose the Stone it will shatter and become useless.

Starting pokémon: An Male Chocolate colored Eevee named Twix.
Bio:
Vincent is the adoptive son of a lady called Black Lotus, and originally come from the Johto region where he grew up. Yet Vincent have been on a journey for many years, well more or less as he started when he turned 16. Yet Vincent was not quite a rookie when he started out his journey, he had much experience with pokémon as he lived in a Pokémon daycare/gym which often got challengers whom climbed the mountain regions where black thorn tow lay almost directly between Kanto and Johto.
Thus Vincent trained with his very first partner Twix the Eevee, until near perfection. He often took on challengers at the gym himself without officially being a pokémon trainer, and yet one day when he turned 16 he felt the thirst for adventure and thus sat out on his journey which would take him all over the world, during which time he would run into a wide cast of strange pokémon with even stranger backgrounds, one of them being Rico, a Black Raichu whom is only slightly bigger than a Pikachu because of a failed 'natural' evolution that almost laid to his death.
Yet it was also at that time Vincent started understanding the thoughts and feelings of pokémon much more than he ever had, and since that day he could understand the pokémon language perfectly.And later in his journey he discovered that he was a descendant of a wave master.
Now days Vincent work for the GPRS,and have done for seven years, as he during his first journey ran into the leader of the GPRS and thus was convinced to join them as he still would be able to travel far and wide while working for them.
Vincent is now the 'Team Leader' for the Burst Warriors.

-Aura Sphere: A Move that He and Vincent practised together for a long period of time after Vincent learned of his origin.
-Dig: A move whom could be learned by Tm, but were learned naturally through training.
-Shadow Ball: A move learned by TM and training.
-Quick attack: A move leaned naturally through experience.
