War for Kavalah OOC

Eight years ago Kavalah was once a planet known to many refugees, travelers, and pioneers known as the Planet of second chances. Being the size of Jupiter and though the planets population is mostly humans. Kavalah's vast riches and environments. Nearly any race can come and live on the planets surface without the fear of dying out from disease or from the environment.

Sadly everything changed when the Gallant Empire discovered Kavalah and invaded the planet in the name of their Empire. Like a plague of locus the Gallant Empire quickly stormed the cities wiping out anyone who resisted. With in months the Gallant Empire had successfully taken most of the planet and areas that are still in Kavalian control are barely holding it by their finger tips.

As the Gallants tighten their grasp on Kavalah's last lines of defense. Meanwhile in the Occupied zones. Many resistance groups have popped up all over, but sadly one by one the resistance groups are being snuffed out. This is a very dark time for the Kavalians. Will you help, or help burn the planet to the ground? The choice is yours.

Here are the rules to the rp.

1. I am the god of this rp.
2. I have full authority to change the rules when necessary.
3. Please follow the site's Laws and regulations.
4. No Godmodding.
5. Please respect all players, no auto hitting, and please ask permission before killing off a fellow player.
6. Please put all post in third person like a story and NO one liners. Please note that I am not a Grammar Nazi. All I ask is to spell the best you can. If it's txt talk I won't accept it.
7. Please put all characters here in the OOC Thread. I will either PM you or make a post to let you know that you are good to go or need any changes.
8. I encourage romance, but if you are planning to have sex. Please time skip it. What goes on in the bedroom STAYS in the bedroom.
9. (Very Important) BE CREATIVE AND HAVE FUN!
10. Please wait for everyone to post before you post again. Since I mostly get on sometime in the evening. Everyone has till the evening to get their posts in. If you don't, then I'll move on without you.

Here is some bonus information. As we go on in the game I'll keep adding more information about the resistance groups, and other factions that may pop up later. For now it's just two factions in play. Also later on I will create an update so everyone can be on the same page.

The Gallant Empire

The Gallant Empire was created thousands of years ago on their home planet of Gallia. Through politics, intimidation, and a very successful and well trained military. The Gallant Empire was born and once all of Gallia is under the Gallant Empire. The Gallant Empire set it's eyes on the Galaxy. For many years the Gallant Empire has spread through out the galaxy conquering many planets not only in the name of the Empire, but for resources and experimentation.

Though the Gallants are mostly humans the Gallants draft other races into their ranks to be used as cannon fodder to test the enemy's defenses before sending in their forces. The Gallants also believe that they are the best thing ever and they do tend to treat anyone who isn't a Gallant as dirt and scum.

The Resistance

The Resistance are the brave men and women who still defies the Gallant Empire and will do whatever it takes to beat the Gallants back. Sadly during the first few years the Resistance have been poorly trained and many of their missions winded up a complete disaster. It wasn't until a year later when Wingaurdian Special Forces managed to drop into the Gallant Occupied Zones to train the Resistance to become better fighters.

Name: Forbes Barclay
Nickname: none
Race: Human
Gender: Male
Age: 26
Job: Mercinary.
Specialty: Combat and tactics.
Weapons: Blaster rifle, pistol and knife.
Bio: Forbes was born on a planet known as Wingaurd. During his childhood and teen years. Forbes learned how to fight, survive Wingaurd's unforgiving environments, and lead soldiers on simulation missions. Later on Forbes played his part when the Gallants invaded Wingaurd and after years of biter fighting and forcing the Gallants off the planet. Forbes and a small group of soldiers volunteered to go off world and help resistance groups on other Gallant Controlled planets.
Appearance: Forbes is 6ft tall, muscular, but not very muscular. Forbes has brown eyes and hair, has a five o’clock shadow, has scars from combat and his adventures. Wears medium armor mostly chest plate, gauntlets, and shinguards. For clothing Forbes wears a black short sleeved shirt, tan cargo pants, brown gloves, and boots. He also rarely puts his helmet.

Race: Beast Folk (Mouse Girl)
Gender: Female
Age: 18
Job: rookie healer and waitress at an inn.
Specialty: Being able to heal minor to medium wounds, and she's an excellent cook.
Weapons: Staff
Bio: Roxana was born on Kavalah just a months after her parents arrived on the planet excited to start a new life there. During Roxana's childhood she would go to school, learn to cook, first aid, and learn other subject. Later on when Roxana was walking home from school. The Gallants launched their attack on the planet severely injuring Roxana and sadly her parents were killed. Later after her wounds were treated and deep in the Gallant Occupied Zone. Roxana found a job as a waitress and ever since then. She's been serving Gallant Soldiers, travelers, and Resistance Fighters.
Appearance: Roxana is 5’4 ft tall young, shy, but very sweet looking girl who is a tad skinny and fluffy, her brown fur is a little messy, but she tries to keep it groomed. She has brown eyes and hair that goes a little past her shoulders. Wears a nice blue long sleeve shirt that goes pass her fingers and her knees that covers most of her burn scars. Black shorts that her hidden under her shirt. Brown foot coverings, and a black collar with a jade green emulate. She wears special gloves that protect her hands.

Age: 2500 (25 Elven Years)
Job: Solider
Specialty: Using swords and blaster rifle.
Weapons: Short Elven Sword and Blaster rifle.
Bio: Aellna was born on the Elven world of Corros. During her childhood. Aellna went to school, got into a few fights, and basically lived the life of an average child. Later on Aellna joined the Elven military and did escort missions to other planets so the Elven scientists can do their research without the fear of being attacked. Later on however during a crisis. Aellna's soul was transferred into a robotic body and during the confusion the ship that's carrying her body in a special cyropod went missing along with many other ships. As soon as Aellna got off the planet in a small ship. She and three others were looking for a place to figure things out when they crashed on Kavalah. Now Aellna is in a top secret laboratory being studied by Gallant Scientist.
Appearance: Aellna is 6'ft tall, has light brown hair, green emerald eyes, scars on her body from combat, and has a serious look on her face. She wears the traditional grey bulky armor with a blue war kilt, and a red cross painted on her chest plate. On her shoulder pads there is a shield with a red cross, two swords crossing through it, and on the back of the picture are two golden wings signifying her as a leader. She looks the same in her robot body.

Race: Neko
Gender: Female
Age: 20
Job: Killing Gallants and helping resistance fighters whenever necessary.
Specialty: She has heighten senses making it easier for her to pick out targets.
Weapons: Twin pistols
Bio: Nipss was born on a planet known as Borriah. During her childhood Nipss along with many of her siblings and friends roam the forests and basically had a carefree lifestyle. Later on however everything changed when the Gallants invaded and during the battle. Nipss lost her vision when an explosion hit her. After being saved by a group of refugees. Nipss and the other survivors fled to Kavalah to start over again. Once on the planet Nipss, though blind went out into the forests of Kavalah. There she made her home in the trees and developed a very strong sense allowing her to see through her hears, smell, and her other senses to get around the forests and kill her prey. When the Gallants invaded Kavalah. Nipps helped refugees and Resistance fighters by allowing them to stay in her home and assisting with raids against the Gallants.
Appearance: Nips is five feet tall, has black hair, and grey eyes. She has huge bat ears and a shaggy black tail. She wears a forest camouflage poncho, black shirt, forest camp pants, black boots, and brown gloves.

Name: Gypsy
Nickname: Gypsy, Witch.
Race: Changling (I'm going with the Pathfinder Version of a Changling)
Gender: Female
Age: 23
Job: Healer, inn worker, Flute player and entertainer.
Specialty: Healing, breathing under water, Endless patients.
Weapons: N/A
Bio: Gypsy Came to the Patent through a Caravan of ships and decided to remain behind, shortly there after the Gallents attacked and she found herself in hard times trying to live, But she never did let that stop her from helping anyone, Even if it happened to be a Gallent. After some time she was able to secure herself a job as an inn worker, not only dose she wait on the table she also entertains by singing, dancing and playing the flute.
Appearance: Gypsy is a small girl compared to others but she is always lit up with a smile. Her left eye is that of an emerald green and her right is a pail sky blue With deep black hair that falls to her mid back and frames her face. She has abnormally pail skin with a frail looking body that is stronger then it looks.

Job: Free runner, Resistance fighter.
Specialty: Free running, stealth and duel sword fighting.
Weapons: A pair of black Duel swords.
Bio: Bird was a young girl when the Gallents invaded, She managed to survive, but not her parents. She was taken in by a group of older kids known as the 'flyers' A group of free runners who had managed to out run the Gallants attack on their home city. Raised by this group by a boy named Raven both in birth and in group. She along with a few other kids who had been saved were all brought up with in the fliers group who struggled to support each other. As she grew she knew all of them by both names and began to be trained to run with them, She was given the name bird for her quick 'flights' Taking off faster then anyone else. When she hit 14 Raven was killed by a group of Gallents when he tried to keep them away from the group, and her hatred grew for them. Soon after the group started taking on missions of their own Stealing food from Gallents and taking it to those who need it, At first it started out small but gradually grew larger and more dangerous. Other resistance groups told them the quite because they where just kids but they never did. Now at the age she is she's taken on a mission of her own with a group of friends, To prove to the other resistance fighters that they need the fliyers.
Appearance: Bird is a well built, long legged, feminine girl with long braided golden hair. She's got a few faded freckles and fair skin. She tends to wear tight fitting shirts and short combat skirts with shorts.(If I can find the picture will updated it.)

The Fliyers - The Fliyers are a group of kids (mostly) who specialize in Free running, Parkor and stunts, While it started simply as a group to fight bullies and have fun after the Gallents They got into the business of stealth missions against the Gallent forces and attempting to convince other resistance groups that they are worth it. They are a tight nit group who fend for each other and support each other. Each member earns a name for themselves with in the group.
