As Alinair walked into the gym, a lone figure followed a short ways behind her. Carrying a violin case in one hand, and periodically adjusting and readjusting his black-rimmed glasses with the other, the figure made his way through the crowds to a seat on the bleachers where he could more easily oversee all that was going on in the gym.

Even before the treaty with the Knights of Virtue, Ardeth Bay was no stranger to undercover work, but never had he had to go to the lengths called for in this mission. The first step, naturally, had been to apply a foundation to hide the Medjai's trademark tattoos, which for any savvy Nation assassin would have been a dead giveaway. Everything after that - pulling back his long hair into a low ponytail, concealing his scimitar and an AK-47 inside a violin case, and putting on these ridiculous glasses even though his eyesight was perfectly fine - was all part of a cover to further conceal his identity and make the desert warrior look as non-threatening at first glance as possible. But at least the rest of his outfit - consisting of a black shirt and loose pants with a burgundy hoodie - was practical and comfortable enough to allow him sufficient freedom of movement should the need arise.

And judging by the argument going on below, it already had.

Ardeth kept his focus on Alinair, ready to get her out of this place if need be. The man posing as a security guard looked more like a harmless prankster than an assassin, so he let them be for now, but he became more wary of his surroundings. He did not recognize the two people being harassed by the fraudulent guard, and so there was no way to tell if they were Nation assassins, two of his fellow Sentinels, or even two of the Keepers, but altercations of any sort were not a good sign, so he had to stay focused on his own assigned charge for the time being.

Searching the rest of his surroundings, however, Ardeth's gaze soon found its way to two familiar faces. The first was Fai D. Flowright, Ardeth's first true ally and friend among the KV, undoubtedly a Sentinel now. It heartened Ardeth to see a familiar face whom he knew he could trust, but then he caught sight of the other familiar face.

Raizel Chrono, already talking with a young girl.

Now Ardeth knew the battle was upon them. And there was little time to spare. Of all the Nation agents Ardeth might have expected, Raizel was the absolute last agent he had wanted to see here, knowing firsthand the depths to which Raizel would sink to accomplish his ends. Alternating glances between Alinair and Raizel, Ardeth kept his face out of sight as he approached Fai, waiting until he was close to Fai before saying anything.

"We shall know no fear." Ardeth said in a low voice from behind Fai, simultaneously shooting Raizel a glance to direct Fai's attention to the man. Whoever the blonde girl was, she must have been either a Keeper or someone close to a Keeper; otherwise Raizel would not take this much of an interest in her. Ardeth would also have to inform him of the skirmish going on with the fraudulent guard, if he didn't already know.

    (Cora's part coming soon.)

James Smiled, as he slid back "Hidden Blades? A little Hard with the Cliche?" His Eyes Glades over "The first recorded use of the Hidden Blade was dated during the 5th century BCE, in the area known as modern day Iran, when Darius used it to assassinate King Xerxes I. By the High Middle Ages, Assassins were regularly outfitted with a Hidden Blade as part of their equipment. The blades saw wide use for assassinations, as they could be easily kept out of sight and allowed for quicker and stealthier eliminations. Valentine Louché

Valentine yawned and looked at his clock, it took him a while to regain focus after waking up. "Eh... I'm going to be late!" Valentine yelled from his bed and in panic he rolled off his bed wearing just his shorts, as well as bumping his head into the night drawer. "Ouuuch!" He moaned silently. He quickly got up on his feet though and rushed towards the bathroom taking a quick shower before getting dressed, a double of toasted bread with jam in his left hand and one in his mouth as well as his bassguitar hanging over his right shoulder he slammed his apartment door shut. Rushing through the hallway towards the elevator only to notice that it was broken. ".... aw come oooon!!!" He whined busting open the door to the stairs with a forceful pushing kick, maybe it was too powerful considering it flew right right off it's latches and down the first couple of stairs! Without thinking much about it he rushed down the stairs. Ofcourse he can't think about it right now, he was in a hurry, something big is happening today, according to his assignment he shall keep watch over the sentinels. If anyone could reconize them it was Valentine, since they probably, no hopefully don't know about each other just yet. Valentine picked up his smartphone and looked down at the clock. "Geez, I've caught up with time now... maybe I should slow down..." Valentine thought to himself after been running like hell for about 15 minutes and right now he litted a cigarette to calm down while walking. Usually he don't smoke other then when he's writing poems, but the stress called for it this time.

Finally he arrived at the gym, this is a great day indeed. Cheerleaders and well of course the bonding of the keepers. He walked in like he didn't have a care in the world for anything. Throwing an eye here and there for leads. It didn't take much to before he had seen two familiar faces. Good, there's Ardeth... looking slightly concerned.... He thought, trying to look in the same direction. Hmph... trouble! Raziel's target must be, a keeper perhaps? He thought and quickly he looked over at Ardeth whom approached Fai. Good introduce each other... keep an eye on the girl and I shall convince Raziel to have a dance with me outside! He thought, quickly turning his attention to Raziel mid-thought. While walking Raziel's way he grabbed a random person's towel and dipped it into a bucket full of water while passing by, at the same time he wet his hair to make it heavy and hang before his face so he wouldn't be reconized. He planned on passing by the girl and grab Raziel's attention with a smooth What the hell experience! The second he passed her and closed in on Raziel he whisper: "No interfering!" Trying to whip Raziel with the wet towel towards his face, knowing that he probably will dodge it somehow he prepared to counter if Raziel wasn't in a mood to chit chat or taking a walk outside.
