Welcome to a land where people can bend Water, Earth, Fire and Air, the four basic elements. There is only one person that can bend all elements, and that is the Avatar.

Long ago, the four nations of the land, the Water Tribes, the Earth Kingdom, the Fire Nation, and the Air Nomads lived together in peace and harmony, until the Fire Nation attacked the other Nations for dominance over the Land. Only the Avatar could stop them, until he vanished. One hundred years later the new Avatar adventured with his friends to master the four elements, until his life would come to an unfortunate end. It seems as though the Fire Nation will win the war, but there are yet still some people that would bring hope for peace.

This is Lady South Wind of the Forest, being sensitive to the elements I totally agree, that there is always hope for the elemental nations. If not the elements are doom to become out of control.
