This Role-play is rated Mature due to sexual content, language, violence, blood and gore, drug and alcohol usage and so on. Also this is an failed rp that was started a while back by fae_girl. She gave me permission and here we are.

Welcome, new agents and super naturals to the Sanctuary. This is the most secret location on Earth, hidden in plain sight of the public. Thankfully, no one tends to look twice at a large estate in the suburbs of the Pacific Northwest, so here; the Sanctuary can operate freely without fear of discovery. So what is the Sanctuary you ask, well the Sanctuary is a refuge, a place where anyone who is different, or considered “supernatural," can come to live in safety. Over the years, super naturals have been hunted down as monsters by torch-wielding mobs, or burned at the stake as witches. Of course, some super naturals may actually BE witches, but that is far from the point. Humanity is not ready to learn about super naturals, but supernatural creatures nevertheless have the right to live, and to be understood. Here, they can have those rights. The Sanctuary's small elite teams of scientists along with the other members of the Five are led by Sanctuary founder Dr. Nora Gainsborough. This group has made it their life's mission to study supernatural traits and rehabilitate super naturals who do not understand their abilities.

Be warned, not all super naturals are friendly, shelter-seeking victims. Some of the most dangerous killers and monsters of myth are these very creatures. That is where you come in. Peaceful super naturals who do not understand their abilities, must be rehabilitated and perhaps made ready for life outside these walls. Hostile super naturals, on the other hand, must be found and captured in order to keep the public safe, which is why our field agents like you carry guns. An important part of an agent's job is to capture hostile or dangerous super naturals; ones that we know nothing about except for what local or historical legends say about them. This is a dangerous task not only because of the nature of the creatures, but because the Sanctuary is not the only group looking to find or capture these beings. However, with the danger come a lifetime of adventures and a window into a world very few have ever seen. So there is only one question I have for you…Shall we begin?

A Brief History of Super naturals and the Sanctuary

If you think that super naturals have been timidly hiding in the background of a glorious, human-dominated history, think again. Super naturals and humans have been building civilization together through a complicated and constantly evolving relationship. The Sanctuary is not only a place for new super naturals to find refuge; it is also a place that preserves the super natural's rich cultural history. It is a history that should be remembered, as forgetting it has led to the fall of man several times already. Not much truth about super natural's history is known before this age because of what ensued after it. But this time, culminating in the Pax Romana era, was the height of super naturals culture in mainstream history. Vampires, some of the most powerful super naturals there are, used their ancient wisdom, experience, and collective knowledge to ameliorate human society.

Vampires became the emperors of Rome, and these romantic beings brought about an age of peace, ruled by Roman artists, poets, architects, and storytellers. Vampires of this time believed in the potential of human beings, and for a time, both human and Abnormal openly worked together to build a bold future. Unfortunately, the nature of humans can change very fast. However, while humans can be amazing thinkers, builders, and artists, they can also be skittish, fearful, and illogically destructive.
Despite the period of peace and prosperity brought by the cooperation between humans and super naturals, humanity eventually grew afraid of the powerful beings that held so much power in their society. Humans began a great purge of super naturals. This lead to the Dark Ages for both the humans and for the super naturals they hunted. The remaining Vampires escaped to the Himalayas.

There, using the knowledge they had retained for centuries, they built small city, where they kept their culture, their sciences, and their history. Unfortunately, though, this small group of survivors did not manage to last long enough to bring their race back from the brink. By the 1800's, almost nothing was known about super naturals, and there was no official institution tasked with bridging the gap between standard humans and super naturals.The only groups that expressed any interest in creatures or people with strange powers were forces of intolerance, interested in burning anyone who dared to be different. Then, in the mid-nineteenth century, a British scientist named Dr. Jonathon Gainsborough laid the groundwork for change. He began studying super naturals and taking on the taboo issue as his passion, even though this alienated his colleagues and the rest of his scientific community.

Nevertheless, he made amazing discoveries, learning about the potential super natural's abilities waiting to be unleashed even in our own genetics. He even managed to work with the last large group of super naturals in Himalayas. His limited, hidden work space in England was, however, forced to resemble more of an experimental laboratory than any sanctuary. It wasn't until after Jonathon introduced his daughter to his research that things started to radically change. Jonathon's daughter, Nora, carried on her father's research into super naturals. She collected four bold colleagues willing to push the limits of acceptable research with her, and this group became known as The Five. But The Five did not just study super naturals; they took their research to the next step, using something Nora had access to because of her father: a rare sample of Pure Vampire blood.

The Five did something radical with the blood to understand the world they loved: They turned themselves into super naturals. Each was injected with the rare blood, and the blood gave them amazing super natural's powers. Only one of The Five became a typical vampire as we know it today. The rest gained powers that you could only read about in books. Just as progress for super naturals began again, the movement collapsed for several tragic reasons. The city The Five counted on for Abnormal research, Himalayas, was about to be destroyed. By the beginning of the 20th century, in the time of European turmoil, and at the height of human paranoia that led to World War I, the combined military forces of Russia, France, and Spain were brought to bear in Himalayas, where they spent days bombarding the last city of Vampires until it was no more. Deciding it was for the best the group decided to separate and never speak of the matter again. Century's later in the Pacific Northwest territory of the USA, Nora created her new home, which became known as the Sanctuary.

Here, five of the last powerful super naturals on earth would invite all other super naturals to come and live in peace. Here, any super naturals could be rehabilitated, and could learn about themselves, and come to terms with their abilities. Here, any dangerous Abnormal would be brought to be kept safely under lock and key, away from potential victims. For many years, Nora worked in relative peace this way, traveling the world and finding super naturals who needed a refuge from humanity. Of course, there's nothing peaceful about monster hunting, but the routine of that type of work was peaceful compared to the battle that was quite literally about to land in her yard. In the autumn of 2008, Nora realized she needed more help and went on search for more liked minded people. However, unknown to her a group known as the Cabal was working on abnormal as well, but their ideas are more violent.

5: If you’ll be playing a cabal agent please add how you became one. If you are going to be playing a super on their side please explain how and why they captured you and use you or why you chose to fight with them.

6: Once started, Characters will be partnered in rooms at random if you would like to request a roommate just let me know. Only the Five have their own rooms.

7: Please no over powerful powers…if you have questions just ask and well figure it out.

9: Have fun and get creative…this creatures can be anything (no vampire oh you’ll see why later) so use your imagination and don’t go to powerful.

Dr. Nora found the Sanctuary as a scientific institution that encourages tolerance and learning. Along with the member of the Five, she has gathered a team of brilliant and capable people to help make the Sanctuary a place where even the most tortured and confused super naturals can find peace, answers, and hope for the future. Just like many of the Sanctuary's permanent residents, Nora's team members can be so brilliant or talented that they are often misunderstood by mainstream society, and Nora often must work to help her own team members and even her family to feel like they belong. Recently, this group gathered for research and exploration purposes has suddenly found itself fighting for survival against a powerful and mysterious enemy. This enemy was known as the Cabal, and they strove to decimate and control all super naturals. Their plans are to destroy the Sanctuary Network. Thankful due to their advanced technology they have been able to keep safe, but it's only a matter of time before the war is on her front yard.

Spoiler: The Sanctuary

The Sanctuary itself is a very large building set in neo-gothic style architecture and looks very Victorian on the inside. Most people of Old / New Lake City tends to see the Sanctuary as an old run-down church that was turned into a private research facility. However, this is actually a blessing since the owner of the Sanctuary Nora Gainesborough keeps her work a secret. The Sanctuary resides in Old Lake City, right along the dark water lake and just past the bridge connecting the two halves, in an area where something of that nature wouldn't be questioned as easily. The old lake city sanctuary itself is huge, comprising of several offices, a large residential area for the staff and any human or humanoid patients who need a room, and the supernatural habitats on the lower levels. The main lab is also located in the lower levels, and is composed of the SHU, where their most dangerous super natural are kept.

The Sanctuary also holds many advanced levels of technology, particularly in the medical field. Deep inside the stone walls of this building lays an entire medical establishment where the best equipment that not evens the most elite hospital has. Inside you will find a research and testing, along with a full functioning OR, an infirmary, a quarantine area with special locking rooms, and finally a full stocked pharmacy. She also has many gadgets and monitors she uses to gauge different functions of the body, such as brain waves and how certain powers and abilities affect the rest of the user's body. This aids her research towards helping her patients. The main lab is a circler room built three stories below a huge chapel, and is also equipment with the advanced tech including monitors that fold down from the ceiling, robotic arms that can help with dangerous experiments. This is also right dead center of the SHU. Large cells spiral around this massive lab and inside hold the most dangerous. On the next level are more of the same types as cells, but for less dangerous and more animalistic.

The sanctuary team uses a different array of advanced technology. This includes regular Glock 17 with the abilities to shoot special tranqs as well. The way to tell that tranq are what your shooting is a small blue light that appears on the end of the butt. They also have guns that they call stunners which give off a power shock of electricity. Also, the Sanctuary itself is protected by an EM shield that keeps people from hacking into their private computer sectors. This also helps keep unwanted supers out and also in. Also, many of the five have members have knowledge in the bio warfare area.

Most no one knows about the secret group called The Elite Five, but its members are some of the most powerful Super naturals on earth. The Five got their name when its five members decided to inject themselves with some of the last pure vampire blood in existence in hopes to save Nora. This pure blood gave each member incredible and rare super natural abilities. When the Five's members unite, they can accomplish amazing feats. The group fractured over time, trying to keep each member safe. However, with the rise of The Sanctuary the five were able to once again come together.

There are many groups who have an interest in Super natural. Some, like the employees of the Sanctuary, benevolently seek to study and help super naturals. Others, like the secret society known as the Cabal, intend to enslave super naturals in a bid for power. Cabalis Nocturnum or Cabal was originally formed as a secretive organization formed by the Roman Catholic Church in attempts to hunt down and destroy anything that could be considered ungodly or unnatural. However, as time passed the member became a wear of how powerful these creatures were and how powerful they could be if they were able to harness the powers for themselves.

As time went on the group evolved capturing these creatures, but unlike before when they were destroying them, they started to hold them and experiment on them. They went as far as sending out spies and pay people to be informants for them. This is how the Five was discovered. While Nora was out helping her father track down a supernatural causing chaos in the English Moors, she wittiness him being taken by a group of men. Nora sought out help from the law enforcement and her group, but neither could come up with anything that could help her cause. Six months later, she would find him half dead and unable to remember anything about her, her mother, or the supernatural creatures.

After a few experiments she figures out that he had his memories stolen, which meant whoever had done it knew about Nora and the rest of the five putting them in danger. The Five after having a bunch of near misses, go into hiding not surfacing again to the 19th century believing the group had died off. But that’s what they wanted people to believe. In fact under Brayan Malcom they had actually reformed and gone underground, whereupon they infiltrated various business organizations from biotech firms to companies to defense contractors, turning into a global world spanning organization with a great deal of power.

Not much is now known about the Cabal. However, it is known that the Cabal was ruthless, powerful, and incredibly dangerous. The group not only employed evil scientists and criminal enterprises to augment its power, but even wielded its own armies of super naturals. The leaders of the Cabal used their immense resources to wage a war spanning the entire globe in order to gain unparalleled power and influence.

Spoiler: The Malcom Tower

The Malcom Tower resides in New Lake City, deep in the heart of the bustling city, in an area where something of that nature wouldn't be questioned as easily. The Malcom Tower itself is huge building comprise of several offices, a large pent house suit located at the very top, a massive hold facility that holds cabal operatives both human and supernatural, and a huge laboratory area. This area is made up of four segments; the advanced housing units which holds abnormal they have captured and are unable to control, experimental area that is filled with all the equipment need to do all kinds of unorthodox medical experiments, advanced weaponry where they try to harness supernatural abilities and weaponize them, and finally is an chemical testing labs. Though many people don’t know the darkest secret of this building, many do know that it is a massive import and export facility. It also has been said to aid in illegal dealings like gambling and what not.

The cabal team also has an array of weapons, but what is mostly used are the MP5, Beretta, and concussion grenades. However, they have their own specialists that tamper in the biological weaponry area as well. They also have their own army made up of well-trained supers as well. Their technology isn't as advanced as the Sanctuary's tech, but it's getting close.

Bio- She knew no name. She just knew she existed. The forest was her home, that was where her first memories were. People would always run from her. Screaming in fear. ONe day the girl found a reflection of herself and saw... Nothing. She was just nothing, a blank. She didn't want to be nothing. Her face changed and actually took shape. It was just like the last girl that had fled from her. She had become that girl. With this new form the girl felt a sense of security and stepped out for the first time outside of her forest.

She walked out onto the man made roads, and there she learned. She had a hunger for knowledge of the world. Of it's people. She learned she could change what she looked like and even assume different forms. She spent her years learning and adapting. She took on a name as well, June Snow, and eased herself into society. She used her knowledge to fake her records and get into school to learn even more. Going through Elementary school up into Highschool without any incidents. She was caught one day by a person that attended school with her while she was changing. She had to run from there, but she was put on the local news which lead to the next event of her life.

She was approached by some people. They said they could help her if she could help them. She agreed and shewas put through college, getting a degree in criminal profiling. A perfect fit for someone that learns and can become others. She's been using her skills for the Sanctuary ever since. Usually she's helping with new supers in the Sanctuary, but she sometimes go out on assignments outside as well.

Born in down town NYC to a small business lawyer and a preschool teacher, Kyda is the middle child of the Turner household.

The literal black sheep in the family, her parents knew from the first day that there was something different about her.
Kyda's appearance was the biggest difference that everyone could see. While both her parents and big sister had golden blond hair and baby blue eyes she had raven black hair and blue-violet eyes with a deep darkness to them.
Her personality was also different to her families. Her parents, use to dealing with her older sisters sweet and quiet nature, did not know how to handle the quick tempered and some times cruel child that she was. But they managed somehow.

Until the day her reason for being different came into realisation.

It had been a bright spring day when it happened, she had been outside playing with the neighbourhood kids after her first day at school when a group of teenagers came around to try their luck on the small children. The called out names that the little ones didn't understand and when they realised that name calling was having no effect they turned to being physical. With the frustration and fear at being pushed around by the larger children Kyda unleased her hidden power without even knowing it.

Red and black markings appeared on her skin and on the ground around her forming a circled pentagram. Then from the ground rose dark shadowed tentacles that grabbed a hold of the teens and throw them clean across the street. A scream from her big sister to stop had snapped her out of her rage the marking disappearing as quickly as they had come.
News of the event spread like wildfire. Her parents where at a loss as to what to do.

Then on October 31st on Kyda's seventh birthday a lady had shown up at the Turners apartment saying that she could help. Kyda was taken to Sanctuary that day and has lived there ever since. Training and honing her abilities so that she now had full control over them. In the time she has spent at Sanctuary she had completed her schooling and has started a degree in programing. She visits her family often the chance to see her sisters always bringing a smile to her face.

Abilities- 'Satan's Fire'. A blue flame that can burn through most semi-thick materials, and can churn some people out. It is extremely hard to control, and at times damages the user. To control this he has special black gloves that make sure temperature never exceed the needed. He can also use the flames to heal himself, and at some extent, others. When he gets enraged, they envelop him in an aura. He can also control minor electricity, but this can kill him if it even grows slightly off control.

Bio- Born and raised in parts unknown, his only memories of 'family' come from a traveling circus. He had quite a bit of fondness for the circus, really did love them... That is, of course, until the 'Organizations' came to knock. He had to run away alongside many 'special' circus performers. In the end, he was the last one of all, tired, 16, and traumatized. He was found by the kind people of the Sanctuary near some ruins in a place he rather not remember

Biography Lycan:
Was born into a lower class family, and lived an ordinary life in Passedina.
That was until his the christmas eve of 1800. It was midnight, and he knew that because he couldn’t sleep. The snow was falling thick outside and he waited for a jingling of bells on the roof of the cabin he was staying in. It wasn’t quite what he was expecting hearing a thud of a single animal. He jumped to the window and saw as something in the darkness was lurking about. Curious, and with wonder he slipped on a coat and headed out.
He traced the footprints of the animal, four feet, paws.
After a few minutes he passed through some trees and into a clearing. He took in a deep breath of the freezing air, looking up at the moon which bathed everything in a magical silver light.
Hearing a heavy animalistic breathing he looked and saw what he thought was a wolf, standing on it’s hind legs, looking directly at him with a blank hungry stare.
Paul, with fear in his heart turned and fled. While he was running the beast caught up with him and began slashing at his heels. Turning to see the monster right behind him, he turned and ran straight into a tree, knocking himself unconscious.
Paul woke in his bed with his parents bustling about him. Paul hurt, his back was on fire and he could feel a cold sweat all over him.
His father, Kyo, checked Paul’s temperature.
Paul got better, and was never allowed to see what had happened to his back.
His life continued to progress as if nothing ever happened. His father began training Paul up to be a scientist just like himself in biochemistry. At the time it was a fairly new subject, but Kyo knew it was something that would progress. Once every month there came a time when he would wake up after nightmares of being locked away and chained up by his parents, but his parents assured him they were dreams.
His parents eventually passed and as time slipped by, Paul realised something was amiss, his aging seemed to stunt at 24, he began looking into it, and even though he came across the Lycan myth he never really believed it, he thought there was something scientific about it.

As time went by, he was approached by soldiers and asked to come work for the Cabal, they tried to bribe him with anything he wanted but Paul knew what their aim was; to destroy anything abnormal, and Paul did not like the idea of wiping them out, because once it happened they would surely turn on those that aided them.
He is now being sought after and hunted by the Cabal.

shadow manipulation: Atrophy can control the shadows around them and make them do his bidding. He can only use shadows for three ways, however:
1. As an extension of his body, such as forming a limb out of shadows to grab something out of reach or as a surprise attack. Similar usage is to be expected.

2. The shadow ball. This shadow ball, once fired, causes explosive damage equivalent to that of an M-80 on impact. He can't control it after he shoots it.

3. He can form into shadows himself to hide or to protect himself from an attack.

Bio

Atrophy Alistor Lestara wasn't born to the greatest circumstances.

In a family of 6, he was the youngest and smallest. Despite having eyes of brightest blue, his hair was stark white, unlike the family's normal chocolate brown locks. Atrophy was immediately outcast in his own family. Picked on and tossed only the most difficult chores, it made living in near poverty even more excruciating. He never was loved as he grew up, and in elementary school he was left alone to himself, as his white hair and shy demeanor left him to play with his only friends available-the shadows. In the corners where he often relegated himself to, he spoke to the shadows, and they seemed to quiver and dance in response to his voice. The teachers simply attributed it to a trick of the light, but Atrophy knew better: They were his friends.

Atrophy was often subject to abuse from his family, both his parents and siblings. They all liked to beat on him and verbally belittle him every day. As such, Atrophy had to learn to be quick on his feet, to find a way to dodge incoming punches, and also find the stamina to be able to take a daily beating. This Atrophy learned day by day, year after year, as he continued to mature bit by bit.

As he grew older, his relationship with the shadows seemed to grow stronger. He spoke with them more often, and they seemed to move even more in response to him, enough that rumors had begun to be spoken about him. However, nobody was ever able to confirm these rumors, as Atrophy was tight-lipped about it. In reality, Atrophy didn't understand his true power. All he knew was that the more he spent time in the shadows, the more comfortable he felt. He was 17 now.

Junior year of high school had come. Atrophy never made any waves, and yet he had attracted the attention of a bully. Atrophy was in the lunchroom, preparing to sit down in the corner to eat, when a strong jock approached him. He threatened to beat him up if he didn't hand over his lunch...Atrophy, who hadn't eaten more than a meal or two over the weekend thanks to his impoverished, abusive family, refused. The jock threw a hard punch. Atrophy winced....but found that the punch had gone right through him. He and the jock stared in shock at his body, which had diffused at his midsection into swirling whispy purple-black tendrils. He had formed into a shadow. This soon attracted the attention of the entire lunchroom, which had fallen silent in surprise.

Suddenly, one of them shouted "Monster!" And the chase was afoot. Atrophy fled from the school, being chased by a horde of angry and scared students and teachers. Atrophy managed to give them the slip, but the story soon reached the news, asking to turn in Atrophy if found for experiments. He was a pariah now. He spent two weeks skulking around dark alleys, falling ill from lack of food and water.

He thought it was the end; that he would end up starving to death in the dark alleys. He grew weak from hunger and thirst, and his vision grew dim. As he was close to passing out, a shadow approached him. He couldn't see it, but he heard the voice: "Let me help you." He passed out then. He awoke later in a strange room, with a few people smiling at him. It was then he had discovered that he had been found and rescued, carried to this place known as the Sanctuary, a haven for supernatural beings like himself. He discovered he was a shadowmancer, and was introduced to some of the abilities he was capable of.

After two years at the Sanctuary, Atrophy has become known as the shy, reclusive super. He has grown proficient in his shadowy abilities, but prefers to keep to himself. He does not form strong relationships thanks to his past, fearing that he will just be abused like before. As it is, he is glad he has found a safe place from anyone who might hurt him. He wishes it could stay this way, but something has to give eventually...

Appearance:
Keith clings to his early teen years, not changing his image. This is seen mostly in his stylized hair, turquoise highlights and swooping bangs. He likes to wear a small nose piercing and his most striking features are either his pouty lips or dark crystal blue eyes. There are a few beauty marks on his skin: one on the right side of his jaw, on his right cheek and one below the outer edge of his left eye. Keith is roughly 5'7 or 5'8'', and while his build was once thin..it has become softer. There is a little fat at his hips and butt, and now a belly bump that could only be hidden by baggy clothes.

Bio:
It all started off with a sex dream, pinned under some horned, sculpted bat winged guy in a bedroom swallowed by flame. It was hot, literally, waking up that night in a sweat, boxers stained, gasping for air. Just turning 19, it was a strange way to waking on his birthday. Getting out of bed was a little difficult, having to limp…in his mind, the fear of that nightmare wouldn’t leave him alone.

Up till then, Keith lived the normal life of a Caucasian teen west coast boy: a little rebellious, doing some dumb things with friends, flirting with girls because it was cool. Keith was just a small beach town Oregon boy who wanted to be liked. Having already graduated high school, he was working at KFC trying to get enough money to move out and roommate with his best friends. There really wasn’t much of a future for him.

But the nights…the dreams and their nebulous flames, said otherwise. He was haunted, pleasurably, by the male voice. It frightened him, aroused him, told him that he would be the deliver of the right future. Keith was seduced nightly into promises of grandeur. But each morning he only woke up with a shot load, and an aching headache. The voice, the man who had claimed him in those dreams a month ago were one and the same.

Keith started getting ill, feeling weak, and vomiting for no reason. Keith kept his dark secret to himself, a part of him wanted to just pretend it didn’t exist…reality wouldn’t let him. His nipples were sore, his belly was pooching out, he must have been staring to gain weight, though he couldn’t figure out why and also why it felt so hard.

These odd body behaviors were building until one day while was at work, handing someone a bucket of chicken at the window when he collapsed on the ground. Taken to the hospital, he didn’t wake for seventy two hours, not haunted, not pleasured by the threatening dreamscape.

The first thing he saw was the collective oddities of five adults, looking down at him. They wouldn’t tell him much, but they knew through his bloodwork that he was supernatural. Because they couldn’t risk the public discovering of them, Keith had to be taken…his old life left suddenly. The Oregon boy was taken to a place called The Sanctuary.

Two months since that dream, and Keith’s health was still dramatically changing. There was an undeniable bump…a baby bump. The teen was left to experience a great deal of trauma with little to no answers.

Yesterday, in the middle of the night, the man who had taken him in the dream visited. A week after living in the Sanctuary, this…being…this demon…going by the name Azmoda, finally stopped teasing and told Keith the truth. Because of Keith’s rare demonic ancestry, Azmoda was able to use him as a vessel to carry his body. Azmoda, an extremely powerful Demon, lost his mortal form. Sex magic was the means to impregnate Keith, the man before him nothing more than an apparition, the thrown pillow phasing through him.

Azmoda left Keith with the promise that should he be born, he would give Keith the world and his heart in exchange. Keith has kept all of this to himself the medical equipment in The Sanctuary, not used on him yet…though The Five were seeing the undeniable signs of something alien happening within teen’s body.

Angry, violated, embarrassed, and unsure of himself, Keith kept quiet. He did not know what to do, should he find a way to remove Azmoda from him? Is it even possible…?

Abilities:
Within Keith, growing, is Azmoda, a powerful demon who once conquered one of the twelve hells as his own, an alien planet, and was going to take Earth until Supers and the divine fought against him. Killed, Azmoda’s power and influence within the physical plane, lost. After thousands of years gathering energy, Azmoda now watches over Keith in order to see his own birth completed.

Keith’s demonic blood is so thin that naturally he did not have any powers and was much like any other human. But now Azmoda looms over him, giving way to new things in the physical world:

1. Azmoda is a being that only Keith can hear and see, the demon spirit following him.

2. Azmoda is a powerful pyromancer and demon conjurer. To protect Keith, Azmoda may use these powers.

3. Azmoda’s developing body leeches on Keith’s scarce amount of demonic magic within his blood. Keith can at times be very weak and frail. Keith’s exhaustion will grow as the baby develops more.

Azmoda may be felt by those who are psychic, a dark wave of energy that makes even the toughest shiver. Christian symbolism and rituals have no effect on him. Azmoda is anchored to Keith through the baby

Spoiler: Crain Bloomwood --- Hoef

Name: Crain Bloomwood

Race: Elemental [Fire]

Abilities:

• Advance Fire Manipulation: Having already honed his moderated fire manipulation skills over the years of his birth he has learned to tame the flames at a much high resilience level than average fire manipulators. He is able, at this level, create objects or beings [i.e. Dragons, Knights, Cubes, Pyramids, etc.] out of pure fire and use those objects against a given opponent. However given the amount of fire and physical energy needed to sustain such an attack takes a lot of Crain, thus when he unleashes something of that scale he loses his ability to do so rendering him only to use basic fire manipulation techniques learnt from his father.

• Havoc Storm: Having sort of merge with advance fire manipulation, Havoc Storm allows Crain to summon a ray, twenty meters wide [65.6168 Ft] and twenty-five meters tall [82.021]. This ray can move freely, if the user has enough strength to do so, and can travel up to speeds of 55 mph and can travel up to a kilometer in length before dispersing into nothingness. They ray can only last up to a minute and after that begins to disperse into nothingness. The ability itself weakens the user greatly therefore this ability is only used wisely amongst Elementals. This ability serves as a distanced attack, but a risky one as well.

• Fire Travel: Able to travel anywhere at any time via source of fire [Source of Fire: means that anything from a campfire to a lighter is optimal for travel, but it has to be a place where there’s fire or else one may not travel to their destined location]. However Crain refrains from using Fire Travel, for it has no use to him when the time seems to wax in his favor. The only major limit to this ability is the fact that it has to be set between two sources of fire and it is only one way.

• Wings of Fo̱tiá: Fo̱tiá meaning fire in Greek, Crain is able to summon wings to his shoulder blades and take off at bird like speeds. However due to the constant flow of air the wings don’t last all too long therefore the flight itself is short. This ability is only meant as a last resort and not for travel.

Bio:

Crain Bloomwood was born into a wealthy family, with him being an only child. His father Charles Bloomwood was a private investor working towards the philosophy of bio-engineering. His mother Faith Bloomwood [Maiden name; Cromwell] was an opera singer working for a local theater. Crain spent most of his time, as a young child, studying alongside his father and developed a liking towards the philosophies of bio-engineering even such an idea was not present in this time. Crain would also venture throughout the halls of their declared manor and express his newfound knowledge towards his maids and butlers that were working at the manor. Crain, during this time, did not have a “normal” childhood per-say for he did not have that many friends that lived outside the property gates. He gained simple education through his elementary days, and with his knowledge excelled in the core subject of science. It was Crain who at least spoke of philosophies pertaining to bio-engineering, but the friends he had never really bothered with said science and went about their day. This left Crain in a sort of disarray, but his father wished his better and with this when time came for Crain to become a young adult [after having been homeschooled the rest of his days], he would be given an unexpected tension that would arise from his early days as an adult.

In the time of him becoming an adult, his father was starting to experience a feverish illness that had gripped the family by the threshold. His mother gave up on her career as an opera singer and kept close to her husband. Crain was told that if his father were to die before his initial idea were to be written he would take the research and knowledge and continue on with his work. Crain made sure that he would continue on his father legacy without fault. Months went by as Charles had gotten worse by the day. Crain wasn’t sure what to do at this moment, and before he knew it his father had passed away one summer’s night. Crain and his mother woke to the sound of nothingness coming from the room and they both ran to said room and found his father dead upon his bed. A notebook was left at his bed-side drawer and within that notebook contained the necessary knowledge to continue research for bio-engineering of creatures of fiction and nonfiction. Crain only attended his father’s funeral when there he came across Doctor Nora Gainsborough. Crain held onto his father’s notebook tightly as she offered some sort of deal that would allow him to continue his research without worry of death. Having had enough knowledge to sustain the work, Crain joined Doc. Nora in her works. Eventually ejecting the serum into his own life-blood.

Having looked after the other four he departed from them and fled to the northern regions of Wales. Where he continued his father’s work in secret, he studied the several unknown creature of the world. However he stumbled across ancient writings titled the, “Creators of the Abyss”. These writings detailed four elements created from one and scattered out amongst the planet and one day becoming the same being once again. These four elements were the elements of the Earth and this startled Crain but enough to scare him. He spent his years working towards unlocking the secrets of bio-engineering as well as whom he was in relation to the world around him. Until time came for him to return to Doc. Nora.

He received a call from Doc. Nora all the way in America. Of course he spoke his native tongue, in which was English, towards Nora but had harbored the Welsh language as well. He smirked at the ordeal and immediately packed his things and headed for America to place known as Sanctuary. Where he would protect and serve as warrior of Sanctuary to protect those who travel here. Thus bringing him to the present in which he currently resides still working on his father’s works, now having the technology to.

Name: Dr. Nora Gainsborough

Age: 158 (looks late 20’s)

Position at Sanctuary: founder and leader of the Sanctuary team and member of the five.

Race: Vampire/human

Abilities: immortality advanced healing abilities.

Full Bio -Nora Gainsborough was born in the middle of the 19th century as the only child to the renowned doctor and scientist Jonathon Gainsborough and his wife Patricia. As time went on and Nora grew it was certain that she was an intelligent young woman, but this didn't matter due to the unwilling to accept male dominated era. However, this didn't stop her. By the age of eighteen she was helping her father playing nursemaid, but also watching and learning. As time went on she gained a passion for medicine which was at the time only open to men, but after she begged her father who used his influence and standing in society to allow Nora the chance to study at Oxford. While excited and ground-breaking being the only female student did come with its problems. One the ridicule and isolated, and also there was the fact that she wasn't truly a student she was just auditing the classes because of her being a female.

Despite this, Nora stayed strong and even was able to earn the respect and friendship of four students. After years of studying at the age twenty-three Nora graduated, but the headmaster refused to give her a diploma. Knowing without it she could never hold a position in the medical community she fell into depression and headed back home. However, once she arrived things had changed from what she had remembered? Her once great father that held so much respect had also been outcast. For months Nora watched as he worked tirelessly on different experiments, which he wouldn't allow her to even see and go to places and stay for months at a time. Finally, after a trip to the Himalayas Nora confronted her father, asking what had caused the change and if she could help. However, this time when her father denied she refused to accept the answer. That night on her twenty-fifth birthday, Jonathon introduced her to the secrets he had been hiding beneath his mansion for three years, opening her world up to the super naturals.

As time went on and with her father by her side Nora came to love her work, but it had to remain a secret due to the fear they could cause the humans, but that all change when Nora became ill. At the age of twenty-six Nora was diagnosed with a rare blood disease which was killing her painfully and slowly. Having heard the news the four gentlemen that she had befriended in Oxford, came together to help Jonathon find a cure. Nevertheless, nothing could cure the illness, well nothing human that is. On one of Jonathon's expeditions to the Himalayas, he was able to acquire a sample of pure, untainted Vampire blood before the species was exterminated by the Church. It was said that it held unique property and out of options Jonathon decide to test that theory.

That night the four gentlemen were brought into Jonathon and Nora's strange world as they worked nonstop to devise a serum from the blood that could save her life. It only took the group of extraordinary minds to make the serum, but the nature of it and the side-effects were unknown. Scared that the serum might hurt her worse, each agreed to inject themselves to see the side-effects. One after another, the men injected themselves and survived. After the last one was finished, they gave it to Nora and waited.However, they could have never guessed what would happen next. The blood was true to its word about the mystical properties and did save Nora's life, but that's not all it did. Everyone that took the serum gained their own unique abilities. Though the blood didn't turn them into vampire it did give them remarkable abilities based off the creature.

These new abilities should have scared them, but it didn't. Instead, they felt like they were a part of something more, and not outcasts because of their views of the world. As time went on the five grew more and more powerful and gained the ability to control their powers, but they had also caught the attention of some very dangerous people. Scared the group broke apart not wanting to cause any danger to the other. While the other headed to places like France and Germany, Nora sought out America. There she continued her father's work, but quickly realized there was more supers at need help. After a century of waiting, she used her immortality to build the Sanctuary. This gave her the opportunity to bring the Five back together. They realized their greater purpose, which is to defend the world of super naturals from evils and one day when the world is ready allowing them to live in the open with humans in peace and harmony

Biography:

Klaus’ parents were scientists professing and researching at Oxford, and all of Klaus’ early years were spent wandering around the Halls of that massive place, he stumbled into lecture halls and simply sat listened and took in everything, a child prodigy at learning.
After his first couple of years he began to sit in on those relating to certain topics; Biology and Psychology. They fascinated him and at the age of ten his parents managed to convince the board of directors to allow the child full entry.
However, Klaus found that being an observer and being a participant were two completely different things. He enjoyed the challenge that he was being given and he proved himself to be worthy of a place. It wasn’t all fun and games though, everyone was shunning him, even the teachers. They called him a cheater and belittled him. ‘You must have gotten your parents to do that for you’ or ‘children can’t do this or that’ it frustrated Klaus.
They didn’t all exclude him four others, including a woman named Nora.

They all stuck together throughout the college years. In his final year five years later he got one of the highest marks. The university at first denied the diploma, but his parents again pushed the headmaster once more, and he awarded it eventually but informed them that it wouldn’t be official until he was to reach the age of eighteen.

Afterwards Klaus worked at the college helping professors with their research and experiments if they needed it, mostly however, he helped his mother and father. His father allowed Klaus to set a research topic. Klaus chose Biology specifically human ailments and human defensive system.

Klaus got a call about Nora and what had happened to her. His parents urged him to go and help and Klaus did, with the others they worked day in day out on a cure with no luck until Nora’s father managed to find vampire blood. Klaus was sceptical but he went with it and after that they went to work on the serum.

Her father worried about the side effects, and the others agreed to be the first to try it out.
Klaus looked at the serum once and injected himself. At first nothing happened, then suddenly after a few minutes he could feel himself starting to get faint, his temperature rose, he could hear ringing and his heart beat hard in his chest.

It took a full day for the effects to wear off and he felt invigorated.
As time went on, he discovered his powers of casting illusions and turning water into ice.
He found he was much better at the illusions than ice.

Klaus stayed in contact with his parents, telling them lies about everything that was going on. After they developed their powers, becoming stronger and more powerful than they could have imagined. The fact was that they were all special, and this brought them even closer together.
After the discovery of the people out to harm them, they decided to split for safety. At first Klaus was tempted to call his parents and go back, however, he knew there would be trouble if he did. He didn’t want to put them at risk.

He took a flight over to Russia, and took a home in the cold mountain ranges.
He liked it there, he could practice his powers without anyone around, but he could tell it wouldn’t be long until that group of hunters had expanded into something dangerous.
A couple of years later he got a phonecall to say that his parents had been murdered.
He flew back for their funerals and there he was set upon by the hunters.
Klaus fled, knowing if he revealed himself he would attract the world’s attention.

Klaus knew that his parent’s deaths weren’t a coincidence. Whoever did it, they would pay; Klaus swore it. Rather than hunting for the group he lured them out into a clearing in a forest.
There he began to systematically pick them off, using general fears against them; swarms of spiders, swarms of rats and bats, anything he could think of to strike fear into them.
Then with quick swift movements firing shards of razor ice into each of them.
It was a thrill, and satisfaction of taking their lives was fuelling him. Even after they died he took pleasure in drawing as much blood as possible.
Over the century he began melding into society, beguiling the naive into taking him in, and when they asked too many questions that was it, the end of that person and onto the next

Bio- Brayan was born November 23, 1978 to Bryan Malcom, the then founder of the Cabal, and Sarah Michaelson, a world renowned Marine Biologist. Growing up Malcom towers was like a huge playground to Brayan, and he would often play hide and seek with his personal nannie. His father, though always busy, was always loving and caring spoiling him senseless, but his favorite thing was his father’s bedtime stories. He would tell tales about strange monster being conquered by brave knights, before ending it with a kiss telling him that one day he would be one of those knights.

At the age of thirteen Bray was something of a portage of sorts. He succeeded in everything making school more of a place to goof off and that he did. Every week his father or mother was forced to come and sort out his misbehaving. By the time he was 16 his father was so tired of the school constantly calling him, he signed the papers allowing Bray to graduate early. However, even though he was out of school his father refused to allow him to sit about and put his son to work at Malcom Towers making sure no one treated him special. Bray worked there for 3 years helping out mostly on the medical equipment that would disappear to the locked lower levels.

But on his 19th birthday everything changed when his father has a massive heart attack.
Doctor worked tirelessly to save the man’s life, but the best they can do is put him on life support so he can say his goodbye. When Bray walked into the room he expected his father to tell him about being an man and stuff, but he wasn’t expecting him to hand him an gold ring. He went on to tell him that he had made him proud, and he had given him control over Malcom Tower when he reaches the age 25 and allow him to see the important work they did.

With nothing else to do he went to school specializing in Bio engineering hoping to make machines to
help the sick. On May 19, 2003 he graduated and was able to take over his father’s work. What he found hidden in the walls of Malcom towers both shocked and awe him. All the creatures that his father use to tell him stories about were there, and it seemed like scientist where trying to hurt them. Sicken by this he refused to allow the torment to continue, and wanted all the creatures freed. Shocked but with no options the agents made plans to release the creatures, when something went completely wrong.

While examining on of the strange creatures to be released, his mother she is attacked and injected with a poison. The poison was painful, but it didn’t kill her, instead it rewrote her DNA driving her into madness. With a new hatred for these creatures he started to do harsh experiments trying to figure out how to save his mother. That’s when he heard about a cure all for everything, pure untainted vampire blood. This search is what lead him to the group his father’s ancestors had hunted labeled the Five

Race- Unknown. Presumed to be a spirit.

Abilities-
Crow swarm - This ability allows it to spawn hordes of demonic crows that swerve and attack enemies in masse or transport items around. Though fairly weak, these crows can take damage in numbers, and their packs are huge. They can be defeated easily using bullets or strong sources of light, as they are technically only darkness.

Shadow’s cloak -- This ability allows him to cloak himself in the shadows and emerge from these. Though he reappears if light is shone to him.

Death Incoming --This ability allows him to turn his arms into large claws, or his beak into a beast’s snout. It is very tiring, and thus si reserved for final hits only. When he gets enraged though, he becomes a pure beast.

Bio- Found in the ruins of an old SCP facility, Crow seemingly joined the Cabals in his need to see the world burn. He never talks, and never will, and is there merely as a henchman, murdering or brutalizing any that stand in his way. He is mortal though, tough, but mortal. His past might never be known, and they say beyond the mask is sheer void.

Gabriel is not nearly as powerful as the spirit dwelling in his body, but he is still quite formidable in and out of combat.

Resistance: Gabriel is resistant to supernatural effects. This is not an invulnerability, but he is definitely more resistant than many natural and supernatural species.

Enhanced Natural Abilities: Gabriel's speed, strength, dexterity, leap, and balance have been increased dramatically, making him very lethal on the battlefield

Fire Breath: Exactly what it sounds like, Gabriel can spew forth a jet or a ball of fire from his mouth.

Keen Senses: Gabriel's senses of sight, smell, and hearing have been augmented.

Bio
Gabriel doesn't remember most of his early years. For as long as he can remember, he has lived under the watchful eye of the Cabal and trained to destroy anyone who dares threaten them, Human and Supernatural alike. Made to believe that he was special, Gabriel never questioned their teachings, being conditioned to never question the orders of his superiors. When they believed his time had come, Gabriel was unleashed on the world.

He's built himself quite a reputation as a cold, calculating killer of Sanctuary supporters, and is rumored to be training to go after the Five themselves. However, despite his upbringing, Gabriel has found himself wondering what happened before his first memories, how he truly came under the care and guidance of the Cabal, and if he has a real family out there that wonders where he is and if he is safe...

Abilities – The blood a woken a long forgotten gene within his blood, making him the last Vampire on Earth. With this comes immortality, advanced healing, unable to be killed by regular means, speed, agility and strength.

Bio –Nicolas is the oldest and least mature member of the five. He is full of snarky comments and flirtatious leers, and enough cockiness to leave an entire city, but no one can deny his brilliance. Out of all the five members Nora is closer than anyone of them, becoming like a younger sister. This often shows in their banter and cheek comments to one another. She is also the only one that can pull him out of his so called blood fits. Born to Lord and Lady Jameson he grew up a posh life, with his whole future planed out by his father. He was to take over the business, marry rich, have many sons, but he wanted no part in it.

That night on his 18th birthday he left home and made way to Oxford. Here he strives and excelled with such leaps that his professors where astounded, and after receiving his degree in medicine they offered him a job as a teacher. For years he worked as a professor and a practicing doctor, until a young woman walked into his classroom. Women were not allowed to take classes and she was well aware she’d not truly get credit but yet she seemed to have the most promise in the whole class.

As time would go on the two would develop a little sister big brother relationship, so when Nora falls ill it hurts him more than most. It was him that came up with the idea of the blood and it was also he who injects each fellow man there in attempts to save her life. Unbeknownst to him the blood was more than a cure, but an life altering experience that left each one of his friends sick and confused, but not as much as him. A vampric gene that was hidden and awoken due to the blood would turn him into the world last vampire… a curse.
For years the five worked with him to help fight his hunger rages, but Nora was the only one that could make headway with him. Times past and his tolerance grew, and with the help of medicine is able to keep his blood fits under control. But if you ever piss him off the vampire that dwells in will raise its ugly head, this happens often when him and Nora fight, but she doesn't fear him so it doesn't work.
