Latching
A kiss.
A simple motion to show one's affection and love for each other.
(That or you've drank too much)
That's what it is in our world anyway.
Not this one though.
Kissing is a bond that cannot be broken in this world.
When two people kiss, that's it.
They're latched onto each other for the rest of their days. Not literally of course.
But they can never be intimate with another or feel love for another person after they have forged their first kiss.
So choices, as you can imagine, need to be made carefully.
But what if you felt a click, if you both did. Would you risk it?
What if you two drift apart. What happens then?
Simply a lifetime of regret?

Apart from that we'll simply be making characters relevant to this world and placing them in situations involving kissing ... obviously.
Once characters are made they'll essentially be a lot of matchmaking
