There was a veritable silence in the air, broken only by the flickering candles of the inn. Almost all in the room had been silenced, and my boy had a mug of warm honeyed-milk placed in front of him by one of the more charitable patrons of the establishment. One Combrogian lad - as tall as me and then some - made a hand gesture from a tattoo that lay upon his chest whilst a trio of Dwarves sipped ale and grumbled about the mighty King Jornak with all the earnest they could drunkenly spare - toasting to his honour; this act of kindness was stifled and outmatched by the thumping of the Crocolyke chests at the mention of who they had come to endearingly call 'Chainbreaker'. The moon waxed over the sky and my son covered his mouth to hide a yawn before slurping up some more of the sweetened rich milk in front of him.
"Carry on the story, bard." A smiling Roman - a young lad by the looks of it, likely born of Eternun and Roman stock - cheerily requested, flicking a gold coin towards me. Running my hand along the table slowly before grabbing onto it, I played with the piece in my hand, watching the candlelight flicker off of both sides.
Taking a look at my son and then the crowd that had gathered around me, I drummed my fingers upon the table and smiled. Opening my mouth to tell the Beginning of the End.
Came Ice and Fire,
And the death of mountains and plains,
Kings and Lords and Dances with Death,
Conducted by Swordblades swimming like clock-hands,
Too deep in Orc-filth,
And the Blackness of Tartarus,
Came Gold and Silver,
And the marks of the Dying and the Deceased,
And all the living that praised the Sun,
For marched on he and his children,
To the redemption or damnation of this world,
Ho, came the cries from all who rallied,
Came the red-cloaks and the Imperium,
From the Dwarves and the Wolves of Combrogia,
Ho!
Came Darkness and Light,
Through ash and steel and sweat,
Curdling blood and evil,
Came the Lord of Damnation himself,
Came Kronos."

Spoiler: Eternum: Of Gods and DemonsUnless you intend to read Eternum: Of Gods and Demons then please take the time to read this summary, as it will loosely cover what happened in the First Book.
This Roleplay is set on the distant planet of ‘Eternum’. The planet is currently at the stage of technology that the Roman Empire had, with the hygiene levels of the same era, although both have been enhanced by Earthborn colonization on the planet. Earth is now a space faring civilization, colonizing many planets and spreading their race further across the stars. They come armed with Auto and manual powered machines and weaponry that they would be prepared to use if they come under attack.
The world of Eternum is split into two mega continents, the Northern expanse and the Free South. The Northern Expanse, officially known as ‘The Imperium’ is run by the Roman-like ‘Namor empire’. It’s civilization practically replicates the Roman empire, being ruled by a lead emperor, who sees over everything in the Empire. The Imperium is made up of 6 different kingdoms, the desert lands of Afragi; the tropical land of Zamibia; The Druidic forests of Combrogia; The hot, almost Mediterranean like archipelago of Hercine and the mountain Kingdom of Dun Moriga. All have been conquered and integrated into The Empire, and all seem to host different races or sub-species of the prominent denizens of the planet.
The Free South, otherwise known as the ‘Cold Wastes’ is a freezing cold icy wasteland that is the home of the very warlike and violent Arcturus tribes, that are spread all over the polar region. It is the only area on the planet that is free from the powerful rule of the Namorian Empire and the combined forces of The Imperium. The land was ruled by the great King Korzan Odinssen, the Arcturian who traversed the Underworld and sailed down the River Styx to gain his position of high king, uniting all of the warring tribes and forcing The Imperium to let their hold slip off of the Wastes. The Cold Wastes have remained free for 20 years, fighting The Imperium all over their icy continent; however, their freedom seemed jeopardized when the earthborn humans landed on Eternum and shared their hyper-advanced technology with the empire.
On a particular cold night in the city of Branjaskr, the capital of The Free South, Korzan sat atop his throne, watching his most loyal subjects dancing in the celebration of 20 years of freedom from the oppression of the empire. His closest friends stood next to him, but even they could not expect what would happen next. It happened fast, but when it was over, Korzan, son of Odin and High King of the tribes, was dead, with his throat slit and his crimson nectar pouring over his throne. The assassin had escaped quickly, but had left a letter showing the brutal truth of the situation, the earthborn and The Imperium had decided to form an alliance, and had resorted to marching on Branjaskr by the years end, scattering the tribes and reclaiming the Wastes. The Nord’s of The Wastes refused to back down though, and war preparations were being made…
Whilst being partially true, what the Norse tribes do not know is that the Earthborn involved in the war are companies seeking riches and raw materials for their involvement, as actual Earthborn government representatives refuse to become involved in a war that they are not involved in, although the Norse tribes show open suspicion to the hyper-advanced extra-terrestrial humans.
Due to the death of Korzan, Odin, prince of the Gods and the first born son of Ra in a fit of rage -caused by the fact that Korzan was his demigod son and his favourite son - released immense levels of magical energy, causing manifestations of new creatures throughout the land. These new creatures - heaving being imbued with excessive amounts of life magic from Odin, the God of Life - are able to return from the dead when slain - this is also applicable to the fact that Thanatos, Lord of Doorways to the underworld has also gone missing, allowing powerful souls to escape.
Due to the fact that creatures of imagination are being created, beasts such as Lycans and Vampires are also being created, but in very small quantity, and a handful of unlucky citizens became infected with the new magical diseases, Lycanthropy and Vampirism. This source of imagination also created the new Gods; Lupinus, god of Wolves and Dogs and Attaxia, God of Blood and Bats, the patron Gods of the new species.
Another problem that has been caused by Odin’s release is the stirring of the underworld, the magical energy has allowed some members of the dead to regain life and human bodies, members of the ancient Roman army, heroes and soldiers, of Ancient Greece, including demi-gods and Egyptian warriors and magicians are returned to their new home and the new world of the Gods and they are choosing sides. Like the newly spawned creatures from Odin's outburst, the resurrected are able to return to life - though this is speculated to be due to Thanatos's lack of presence.
After reports of attacks in every area of the Imperium, forces led by Decius Marcius traveled to maintain peace within the Empire whilst it's Naval forces embarked to commit a huge offensive against the Southern Wastes in an Earthborn business backed venture into taking the province. Whilst this happened, Decius organised a small group of people who would travel to Tartarus, realm of the 12 Demon Lords in order to reclaim the 12 Stones of Alcamor, relics left behind by the greatest wizard of all history, relics which were supposed to grant large scale power to the force that held it.
Whilst Decius Marcius continued his own journey, he was met by Mars, who gave him the demon-blade 'Hate', which was imbued with the spirit of Shacorai, a very powerful and manipulative Demon under the domain of Destruction, one of the 4 Horsemen of the Apocalypse and one of the 12 Demon Lords of Tartarus. Mars also gave Decius Marcius a warning to stay away from Hercine, which was at the time being besieged by revived Greek forces led by Hercules and Achilles, within a few days Hercinia, the capital city of Hercine had fallen to Greek forces, and the Namorian forces within it's walls all but crushed.
During this time, Salvius, Decius Marcius's personal bodyguard and the man who had been given the quest to Tartarus met up with Gabriel, the Immortal Lotus, a member of the ancient Empire of Eden; he also met up with his old friend and auxiliary Kuronus, who had been turned into a Werewolf since the God of Wolves and Dogs had surfaced and been created by Odin's upset.
At this time, Hothian, Demon Lord of Madness was granted entrance into the mortal world in the Mages guild and he and his followers slaughtered the other Mages for sport. Under mysterious commands from his mother, a certain male demigod was charged with the duty of sending Hothian back to Tartarus, yet he was followed by Ovidius, a Spy who was charged by Decius Marcius's wife to see what was going on at the Tower after rumor of the events transpiring there traveled to Namor. Whilst there, the Demigod and Hothian had a skirmish whilst Ovidius escaped, until they were both interrupted by Chaaru, a Dark Elf outcast from the days of Eden. Hothian won the ensuing battle and marked the evil and sadistic creature with his mark, granting him power over his life, death and sanity.
After a while of traveling towards Hercine and avoiding Combrogia, Decius and his Namorian units ran into a powerful Roman Unit led by Legate Septim, a son of Neptune. In the ensuing battles the Romans were routed, yet whilst believed to be dead the heavy amounts of life energy placed inside their bodies caused them to resurrect and continue their journey towards Emor, the capital city of the Imperium.
At this point, the questing party exited Combrogia after very little enemy attacks and rendezvoused with the Princess Nesara of Afragia, who had come to bring news to Namor and Decius Marcius of enemies at their gates and a lack of Dwarven aid resulting in them looking elsewhere. After a brief skirmish with a few Germanic troops, Nesara was forced to join the questing group after her guards were killed and they were chased further into the mountain by the insurgent Germanic forces. During this part of the quest, Gabriel discovered a nest of Broodmothers, Arachnid women who were treated with large amounts of suspicion by ever culture within knowledge of them. He promised that he would try to build a bridge between suspicious Dwarven forces and the Broodmothers so that they may share the depths.
Meanwhile at this point Salvius and the rest of the group managed to escape the pursuing enemies, they having been suddenly and mysteriously silenced by an ominous presence within the mountain. As they looked for a way out of a bottleneck they found themselves in, they were greeted by one of the ancient Gods of the Earth, wardens over the ground that would protect it until Eternum, God of the Ground, would stir from her slumber and relocate to a different planet. The ancient God allowed them passage into the mountains, though this showed a huge Orcish force that had been created by pure life energy and corrupt and disgusting thoughts mounting a huge offensive against the final Dwarven city of Ech Zilidar.
Between the battle of Minerva and Hercine, Decius Marcius met with a mysterious huntsman who seemed to know too much for his good. Showing that he was friendly, the huntsman gifted Decius a mount named 'Silverwick', a huge horse-sized wolf with tusks, a species unrecognisable until Odin's disappearance and the resurgence of past life. Decius chose not to mount the beast however and instead treat it like a friend, in which Silverwick repaid him for by taking down a Dragon which had escaped Tartarus and killed many refugees fleeing Hercine.
Out of the sky near Namor at this point, a ship fell from the sky and landed in Combrogia. Within the ship was Isabella von Bayern and a group of military troops who had accidently crashlanded and were quickly set upon by Viking troops. The troops were quickly dispatched by impossibly fast archery and from the forest came the Forest druids, the Druada. After the attack only Isabella remained from her scouting party and she accepted and offer to meet with the Elder Druada in order to decide what to do with the incursion that had already practically turned the native Combrogians into a nomad race.
Once arriving at Hercine, Decius Marcius and his troops were instantly greeted by a small token force with Achilles in his ranks. After the conversation, Achilles attempted to demoralise the Fulminata, yet due to inspirational words from their leader Decius Marcius, Achilles failed in this regard.
As the battle of Hercine begun, there were heavy losses on the side of the Namorians as Achilles, Percius, Heracles and Hercules tore through the well drilled legion of Namorians. After cutting through his defenses, Achilles finally did battle with Decius whilst he wielded Hate, after cutting down Decius's second best warrior (Behind Salvius). With the dying intervention of Salvius and the intrusion of Chaaru, who had tracked the blade down, expecting to find Gabriel, Achilles was defeated, though not permanently. In the process Decius had to saw through his own hand and break the tendons so as he could let go of Hate, who was slowly possessing his body and destroying his mind.
Once the blade had been released, Chaaru began to try to slaughter everything around him, in which Silverwick managed to stop him whilst giving up his life. Chaaru slunk away from the battle with Hate, yet whilst the battle seemed lost it was from surprise aid given from a large force of Crocolykes that stormed the wall. After the Greek forces were routed and returned to life they were offered a place alongside the Fulminata and this option was taken by Hercules. The same offer was given to the Crocolykes, who also accepted but on different terms.
During this time, the Romans had already arrived at Emor, ready to take the city, however by a huge display of intelligence and diplomatic ability, Decius Marcius's wife managed to stop the siege of the city and instead acquire the aid of the Romans in the coming battles.
As the Fulminata and it's other acquired forces arrived at Emor, celebrations were had for a short amount of time before more was needed to be done. Decius Marcius and his legion were commanded to travel out to Dun Moriga with their new allies and to quell whatever invasion force lay within the caverns. Anne, an Earthborn and sister of Isabella von Bayern however organised a journey to Afragia with Marcius's house slave Suriyana and the Spy Ovidius so as they could attempt a diplomatic approach to the issues in Afragia.
As the trio arrived in Afragia, the force heading to Dun Moriga were attacked by huge Germanic forces led by Vampiric members of their army, after discovering that their hearts were their weakness, the Fulminata slew them, yet the numbers were massive on the enemies side and due to pure Guerilla warfare and lack of knowledge on the area, it was apparent the Fulminata were finished. However, thanks to the Aid of Lord Kurosavi, a member of the Druada trio who commanded a counter-attack army to clear the path for the army, as the Druada realised the importance of them clearing away the enemy.
As eventually the quest party were allowed into Dun Moriga, they were imprisoned after impertinence from Gabriel towards the King. However, luckily for them they were quickly broken out of prison by a mysterious man who seemed to be adept at killing people without them knowing he was there. Eventually however, Kuronus had to release his other side and went on a rampage, killing the Dwarf King and giving the questing party the title of 'Traitors' and meaning that they were wanted by law enforcement.
Eventually, thanks to direction from Lord Kurosavi, Decius Marcius managed to soon find the direction he needed to go in in order to leave Combrogia. After thanking him, Decius began to approach the first summit of Dun Moriga. At the same time the quest party managed to leave Ech Zilidar and it was this moment that their rescuer revealed himself as the self same man who fought with Hothian and was tasked with sending him back to Tartarus, before any more questions could be asked about him, the party were surrounded by Redcoats.
Meanwhile in Emor a secret group of Southerners had managed to slowly and carefully make their way into the city and into the home of Decius Marcius. Upon returning from where she had been out, Decius's wife discovered that all her servants had been killed, before she was forced to watch her children die in retribution for the death of Korzan, she was then slain in cold blood.

Spoiler: The Creation of the UniverseBillions of years ago, before the big bang, there existed a huge, chaotic space of nothingness. In the nothingness swam the spiritual, primal forces known as ‘The Chaos’. The Chaos was made up of billions of entities, but out of all of them, the most prominent were 7 Demon princes. The Demon princes waged war in their spiritual bodies in the middle of the Chaos, enslaving all of the other primal forces in the darkness. This war caused small chaotic rocks to form, the conflicting power between such super-powerful primal creatures had caused hundreds of mini big bangs, creating matter.
As matter had been created from the raw primal power, the Demonic lords and the others forces gained a solid form; the more powerful the force, the more powerful the form. The Demon lord Kronos appeared as the most obviously powerful, and the other Demon’s decided to enslave the rest of the separated ‘Chaos’. There was another huge war, which created more big bangs, creating more solid matter, rock and earth, sand and stone; until eventually the pained earth goddess was born, born into a world of Demonic warfare. The Earth Goddess remained dormant, and undetected; she also remained neutral, as Order had not been created yet and she was most certainly not a force of Chaos.
When the war ended, there were only 4 non-Demon Lord warriors standing. They were named War, Tyranny, Destruction and Strife, they refused to fall underneath the oppressive Demon Lords. Kronos thought long and hard about their loss against the 4 horsemen, when he decided he would have a son, a powerful son who would defeat the Horsemen and make sure that Kronos reigned supreme over all life. Kronos and Zenita conspired together and created the sun God Ra.
Ra was unlike his father, he was bright and glorious, and he didn’t look like a demon, he had dark tanned skin and was much shorter than Kronos, but just as powerful. Ra also seemed to illuminate light, which energized the dormant Earth Goddess, slowly waking her from her slumber. Ra was sent into battle against the four horsemen and defeated them with ease, for the power of the sun is not matched. The Earth Goddess woke before this battle and watched Ra fight, instantly falling in love with the young God.
Ra decided against killing the four horsemen, which angered Kronos. The Sea of Chaos suddenly began to fade and as the light from Ra emerged, so did a sun, right in the center of (Although it was unformed at the time) the Universe. Ra was sent away from his father by Zenita, who realized that Kronos would kill Ra. When Ra realized this, he became angry and took a stand, creating the power of Order. Zenita, although nearly vaporized by this show of power, advised Ra to find the four horsemen and get them to join his crusade. Ra turned down the advice however, stating that a member of Chaos cannot assist a member of Order, for as long as there is Order, Right, and Chaos, Wrong; they are to be separate, by bringing them together, you defeat the purpose of both, therefore questioning the fact of right or wrong.
Ra decided he would engage Kronos head on, but before he could the Snake Demon Apophis stopped him. Ra battled him for days, and after drawing his blood, it created the River Styx, the eternal river of the Damned. Ra defeated Apophis after a century of combat, and then, tired, moved onto Kronos’s realm. Kronos was waiting for him and easily defeated the tired Ra. Before Ra could be slain by Kronos, the four horsemen appeared, sent by Zenita. They attacked Kronos brutally and when Kronos wasn’t expecting it Ra took his own weapon and used it to chop him to pieces. The four horsemen departed from Ra’s company, returning to the Darkness; and Kronos’s palace crumbled into ash. However, this fight had caused the primary cataclysm of the Chaotic Darkness, as Order began to reign supreme, and the big bang happened, created the universe. Ra’s sun still lies in the center today. The Universe at this time was a barren wasteland though, filled with bare rocks, with no life on them.
Ra then met Zenita once more, who tried to trick him into falling in love with Zenita, using the powers of Lust and attraction on Ra, but Ra refused and her trickery is what caused the creation of Tartarus, the ever changing, ever increasing Parallel universe, in which all of the Demon Lords now currently live. He threw the cut up chunks of Kronos (Which were already reforming), and the rest of the Demon Lords into the fiery pits. The Four Horsemen agreed that they should only be called when needed, and when a planet was to die, they would fight for Chaos, as that was what they were born to do. Ra, acknowledging this, let them go into their own plains of Tartarus, and then sealed the gates.
It was this moment that Ra and the Earth Goddess first spoke, and within the first millennia, the Earth Goddess was with child. The power of Earth and the Sun had brought forth the God of Life, Odin. Odin, when he was born created habitable planets and terra-formed some instantly, due to the new changes, new creatures spawned from Odin, the Gods of Death, Water and all the other Gods. They all grew up quickly and in 10 years from their birth all of the Gods were men and women. Ra reigned king over all the Gods and they decided to seek acceptance by the newly created mortal races that Odin had spawned by accident into the Universe. They now move from planet to planet, solar system to solar system, and Galaxy to Galaxy, being worshipped by mortal kind.
Spoiler: The GodsThe Gods are eternal beings who reside over planets and watch over their inhabitants. It is often that the planet’s inhabitants were created to worship the Gods and do their bidding, but most of the time the God’s only reside on the planet so as they can receive prayer from the planet, and so as they can leave their mark, the Ancient history of those who believe in the Gods, on the planet forever. The Gods are extremely powerful and the only way for them to die is if they choose to, or they have nothing left to live for. The God’s stay on a planet whilst they are worshipped, and when the inhabitants of the said planet decide that the God’s are simply myth and they are not needed nor wanted there, they leave and head to a different planet that shows promising life. The cycle reached Earth once before, and ended when the Romans converted to Christianity. Now the God’s reside on the planet Eternum.
They control the powers of Order, the things that make the world work, the basic elements and emotions that all life needs to be good. Mortal people who do not show these things are known to be Chaotic individuals, who are reborn in death in one of the 12 plains of Tartarus as a Demon, their status depending on the amount of Evil and Chaos they had spread in their past Mortal life, only seeing the God’s once a day as Ra floats his boat down the Styx, which trails through the underworld, into each Plain of Tartarus and out into the Mortal universe. They have a certain hierarchy and not all are worshipped as much as they should. It has been known that some God’s consort with Mortals, when this happens, the offspring is still mortal but they show some talents that normal creatures of their species would not be able to exhibit. There are many other Gods but these are the important ones to our story, of course the others shall show up though!Spoiler: The Main Gods of the Story
Spoiler: RaRa (Rhymes with Ha)
Ra is the king of all of the Gods on Eternum. He is also the Lord of fire, Light, the Sun and Time; he spends his days above world and his nights below in the underworld, sailing down the River Styx and through the 12 realms of Tartarus, the journey of the Sun, whilst his lieutenants, Hermes, Bast and Sekhmet, along with several other Gods, protect him when he is taking his journey. Ra is the creator of fire and is the eldest God. A demi-god of Ra would have abilities such as being able to light up dark places, blind his enemies or conjure up fire bolts to do damage. They would also be able to burn through metals, set fires and scare away nocturnal creatures. However there are no sons or daughters of Ra other than Odin.
He can be described as a very tall tanned Egyptian looking man with a flail and hammer that are typical for an ancient Egyptian pharaoh to equip. His eyes are always perpetually red, however they appear to flicker and occasionally glow, the pure power of the sun. His head is shaven and he has the traditional square beard that Egyptians sported on ancient Earth.
Spoiler: EternumKnown by many names, current is Eternum (e-turn-erm)
The Queen of all Gods, consort and wife of Ra and the mother of Odin. Her name and form changes due to whatever planet the Gods are occupying, this is because she is God of the Ground on all planets, whether they are inhabited or even life sustaining. She sleeps constantly and her stirring tends to cause seismic events. She has no loyalties to any but Ra, Vulcan and Odin, and wouldn’t care to see the rest of the Gods disappear. She favors the Dwarvish people however, and often puts riches near to their cities, and protects them from destruction caused by geological movement.
Spoiler: OdinOdin (Oh-Din)
Odin is the Prince of the Gods and the son of Ra. He is also the father of all other Gods and the few demi-god children he has had, the greatest being Korzan. Odin is Lord of creation and Wildlife, but also the Lord of Courage and Will. He is responsible for hundreds of habitable planets, Eternum and Earth being two of them, and he is also responsible for the creation of the other Gods, giving up his power over many other lordships and passing them onto his children. Among his favorite sons are Zeus, Thor and Aegea, the Gods of the Sky, Zeus being Lightning, Thor being thunder and Aegea being Wind. But it is thought that Korzan was the son that Odin was always most proud of, and his death has pushed Odin into a horrific depression and rage, causing the magical radiation.
Odin could be described as a tall, stocky man with a large grey beard running down his chest to the top of his abdomen. His head has a mane of white hair sliding down his back, with a ceremonial crown on the top of his head. His eyes are always changing in a pattern, going from deep purple to Green to grey and then back again. It is thought that this is the life cycle of a planet, primordial soup, Lush forests teeming with life, and then a grey, barren and over-polluted rock.
Spoiler: ZeusZeus (Zoo-s)
Son of Odin and God of Lightning, Zeus was treated as king of the Gods by the Greek people of Earth, however this was not the case. Zeus is constantly arguing with his two siblings, the god’s of the other dominions of the sky, and they never have anything to agree on, which causes certain destructive events such as hurricanes.
Zeus could be described as a tall man in a modern tuxedo, a short crop of lightning blue hair slicked back across his head. His eyes are blue but appear to flicker with lightning occasionally, and it is known that when he gets angry they seem to get fogged up with lightning clouds. He is the youngest of the three.
Spoiler: ThorThor (Th-or)
Son of Odin and God of Thunder, Thor was treated as a primary God in the Ancient Germanic Kingdom’s of Earth. Thor is constantly arguing with his two siblings, the god’s of the other aspects of the sky, and they never have anything to agree on, which causes certain destructive events such as hurricanes.
Thor is always armored, there isn’t a second in the day when he isn’t wearing his chainmail and holding his hammer at his side. His long locks of golden hair flop down at shoulder-length on his back and a 5 o’clock shadow clings to his chiseled chin. He is obviously better looking than Zeus yet he is more calm and reserved, but still less so than Aegea, his eldest brother.
Spoiler: AegeaAegea (Aye-chsia)
Son of Odin and God of Wind and Spells. Aegea has never been identified by his actual name in any mythology; however he has always been identified with other names, such as Shu in Ancient Egypt. Aegea is constantly arguing with his two siblings, the gods of the other dominions of the sky, and on a practical joke, Zeus named his shield after Aegea, causing a bitter dislike between the two brothers, who are always at each other’s throats whenever possible. The God’s never have anything to agree on, which causes certain destructive events such as hurricanes.
Aegea doesn’t choose to have a physical form, Aegea tends to be seen as a number of leaves held in place by the wind, creating images to represent his form. Faces, bodies, creatures, birds, whatever he chooses to represent him. He is the pure wind and has only ever been seen in human form once, when he met Astrid 300 years before present; she was the future empress of the Kingdom of Namor, and the mortal who conceived Aegea’s only demi-god son, the great wizard Alcamor.
Spoiler: NeptuneNeptune (Nep-choon)
God of the Sea. Neptune can appear in many forms, and just like the water they are ever flowing, he may only take a solid form on a land of ice such as the Cold Wastes, as on frozen land there is still a powerful presence of water, but it is not moving like the Ocean. He has been named many names, Poseidon being one of them, Nephthys being another, but he is primarily thought to be male. He controls all water on the planet and if infuriated he holds the ability to be able to flood vast cities with waves of rage.
Neptune can usually be described as a mass of water that is shaped like either a muscular man or a curvy feminine body usually alike to that of the Nord’s of the Wastes. However his form is constantly changing, as is his face. It is said that he only imitates your best friends and your enemies when he speaks to you.
Spoiler: HadesHades (Hey-dees)
God of the Dead, Prince of Chaos and King of the Underworld. Hades goes by many names, but he prefers the name that the Greek’s gave to him. He resides as king over the underworld and delivers the orders to the other Gods that serve him, however, his treachery has caused him to be banished from the realm of the Gods and forced to reside in his own kingdom, only accompanied by the undead, however, as the undead leave the underworld and return to life, his power fades, as what use is a God of Dead if no one ever dies?
Hades can be described as a very tall skinny man armed with a flail and hammer similar to the weapons that Ra holds, except they are midnight black and seem to radiate the feeling of death off of them, no one that has been hit with them has lived to tell the tale. His black hair swings by the center of his back, and a small stubble is perched on his chin. His skin is deathly pale, but what more could you expect from a god who rarely sees the sun?
Spoiler: AnubisAnubis (Ah-noo-bis)
The God of Judging, truth and burial ceremonies, he resides in the temple of Judgement in the underworld, weighing souls against the feather of truth. He was part of Egyptian mythology, however he never took part in the mythos of any other kingdom on Earth.
Anubis is described in two ways, his forms:
Anubis’s first form is his human form. He is described as how a 21st century Goth would be compared to, but he has dark chocolate colored eyes that seem to swirl. Anubis has only ever had 3 children as most mortals run in fear of his presence, even if they do not know of him, as the power of the Feather of truth scares away most.
His second form is Ammit the Devourer. The Egyptians misunderstood and thought that Ammit was a separate creature, in reality, Anubis is Ammit. Anubis takes the form of a gargantuan Jackel with midnight black eyes. Those that are judged against the Feather of Truth have their very essence sucked away and are given to the Dread Lord, who then delivers the unworthy to Hades, who forces them to serve him for all eternity.
Spoiler: ThanatosThanatos (Tha-nar-tos)
Lord of Boundaries, gateways, entrances and exits. Thanatos guards the edges of the Underworld and the secret gateways that lead back into the living world, however, he seems to have gone missing around the same time that Korzan was slain by the Imperium. He is to blame for the dead that are rising again.
Thanatos, being the twin brother of Anubis, looks exactly the same as his sibling, but with cropped hair instead of an alternative hairstyle.
Spoiler: DeathThe Dread Lord Death
Death is depicted in all religions, whilst there may be gods of death, Death is the physical avatar of it. Death can be at all places at all time, watching over the living and making sure that their soul is rended from their body with his huge obsidian scythe. He only follows his master Hades, the god of Death, for he is the only one who can employ any sort of power onto him. In every great war, in every fight, Death has been there watching.
Death can be described as a tall silent man in a long black robe covering his face. His eyes glow with green embers and his skeletal hands are usually wrapped around his scythe, which he always rests on the ground underneath him. Wherever he walks the plants die around him.
Spoiler: AphroditeAphrodite (Af-ro-di-tea)
The Goddess of Love and Beauty, she never has any quarrels with anyone and is loyal to Ra and her father Odin.
Aphrodite can be described as a beautiful woman, it is unknown what her real form is but she seems to enjoy looking a lot like the 21st century musician Katie Perry.
Spoiler: AthenaAthena (Ath-e-nah)
The Goddess of technology and wisdom. She is rarely seen and she is a maiden goddess, any children of hers are made from pure thought and are gifted to only the wisest and most initiative of people.
As she is rarely seen, there are no documents on her form other than her grey eyes.
Spoiler: VulcanVulcan (Vul-khan)
God of Invention and Blacksmithing. He builds the weapons for his fellow Gods and has a prominent power over fire. He lives his life in his forge underwater in solitude.
No recent documents have been made about his existence, some even think that Vulcan has been sent to Tartarus for his abandonment of the other Gods, but this is only theory and it is probably wrong.
Spoiler: Mars and AresMars/Ares (Air-ease)
The God of War and the patron God of the Empire of Rome. He takes a liking to The Imperium as they remind him of the Kingdom he used to ever so love. He is the only God that actually welcomes the resurrection of the dead, as it offers the chance for his favorite people to march once more onto the fields of war and claim it for their own.
Mars can be described as a tall man with short spikey hair in a bright red toga. He wields a huge English Broadsword over his back, covering a polished steel Roman shield. At his waist he carries a set of grenades and a Gladius.
His alter-ego Ares, worshipped by the Combrogi, appears rarely, but it shows the physical form of man’s lust for war and death. Ares is twice as violent but half as calculating, making Ares a powerhouse on the battlefield, as he does not think of anything he does. He carries an electric spear and a bronze M16 A4 that never seems to run out of ammunition.
Spoiler: LupinusLupinus (Loo-pine-us)
Lupinus is the God of Wolves and Dogs and has only been seen once; it is speculated that he resides in the lands of Combrogia, as the Druidic forests have recently undergone a large increase in Dire Wolf and Wolf population. When he was seen last, he appeared as a giant 10ft tall Werewolf with a bushy Silver and Ginger hide. His hands were said to be gnarled and adorning each finger is a set of 5 sharp claws. He has a pair of tusks jutting out of the bottom of his jaw, possibly used for goring prey and enemies, and his teeth were apparently visibly sharp, so sharp in fact that his jaw seemed to jut out because of them. It is unknown whether he can return to a human like form or whether he is simply a mindless beast, but it is known that he has a somewhat uncanny control over the Canine species.
Out of the hunting group that discovered him, only 2 out of 18 got away, what happened to the others may only be speculated.
Spoiler: AttaxiaAttaxia (Argh-tarx-ia)
Attaxia is even more elusive than Lupinus, and has only been seen flying above the region of Dun Moriga. Its presence seems to bring snow and ice along what would be hot land. It appears to be a large humanoid shaped bat with a vaguely humanlike face, with a bat’s nose and ears. Its hands hold a set of talons that it rakes across his enemies.
Attaxia also seems to command a black swarm of Bats. It is speculated that Attaxia and her Bats have something to do with recent disappearances across Namorian colonies all over Eternum.
On another note, all the original Gods despise Lupinus and Attaxia, believing their existence to be false and a blasphemy against their nature and existence.
Attaxia is currently referred to as ‘It’ as no one currently knows her Gender.
Spoiler: The DemonsThe 12 Demon Lords of Tartarus are an evil group of creatures, masters of Chaos and hell bent on destroying the God’s and enslaving Mortal life. They control their own plain of Tartarus, each infinitely large and each under control from the Demon Lords. Most of the Demon Lords have appeared in Myth and Legend as Evil beasts who try to coax Mortals into joining their damned ranks and being tortured within their vile clutches. Each Demon Lord controls two of the Chaos elements such as Hatred, Gluttony, Lust and others.
The Demon Lords are the only creatures as powerful as the Gods, and they have often been misunderstood, however, the first Demon Lord was in fact the father of Ra, the first God and the God of the Sun, and the First sign of Order out of a Chaotic blackness and nothingness. We have the Demon Lords to thank for the creation of the Universe.
The Four Horsemen of apocalypse and Zenita are the only denizens of Tartarus who are not considered to be incoherently evil, but they are simply restrained there because they are creatures of Chaos.Spoiler: The 12 Demons Lords of Night
Spoiler: KronosKronos (Crow-Nos)
The Ruler of the 12th plain of Tartarus, Midnight. Kronos and the other Demon Lords were there from the beginning, powerful primordial forces living in the darkness that was there before the universe began to manifest. He faced his father and the two fought, their impacting blows creating matter and dark matter, which later caused the big bang.
Kronos is known to be extremely powerful and very deadly to those who do not have powerful minds. He is the Lord of Chaos and Evil, and rules over the other Princes of Tartarus with an Iron fist. He appears as a 500ft tall red skinned demon, with goat hooves for feet and two large twirling horns spiraling out of his forehead. His eyes are black and green and his teeth filed down to a point, each being as deadly as the sharpest blades in the universe. His spit is Acid and his words poison, he is a master of dark magic and sorcery and has plagued the God’s many a time. Apophis is good friends with Kronos and has protected him in the past, but was once bested by Ra before Ra and Kronos fought, creating the universe.
Apophis’s realm is called Deepslither. It can be described as an underground necropolis, built up from ancient long lost catacombs filled with the bones of the dead, whether they are still walking or not.
Apophis controls the Snake people, who once resided on a planet that the God’s favored, before Earth. At the brink of the planet’s destruction due to supernova, Apophis opened his doors to the species, his plain of Tartarus horrifically mutating them as they stepped into his realm. They are now his mindless warriors. Apophis also controls the demonic slimes of venom and the Skeletal remains that roam in his abode.
Spoiler: SetSet
Set should have been a God when he was born. The God of Darkness, but a member of Order anyway, as all Darkness must have its light, and it works the same the other way round. However, Set grew bitter due to the constant shunning that his brothers gave him, pushing him away from them whenever he tried to help, and eventually he decided to relocate his kingdom to Tartarus, creating an extra hour of night. He wages war against the King of Gods and has been charged with treason against his family. Set would have been sent to Tartarus for such a crime anyway.
Set’s realm can be described as a desert wasteland where the sand is blood red and the pyramids in the distance never grow closer, even if you walked towards them for weeks. The plain is called ‘Sunset Sands’.
Set has control over an army of beasts called the ‘Set animal’. Beelzebub’s plain is called ‘The Azneulfni Isles’ and is made up of billions of islands covered in toadstools and other deadly plants.
Beelzebub is the patron of the Fungilla, sentient fungi-people who make their home in Beelzebub’s realm. They are inherently evil and worship Beelzebub for creating such a beautiful paradise. It is said that by eating their heart, one can be cured of any sickness or ailment that is plaguing them.

Phobos’s realm is called the ‘The Nephobian’ and it is said that each book contains the thoughts of every man, woman and child that was ever born in the Mortal universe.
Phobos controls Demons called the ‘Librarians’. Invisible creatures dressed in spangly robes and wizard hats; a distinctive whirring sound points out their arrival, and as they are very skilled in magic it is wise to flee from them whenever given the chance, as many scholar’s attempting to learn the Forbidden secrets of the Universe have met a bad end at the hands of the invisible Demons.
Spoiler: UlznorzaluzUlznorzaluz (Uls-Norse-a-luz)
Ulznorzaluz is the patron of Greed and Suffering. He usually manifests as a dragon in his home realm, Utgardenaire. Ulznorzaluz is father to all dragons, which are actually demons. They fly around in Utgardenaire, a series of floating mountains and rocks suspended high above the sky, away from the lower realms of Tartarus. After Odin’s discharge of magic, some of the weaker residents of Utgardenaire have gone missing, transported to the mortal universe as Dragons are a large part of magical imagination in Humans.
Utgarenaire is the name of Ulznorzaluz’s plain of Tartarus, a series of floating islands and mountains in clouds, which are colored red. In the middle of the realm is a large roadway strip of rock and on it is the River Styx, Ra would usually travel through here and fight Ulznorzaluz’s minions before heading into Sunset Sands.
Ulznorzaluz has control over all flying reptiles, especially dragons. He manifests as a large bronze dragon, armed with 200 small pointed razors in his jaw. He is the patron Demon of Greed and Suffering as Dragons are very greedy creatures, taking and eating Gold. They have terrorized many different races on many different planets.

The patron Demon of Fear and War. The Horror of War is a member of the 4 horseman, his plain is the smallest, an endless battle between his minions, undead warriors. War’s realm consists of a large battlefield, spanning the width of Europe, and countless stables, where War’s horses are stored. It has a huge Castle floating in the abyss that surrounds the borders of the realm, and in there War lives, watching the battles with boredom, for he has already re-watched thousands of re-enactments.
When War is brought together with his brothers Strife, Tyranny and Destruction, he becomes an all-powerful killing machine, commanding all who are on the battlefield. He and Mars have always been fighting over who controls the battlefield, and the Trojan war, although Aphrodite solidly believes she caused it with Paris and Helen, was actually sparked by an argument between War and Mars.
Spoiler: StrifeStrife
The Patron of Sadness and Depression. Strife’s plain of Tartarus is a sad one, resembling the ruins of Pompeii after Vesuvius erupted, leaving only ash covered cities and people preserved in the horrific volcanic dust. Like a nuclear winter, ash also rains down from the sky, constantly coating the ground in the grey power.
When united with his brothers War, Tyranny and Destruction, Strife becomes an all-powerful killing machine, making armies weep with sadness whilst his more violent brothers storm through them with their blades in hand. Although this may make him sound weak, as a horseman of the Apocalypse, it would be unwise to face him.
Spoiler: TyrannyTyranny
The patron of Rage and Fury, Tyranny is someone you would not want to mess with. Armed to the teeth and nearly as deadly as War, Tyranny shows off the oppression and anger that many mortals suppress beneath their other emotions. He is the evidence of all the break ups, all the angel at being fired, all of the disappointment from parents and the hatred of neighbors, he fuels the world to hate itself, so as he can become more powerful and one day challenge Kronos.
When combined with his brothers War, Strife and Destruction, Tyranny becomes twice as deadly as he already is, using pure Rage to tear his enemies to shreds.
Spoiler: DestructionDestruction
A member of the four horsemen of apocalypse and the Patron of Hatred and Desolation, Destruction is the master of damaging magic and can destroy things by just flicking his wrist towards it. He marvels in seeing destroyed dreams and shattered hopes, as this shows that he has a large presence, on the person, and only proceeds to show that the said person will probably become one of his servants.
When combined with his brothers War, Strife and Tyranny, Destruction hardly changes. He marches into battle wearing his regal clothes, his boney manlike face caught in a stern position as his hand cracks and whips at his enemies before they turn to dust before his eyes.
Spoiler: ZenitaZenita (Zen-eat-ah)
The Patron of Lust and Desire, Zenita’s plain of Tartarus is home to those who have sold their bodies to escape poverty, or those who have acted behind their partners back, the place for liars and cheats.

Zenita is in command of Incubus’s and Succubus’s, dominatrix Demons who like to enslave mortals and keep them as their pets, they are cruel and powerful Demons, some of the mightiest, it is a wonder why the weakest Demon Lord gets to have some of the strongest Demons under her control. In truth, she dominates them and forces them to bend to her will. She often whispers sweet nothings in the ears of Mortals, so as to increase their Lusts and Desires.
Zenita’s realm is known to be an endless purple ocean, churning in the center of it a maelstrom of Lust, consuming all the lost souls that exist in her land. It is called the ‘Sea of Lust’.

Spoiler: Host PlanetsSpoiler: OtherIt is believed that before Earth, there were various other planets abundant with life that the Gods and Demons made their home on, however none have been found, though it is possible that their stars would have all died out.
Spoiler: EarthWhen the Gods came to Earth, they found it was made up of two super-continents, one of them made up of 5 gigantic islands. The Gods settled on the planet and took the most influencial species at the time, the Homosapien, and crafted it into something more, the human beings we are today.
The super-archipelago was named 'Eden', with the other super-continent being named 'Pangaea'. The people of Pangaea, who were still primatives, were denied access to the Gardens and forests of Eden, for they were the lands of the chosen. As the bond between the Gods and Earth was established there was a quick dash for power from Lesser Demons who had broken up through the unprepared crust of Earth, however they were quickly dispatched by the chosen Homosapiens. Eventually, all 4 of the 5 islands had been united under the flag of 'Braiga Odinssen', the first Earthborn demigod. Atlantis, Asgardia, Olympos and Paradiseai had been united and brought together under the rule of the Lotus Empire.
However the land of Svartalfheimr refused to ally themselves with the other 4 neighboring provinces and locked themselves away from all of the Gods bar one, Set, who had yet to be banished to Tartarus. It was here that the darkness Set gave turned the Homosapiens into the Dark Elves.
Spoiler: The Story of the Fallen Lotus EmpireThe Lotus Empire began when Braiga had broken the bond between the demons and humans that plagued the land. He was born a powerful mortal capable of doing things no one could ever imagine. Braiga was under the birth of Odin, and was proud to bear the name as well. When Braiga grew around 13 years of age, he had slain every demon and foul creature to step up to him using his powers that he was blessed with, called the 5 Gates. With this power, he decimated any attempts that even the Demon Lords had to step upon the mortal plains of the Earth. His first great victory came over the Demon Lord, Beelzebub. It wasn’t an easy victory, but was necessary due to how he came upon the mortal lands to wipe out Braiga as well as any other mortal. This defeat signified how powerful mortal beings could become, and gave birth to a new race of human, many knew them as “The Gifted.”
Using his own power, he erected buildings of stone and used life to create his own empire. This was a place where he and “The Gifted” could stay, away from the dangers of the world around them. The Lotus Empire was of peace and tranquility, flowers blooming over old stones that looked as if they were never touched by man, as well as waterfalls and estuaries that had waters as pure as the heavens themselves. Anywhere people walked within this empire, their powers were bolstered 10 times over that of a normal mortal. This indicated that this place had been chosen of Odin, and a blessing upon the servants who served under Odin.
It wasn’t long after that when Braiga fell in love with a gifted woman, Ecia. Together, they bore their firstborn. She was rather strong for a new born. This was an indication that Braiga’s pure blood had flown through her veins, indicating that his traits were passible, as well as she was blessed by Odin. Each 200-300 years later, they bore 6 more children, then after the 7th child was born, 500 years later, Braiga’s mother had an unexpected surprise. She was pregnant with yet another child. Confused by this, Braiga asked Odin what was going on. Odin had implanted her with his as well as Braiga’s seed to give birth to one more. Odin stripped Braiga of his birthright to pass it on to his new coming son, Gabriel. When Gabriel was born, Odin blessed the child as well as the whole empire.
Each of the 8 were born with a sign that signified their type of power. Strength (Bear), Speed (Cheetah), Stealth (Snake), Mind (), Peace (Dolphin), Love (Dove), Hate (Scorpion), and Will (Dragon). Gabrielle, being the youngest was born under the sign of Will. With Will, Gabrielle had more Energy than the rest of his siblings. This was biggest advantage over anyone, but this was the hardest to train. Ever since Gabrielle’s birth, people feared him and respected him for his sheer power of energy. Around 5 years old, Gabrielle carried more energy than any of his siblings put together. This put fear into his fellow siblings, but they loved him and protected him regardless, and helped train to hone his power and skills. There were a few times where his power went out of control and things were absolutely obliterated, but it was all necessary to help him become the strongest he could become. It was also around this time where a new war was to begin. The War of Obliteration was this wars name. It was a war between Demons and the Lotus Empire.
Around 15 years of age, Gabrielle was given his first mission. He was to take out a Dark Elf that had been consuming both Demons and Humans alike. He was presumably strong, but Gabrielle went in with all confidence. He went into a dark forest that reeked of death, and of where apparently a huge battle had taken place. Bodies from Humans and Demons littered the area, as well as blood and other figures that can’t be put into words. This is when he saw him. The elf turned around with blood dripping from his mouth and all down his body. He promised Gabrielle to give him his name if he could defeat him in battle. So the first big battle Gabrielle ever had, ended up in a draw. Both of the characters being of superpower state, the Elf gave Gabrielle his name. He was called Chaaru, and then he vanished. Gabrielle eventually came back to his empire, and his siblings and family had an astonished look upon their face when they found out who Gabrielle had faced. They all said that should have been Gabrielle’s deathbed, but he proved them wrong.
After that, the 8 teamed up against the advancing Demon invasion. Together, the 8 repelled the Demon invasion and pushed it back. Their power and synchronization were unmatched by any foe or ally alike. They were the Sacred 8. Once one of the Demon gods heard of this, he had sent his best warrior, Shacorai into one of the advanced positions upon the lands. Around the age of 18, the 8 approached the powerful Demon. This is where 2 of the siblings met their end and where Gabrielle unlocked his sacred powers. Where his siblings had attained their lotus status’s, Gabrielle advanced into his stages, granting him unimaginable power. It was with this that Gabrielle beat the demon to near death. With a desperation move the demon slashed at Gabrielle while Gabrielle had charged and cut out his eyes with his demonic felblade, Hate. Gabrielle had finished off the demon, but was left unconscious, and the Sacred Lotus of Zuen (Strength) and Galas (Hate) dead, and for some reason the sword Hate was bound to him.
3 days after the victory of the demon, Gabrielle was escorted home to rest and celebrate their victory and mourn their dead. Later on that night, something happened to Gabrielle that no one could explain until it was too late. Gabrielle’s body had awakened out of its unconscious state. As Sovereig (Mind) walked into check on Gabrielle, he looked upon Gabrielle with happiness, until he found out, that Gabrielle wasn’t right. The Demon, Shacorai, had used the last of his energies to seal himself inside of Gabrielle. It was this time, that the possessed Gabrielle battle the Sacred Lotus of Mind, and defeated him fairly quickly. The Demon then used Mind’s body to bring forth other demons that were of great strength and that spawned other demons. From here on out, the Lotus Empire was at war on the inside.
After a few hours later, the possessed Gabrielle met with his sister sibling, Love, and was battled by her. With no surprise she was defeated and almost killed, if it wasn’t for Braiga. Braiga knew what had happened, so he challenged the demon. The demon was almost crushed to, if it wasn’t for the Demon’s trickery. Braiga, the most powerful Human warrior was defeated, and Shacorai had victory over the Lotus Empire. This was when Gabrielles, barely alive sister came in and used a sealing technique on the Demon. This suppressed the demon within the sword known as Hate, as well as his powers, but at the cost of her life. With her last breathes, she told him she loved her little brother and gave him her most sacred possession. He sword known as Love. As he picked up the sword in grief, he found another weapon along the side. It was the sword Hate. Together, these swords were destined to make a bloody path upon history. As the Empire was completely destroyed along with its people, Gabrielle had no choice but to leave, but swearing vengeance upon both the Demons and Gods.
6 weeks of wondering blindly, an old blind hermit decided to take him in. This was where Gabrielle learned to control his powers as well as learn how to fight blind. It took 2 years of training, but Gabrielle eventually learned how to fight blindly, yet he never learned to control the demon. Nor did the Hermit know about the demon within him. One night, the demon had reawakened, only in a weakened state. The Hermit was able to help Gabrielle subdue the Demons powers, but warned Gabrielle that it was only a matter of time where the seal would completely wear off, and the demon would swallow him whole. It was only when Gabrielle was ready, that he could defeat the demon within him. It was only 2 weeks later, that Gabrielle slayed the old man through the demons hate.
Around 20 years later, Gabrielle once again met Chaaru. Chaaru became interested as to how Gabrielle got that sword. Once Gabrielle told him the story, they had a battle of the ages. During this battle, Gabrielle and Chaaru created what is known as the Grand Canyon, and was where they became best friends, for they both had one goal. This goal was vengeance.
After the second attack on Eden by Demonic means, the Lotus Empire regrew slightly, never coming to the same power that it once held, but recovering none the less. After another 1000 years of prosperity, the union was back on track, with it now being led by a republic made up of several different political parties who vied for seats at the government. Tribute to the Gods was still paid, yet everyone had grown used to the black haze across the land where Svartalfheimr lingered.
One fateful day, the haze lifted, with an army of Dark Elves looking down upon the Lotus Empire. Svartalfheimr being the largest of the countries was able to quickly sweep across the lands and as they slowly eradicated the Lotus Empire, the Gods began to destroy the land of Eden, stopping the corruption of Darkness that the Dark Elves spread. Many of the Dark Elves were said to go into Arcane hiding and join the stars in space, others say their rage formed constellations and froze stars. Atlantis was sunk, Asgard obliterated; the Gardens were all but annihilated, with only 2 humans being sent to Pangaea, which was now breaking up due to the stress on the planet from Set's darkness.
Realising that he had no place in a universe of light, Odin and Ra worked together to banish the Lord of Darkness, with his corrupting power being halted, yet having already taken an hour of the day and giving Darkness an equal standing. 12 hours of light, 12 hours of darkness.
Meanwhile, the two survivors, Adam and Eve were sent to the primitive Homosapiens to guide them so as one day they could ascend as the people of Eden had. However, the people of Pangaea did not understand, and as the world split, some forgot the names of some Gods, and some changed them to suit their own power hungry needs. The Gods grew largely quiet, other than in prominent areas such as Greece or Egypt, where they held their spats and arguments.
Interest was widely lost on Earth until the great invasion of Rome. At the peak of it's existence, Rome was attacked by Kronos, with a full force of Demons that crashed over the civilisation. Putting the world before themselves, they sacrificed their Empire to hold back the tide of the Demons. As there was a lack of Godly intervention, it was after this point that a large amount of the Gods ceased to be worshiped, and soon after that, they were all unworshipped. It was time to find a new home, and they found it in Eternum.Spoiler: Important NPC CharactersSpoiler: KorzanKorzan (Core-zhan)

Now without his stone army, Korzan had to rely on the flesh and sinew that the Nord’s owned. This proved to be enough as the Imperium were pushed off of any land that they had taking control of in their short lived campaign. However, each battle seemed to be bigger and last longer through the next 15 years and the Imperium never seemed to run out of troops to attack the Wastes. Things were growing dire.
It was in the last year of his rein that Korzan was killed by an Imperium assassin sent by their emperor. No one saw him, but his spilt blood enraged the God Odin, who’s creation magic poured into the very soul of the planet and empowered the dreams, emotions and already existing magic.

It was this talent that gained him the respect from the Dwarves, as he bested all of their gladiators in the Dwarven coliseum, before challenging the old King and slaying him, taking his crown and commanding his army’s with power and authority.
Spoiler: Governor Boar Skull (DECEASED)Governor Boar Skull

He was born a slave in the Nordic South when he was a young child, put into the Gladiator rings in Dun Moriga at a young age. He showed magical promise and was sent to the Mages Tower in Namor, where he quickly became a very powerful druid, mastering the Boar transformation, his spirit animal, with ease. Boar Skull was contacted after many years after his training at the Mages Tower by the Emperor and was enlisted to become Governor of the lands of Combrogia, he has resided there since.
Spoiler: AchillesAchilles is the prized warrior of the Greek forces, brought back to life and an escapee from the Realm of War, Achilles fights with a tenacity that is seen in no other warriors, almost killing Decius Marcius had it not been for almost Divine Intervention. He fights with a sword and a Shield and does so adeptly. His Curse leaves him invulnerable to all attacks but on his ankle, yet even without the curse he would still be the second greatest warrior to ever live.
Spoiler: ZhegnraZhegnra stands at over 9 foot tall and is covered in bright orange, rough skin. His skin tone and height are the only things unique about this Crocolyke, and due to his intelligence and combat prowess, he has risen to become the Alpha male of the Crocolyke people. He commands the Crocolykes who journey with Decius Marcius and has aided the expedition more than once.
Spoiler: Lord KurosaviLord of the Eldrani and Regeant of the Druada, Lord Kurosavi is one of the most powerful members of the Druada - underneath the three Elders - and one of the most powerful druids to ever live. Protecting his people came at a cost to the Lord, as he was quickly taken away to the Dark Elf Camp by the turned Dark Elf Chaaru, where the Eldrani Lord's power was recognised and his being was impregnated and corrupted with the Darness of Set in an attempt to gain control of his power as had been done with Chaaru.
Upon rescue, Lord Kurosavi now remains in a coma-like state within a thick cocoon of branches and thickets as the Earth attempts to save him.
Spoiler: RacesSpoiler: The NamoriansThe Namorians (Nah-more-e-ans)
Namorians tend to share a skin tone alike to that of the Italian people of Earth. They usually have deeply tanned skin that complements their usual brown eyes and hair nicely. Most Namorians always carry a weapon with them, but only legionnaires carry proper weaponry like swords and shields, and they do so with swordplay not seen since ancient Roman times. They are a rich and ancient race and they believe that they are the God’s chosen and the Emperor is Mars’ prophet. Namorian military prefer to equip Roman-like armor, which is a mix between leather, Iron and Chainmail. The main difference between the Roman Empire and the Namorian is the poster color of their society and military community. Whereas Roman forces wear Red, Namorian forces wear dark Indigo cloth. The Namorians worship all of the original Gods, but their patron God, like the Romans, is Mars, God of War, and he receives the largest temples and the best offerings from the Namorian people.

Spoiler: The NordsThe Nords
The Nords are the people of The Southern Wastes, they are a proud and powerful race of people who never back down from a fight, as honor is one of the main staples of their community, if you have no honor then the other warriors will not respect or aid you in battle. They are used to cold temperature of the Wastes and due to the lack of the sun for half of the year they have a very light, almost albino complexion, with brilliant blonde or chocolate brown hair and blue eyes. The Nords usually scale from a height of 5-7 foot in men, and 5-5’11 in women. They tend to favor using battle axes and halberds as their weapons, but like most races, they will use other weaponry also. Their patron God is Odin.
Spoiler: The DwarvesThe Dwarves
The Dwarves are the underground dwelling people of Dun Moriga. They are at an average height of 4 foot, the tallest recorded dwarf being Five foot 4. They tend to take a shine to battle axes and Chain-maces and they are the greatest engineers and blacksmiths on all of Eternum. The Dwarves follow a caste, the homeless caste live in the Slums of Shactili, above surface; The Working class can live anywhere, but are primarily found in the Pride District of each of their cities, as there are 7 different major cities in Dun Moriga, with hundreds of towns underground; The Higher Class and Royal Class live in the Proud-mane Quarters in the city of Ech Ziladar, under the highest peak of the mountain plains. Unlike most mythological perceptions of the Dwarves, they aren’t a greedy race, although they do enjoy digging for jewels and riches. They live with what they can and the rest they give to Vulcan. They use jewels and gemstones to create strong armor for their nobility. They are also the only race on Eternum to practice Gladiatorial combat other than the Romans, and their Gladiators are drilled to be warriors from birth. Any race could be a Gladiator, but most are slaves forced into the occupation. Their patron God is Vulcan.
Spoiler: The CombrogiThe Combrogi (Comm-brog-e)
The Combrogi stand at 6 foot 5 almost always, as they are a proud and very warlike race. The tallest recorded Combrogi stood at 9 foot, Zendar the great. They tend to carry two handed weapons and are skilled in all medieval combat-like weaponry. They are usually extremely muscular due to carrying around such heavy weights and they have patterned beards to show how old they are. To cut your beard off is to break the rules of the tribe, which could mean exile or death. The Combrogi were conquered by the Namor after a 40 year war, in which the Namor occupied most of Combrogia, and the Combrogi tribes fought back. The utter power of the Namor eventually broke Combrogi spirit, and like all other races, they decided to surrender to avoid destruction at the hands of the superior Empire. Their patron God is Mars, but in a different persona, this alter-ego of Mars is preferred to be known as ‘Ares’ and is a more violent and less civilized version of the God.
Spoiler: The AfragianThe Afragi(Ah-frag-e-ans)
The Afragians are a mysterious group of people, mixing with the Dwarves and clinging to the cooler Edges of the Afragian desert, which borders on the region of Dun Moriga. Due to the deadly heat of their home plain they decided to dig underground to create space for their people in the superheated summers. When they dug underground they stumbled upon the ruins of a once Great Dwarven city. Seeing the opportunity, the Afragians built in the city and renovated it, giving the ancient Dwarven stonework an Afragian touch. This city soon became the capital of Afragia, being named ‘Tu Zenita Duksal’ or ‘The Whispering Stones’ in English. More Afragian colonies were built underground, and soon the Afragian desert was lying atop of a series of catacombs and underground towns. The Afragians still mainly resided above ground however, but only on the edges of the desert where it was cool enough to farm to make a living. When the Dwarves found the Afragians, there was no conflict, only friendship, as the Dwarves were impressed at how a primarily ground dwelling species could work stone so well. This friendship caused many trade routes and Dwarven Governors in Afragia. The Afragians are currently Governed by an Afragian senate, answering directly to the Emperor his self. Their Patron God is Ra.
Spoiler: The HerciniansThe Hercinians (her-scene-e-ans)
The Hercinians are split into two primary races that occupy the land. However, the Hercini, the dominant race of Hercine, have decided to simply incorporate the other, enslaved race into their race, much to the approval of the Emperor.
Spoiler: CrocolykesThe poverty stricken Crocolykes. Crocodile men hailing originally from desert Oasis’s in the Afragian desert, but thought to have relocated to Hercine in prehistoric ages, they are oppressed by their Cat like neighbors in Hercine, the Hercini. Crocolykes are severely ridiculed in public and usually live in Slums in Hercinian cities. They have 2 sub species, the Lizard men, who can appear to mix in with the area they are standing in front of, as their skin lacks pigment, or the Basilisks, who have a deadly bite and usually secrete venom to place as traps. The Basilisk Crocolykes are typically found living nomadic and prehistoric lifestyles in the few un-spoilt regions of Hercine however. Most of the Crocolykes are the main species however, with builds the same as men, but instead of skin they own rough, leathery and hard scales, ranging from muddy brown colored to Dark green. Their eyes are lizard like and their heads are mirrors of salt water crocodiles. They are used as slaves or cheap military work, and can grow up to 7 foot tall. The Crocolykes make up most of the Hercinian army, although the army is mostly made of slaves.
Spoiler: HerciniThe Hercini are a race of Cat people. The original settlers of Hercine, they command a small army but a large and greedy bank system, banking for the entire Namorian Empire. In a short time of settling Hercine they decided to enslave the Crocolykes, who had arrived before them. This slavery allowed the Hercini to greatly increase their resource production and wealth, and it has continued this way since.
The Hercinians are currently faced with the threat of a large Greek army at their doorstep, and have already lost one of their large mining villages. They have requested Imperial support but it is unknown if it is going to be answered. Their patron God is Pluto, the weaker twin of Hades and the God of Jewels and Gemstones.
Spoiler: ZamibiansZamibians
Zamibia is populated by thousands of tribes of Crocolykes, all managed to escape from Hercine and hide in the forests of Zamibia. Not much is known about the place other than it is extremely dangerous to travel through there unarmed.
Spoiler: The WerewolvesThe Werewolves
A race new to Eternum and the rest of the Galaxy, the disciples of Lupinus, Werewolves. Men and Women who are infected with Lycanthropy, an incurable disease created by Odin’s magic working with the imagination of those on the planet, has infected 16 individuals, turning them into shape-shifting people. A werewolf can be a variety of race, there is even a Crocolyke Lycan. They appear as normal humans with large canine teeth and long hair, sometimes braided or simply hanging low. When infected they seem to show large muscle growth and their metabolism slows down, making them age slowly. It is unknown whether the virus turns the host invincible, but it turns them into very tenacious warriors. Their skin becomes as hard as metal and only silver weaponry may pierce through their bodies to kill them. Werewolves change involuntarily however on a full moon and when they do they do not stop until they have feasted and gorged themselves on all of the living animals around them, human or not. Their patron God is Lupinus.
Spoiler: The VampiresThe Vampires
Unlucky citizens of Eternum who have been infected with Vampirism, the other virus created by the outburst of magic caused by Odin, have become blood sucking Vampires, the disciples of Attaxia. Vampires have been given rock hard snow white skin. Their lips have become blood red, as have their eyes and hair. Their physique hasn’t changed, but their muscles have strengthened, making them extremely strong and fast, making them deadly. Unlike the Werewolves, they have decided to take up residence in castle ruins in Dun Moriga and Combrogia, as these lands seem to please them, however, 3 of the few who have been infected have decided to take a journey to the Southern Wastes, to spread Attaxia’s blessing to all. It is unknown whether Vampirism makes Vampires invincible, but if a vampire is caught in sunlight or solar lamps, they could be burnt to a cinder within minutes, silver is also a deadly weapon to them. Their patron God is Attaxia.
Spoiler: The Glorious Roman EmpireThe Romans
The resurrected Roman people on Eternum consist of ¾ of all of their armies and 100 governors and Plebs to do their dirty work. Under the control of the General, the Romans wait in the forests of Namor, watching closely as who they think are ‘The Blue robed pretenders’ swagger about as if they have not a care in the world. The Namorians would be in for a surprise, as they would eventually have to feel the full fury of the Roman Empire. Their Patron God is Mars.
Spoiler: The GreeksThe Greeks
The Ancient City-state members of Greece, the Spartans, Athenians, Olympians and others, have been resurrected along with other members of earthen history. The Greeks are led by the hero Hercules, and their ranks are continuously built up by new Greeks, as they wade out of the exits of the Underworld, floating through gaps left open by Thanatos, who had gone missing. The Greek people are usually armed with Swords, Spears and other bladed weaponry; it is rare to see a Greek warrior with a blunt weapon. Greek armor varies due to their home city state. Their patron God is Zeus.
Spoiler: The EgyptiansThe Egyptians
The Ancient Egyptians are making a return in the center of the Afragi desert. The selection for a new pharaoh has not happened, but members of the Royal Egyptian family are already preparing for the selection, trying to impress the people so as they are chosen. Due to their time in the Underworld, the Egyptians have realized what Gods they worshipped are real, and what aren’t, and have collected their religions as such. A new pyramid, the centerpiece as what is hoped to be a new Empire, is already being prepared, whilst warriors are rebuilding blades and armors, to march on the Afragians and claim some land for Egypt. Their patron God is Ra.
Spoiler: The Germanic Tribes, Celts and VikingsThe Germanic Tribes, Celts and Vikings of Earth
The European people of Earth, the Celts Vikings and Germanic tribes before their defeat at Roman hands, have also been resurrected. They are made up of people from Northern Europe, Germany, the British Isle’s and France.
The Germanic tribes are a tribal group of men. Those from the isle of Britain use tactics such as running at their enemy carrying a broadsword 2 inches taller than themselves. They would usually wear blue body paint and run at their enemy screaming; although this is not ideally protective, it does succeed in terrifying the enemy. Those from Germany and Northern Europe would be more well armored, but less fearless, and would carefully plan when to attack their enemies.
The Vikings are similar to the barbaric Europeans, but they tend to grow large beards and grow to huge sizes, and their bloodlust is unmatchable, it even surpasses the Combrogi.
Their patron Gods are Odin and Thor.
Spoiler: BroodmothersBroodmothers
Broodmothers are particularly calm and hypnotic with their words of subtlety. They rarely ever venture out into the light and mostly hunt large mammals. When a Broodmother hunts, they can spin webs, each carrying its own special ability depending on the Broodmother swarms. Nerubians are a very powerful race of Broodmothers though, for they can call upon dark magics to vanquish unwanted intruders. They also nest a home of children by the thousands.
The Broodmothers physical aspects include them being as beautiful as any woman you will ever see. They appear as any other human being would, except their skin would be a grey tint and have markings along their face. Depending on what tribe they were from, their markings will vary in both color and shape. They wear fairly skimpy clothing due to their seductive ways. They use seduction to entice men into their lair, mating with them and furthering the growth of their species.
A common misconception spread by the Dwarves is that the Broodmothers are man-eaters and nothing more than giant spiders, however they are actually extremely intelligent and capable of integrating into Imperial society. However they prefer to stay within their own territory and do not often become involved with the matters of Eternum.
Spoiler: Tribes
Nerubians
Spoiler: Earthborn HumansEarthborn
The people of Earth. The year is currently 3997 in Earth years and the planet is in a Golden age of peace. There is no energy crisis, as all needed fossils fuels are exported in from other colonies and mining corporations. The world is run by the IAEA, the International Association of Earthen Affairs, a combination of all of the Worlds government’s rolled into one. They cast vote and then the most important people on the planet. The Emperor of China, the British Royal Family, the President of America and others finalize the decision to go through with the plan.
The Earthborn have lightspeed technology and plasma weaponry. Most of their military power fires electrical plasma, which sons of Zeus, such as Hercules, are immune to. The other problem with these weapons is that when they destroy monsters, they cause them to regenerate quicker, due to the power that is being surged through the magical creatures, which is why the choice is being made to revert to swords and ancient 21st century guns.
The Earthborn have shielding technology on their ships and whole armada’s of mini airships can be scrambled and controlled on a single monitor screen, which is why the Nord’s require the aid of the Sky Gods.
Spoiler: The Druada RacesSpoiler: The SeplengaisThe Seplengais (The Sep-lenk-us)

Their are governed by the most ancient Seplengais, Irontusk, Wilderleaf and Shatterbark, all past sons of Odin. Instead of having single spiked ears, they have a star shaped spiked pattern that outstretches from the tip of their ears..
They Eldrani are greatly skilled with a bow and can turn a wooden weapon into one that cuts twice as well as steel.
Spoiler: The CicerinThe Cicerin (Chi-cha-rin)

They supply the druidic creatures with food in the form of honey, odd vegetables that grow around their hives and the occasional animal that they kill.

Spoiler: Monster Races
Spoiler: CyclopsCyclops
The Race of Monsters called Cyclops are rather prominent in a world blessed by the Gods, the Elder Cyclops being created by Neptune for use in armies and forgeries. They normally scale at a height of 8 foot, with three fingers and toes on each hand and foot and one huge eye, the colour ranging from bright emerald green to complete black. They tend to use blunt weapons such as clubs instead of swords, even though they forge them.
Spoiler: PegasiPegasi
A Pegasi, or Pegasus is a horse creature with a pair of bird wings on their flanks. This enables them to fly. As Neptune created Horses from the waves of the sea, sons of Neptune are able to talk to Pegasi, just as they are able to talk to any other Equine. Pegasi can also come in different forms.
Whilst always having the head and body of a Horse, there are subspecies of Pegasi known to have dolphin tails and gills, they are used as transport across large areas of Water. Then there are Anequines, evil Monsters who have the upper body of a Horse but the lower body of a black widow Spider, they spew acid web from their mouths and their extremely sharp teeth help to rend flesh from the unsuspecting victim.
.These aren't the only monsters, but they are the only sighted ones, there will be many more.Spoiler: OrcsOrcs
Created by the release of radiation from Odin, Orcs have been created. Not being very civilized, they are classified as monsters. They are barbaric and huge men with bright green to dark brown skin. They have two huge tusks sticking out of the bottom of their teeth and their hair is usually in dreadlocks. The Orcish women are just as powerful as some human men
Dragons do not class as Monsters for they are demons.Spoiler: Character SheetName:

Description of Weaponry and Armour (May only have 2 weapons on his persons, only one may be magical.):
I'm sorry if it's a lot to read but I felt that the more detail I put into it the more the World I'm trying to create stands out above the other Roleplay worlds that are created.
Spoiler: FAQ
1. Korzan bro', where'd you get this idea?
Answer: I'd been thinking about creating a Roleplay to explain my accounts namesake for quite some time now, and I'd also been toying with the idea of mixing up all of the Gods from all different religions. I'm also a science fiction nut so I thought if I tie the two together it could make something special.
2. DoK, are you having a limit on the amount of players?
Answer: Nope, I'd rather the Roleplay have lots of players as there are lots of oppurtunities, in reality, the roleplay is a freeroam game, if you wanted to you wouldn't actually have to be part of the two parties heading to their destinations, or even part of the war effort, but that's where all the action would come and I guess I'd spend most of my time advertising the appeal of joining the parties.
3. What are the limitations of magic?
Answer: Magic can be used to create light, illusions, elemental attacks and it can also be used to defy forces such as gravity. There are few types of magic that cannot be tapped into by normal Wizards and Mages such as Sun Magic and Life Magic, but the basic principles of Water, Fire and Wind Magic are there to be studied. However, anyone who has studied at the Mages Guild may only learn one of those magics and it works ina triangle. Water mages are more powerful against Fire, but Fire is powerful against Wind, but Wind is more powerful against Water.
4. Do Demigods control magic better than normal mages?
Answer: Demigods, not only gifted with their own type of magic that is personal to them and their Demigod kin, those training the art of magic may also learn another magical skill, and if it links to their God's power (EG: a son of Neptune learning Water magic) then they could become a force to be reckoned with.
5. Are Demigods immortal and can you be the demigod of two Gods?
Answer: Demigods are not immortal, they just have many godlike powers.
You also cannot be the demigod of two Gods, you must be half human to be a Demigod.
6. Korzan if I pester you enough will you put this thing in the Roleplay?
Answer: I will only put something in the Roleplay if I find it suits the game and the Lore of the World.
7. Can my character kill a God?
Answer: Gods are superhuman beings that can kill humans in the blink of an eye. Only a truly formidable Demigod or a very gifted Mage would have a chance against any God, but Gods cannot die, they are simply banished to Tartarus until they are able to escape and return to their throne. When a God is banished great times of depression occur. (EG: The World Wars on Earth)
8. Korzan what happens when my Character dies?
Answer: Well...they die.
Spoiler: Accepted CharactersSpoiler: Decius Marcius
Age: 39
Race: Namorian
Rank: Dux (general)
Godly Parents: N/A
Appearance: Standing at 5'8, Marcius is average height for a Namorian but short when compared to the likes of the Combrogi and the Southmen. However, with his strong jaw, aquiline nose and piercing eyes, he can be quite imposing when he wants to be. He has black hair, cut short, and olive skin prematurely lined around his mouth and at the corners of his eyes by the northern sun. His limbs are corded with old muscle and one or two scars, as well as some nearly-healed burn scars on his chest and neck from his recent run-in with a dragon. His right hand is slowly healing from severing his own wrist tendons at the battle of Hercinia, and although he is able to fight left handed in the meantime, it is with nothing like the same proficiency.
Personality: Decius Marcius is a man of contrasts. As a commander he is cunning and pragmatic; humane to his own men, and ruthless towards his opponents. As a man he loves his family, is unflinching in his duty to the Emperor and the Namorian people, and is utterly determined to see the Free South crushed and the Namorian borders secure. He is even willing to work with his former enemies to achieve this, though he keeps a wary eye on them at all times – especially the crocolykes who he has hated ever since putting down their last rebellion. Like many Namorians he has a certain distrust of foreigners in general, though dwarves are an exception as dwarven auxilliaries have been a long-standing component of his legion. He respects Ann von Bayern, who aided him in his previous campaign, but retains a quiet distrust for all other Earthborn despite their theoretical alliance.
Background: Marcius has led the 18th Legion (the Fulminata, or 'Thunderers') throughout the war sparked off by the murder of the Southern king Korzan, fighting first against then alongside immortal armies raised from the dead of ancient Earth. Summoned to action by the emperor, Marcius understood the peril of appearing weak before their Earthborn “allies” and so advised that the Southern invasion go ahead, while sending his own trusted bodyguard to retrieve the legendary Alcamor Stones that could help defeat the invaders.
Marcius himself bought time by taking his legion west to meet the invaders, and received help from the gods Mars and Lupinus in the form of a demon-possessed sword (formerly belonging to the demigod Gabriel) and a dire wolf bodyguard respectively. He succeeded in defeating both the Roman and Greek invasions, and later made allies of both, but during the final battle the dire wolf Silverwick was killed by the demigod Chaaru, who also made off with the demon sword. Marcius was not grieved to see it go, as the demon within the sword had nearly overwhelmed him, such that at the end he had to cut his own wrist to be free of it.
After a brief return to Emor, Marcius was promoted to Dux Orientem and tasked with liberating the eastern provinces from their invaders. This he set out to do with the help of his former enemies the Greeks and Romans, as well as an unexpected force of crocolykes. On the march he was joined by the demigoddess Elisavet, who brought him the crushing news of his family's murder by Korzan's Avengers. It was largely her support that kept him together in following days.
Struggling to keep the empire together as it splintered under pressure of the war, Marcius failed to stop the orc army from escaping through one of the Arks, and has since left the Roman legions as peacekeepers in Dun Moriga, while he raced to Combrogia in search of the orcs. Instead he found the Namorian senate in exile with the 2nd and 3rd legions, driven out by emperor Claudius who had fallen to madness after being mind controlled by the demon Zahneri. Now Marcius struggles to prevent a civil war, even as many in the rebel camp call for him to declare himself the new emperor.
Faction: Namorian Empire (senate faction)
Loves: His family, the Emor skyline, Hercinian wine
Hates: The cold, the Southern tribes
Weaponry / Armour: Marcius wears Namorian laminar armour, made of hardened steel bands over leather. He carries a sword which is engraved with the Imperium's trademark initialism, IPQE ("Imperator Populusque Emorus"), though for now he can only wield it left-handed. His indigo cloak is pinned with a clasp displaying the Fulminata thunderbolt, and he wears the emblem of the eastern provinces (a hammer and a sun held in the talons of a Namorian eagle) on a chain around his neck.
Spoiler: Varro Salvius
Age: 32
Race: Namorian
Rank: Centurion, protector (bodyguard)
Godly Parents: N/A
Appearance: Tall for a Namorian and heavily muscled, Salvius is an imposing man. He has black hair and is cleanshaven, accentuating a square jaw and a blocky face that looks like it has been punched in repeatedly (which it has).
Personality: Salvius is a man easily provoked to both laughter and anger. In the presence of royalty or superior officers he is rigidly professional, but around friends and men of his own rank he reveals a sardonic, irreverent sense of humour and is an easy man to like when he is not trying to be threatening. Being threatening is an art which he has – admittedly – perfected, and he is unapologetically stern in a command role. He has a strong sense of duty and will see a mission through whatever the cost, although given the choice he will not leave friends or children to die.
Background: Salvius is a career soldier, having served in the 18th Legion for many years before being promoted for bravery during the 3rd Southern campaign. Put in command of the 1st cohort's 4th century, Salvius developed a reputation as a tough but popular leader. Centurions are expected to lead by example and Salvius did just that, which brought him to the attention of the legion's new commander, Decius Marcius. After seeing the man in action against the Southerners, Marcius employed Salvius as his personal bodyguard. Taking the day-to-day approach to life common in soldiers, Salvius enjoyed the status and pay of his post, while still taking his job very seriously.
With his current tour of duty soon to end, Salvius was unsure whether he wanted to retire to a rich civilian life or extend his commission for another 10 years, but this problem was put aside following the death of Korzan, after which the Imperium found itself under attack by unkillable armies from ancient Earth. Salvius was sent on a mission to Tartarus to retrieve the Alcamor Stones – a slim hope, but one which could save the Imperium. Chance, luck and the intervention of both gods and resurected immortals have seen him through to the Gates of Tartarus, now accompanied by Gabriel, Numiera, queen Nesara and Suriyana.
Faction: Namorian Empire
Loves: The perks of his job, games of chance, beautiful women
Hates: Dereliction of duty, any and all Southerners, being idle
Weaponry / Armour: Salvius' preferred weapon is still his long cavalry spatha. While designed for use from horseback, he is just as competent with it on foot. Being made of iron, an element that naturally repels demons and disrupts their corporeal forms, it should prove useful in the underworld. He no longer carries a shield, it having been ruined during the battle of Sharktooth Bay. Under a plain travelling cloak Salvius wears scale armour and steel greaves, and still carries his distinctive horizontal-plumed centurion's helmet.
Spoiler: Aulus Ovidius
Age: 26
Race: Namorian
Occupation: Mercenary, spy
Godly Parents: N/A
Appearances: Ovidius has classical Namorian features, with a narrow, aquiline nose and a broad forehead crowned with curly black hair. His olive skin is sun-lined but still youthful, and his eyes are dark and sharp, missing little and giving away even less. He carries a scar across his ribs where he narrowly avoided the Son of Nemesis at the mages' guild.
Personality: Ovidius is a man from the gutter and he knows it. He is aware of the nature of his work and so tends not to ask questions about it, but that doesn't stop him from having a roguish wit and an affable, easygoing nature. He is prone to wry humour and deadpan understatement. As the son of a freedman, he is more self-aware than most when talking to slaves. On the job he is cunning, quick-thinking and, to a point, brave, although he can recognise a situation where he is in over his head.
Background: Born in the shadows and with a natural affinity for them, Ovidius was practically made for a career of shady work. He is the son of a freed slave and grew up in the poorer districts of Emor, though he hardly rues not being born to a Namorian citizen whose word he would have to treat as law. He is mostly estranged from his parents, who approve of little, if anything, that he does.
Originally a mercenary in the field of spying and courier work, he did a lot of jobs for house Marcius and is now their sworn man in all but oath, taking most of his orders from the family mother, Lycinia. He was even involved with one of her body slaves, Suriyana (Afragia to her Namorian masters), although that fell through after Suriyana became disillusioned with their joint mission in New Giza, which involved manipulating and betraying the immortal Egyptians. Upset, Ovidius has been trying to put Suriyana out of his mind after he returned to Emor and the service of the Marcius family. Dux Marcius quickly enlisted him for a dangerous mission into Emor to kidnap the emperor, who unknown to him has been mind-controlled by a demon.
Ovidius occasionally receives visions that the goddess Isis, although he is still uneasy with the idea of being one of the goddess' "chosen".
Faction: House Marcius (Namorian empire, senate faction)
Weaponry / Armour: Ovidius carries a dagger, usually concealed.
Spoiler: Suriyana
Age: 20
Race: Namorian-born Afragian
Rank: Slave, apprentice maga
Godly Parents: N/A
Appearance: Suriyana is the daughter of two Afragian slaves, and inherited their deep brown skin despite growing up in temperate Namor. She has a delicate oval face with shrewd brown eyes and very white teeth, which she often flashes in a slightly lop-sided smile. Her hair is black and naturally wavy, and falls to her middle back when not tied up.
Personality: Suriyana is quick-witted and very sardonic, and she can match pretty much anyone blow-for-blow in an argument. The same quick wits make her level headed, and she tends to be mindful of long-term consequences rather than being impulsive. Cautious and pragmatic, especially about her own situation, she hoped to buy her freedom some day but is proud enough to want to do this on her own merits rather than by anyone else’s help. She initially did not want to risk the life of a fugitive that running away would bring (she also had a - perhaps surprising - streak of loyalty towards her masters, since the Marcius family have by and large treated her kindly) but has answered the calling of the god Ra to help Nesara and the others in the quest for the Alcamor Stones.
Background: Suriyana was born in Emor, to two Afragian slaves in the household of clan Marcius. As per Namorian law she too became automatic property of her owner, who gave her the slave name of Afragia in a simple reference to her ethnicity. She was gifted to her master's son Decius on his wedding day, as a body slave for his new wife Lycinia Marci (nee Caelesta). Lycinia soon recognised Suriyana's natural intelligence and started trusting her with other tasks such as courier work and basic nursing.
After word reached Emor of the power struggle between the immortal Egyptians who had landed in Afragia, Lycinia Marci hatched a plan with the Earthborn Ann von Bayern to bring to power the Egyptian leader most likely to be friendly to the Imperium. Although she had no experience in subterfuge, Suriyana's heritage, her familiarity with the Egyptian gods and language, and her natural wits were enough for Lycinia to trust her with the mission. Suriyana was dispatched along with Ann and with Lycinia's trusted spy Ovidius, with whom Suriyana had adopted an intimate rapport. On the journey to Afragia, Ann took it upon herself to train Suriyana in magic - ostensibly for self-defence, but with an ulterior motive of adopting her into the Earthborn priesthood of the Rising Sun. This backfired however when Suriyana became upset with the immoral actions that their mission demanded, broke up with Ovidius, and shortly after disappeared to the Gates of Tartarus with queen Nesara. Anne, however, can still follow her actions through the familiar Qia'bul...
Faction: Namorian Empire
Weaponry / Armour: Suriyana is unarmed but knows some magic and is eager to learn more, assisted by a small avian familiar called Qia'bul.
Spoiler: Gaius Octavius
Age: 42
Race: Namorian
Rank: Namorian patrician, former mage
Godly Parents: N/A
Appearance: Gaius is a man of average height and wiry build, with chiselled but slightly gaunt features. His skin is a typical Namorian olive and his hair is dark and curly, though cut short. He has intense, calculating eyes. He has been mutated by Kronos, who marks him as his pawn with a pair of stubby horns at his forehead, although Kronos has also gifted him with demon-like strength.
Personality: Though he loves his family and serves his empire, Gaius is a man of many flaws. His temper can be short, and he is determined to the point of ruthlessness and obsession. While he knows the dangers of his current actions, when pressed he will break almost any rule to achieve what he feels he must. A trained mage, he understands better than most the perils of demons, but that same understanding leaves him prone to overconfidence.
Background: Undermined by technological innovation, the power of the mages' guild in Namor has been waning for decades. Their prestige fell further when rumours surfaced of mages abandoning the empire to find work and influence in the rebel South. Gaius, a graduate of the guild himself, and his wife Seppia became a minor scandal in Emor when they sent their son Titus to study at that same guild. It was during Titus' studies that one of the guild's masters finally went too far, flooding the ancient tower with demons after attempting to harness their power for his own. Titus miraculously escaped, but Gaius and Seppia were left shaken.
Cousins with Decius Marcius through his aunt's marriage to Decius' father, Gaius enjoyed a close relationship with the family. He was more than willing to help his cousin's wife Lycinia investigate the fall of the mages' guild, and to aid them both in planning to defeat the many foes who now threatened the empire. The brutal murder of Lycinia and all three of her children, just a few short months afterwards, hit him hard. Outraged, and fearing that his own family could easily be next, Gaius swore to find and kill the murderers - even if the magic that would enable him to do so had been banned as a result of the guild's fall.
His hunt led him into a steady spiral of dark alliances and reprehensible acts, but his alliance and eventual betrayal of the demon-using Odinsen family only played into the hands of Kronos, who revealed his whole plan to Gaius before setting him free in Combrogia. Seemingly unable to defy Kronos' will whatever he tries, Gaius instead focused on the old enemy that had been placed right in front of him: Korzan's Avengers, his cousin's murderers.
Faction: Namorian empire (rogue)
Loves: Knowledge, power, and (his interpretation of) justice
Hates: Snow, demons, feeling powerless or manipulated
Weaponry / Armour Though Gaius carries no physical weapons, he can cast a formidable variety of offensive and defensive magic, and wears a protective amulet of Mars woven with additional defensive spells.
Spoiler: Senator Lucius Agrippa
Age: 55
Race: Namorian
Rank: Senator
Appearance: Tanned by the sun in both Namor and Afragia, Agrippa has a craggy, weather-beaten face that can appear both stern and fatherly, although the former is somewhat more common. He has curly hair which has faded from black to grey, with appraising, intelligent eyes set below his thin eyebrows.
Personality: Calm, persuasive and most of the time difficult to read, Agrippa is an experienced member of the emperor's senate with a conservative mindset and an aversion to making snap decisions. Although some would question it, he claims that his loyalty is - and always will be - to the empire first. Although most of his actions do indeed serve the greater good, he isn't averse to a little opportunism and advancing his own status. A patrician by birth, he is somewhat elitist in his attitude to the common folk.
Background: A rich and politically ambitious man from Emor's patrician class, Agrippa's ambition is tempered by a devotion to the stability and prosperity of the Namorian Empire - after all, those on top can only remain so if the status quo is maintained. Rather than military service, Agrippa relied on family influence and his own talent for speaking to gain a position in the Namorian senate. His political career took a knock after the deal he helped broker with the Earthborn proved to have unforseen strings attached, though with the Earthborn's military might one might argue that it was a lose-lose situation for Namor anyway.
Tactically retreating from the emperor's ire in Emor, he instead moved to Afragia (where he had previously served as Namorian ambassador, and also had invested significant money in silver mining) and secured the patronage of princess Nesara, who he had previous ties with thanks to endorsing her ascension to the emperor several years earlier. He acted as her advisor for some time, ensuring that Afragian and Namorian interests harmonised, and later advised the Namorian governors of Dun Moriga. Things fell apart after the orc invasion of the dwarf kingdom, when Nesara married the Dun Morigan noble Jornak and announced her intention to form an independent state - ostensibly for easier defence against the orc threat.
Forced to flee after Nesara confiscated his holdings and nullified Namorian influence on her council, Agrippa found his way back to Namor where he is now attempting to help dux Marcius and his nephew Marcus Agrippa hold the empire together.
Area: Namor
Faction: Namorian Empire (senate faction)
Loves: History, red wine, summer days at his holiday villa
Hates: Hot-heads, unforseen complications, flies
Weaponry / Armour: Ambassadors are granted diplomatic immunity across the empire, but in return they are forbidden from carrying weapons themselves. As such, Agrippa is not armed.
Spoiler: MINOR CHARACTERS OF AZAZEALSThe Imperial Army

Spoiler: Elisavet, of Sacred Flesh
Name: Elisavet, of Sacred Flesh
Age: 96 (Resurrected – Appears to be in mid 20s) [DOB – 264 BC]
Race: Greek
Godly Parents: N/A
Personality: Elisavet, of Sacred Flesh, is a noble guardian to all that is under rule of Aphrodite. She is of honor, but like the Goddess can show vulnerability and a deep ability to love, even intimately. She has given her body, mind, and soul to Aphrodite and as such willingly acts under her direction without hesitation. She defends any woman who cannot defend herself and will battle any misogyny on sight.
Every time the Goddess communicates with her, she is brought to tears. When she strikes, it with Aphrodite’s passion and when she raises her shield it is with the Goddess’s love guiding her. Elisavet, of Sacred Flesh submits her body to those who use it to commune with the Goddess. She is both defender and divine prostitute. Yet she only lies with those the Aphrodite permits. Any classically lewd or sexual advance will be met with powerful hostility, as it is defilement of her sacred body and devotion. She is naturally maternal to all.
Background: Elisavet, of Sacred Flesh started life with less than humble beginnings. During the time of Greek’s height of power there were injustices that remained ignored in the face of uncontrolled lust, gluttony, greed, and hunger for power. Elisavet, of Sacred Flesh was born from wedlock, more specifically, a woman who was taken against her will. However, her mother’s plight was not one of few, but of the slave and poor class they remained weak and silent. Elisavet, of Sacred Flesh, was bestowed a command from Aphrodite: strike down those who ruin the true meaning of love and passion. Only being a young teen at the time, she had no means of combat but knew her calling to be true. When men of the slave owners began to break their contracts with justice not being delivered, she picked up a blade; and by divine empowerment, struck them. Each kill was a testament to her devotion. Guided by the Goddess Elisavet, of Sacred Flesh, guided the victims to Athens’ largest temple to Aphrodite.
With her physical pilgrimage was complete, she was taken by Aphrodite personally for her devotion to women kind and to love. Her body was taught in the ways of pleasure through the priests and priestess of Aphrodite; she was taught the ways of combat through soldier’s whose devotion belonged to the Goddess.
Aphrodite bestowed upon Elisavet, of Sacred Flesh, blessed armor and weaponry, they kept her body and mind young and pure as long as she served under the will of the Goddess. And for over eighty years she did her charge, never having lovers other than what the Goddess willed and staying true to her path. Time and time again she was a symbol for female empowerment and equality in sexuality. She had slain many who had destroyed Aphrodite’s expression: perverts, and all those who wished to defile beauty.
However, Elisavet, of Sacred Flesh fell in battle when she tried to protect Macedonia from Rome’s conquest. Legend said that she was able to slay thousands of men single handedly in her finale battle. When the blade pierced her stomach fatally, it was said that the very Roman men who witnessed or aided in her death surrendered to sorrow and wept until killed.
Her body, as demanded by Aphrodite, was burned and her ashes spread so that Elisavet, of Sacred Fleash may remain pure. Her magical items turned into a pile of roses that wilted as her corpse burned.
Her soul danced in the Elysian Fields, oblivious of her sacred path, until she was violently pulled out by the rage of Odin. She found herself on an alien planet, Eternum, but with the Goddess leading her has worked tirelessly to continue her sacred duty.
In her service, working with Decius Marcius the religious trials have been harsh. To protect the Fulminata she faced Chaaru in lethal combat. The confrontation almost calmed her life and instead cursed her with horrible visions of Chaaru's sins throughout his long lived lifetime. Balancing at the opposite side of this was her need to guide Decius out of spiraling depression and help him through the grieving process for the loss of his family. Increasingly her vision's curse became more and more intense, challenging her resolve.
Through a vision given by Isis Elisavet discovered that Charru's blade, Hate, had made Decius' negative emotions manifest into a sentient dark being. This being, a six eyed being haunted Elisavet through the visions, and by swift action of Isis, it was revealed that this being was to be her son. Hate had impregnated her, a child fused of Elisavet's, Decius', and Chaaru's blood.
Unable to remove the child from her body in fear of harming Decius' life, as they are linked, Elisavet has left to the temples of her goddess in hopes of a solution
Spoiler: Appearance:She stands at 5’9’’
Area: Traveling with Masika to the temple of Venus
Faction: Aphrodite, Resurrected Greeks
Loves (Three things): Aphrodite, Love, Purity in beauty
Hates (Three things): Corruption, romantic or sexual impurity, all that upsets Aphrodite
Description of Weaponry and Armor:
Silken Armor: White silk and accessorizing bindings make up the bulk of her armor. It is by Aphrodite’s design and magically gives her protection from the elements (As long as she remains pure to her charge). It always remains pristine and cannot be torn by mortal means ( moves like cloth, tougher than steel and it magically stays 'in place')
Sword and Shield of Aphrodite: Upon the shield is the classic female symbol. The sword and shield are only able to be held by Elisavet, of Sacred Flesh (As long as she remains pure to her charge). They bless her with super human strength, agility, endurance (comparable to a weaker demigod) and infinite lifespan. The weapon and shield cannot be destroyed by any mortal convention.
Magical Qualities: Mortals (including Demigods) who touch her body without the permission of the Goddess (which are those who desire to harm her or to sexually conquer her) are instantly overtaken with divine reverence and guilt of their impurity (As long as she remains pure to her charge).
The shield and sword are bound to her and these qualities persist until she is slain or the weapon and shield destroyed (As long as she remains pure to her charge).
She has a very powerful connection to Aphrodite and may be spoken directly, through her mind, if the Goddess wishes. It is one way, Elisavet, of Sacred Flesh, would need to enact a ritual to have back and forth conversation.

2. Defying quests given by Aphrodite.

9. To willingly allow harm to come to innocent worshipers of Aphrodite. (Innocent is defined by not breaking cardinal things of Aphrodite (Love, sexuality and beauty oriented), not by law of land IE: a thief is innocent, a rapist is not )
10. Slander Aphrodite's name or honor (or allow others to do so)

(it has not shown up yet in her three youngest siblings)
The three of them had…desires and wants that stemmed from something that was their innate nature. It was Jóhann and herself that embraced it and as she grew up she enjoyed seeing her mother ‘catch’ her in the act and have to murder the victims to keep the secret safe.
When her father died, she was in great emotional pain. But she grew even more proud of her mother when she took the crown, swearing to the Nordic people to avenge Korzan’s death. She supports her mother in her conquest of both Eternum and of the gods.
Her mother's conquest failed, horribly. At the cost of Else's family and her own life, all she had set out to do, was crushed by the consequences of her own actions. A purple light looms from the north, and Hella can only guess what it is or why it has come into existence.

While his mother ruled, his struggle with his heritage curse sent him running outside the gates of Branjaskr where he encountered a mysterious woman, Syf. She was watched over with heavy prejudice by his mother and their time together was short as Syf discovered the secrets of the Odinsen home. Tragedy did not stop, a purple light erupted to the north, an unknown display of great power. It was a scare, causing his mother to do drastic things. Housecarl Yngve of Odinsen: the personal bodyguard and muscle of the family. A grizzly, toned man in his 60s who had fought alongside Korzan to help create the Free South. Her time was spent speaking of the Hurtug’s of each village, ensuring safety. Age: X Days old (Need to talk to you on that) (Appears to be in her late teens or early 20s)
Race: Reincarnated Nymph (See background)
Godly Parents: Apollo, & Odin (Fathers –By magic, not blood), Tained Druada (Mothers -By blood)
Parents: Human father Hyacinth (By blood & Soul - past incarnation) See background.
Personality: Unknown, has not developed.
Background: Thousands of years ago Apollo fell in love with the Spartan prince Hyacinth. When Hyacinth was slain by Apollo’s manipulated discus toss (the work of Zephyrus). He created a flower in mourning. The Hyacinth flower was stained with Apollo’s tears, grew from Hyacinth’s spilt blood, and co-existed with all of nature as a beautiful sign of pure love lost.
As there is a balance to light and darkness such a symbol could not exist forever without opposition. Eldrani, beautiful and nigh-on forever young Druada women came to clamor around the flower. However they were tainted, from Tartarus and they were drawn in to its purity to destroy it.
Hyacinths were withering and wilting, their petals decorating the surface of Eternum (Apollo migrated the flower to the new planet to show his continual love). Enraged by the will of the corrupted Druada he used his Lyre to lure them deeper into a field of his plants. When they were far into the fields of Hyacinth flowers he burst from above them, unleashing deadly blows upon them to kill the corrupted Eldrani. Their blood and magic seeped into the roots of the plants and they began to form a bulb formation.
For years the Hyacinth plants fused and grew until the bulb was the size of three people. It began to glow soft solar rays.
Yet even this beacon of purity could not last. Odin’s angry release of magic into the entire world warped the Hyacinth creation again. Apollo himself did not notice however, feeling a false sense of security over the bulb’s wellbeing.
Suddenly water began to pour from the bulb, and layers began to peel back. In a gush of water a female form hit the field of flowers. Nameless and without memory or understanding of the world she has stared at her open flowery womb, unsure of where to go.
Apollo however had been charged - like all the other gods - to look for Odin and Nemesis, and had not noticed the birth leaving Tsen to fend for herself unwillingly.
Born, she was first discovered and aided by a Sepplengais named Clawbark. Taking her under his care, he wished to guide her to the Elders, whose wisdom guides the Eldrani, in hopes of discovering the mysteries of her birth and of her being.
But Clawbark's life was cut short. In the forests war had broken out, leaving the unnamed young woman dazed and confused until she became unconscious. She was found and rescued by Glarao Savissen, son of Lord Kurosavi, who eventually guided her to the Elders. In their council she discovered little other than her presence be ill to the forest, and a god by the name Lupinus came to defend her. Lunipus, and Tsen (The name given to her by Glarao) left the Eldrani to take her to Namor in hopes that she can discover more of Apollo, the only name she has some fleeting instinctual connection to in her otherwise blank mind and heart.
Joined by one of Lunipus Werewolf children and a demigod archer, Zar Stormwraith, they are currently nestled with three Southerners whom they are ignorant of committing murder to Decius Marcius' family. Her body is relatively athletic, muscle and a trim body formed from years of calorie deficiency and escape attempts away from men and Dwarves she had robbed. Her face - whilst being dirty - is porcelain white, thanks to her Vampiric blood (or lack thereof). Her teeth are dirtied and chipped from various run-ins with people she had robbed and others. Her gaunt, dirty cheeks are smattered with pockmarks and a few nicks and scratches that had left scars set dark into her white skin.
Her clothing is largely formed of patchwork leather and fur taken from victims of her Vampiric hunger.
Godly Parents: N/A
Personality: Madness. Sheer madness is all that Cassandra knows. One moment, she'll laugh and dance about, but the next she will be as forlorn as any murderer, and twice as cruel. A million desires tug her mind in all directions, and only the lucky few are ever spared her violent outbursts. More confused than anything else, Cassandra uses her brother, Vardren as an anchor to tie her conscious to: wherever he goes, she goes, and whatever he does, then so must she. She wasn't always so befuddled, but instead was a lively and joyous young girl--even during times of great suffering. To her, happiness and optimism were tools to delude oneself about the real state of things, but even happiness had it's limits.
When the vampire virus took to her body, the magical radiation had other effects on her mind. After tending to a wounded brother in a lonesome house, Cassandra had already begun to develop a serious case of split-personality disorder to fill the social void that being alone had created. Years of struggling and fighting, both in the woods and on the streets of Ech Zilidar, created the first and most prominent of the two personalities: Cassandra the huntress. Cold and calculating, when in this mode Cassandra only focuses on her objectives, regardless of who she might be hurting. Blood and pain excite her more demented half, and she willingly embraces her vampirism to spread fear and chaos wherever her brother might wish it.
Alternatively, Cassandra unknowingly held onto another, far more docile part of her being. After years of tending to her brother's wounds and to their living quarters, she had hardly any time to be a child: their father left when she was still a young age. When in this aspect of her personality, the simplest of life's beauties enthrall her, and she is prone to hysterical fits of laughter and glee--much to her brother's distaste. Although she is far less aggressive, this part of her is just as manic as the other, and her insanity is still all too present. All the same, this is the person Cassandra wishes she could be most, but rough circumstances and an undying devotion to her brother's vengeful ideals force her to often abandon this alter-ego.
Background: Growing up in the mountains of Dun Moriga was no easy feat for Cassandra. She had but a single ally: her brother. Like a frightened animal, Cassandra would wander from one imposing hall to the other, often getting lost in her own home. The shadows and apparitions she always seemed to glimpse at night would keep her awake for days; her parents continuous struggles to make ends meet, and her own lack of a social outlet only made these night terrors worse.
Even from a young age, Cassandra knew she was craven: the stories of valiant warriors, war, and sacrifice only seemed to scare her more than they did inspire her. Swords and shields only represented a violent and malicious world that she was glad her family left behind. At least, she thought they had. When her mother died, Cassandra wept incessantly for days on end: The only other woman in the house, Cassandra's mother would always be the one to comfort her when her father or brother grew violent. She was the only one Cassandra could cling to without fear of backlash--the only one she could ever truly love. She was gone though, and Cassandra had to choose between the constantly-battling family members that remained. Her mother's death drove her father to drinking, which made him an enemy to the children. As she matured into a young woman, her former perception of monsters and demons began to take a physical form in the brute of a father she had to deal with. This was when she first began to hear the other voice. A twisted voice of a young woman, but cloudy with an almost hoarse undertone. It would be there in her sleep, and during the times when she was most alone. Like a whisper in her ear, this aggressive voice began to tell her to do dark and unforgivable things.
Murder. It was always there in the back of her mind when she was most vulnerable. One day the maddening cries of the voice began to cloud her better judgement, forcing her from her bed and into her father's solar. There, near an old oak desk sat the letter and bottle that would spell out her missing prey's fate. From the window, she could see him leaving, and without realizing it, her brother arrived besides her. Cassandra saw his internal grief, and reciprocated it with her own. The two cried for a time, but suddenly and without warning, her brother lurched from his seat and dashed off to his room.
Their father, a man whom she detested for constantly hurting her brother, had done the unthinkable and abandoned them to die.
Wracked with an anger so great she could hardly bear it, Cassandra dashed off after him, running in her sleeping gown with a knife she hadn't realized she owned in one hand. A girl of twelve, she hardly knew how to hold a blade let alone kill someone with it. Luckily, she didn't have to: her father's horse was far faster than she remembered it being and, before long, she couldn't even make it out through the thick morning fog.
For the years that followed, she stayed alongside her brother through thick and thin. When he needed a nurse, she could be one. When he needed a hunter, she could be that too. The sole family she had left, Vardren had to survive no matter what. She would give her own life for him if necessary--would even do it gladly if it meant an end to the maddening whispers in her head. During their time in Ech Zilidemr, she stood proud of the warrior her brother had become. Foolishly, she thought him unbeatable: when the fateful day came and he was tossed to the floor writhing in pain, she was unable help him. Restrained by dwarven onlookers and guards, Cassandra haplessly watched as they carted her dying brother away.
When she found his body left alongside the dump, she did her best to revive him, but found herself shaking in grief. With all her willpower, she dragged him out the city on her own bare back and into the mountain haze. Onlookers shook their heads in pity, and the guards did naught but watch her struggle. It was both maddening and humiliating, but she carried on for days until she managed to crawl through her family estate's gate, feet bleeding from days of walking, and back nearly broken from the heavy lifting she had to endure.
The curse came soon after--an infection, her brother called it. Vardren saw it as a chance of redemption and vengeance upon everyone and everything in his path. He grew obsessed with every and all afflictions, seeking out as many rare diseases as possible before forcing them on others. It was wrong to her, yet another part of her felt so right. The whispers became louder and louder until she realized that they were not just dark imaginings: they were as much as part of her as the skin she wore. Embracing the darkness, Cassandra's power elevated to new heights. Never again would she have to worry: as long as she stood in the way, no one would be able to kill her brother. The madness became her shield, and the darkness her sword. Those that harmed her brother would pay in full--Vardren saw to that--she had only one job: to keep him alive.
Like her brother, she abandoned the gods of her father; they clearly had no love for the Hezdial children. Whereas her brother worshiped the lord of diseases and plagues, she gave herself to Hothian's doctrine of madness, even going to far as to fantasize meeting the demon in person. She too read whatever stories and texts she could get a hold on, but the warnings of inescapable madness and despair only furthered her love for the chaos that swam inside of her mind.

Spoiler: King Jornak Iron-Beard
Name: King Jornak Iron-Beard “Hero of Dun Moriga”
Age: 127
Race: Dwarf
Godly Parents: Rumored to have the blood of Vulcan in his veins, because of his unnatural immunity to fire.
Personality: Jornak is as loyal as a dwarf can be. He firmly believes there is no higher honor than to remain loyal in life to the one whom you have sworn an oath of fealty, loyalty, or love, to. He views each oath a separate one, and as such it becomes difficult for him to be himself, and enjoy the pleasures that life has to offer. He has a strong sense of duty, and often takes it quite hard if he fails in a duty, in that he will berate himself constantly, one time for an entire year without reprieve.
He is quite distrusting of suspicious characters, which most are to him, unless he knows them personally. He isn't trusting of outsiders, nor the Empire, but he tolerates them as they are helping his people, and his king has asked him to do so. He is a fierce and avid defender of his people, refusing to run away from enemies, unless there is no absolute way to achieve victory. This often leads him to life-threatening situations, but of course, he manages to find a way out of him, leading to many believing he is the chosen of Vulcan; which is not true, though he has been gifted by him.
His acts of valor and conquest in the name of Ech Zilidar, and the Dun Morigan dwarves, have earned him the title of “Hero of Dun Moriga”. He is not a fan of the fame and honor that comes with the title, and often avoids the common people, and many of the dwarves, to avoid the idolatry of many of the dwarves. He hates that his fame allows him no sanctuary from the people, and though he is proud of his accomplishment, he curses it.
His family is the most important thing to him, and he would quite literally do anything for them. He ensures that they are well taken care of, over anything else, and ensures that they maintain safety and tranquility within Ech Zilidar. If he were to lose his family it would likely destroy him, and he would, likely, go mad with a rage that would rival that of the Namorian god Mars.
Background:
From the time of his birth, Jornak was known to be different. His mother nearly died on his birth, because he was rather large for even dwarven standards, though he never reached the height of say a Namorian, he was far larger than most dwarves at birth. His musculature system was already progressing, and he was able to wield a hand-axe by the age of 1, and for some time after, he led a fairly normal life; but that was before the incident occurred.
His mother found him sitting in the fireplace in their home, and she screamed running to him, and throwing her arms in the fire to retrieve her child, burning the nerves in her arm irreparably, before realizing that her son was not affected by the flames. It was something that perplexed her, and though she never regretted her arms being rendered useless, she worried for her child. It was not long after that word of the incident reached the ears of many of the dwarves in Ech Zilidar, and they all wanted to witness the miracle that was Jornak. However, his parents wished to keep him from all the attention, and rejected all visitors.
Throughout his childhood, Jornak found himself being singled out, and often times made fun of, for his lame-armed mother, and his crippled sister. The story of how his sister became crippled was something that was well known within the dwarven communities, and though they were a prominent, noble, family, they were shunned.
However, Jornak never let the shunnings of the community get to him, instead he strived to prove to them that his family was not useless. In his early years of schooling, he excelled in the use of weaponry, though he was not made for the art of smithing or inventing. Jornak often times got into fights as a child, many of which were over his family, and he nearly always came out on top, only ever being beaten by a dwarf that came to be his best friend.
As the years went on, Jornak grew older, and tales of his accomplishments grew, his skills and valor in various skirmishes and wars in dwarven history becoming a prominent part of his life. He shied away from the attention that was afforded to him by these tales, and he tended to stay to himself most of the time, only ever being seen in public with his only friend, Davekrir. He was the only dwarf that Jornak had gotten close to, and many considered it to be a “loving” relationship, but Jornak did love Davekrir. However, that all changed when they went to war together.
Davekrir was slain in battle alongside many of Jornak's comrades, and he went mad with rage, ignoring all wounds, and slaughtering many enemies before the reserves came in and aided him in retreating back into the heart of dwarven lands. . It was at this time that his rage became known, and though he slaughtered many, and blood stained his hands, he was known as “Hero of Dun Moriga”. Jornak had hated no title more than that one, and felt that it was ill deserved, nor was it an appropriate one.
When he arrived home, he received a hero's welcome, though it was uncalled for in his eyes. He did not stay around for the pleasantries, only giving his respect to the king, and then leaving to his home, whereupon he entered his room and did not leave for days. His parents began to worry for him, but it was for naught, because he came from his room nearly a week later, and he appeared to be fine.
Years passed, and Davekrir became a distant memory, but it was one that was held close to his heart. Jornak never again sought to love another, and as of yet, has found no one suitable to him, nor does he plan to.
He has been assigned the role of ensuring, and watching over the Princess of Afragia, whilst she is in dwarven lands, and to ensure that she has the utmost dwarven hospitality available to her.

His plans to remove the few remaining Namorian officials from the East have begun, with the aid of the Dwarf Cartel. Though, their services require a price that has yet to be fulfilled.
He seeks to unite his peoples, and bring about a new age of both Dwarf and Afragian culture. He wants to reclaim his kingdom, and begin to rebuild. And, if his plan succeeds, his people will finally be free of Emor and its corrupt officials.

Spoiler: Syf
Name: Syf (S-if)
Age: 2,200 -- appears to be 20
Race: God-Spawn
Godly Parents (If any, if not insert N/A): Nike
Personality:
As kind as they come, she prefers to give people the benefit of the doubt no matter their past. Many people mistake this as a weakness in her, but for those who are wise enough to see it, it becomes a gift. Her very presence seems to draw those of weaker minds towards her, in a friendly manner. She radiates compassion and goodness, but also power and death.
She can become as emotionless as the dirt she walks upon if she requires it, though it is not often used. Her mind has been broken by the tortures and hallucinations of Hades and Loki, however it is not irreparable. She has many layers to her mind, and each containing different locks, and obstacles. It is a natural defense to prevent any further interference to her memories.
Because of her countless years in the Underworld, she harbors a hate for Loki and Hades, even sometimes to the point where she has vowed to cut their heads from their shoulders and send them to be tortured on the very ground where she was. This hatred also applies to demons, but she can tolerate some, namely those that under the control of a ‘master’.
Background:
Born to a military genius, and born under the name Syphian Drexa, she took the nickname Syf, allowing it to consume all traces of her true name. Her father, a military genius of the age, drew the attention of Nike, Goddess of Victory, and their union created who she is.
She was never the type of girl to act as a woman should, or relish in the beautification of a woman, instead she preferred the heat and adrenaline that was battle, but that didn’t mean that she wasn’t beautiful. She had once won the heart of Greece’s most famous warrior; Achilles. However, Achilles was called to fight in the Trojan War. Syf knew that the death of Achilles would be in battle, and it was as she thought, he fell in the war against the Trojans.
After losing Achilles to the war, she no longer found time to love a man. Her heart had sealed itself from the arrows of Cupid, and manipulations of Aphrodite. A daughter of Victory did not have time for love, there were more important things to attend to; such as War.
War came to Greece, under the greed of the Spartans, and Syf came to the defense of her village, allowing her village to repel the Spartan invaders, and protect them from future attacks.
Her mother seeing her victories, and receiving all the tributes and prayers to her, granted Syf a minute seed of her power, but it was enough to allow Syf to become Immortal. In a result of the demi-god gaining immortality, a certain God of the Underworld, grew furious.
And in that fury, Hades, took Syf from the world of the living and imprisoned her in the Underworld for all eternity. She was subject to the tortures and mind rending hallucinations of the various minions under Hades, who had been aided by Loki. However, fate seemed to pity her, as Korzan son of Odin, was slain and Odin released his rage upon the world.
That magic, awakened her and allowed her to break free of the underworld, but the price of her freedom had been paid. She could no longer remember who she was, or where she came from; even her very appearance had been changed and concealed by the manipulations of Loki.
Loki had concocted a devious and cruel spell that concealed the true appearance and lineage of Syf, and would give her a false appearance and lineage. He replaced Nike with Athena, and in turn shielded Syf from Nike, allowing Athena to believe that Syf was indeed, her daughter.
However, Loki’s spell is soon to break, as Syf is coming closer and closer to the truth of it all. She is on the verge of discovering who she really is, and it is only a matter of time before the shattering of Loki’s lies allows her to become who she was born to be.
A daughter of Victory....

Syf had managed to survive the tortures of Hades and was freed from imprisonment only to be sent to an environment no less inviting than the one that she had been freed from - The Southern Wastes, realm of the Nords and home to demon-kin.
It was here that she met Kalle, the kind prince who took her in and allowed her the safety of his home for the brief time that she was allowed to remain. After a short time, Syf found herself on the wrong side of a demons ire, and was nearly murdered. Now, she harbors a deep hatred for the demon that attempted to kill her, and will - if given the chance- kill the demon in kind.
After her attempted murder, Syf was 'rescued' by Blackbeard and his dark crew, only to be taken to the camp of a large army sent to assault the South and destroy any remnant of freedom that remained in the snowy and harsh realm.
However, fortune seemed to favor her (no doubt to the dismay of Nemesis) and she escaped with the aid of Nike and a druada lord, named Kurosavi, and a much needed distraction of a Northern cavalry man named, Cassius.
It was then they she was reunited with Kalle, only to be sent to the safety of Odin's Grotto, and to come under attack by an ancient guardian. Again, fortune favored her, and she and her companions lived through the ordeal with the aid of the Druada Lord, who had powerful magic.
Now, she and the northern cavalry man prefer for the war that is coming to the South, very much aware of the army closing in off the coast. They must secure the aid of the Northern army, and unite with Kalle's forces, to defend the south from the dark clutches of the Dark Elf - Monster army that looms just on their doorstep.

Spoiler: Gabrielle OdinsenName: Gabrielle
Nicknames: The Immortal White Lotus, Fate Bearer, The One Man Legion
Age: ???
Gender: Male
Race: Human (Gifted and 2nd generation of the firstborn humans. Born of the Lotus Empire.)
Personality: Though hardened through battle, his personality goes between cold to warm. He never has time for petty squabbles because his time is better spent on the battlefield or helping others. Though there are many different aspects to his personality, especially when his other begins to flaunt around in his head.
Bio: Being the last decendant of the lotus tribe, life hasn't been easy for him. A long time ago on Earth, around the beginning of the B.C. era, Gabriel was born. Odin, also the father of Braiga, Gabriels father, loved Gabriel so much that he gave the birth rights to Gabriel. Gabriel was the youngest of his siblings and also the weakest. In time, Gabriels powers grew stronger every day. He eventually grew strong enough to fight with his siblings against the demonic forces that threatened Earth and the empire.
When Gabriel was old enough to fight, the 8 banded together and turned the fate of the Empire completely around. Their battle tactics golden and their power unmatched, the where able to push back and attack the very demons. One day however, Destruction created a powerful demon named Shacorai. Shacorai threatened the peace of the empire, so the 8 where summoned to kill this demon. The demon not only killed 2 of the siblings, but also blinded Gabriel with a slash from his powerful sword, Hate. The thing to this however, is that when that happened, Gabriel used all of his power to put the demon down. With Gabriel unconscious, the 5 and Gabriel went back home to celebrate their victory.
2 days later after celebrating, something terrible happened. The soul of the demon Shacorai has somehow combined himself with the soul of Gabriel and began to unleash havoc from within the Empire capital. It spawned many demons and allowed Destruction to finally take down the very empire that stopped him before. With the final battle being against Gabriels father being killed, Gabriels sister came from behind the demon possessed Gabriel and sealed the demons power away inside of him by giving her life doing so. With her last words of love, she bestowed upon him her greatest weapon, Love. His empire shattered, loved ones lost, and blind, Gabriel had no where to go.
Then a powerful blind monk found Gabriel, and began to train him. It took years to learn to fight without his sight, but he became very strong. Then again, all hope was taken from him when a gang of warriors banded together to kill his master. This time, Gabriel was alone, but not defenseless. Slowly, day by day he grew his strength, his senses, and his cold heart.
He took upon being a mercenary, learning how to fight blind, which was the hardest thing that a warrior needed to learn. Gabrielle, being resilient and remaining strong learned this though, and has now become one of the most powerful warriors. He uses this in the mercenary work he does. Anytime he comes to hear of a bounty, he always collects his reward. No one knows his name or where he comes from. They all say beware of the one with a white mask and cloak, and to never become the next target.
Not too long after Gabrielle learned how to fight blind, he was confronted by the monster known as Chaaru. The beast was on a scouting mission whenever Gabrielle found him, but to Gabrielle’s knowledge, Chaaru was still an old enemy of his at this time, but also a valuable source of information. A battle was inevitable if Gabrielle was to want the information out of him. For hours they had fought, until they both couldn’t anymore. The fight ended up in a draw, which later on began the existence of an unexpected friendship.
Along the travels with Chaaru, he met up with a few others. Shaela The Shy and Aliara the Crimson Reaper. They were sisters who also decided to fight against Gabrielle once upon a time, until he saved them from a near death experience from an entity known as Jack the Ripper. The friendship was rather uneasy, due to Aliara’s personality traits, but slowly they began to grow accustomed to one another.
One of Gabrielle’s most confusing finds though was a man named Cicera, the Jester. His appetite for comedy and insanity would prove troublesome at time, but deep inside, he was a brilliant tactician, and skilled with technology of all types. Intrigued in each other, Gabrielle allowed him to tag along. It didn’t take long for Cicera to prove his worth when they battled side by side in the battlefields.
Everything with the 5 had been going great, but at a certain point in the future, they began to despise each other and fall apart. Slowly they disassembled, leaving Gabrielle and Chaaru together once again. Hearing the reports on how Cicera died first, then Shaela, and shortly following Aliara, Gabrielle took a keen interest into who was hunting them down, and set out to find whoever it was. To Gabrielle’s amazement, it was a bunch of Dark Elves that he had no clue about. They wielded unworldly weaponry and possessed many tools in order to bring down even the strongest prey, even Gabrielle himself. After finally finding out what had been hunting them, and knowing he was next, Gabrielle was soon ambushed.
The ambush had began leaving Gabrielle slightly wounded, but able to fend off and even kill a few of the Dark Elves. The numbers and power however eventually overcame Gabrielle. On his last few words, 3 entities came to save him by putting him in stasis, and dispatching the Dark Elves. These entities were the Ancient Mages of old. One a Warlock, one a Chronomage, and another a Realmcaster, so named for her stasis abilities and phasing.
Saving Gabrielle and faking his death, the brought him somewhere deep beneath the Earth in order to train to defeat these adversaries, and to make it to the planes of Tarturus, where Destruction had lived. It was too good of an opportunity to pass up, so he took their offer and learned the ways of the Arcane, become and highly skilled Energy Arcana mage, harnessing the powers that laid somewhat dormant inside of him and able to convert life magics into pure raw energy.
After completing his training, the Warlock had opened a portal to Tarturus, onto the very planes of Destruction. His mission was to survive for the remainder of the time he was there. After entering the desolate and destroyed realm, everything was never the same. The air was dirty followed by a terrible stench. He couldn’t harness the energies of the planes due to the pure potency of destruction upon the realm. There was no water and scarce food, making his survival trip even harder, but not impossible. In time, Gabrielle’s mind began to rot and decay, becoming angrier, exhausted, and even more violent than he had ever predicted to become. Sometimes he thought that he had become part of the realm itself.
This stay lasted a few years, not through his choice, but he had to play smart. Ditching the patrols every day, hiding in each crevice and rock he could find. Sleeping upon the ever heating planes, it was hell. This place had never occurred in Gabrielle’s mind that it could be possible for anyone to live here. Time did not have its place here upon this realm, so every day felt like minute, minutes felt like years, seconds felt like months… the whole time space continuum was distorted.
After the long wait, Gabrielle had to battle his way through, but caught Destruction and began his battle. The battle wasn’t too long, but was rewarding nonetheless. It wasn’t enough however, due to Destructions power over his domain, he had casted Gabrielle out of his realm, and into the normal realm… upon the planet known as Eternum.
Upon his harsh landing, he was found a man known as Kuronus. The man and Gabrielle talked for a while, both wanting to lend each other a hand, Gabrielle appreciated the offer, but his mind was set. He also wasn’t happy about losing his sword in the fall. Where the sword went, Gabrielle had no clue, but he did know it had to be on the planet somewhere.
Upon making friends with Kuronus, he met another man named Salvius. From the very beginning they didn’t get along too well, with him being a soldier type and Gabrielle being more of the freelance warrior type. Then as they talked, Gabrielle, using his senses had found a girl in hiding, and small Demi-God girl named Numiera. Together they began to travel, and eventually found themselves in a mountain, in which Gabrielle snuck around to get through.
The sneaking around was a success, but it was also not really what he wanted. He met a broodmother named Mira, and was tasked in being the one who could unite dwarves and their kind together. Gabrielle, who played it poorly, was unable to make the dwarves see his point of view, and got him and his friends locked away. They were not too happy about this, but were soon let out by a random stranger.
It wasn’t too long after this that they met a man who owned his own boat and fleet, Clement. They had traveled the desert, but Gabrielle was stubborn and didn’t accept any support from any of them. He didn’t need too much support and played on his skills on surviving Tarturus. Then as they got to the destination, they were soon under attack by pirates, and lots of them. Gabrielle dispatched some, but soon after the battle was over. By this time, seeing Numiera in her demonic state, it reminded him of Chaaru, his friend who he lost contact with in Dun Moriga.
In an outrage, Gabrielle had voiced his opinion upon the others as they were looking at the girl like a monster, like they had at Chaaru. Anger kept sweeping over him, anger that he hadn’t felt in a long time, anger that had laid dormant for a long time. The other promised to help find his friend, but things were about to change once again. Gabrielle’s emotions have just began to boil over for a time.

Spoiler: Admiral Isaac Donning ClementeName: Admiral Isaac Donning Clemente
Age: 37 [DOB 1694]
Race: French-English
Spoiler: Appearance
Clemente is a man of once fine features tempered by years of work and sea. His face bears telling lines at the cheekbones and the brow, and his eyes are like the sea that he sails upon: calm and turquoise blue, but prone to flashing harshly dark and critical at any time. His beard and moustache are somewhat unkempt at sea. It is somewhat frowned upon for a naval officer to have an unshaven face, but Clemente regards it as a matter of principles, and no one has cared to argue thus far.
His swiftly greying hair is usually hidden underneath his white powder wig which, much to his chagrin, is compulsory garb for an admiral, he often takes it off while out at sea, and the crew know better than to let word of that stray outside the ship.
Personality: A man of the people, Clemente has grown accustomed to positions of power and influence over the years, and is more than qualified to lead anything from a rag-tag group of disorganised young sailers to a fleet comprised of ten-dozen ships and their respective crews. He is respected and emulated by his subordinates and a fair few of his superiors for his penchant for leadership and morale boosting panache. Naturally, Clemente is charismatic to the point of flamboyance, gaining the trust of any crew or board of nobles that stands before him with a flair for speeches and just the right amount of overconfidence.
Clemente would never have been elevated to the rank of Admiral of the Fleet, however, if he did not also have the ability to switch from jovial to commanding and disciplinary in a heartbeat. His tongue and cutting wit are feared across the Caribbean for their potency, and he is more than capable of reigning in a misconducting crew and administer proper military stoicism when the situation warrants.
Outside of the gaze of his crew and his superior officers, Clemente manages a fairly normal social life and way of speaking: not too posh, not too common, with an open mind for such things as religion, culture and language. He is eager to meet with those from far-off lands, whether they be entitled emissaries or humble travellers. Although the Admiral enjoys a bit of cynicism and debate, he does love a simple chat with friends and strangers alike, possibly over some tea with brandy - or perhaps a good book. He has a large collection of his own back at his estate in Port Royal, but he limits himself to a handful of hardbacks when out at sea, with which he is content.
Every hero has a weakness, however, and for Clemente, it is his love for the bottle. A struggling alcoholic, Clemente must strain desperately against his addiction and work to keep his crippling desire for drink under wraps and away from the eyes of his crew and his commanders, for fear of dishonourable discharge and the slander of his family name. He keeps a small bottle of whiskey in his quarters aboard his ship, which he convinces himself is only for special occasions. Lately, he has found that he has to replace the bottle more often.
Background: Born to a French father and an English mother, Isaac enjoyed an upper class upbringing in Bristol, England, where he and his family were respected for their profitable endeavours in the linen industry, on which they built their legacy, working from the ground up to eventually form one of Britain's largest and most well known manufacturers and distributors of fine linens, the profits from which ensured that they lived in relative luxury for many years, and made the company of nobles and foreign diplomats of the King's court. More than a few off-the-books transactions were made, and within twenty years of its founding, the Clemente family's multi-faceted industry had a large say in the smaller runnings of the country, especially regarding the area of Bristol.
Eager to make a name for himself outside of the business and to serve for King and Country as his mother had encouraged from a young age, Isaac joined the British Navy and attended many tours in the South American and Indian waters, especially the Caribbean, which he loved for its exotic qualities. Isaac rose quickly through the ranks, his naval skills and the eventual discovery of his leadership talent serving to elevate him faster than most serving men at the time, Clemente quickly became a prized officer at the age of just 24.
That very same year, while serving under Lieutenant Robert Maynard, Clemente was present at the attempted capture and death of one Edward Teach, the notorious pirate Blackbeard, even playing a major role in the infamous tyrant's death. Clemente sprang to the aid of Maynard, who was fighting Teach in brutal hand-to-hand combat, driving his sabre through Teach's shoulder and thus allowing Maynard to end the infamous pirate's reign of fear with a single stroke of his own blade. Clemente was given a commendation for his actions, and his rank was elevated ever further.
As a decorated and highly sought after officer in Caribbean waters, Clemente's experiences and clear demonstrations of skill had earned him the prestigious rank of Admiral of the Fleet, this affords him absolute command over many squadrons of naval ships, each commanded by lesser admirals who also follow his orders.
Since finding himself stranded on the distant world of Eternum beside thousands of his countrymen from all manner of historical eras, Clemente has assumed command of the Royal Navy's mysterious presence there as the highest ranking officer. His authority has been questioned, naturally, but he has managed to reign in the unruly bunch and form a manageable and effective military force with which he hopes to command respect and, possibly, uncover a way home. The first step on this journey came with the capture of a diverse group of adventurers, apparently native to the planet, who personified a vital diplomatic resource for the Admiral.
Hoping to open relations with the eponymous emperor of the planet's Namorian empire, Clemente released the party and provided them transport, but soon learned that his Royal Navy were not the only military resurrected upon Eternum.
The Royal Navy port at Sharktooth Bay was attacked in the middle of the night by a joint fleet of German submarines and, fatefully, pirates from Clemente's own era. Under the leadership of terrible pirate and old enemy of Clemente's: Edward Teach, the curious conjoining of naval powers ransacked Sharktooth Bay and left only a curious magical artefact behind. After recovering from the devastating blow, Clemente was more determined than ever to seek the aid of the Namorian empire, and set sail for the capital of Emor, with the ultimate intention of destroying the opposing German and pirate navies and discovering a way off of the accursed planet.
Area: Behind the wheel of his ship, coasting along the seas of Eternum.
Faction: The British Royal Navy
Loves:
- The crisp sea air carried on a stiff, salty breeze, especially in the early hours of the morning.
- The simple things in life: a good chair, an enthralling book, a crew like family.
- The drink.
Hates:
- Those who exploit the weak or unassuming for their own gain.
- Illiterates and fools.
- The drink.
Description of Weaponry and Armour:
Spoiler: UniformAs an Admiral, Clemente wears a ceremonial royal blue naval outfit complete with golden shoulder epaulets and white and gold cuffs. Regardless of its fine make, the outfit is purely aesthetic, and the padding is unlikely to protect against anything more deadly than a slingshot.
Spoiler: Damascus SwordClemente carries a specially commissioned officer's sword, with a hilt of treated ivory and a guard of intricately inlaid gold and steel, the weapon is as beautiful as it is deadly. As per his request, the blade of the weapon is not the usual standard issue steel of the Royal Navy, rather it is made of folded Damascus steel, the metal product of an ancient Middle-Eastern metalwork practice in which the steel is folded again and again to reinforce the structure.
[An example of Damascus Steel]
Spoiler: Flintlock PistolAs well as his distinctive sword, Clemente carries an Admiral's issue naval flintlock pistol, which can fire an iron slug at high enough velocity to warp bone and splinter straight through wood. The weapon is fine and very accurate considering its primitive design by modern Earth standards, but it cannot work when wet, and has to be reloaded after every shot, a process which can take more than ten seconds, even with Clemente's practiced hand.
Spoiler: HMS AptitudeClemente also captains his own ship, a first rate Ship-of-the-Line known as the HMS Aptitude. It is a large, square-rigged ship of blue and black, with gold painted accents and with three gun decks carrying an even 100 cannons, making it on the more heavily armed side of the naval spectrum. The cannons are versatile, and can be used to fire chains shot as well as the usual large slugs. The ship follows the standard line-of-battle tactic of naval warfare, which involves firing broadside at enemy ships and then circling round to fire again after reloading. Clemente has a far from unusual affinity with the Aptitude, it being his very own ship granted to him upon his coronation as Admiral of the Fleet.
[This ship, though with a change of colour]

Spoiler: Chaaru The Great DevourerName: Chaaru The Great Devourer
Age: ???
Race: Dark Elf
Godly Parents (If any, if not insert N/A): N/A
Personality: Somewhat lax but can become very hostile in circumstances.
Background: Charuu had existed for a long time on Earth. No one knows how old he truly is, but one thing is certain, no is to cross paths with this walking form of destruction. Back in his early childhood, Charuu was part of a great elven cult known as the Eternity Walkers. They were known for their snobby and self righteous acts. One day however, there was a brutal demonic attack upon them that wiped them off the face of the Earth. As torture, they ate Charuu’s family in front of him as he was being tortured. They left Charuu with an amputated arm and leg, as well as half of his body burned.
Charuu was found by another demon that had been weakened. This demon attempted to kill Charuu, but instead a tribe ended up killing the demon. They then took Charuu and the demons body up into the mountains of Kilimanjaro. There they placed the demon on the table as well as treated Charuu’s wounds. The leader, Baan, decided to test Charuu to see if he could stay amongst them. Charuu was made to eat the demon corpse all by himself, and become a cannibal just like them. Charuu refused as first, but he was becoming hungry, and with 2 amputated limbs, he was in a desperate situation. Charuu took his first bite into the demon and had him devoured that night.
The next day, Charuu had awakened, with both of his limbs completely healed. It was a miracle and a curse. The group of men casted a spell on the demon, so once he ate the demon, it regenerated him fully. From hence forth, Charuu accepted his new self and his practices. It wasn’t too long before Charuu hunted down men and women alike and ate them right at the spot they were slain, fulfilling the dead to summon a Demon Lord General (just like Shacorai.) Eventually, the Demon Lord General of Phobos took upon the scene, wanting to congratulate Charuu for his enthusiasm. The others in the cult decided to kill this demon though they worshiped his master. This ended up in a terrible defeat of the cult except one, and that was Charuu. Charuu had developed other strengths due to the consuming of others that he grew strong himself. Using the others as bait, Charuu made his move, casting a binding spell that trapped the demon. Charuu looked into the demons eyes, smiling knowing what was coming next. The demon cried for release as Charuu began to eat away at the demon. Once the demon had been fully devoured, he noticed a weapon next to it. Its aura was dark, but called for Charuu. Once he picked it up, the sword shared with Charuu its name, Gluttony.
His sword Gluttony is just as power as the other demon swords, but carries different characteristics. With that sword, Charuu cut a bloody and new found path into history. Charuu was undoubtedly one of the most powerful swordsman to step upon Earth. This attracted many stronger foes, such as Gabriel. Through many battles, Charuu was never able to truly defeat Gabriel and vice-versa. So they declared a truce and formed what was known as the band of 5. This squad of elite swordsman not only carved a bloody path in history, but they were the most dangerous combination to come in contact with period. Their names were to be feared.
Then all at once they split due to disagreements. Then one by one, the band of 5 were hunted until extinct. Charuu thought all of his former allies were dead, no longer giving him a challenge in the world, nor help due to the Immortal Hunters Act passed by the powerful humans place over 1,000 years ago. For some reason, Charuu always kept life orbs of his former allies. All but one of them are dimmed, and that one that is lit was his own. This was the case until Gabriel made he way to Eternum.

Spoiler: Anne-Maria Felicia Yukahama von BayernName: Anne-Maria Felicia Yukahama von Bayern
Nickname: Ann or Felicia
Age: 24
Race: Earthborn
Godly Parents (If any, if not insert N/A): --
Personality: Even thought her looks, Anne-Marie is quiet tomboyish, she loved to play with her brothers, always cut her hair short in secret and wore pants instead of a skirt, all into her mother’s disliking. Even after she was married into a high-class Japanese family and she learned all treats of a Japanese woman (skills of a Geisha) and began to live active in the high society she still has the habit of leaving the well guarded living area and stroll in the nearby areas and causes a real ruckus by doing it. She also seeks for fights, provoking anyone she finds annoying and thus causes fights regularly.
Background: Anne-Marie Felicia von Bayern was born as the first daughter and second child of a noble family from Bavaria, Germany. She had an elder brother and few years later she also got a younger brother as well.
She lived a carefree life in Germany, usually playing with her brothers and skipping the usual duties a noble daughter had. She hated to take singing- or behavior lessons and skipped them regularly.
In age of 15 Anne-Marie was married to a son of a Japanese politician due of an arranged marriage and she moved into Japan. There the tone was totally different, in Germany she had been quiet free but in Japan she was like in a golden cage training manners and academics all the day. She had to learn how a real lady acts, what she is allowed to do and what not, she had to learn to follow her husband’s (19 years old) every order (Japan of the 32nd centuary was very male dominating) and so on.
Of course, Anne-Marie hated it but her parents had entrusted her with this task and so she had decided to endure the hard training she had to go through before she would become a real bride. She also began to take training in controlling a XH-Type fighter unit, a type of mecha used by Japan in combat against extraterrestrial life forms. Japan is the leading force in area of Technology and especially military- and space technology and due of the influence of Anne-Marie’s Father-in-law, she was chosen as a test pilot of the first XH010- Type Unit, the tenth generation model of the best machine Japan had.
In age of 18 the actual wedding was held and so Anne-Marie became a part of the Yukuhama family, the family with most influence in Japanese Government. In same year, she was also introduced to the secret sect of “The Rising Sun” in which the whole family of Yukuhama was. It is an old religious sect which believes that Ra is the mightiest of all gods and everything that exists has come from Ra.
During the next years, Anne-Marie was trained into a full-pledged priestess of Ra and at the same time she also finished her training to become a XH- Pilot. Of course she also took part on many different parties, galas and such with her husband.
Then in age of 23 as the Eternum mission began, Anne-Marie was assigned to take part on the mission as the first real mission of the XH010 and control that there won’t be any problems with the natives while being on Eternum.
After arriving on Eternum about half a year later, Anne-marie began to establish connections with personalities from the high society of the planet and also made research in the case of Ra just like her Father-in-Law had told her before she had left Earth.
Area (Region, Mages Guild, Emor etc etc): Afragia
Faction (Southern Wastes or Namorean Empire or Other): The Religious Sect called “The Rising Sun” that believes in Ra. (Working undercover in ranks of the Earthborns)
Loves (Three things): Strolling outside, pants, cake
Hates (Three things): Annoying people, tight dresses, make-up
Appearance:Spoiler: Anne-Marie
Description of Weaponry and Armour:
XH010: the most advanced war machine that Japan has created for multi terrain combat. It is a RES (reinforced Exo-skeleton) with the height of 30’ and weight of about 9 tons. It is designed for fight on land, in air, in water and in space.
The inner core is covered with Etrerium plates, a metal made of rare mineral found on planets in western Milkyway. The Etherium plating is then also covered with Armadillium, a metal even more durable than Etherium. It is one of the reasons why the XH010 is so expensive.
The weaponry of XH010 is extremely limited as the plating is already so heavy that big weapons cannot be carried. Thus the Mecha has no real guns at all and only projectile weapons are special throwing daggers that are attached to the XH010 with a wire. The main weaponry is two special made spears. The rods are made of Etherium and cover the ion reactor inside the poles. The blades are made of a dense ion net and thus they are also effective against demons and children of Zeus and Thor. Ion technology is elder than Plasma and was discarded long ago but for the 010 it was remade and upgraded with stronger generators.
XH010 has an extremely strong Lorium battery which makes it possible to operate continuously for about 20 minutes before the reserve energy is activated and leaves the unit 5 minutes to return to base.
Even thought 010 has no guns as main weaponry, it is possible to mount it with artillery cannons. This causes it to remain on land and reduces the mobility to minimum. Of course, it isn't needed as the weaponry then used has a range of over 100 miles.
Spoiler: XH010
The XHO10 was destroyed during flight by godly intervention.
Anne-Marie also carries a katana with her. It is almost as long as she is tall and has an almost straight blade. It is more designed to be a ceremonial weapon but it is still extremely sharp and effective if used well.

Someone would say she is like her father but actually it is not like that, she is extremely shy and isolated. She always tries to avoid possible encounters with other creatures or humans as she doesn't want to talk with others.
On the other hand, due of her godly blood Numiera often gets... "rage bursts" which discharge her potent powers and when that happens it is to recommend to take some distance to her as she then no more shows any kind of reason.
Background: Numiera was born under very, very strange and questionable conditions; Her father Set had decided to leave the Underworld for some reason and raped Numiera's mother before he was banished back into Tartarus.
Numiera's mother came pregnant and even if the father was one of the fallen gods, she decided to keep the baby as she still saw it as a miracle (Numiera's mother had been unable to bear children until then). Numiera wasn't born in a town or a city as her mother was scared about the reactions other people could have if they saw the baby. Thus Numiera was born in a cave in the Combrogian forest and also lived there for the first 10 years of her life without much human contact as her mother forbid her from leaving the cave.
Of course she left the cave and even the forest few times in order to see the world around her but usually quickly returned as she would be chased by the villagers and soldiers if they saw her.
When Numiera was 15, her mother died and she was left all alone into the dark forest. She was naturally capable of surviving and thus hunted in the forest and gathered fruits while living a quiet life until the strange invasion to Combrogia began and she had to hide more often and even fight some Namorian soldiers to get away and stay safe.

Her weaponry is also quiet... improvised:
She carries a bow with her that has actually been just carved out of a tree branch, the string is made out of leather straps and her arrow tips are made of an old scalemails scales Numiera once found in the forest. She carries only seven arrows with her and a small pouch with spare arrowtips. She has no quiver and thus she always transports her arrows in her hand.
Her other weapon isn't much better;
It is an old bronze dagger she found with the scalemail. Its blade is about 6" long and it is quiet heavy for her. It is plain with no special ornaments and even the design show it is really old.
Other: Numiera has no actual combat experience as she has only hunted or fled for the most of her life. she has no skills with swords or other melee weapons and her dagger is also mostly used for finishing off her prey or skinning the animals she has caught.

She’s jaded by life and behind a beautiful face exists one of the most warped of minds.
Background: Else was one of the once scattered Southerners of Eternum. Beyond the walls of her village, life was dangerous, and even in its borders it was still dark, cold, and difficult. But she was held as a gem, for a woman, beauty was the greatest gifts she could receive; and in this regard she was wealthy.
Korzan, son of Odin, was a hero. He alone brought the Norse people together; he alone created a nation and with his own might, changed the fate of the world. And it was such a god-blessed figure who beseeched her to be his wife. Else thought herself to be the luckiest woman to have ever existed. To be the wife of such a handsome and noble figure was to be an endless privilege. Without hesitation, her father gave her hand.
And life was perfect : decorated with wealth, and power…until the first year passed: she was without child. Korzan wished to create his legacy, and with such a woman, he thought it would be strong, powerful, and healthy. Was this not the meaning behind beauty? Fertility?
Pressure built and built upon Else, she was just a commoner woman, regardless of her face. And no matter how much she tried it failed. She at first began using traditional remedies, nothing. She tried praying to the gods, nothing. And finally, throwing herself on her knees a year later she begged, begged to all the gods for their aid, she screamed for a child, screamed for her purpose as woman, nothing.
She knew her husband’s eye would start to wander soon, his dedicated monogamy was already a rarity, for him to stay with a barren woman when his bloodline is that of Odin himself…was impossible. With her family shunning her, Korzan growing aloof, and the gods seemingly forsaking her…she turned to drastic measures.
Enacting sacrificial rituals, using the lowliest of men and children, she communed with Zenita, demon mistress of lust and desire, to give her fertility, give her children. Her secret dark magic was her last attempt.
And it worked, soon enough, after two and a half years…she was with child. And life continued, it only skipped a beat. Child after child continued to come from her, each beautiful, strong, and healthy. Korzan was none the wiser…but they started to show signs of affliction. Multiple times she caught her eldest, Jóhann taking advantage of the slaves or those of low birth…those who wouldn’t dare speak ill of Odin’s blood. What disturbed Else most was this was starting from a very young age, he was only starting puberty.
Else did what she had to in order to keep her families’ dark tendencies hidden. This often included her murdering and replacing the help or intimidating any possible witnesses with legal execution. Her sin piled as she did all she could to ensure Korzan’s pride and the safety of her family would be kept strong.
In desperation she turned back to Zenita, asking why are her children so. Zenita told her she wished to desperately continue her bloodline, and now she did, and her children would carry this same desire…so to speak.
Years passed, it showed up in Hella, her eldest daughter, and in Kalle, her middle son (it has yet shown up Karla, though Maxwell had admitted it to her in confidence). The bodies raised and in a sick twist, her eldest children began to hide the secret with her. It was growing all the more impossible to hide, but with disgusting and twisted fate…her husband was murdered. Her family wept, and she grew in rage.
Korzan was murdered by the tyrants of the north: the Imperium. Without a Jarl, the Southern lands were going into chaos until, out of necessity and vengeance, Else herself…took the crown. A strange action, but with the eldest children of Odin supporting her, none stood up to her power.
In her majesty she now seeks the death of the Emperor and his country, by any means, the change of her culture to become a Queendom, to remove the sexual pressures and limiting expectations from women that she had to suffer, and show all the gods that man…or woman is in control of their life. She would never beg to the deaf gods for mercy again.
To do this she once more returned to Zenita, both grateful for the blessings that were her children and angered by the twist of her desire, to be granted greater strength so that she may take down the world’s powers and their beloved gods.

However, his true nature began to kick in at 10 years old when he used his god given strength to have his way with a slave for the first time. The rush of power and lust gave him greater happiness than anything his father ever idealized about. His mother finally caught him at 13 and from there had his tracks more carefully covered, living his daytime life peacefully.
By the time he was 16 the hiding of the bodies had become a family affair as his younger sister Hella, who was 14 at the time, showed the same desires. Kalle was found guilty of this as well (it has not shown up yet in his three youngest siblings, though he suspects they have it too). However the morning they were always a loving and happy family. Being royalty and being the descendent of Odin brought great happiness until his father was murdered.
His mother picked up the crown to avenge his father, and while the world expected him to take it, he supported her in taking it for all the sacrifice she had made for him. Knowing full well the dark world that his mother was in he now helps support her cause.

Spoiler: Vardren Hezdial (DECEASED)Name: Vardren Hezdial
Age: 33
Race: Vampire
Appearance:Spoiler: Appearance
Godly Parents: N/A
Personality: Vardren Hezdial, although not quite insane, is both extremely obsessive and very fickle in his interests. Besides diseases and plagues, little else interests him; the chaos of his daily proceedings is often enough to satiate whatever urge he feels. When Vardren wants to get something done, he either does it himself or forces his younger sister to do it for him. Willing to kill, maim, and torture anyone who impedes him, Vardren has never been known for his compassion--especially since he became a vampire. Without a doubt, the only thing you can expect from Vardren is an unwavering disdain for everyone and everything considered 'pristine'.
A self-proclaimed physician, he scours Eternum for afflictions and poisons to contain and collect, as is his personal hobby. Vardren especially takes great delight in capturing 'subjects' to forcibly apply whatever fancy poison or disease he has been able to isolate. Although his subjects almost never partake in his experiments willingly, it would be unfair to say that Vardren does not consider everyone equal for the prestigious position of infection host--he tests a single substance on at least seven different subjects of various races and statures to make sure the results he records are accurate: without very many other redeeming qualities, his non-discriminatory nature is something he prides himself on. Whether or not that is a good or bad thing for his prey, Vardren couldn't care less. In the end, spreading corruption and disease is his purpose--a purpose that no one can dissuade him from fulfilling.
Background: Vardren's life has been exceptionally unfortunate, which is speculated to be the root of his manic obsessions. As a young boy, his Namorian family was all but forced to flee the empire after several charges of corruption and murder were levied against Vardren's father--Tobias Hezdial. Because of their relative wealth prior to traveling to Dun Moriga, the family managed to erect a fairly large mountain estate in a somewhat secluded part of the mountains. As a young boy, Vardren hardly understood the gravity of the move, and so thought little of it, although it meant he had to leave behind his friends and neighbors.
This changed when he grew into adolescence. With only his younger sister as a friend, Vardren had little else to do but study the world through his father's tomes and letters. Without his mother, whom had died when he was ten years old, the young man lived in a constant shadow of his father, who grew ever more irritable as the days in solitude passed. As an outlet, the late Tobias Hezdial would drown his wits in alcohol and proceed to spend his nights stamping around the half-empty house with his sword--a token from his service days--which he would use to threaten the lives of his two children, who were naught more than leeches in his mind by the end of his sad and lonely life. In fact, neither of them would've survived their life up there had it not been for what Vardren would one day consider a blessing in disguise. During this period of his youth, the first of the official attacks on the South commenced and for the next fifteen years the war would continue to rage. As such, recruiting officers were not rare amongst the provinces.
Perhaps his father finally realized that over fifteen years of isolation, he was going insane. Perhaps he was simply drunk, and decided to make a half-hearted decision to rejoin the Imperium's forces. Either way, Vardren woke up one day to find his father gone, and a hazy silhouette riding out his front driveway. Tobias had left his kids with a note stained with droplets of Dwarven stout and, presumably, tears. It had read, "Gone to war, good luck." Vardren's younger sister, Cassandra, could hardly cope with herself, and soon became a nervous wreck. Vardren, seeing her anguish, took it upon himself to make sure the two of them survived no matter what. Soon, out of necessity, he became good at hunting in the surrounding forests. The two children lived almost like savages; their subsistence hunting and poor living conditions only deteriorated every year.
Eventually, Vardren found his way to Ech Zilidar, where he competed in the arena. Years of living in the wilds had made him agile and proficient with an array of weapons. Unfortunately, game in the mountains had declined, and both he and his sister needed a source of sustenance. Not wanting to watch her starve, the boy fought to the brink of death as often as possible, if only to scrap together enough coin for a couple loaves of bread. For a while, he was held in high repute as a fighter, until he stepped into the ring with an Afragian expat known only as the serpent. Vardren did not heed the warnings of his sister, or the crowd, and charged the mysterious warrior head on. As if it were rehearsed, the man outplayed his every move, slicing small notches all over Vardren's skin. drained of blood and stamina alike, the boy was hapless as his attacker lifted him off the ground with one hand. Sputtering for life, Vardren scanned the crowd for anyone who could help him, but even his sister was unable to come to his aid.
The attacker, seeing his persistence, dumped a vile of neon liquid atop Vardren's face, scalding him and causing grotesque and permanent burns that he would carry for the rest of his life. Vardren was spared in the ring, but as he was unable to hunt after that, both he and his sister lived near-starvation, unable even to beg in Ech Zilidar's streets for fear of persecution. Two more years passed before the legendary assassination of Korzan occurred. The children, who had long since lost faith in their gods, were not much more than rats living beneath the floorboards of their home when Odin's magical anomaly began to affect them. Vardren remembers how it felt to wake up, empowered and healthy for the first time in years. The vampire virus had rooted itself within him and his sister, and with an insatiable urge to drink, Vardren scoured the forests for life before settling on the fallen carcass of a deer. Both he and his sister drank the crimson blood with ease as they had been forced to do many a winter just to stay warm.
From that point Vardren realized that he had been given a second chance. The plague he carried was a weapon; a weapon that he would use to spurn all mortal men and all gods regardless of their allegiance. No one had helped either he or his sister--certainly not the Imperium--and he would carry that grudge against the world into his newest profession. Wearing a beaked mask to cover his scarred and horrid face, Vardren emerged from his isolated estate as a new man: a man obsessed with the power of disease and blight. From that point, Vardren began to study not only disease, but it's patron demon: Beelzebub. Fascinated by the idea of a lord of plague, Vardren proclaimed the demon as his new god. In his honor, Vardren would bring blight and suffering to all he crossed. Man, woman, or child, no one would be saved.
Area: Presently in a dwarvern prison on the outskirts of Ech Zilidar.
Faction: Independent/ Follower of Beelzebub
Loves (Three things): Sickness, Chaos, Vengeance
Hates (Three things): The Imperium, Arrogance in others, Purity
Description of Weaponry and Armour: Vardren wears a long cloak, embedded with boiled leather and scraps of chain mail he has collected over the years. Because of it's many layers, it is both durable and practical for mountain life. His cloak is also covered with leather belts, each containing a myriad of jars and vials, where he keeps the poisons, parasites, and rot that he collects during his travels. Additionally, he wears standard mountain boots and pants, along with his famed mask.
As both a weapon and medical tool, Vardren carries the plague-sword Var'Zhal--a short sword he enchanted himself after extensively studying every demonic ritual his father's books spoke of. The blade's only real magical property is a very basic effect: The wounds inflicted by the sword close three times slower than they would regularly. A cut to the forefinger, which might usually take ten minutes to stem the bleeding of, would take thirty and so on. Vardren takes great joy in watching his prey bleed continuously from a wound they wouldn't otherwise suspect dangerous, but mainly because of their terrified reactions. The sword is made of durable steel, but because he carries no other weapon, Vardren often poisons the blade--especially during experiments, as this is the only method of transfer he enjoys--to not only inflict a serious bleeding effect, but also to give any fleeing foe a potentially deadly parting gift.
