Nope. Magic doesn't exist. Any form of sufficiently advanced technology can create the facsimile of magic.
I routinely attack the darkness with it.

I have to say yes, I do believe in magic and what is classified as the supernatural. Have you ever watched shows like Charmed (about a family of witches battling forces of evil) Supernatural (brothers traveling the country hunting demons) and Ghost Whisperer (a woman who sees ghosts and helps them to cross over "into the light")? Well, I've seen all three shows, enough to believe in something we (as mortals) cannot truly understand unless experienced.

Magic, such an interesting topic that has traveled with mankind throughout history. It is hard to deny something which is within almost every culture upon the planet. Yes, magic is with us, but perhaps not in the way most perceive it.
hoodoo, voodoo, taro yes.
to me, love is true magic.
Those who survive will be glorified for the sake of those who died.
I'm pagan/wiccan so for me magic is inherent. I see magic in everything, and the fact that there's a scientific explanation for what I'm observing doesn't hinder that. Yes I understand scientifically that my baby kicking is just her way of stretching and building all-important muscle mass, but honestly, it's magic to me. It's magic when the flower bloom, or when my mom lights a fire in the fireplace. And that's great to me, because everywhere I look I find a new source of wonder and curiosity. It's something I want to pass on to my daughter.

So what is magic, then?
You can't take the sky from me!
To me, that's a big and difficult question, and honestly, my answer is probably not satisfactory to anyone but me. But for me, life is magic. The act of living and loving and laughing and even hurting everyday is magic. It's worth experiencing and worth trying for.

The concept of magic seems to be etched into the genetic code of humans or at least out psychological stasis. I'm not sure if that is proven or not, but most of us dream and hope on a basis not explained by logic.

I just mean that my exposure to magic-related fiction inspired my belief of magic in real life.

No. Can't say that I do. Most mythical magic actually has its roots in the basic concepts of alchemy which was really just the forerunner to modern concepts of science and medicine. Most myths and legends were created for people to rationalize the parts of their world that they couldn't explain at the time. Things like lightning, earthquakes, and the sun are common things to base gods and mythical beasts on.
But with science at its present state and only becoming more refined and advanced and at the same time allowing us a greater understanding of history I can't say that I believe in magic.
