"I'm going to find a spot on the island where I can ambush them. Have the Dragoons ready to join me when it's time." Orson is quick to dispatch commands before he and Riff start towards the island. He didn't want to worry about the brat just yet. There was still a chance to chase off the Red Phantom but he'd need the kids help. He soars ever faster towards the island.
It wasn't long before they had arrived at their cave. Their home was on the side of a mountain, quite a ways inward and hidden enough so that they'd be safe from whatever threat the pirates had been talking about. There, Kinta went to the back, where a small pile of tools lay. He picked up one, a sword, and tossed his spear back into the pile. Anyo heard it all, and he looked up at his trainer with scared eyes. "Be calm, Anyo," Kinta assured. "We will be alright."
He had no way of keeping time, so he didn't know how long he'd been in his cave. It didn't sound like Orson or the others were following him. Well, good. Maybe they would leave him alone and keep him like he had been for years. He didn't need them anyway; if he could survive this long, he could survive the rest of his life, too.
He slowly crouches down with Riff he's near the edge of a huge hill. He's only guessing that the dragoons are engaging the Red Phantom he was looking for that brat. He wanders around everyone once and a while calling out. He had faith in his crew. He'd seen the sorry state the that Red Phantom had been in. They must have had a run in with something because it looked like shit.
