“Do you actually listen to music on those headphones?”
“These? No the plug is in my pocket. Guess you could say there’s a tiny band in my pocket”

“Playing ambience”
“And that sounds like”
“Headphones without music”
Was he, humming to himself? As you saw the headphone jack swaying out of his pocket, like some kind of technological tail it followed him around. He wasn’t fooling anyone, but maybe he wasn’t trying to fool anyone. His sense of dress seemed rather casually formal.
With a trench coat that reminded you of something like those old spy shows, like Inspector Gadget and a scarf that as awfully European for American taste. His hair was a messy disaster of platinum blonde strands and he stood at 5’7” with a slight frame.
His voice was soft, low, and heavily modulated with a slight German accent.
Personality:
As they walked back to his apartment, he tapped her on the shoulder and pointed to a black, misshapen garbage bag. With a laugh he told her, “There’s a killer’s nap sack.” Which she responded with a simple eye roll.
What an odd ball. Most think. Since he has headphones that aren’t hooked to any kind of musical device. Not even an Iphone. Who fashion sense seems to be a little out dated. Whose jokes are poorly timed, and sometimes, no often are in bad taste at least according to some of his company. Aiden is darkly awkward. With one of those stares that is off in the distance and could be called the “so focused in thinking right now, I look like I’m plotting your murder” resting faces.
He’s eccentric, but not in the Rainbow Dash brony sort of way. Such optimism doesn’t benefit his off kilter and off beat march to his own beat. Most are often drawn to him in some kind of way. Despite him being inclined to being a recluse with a lot of inner introverted tendencies. A social avoidant at best. Most people generally like his off beat sense of reality.
In truth most of it is mainly a coping mechanism. For the stifling amount of loneliness and disconnect he feels for the world around him. His brother and sister say he’s depressed. Some would even say something like he’s traumatized. Or he’s hurt. He shuts himself out because he’s avoiding some kind of pain.
He’s not a happy person. Just inclined to be socially awkward and a reality escapist.
