Trailer:
The cold pale wind blew through the dull smoldering ruins of a recently destroyed village.
At it's center a lone figure sat, darkened by the now rising sun. Across it's lap was a long rifle, loaded as if ready. But ready for what?
As they day drew nearer several creatures emerged from the golden forest, touched by autom it still looked as foreboding as ever. And when the beasts, bearlike in shape emerged the true terror of the forest was revealed in full force.
Such beasts had been responsible for the destruction of the village. And it was for such destruction that they were once more emerging from the dark red and gold woods.
The figure however did not move. They sat and waited. As calm as the soothing green of freshly cut jade. Seemingly unafraid of the beasts that made their way toward them.
That is, until they entered the village....
The figure opened bright green eyes and stood, rifle held in both hands, a sure sign of practice as it was lifted to the shoulder of the green eyed figure.
"And now, You pay for your destruction. Grimm."
A male voice said, calm and cool as his eye peered through the glass of an optic.
"For all you've killed, you must be killed."
The voice said as he drew breath. His finger rested against the trigger ready to squeeze at any moment.
And for all you hunted, I will hunt you
The first beast appeared in the village and was greeted by the bright flash and booming report of the rifle as it greeted the beast Taking it down with an expert shot.
The beasts then rushed the figure, now fully lighted in the morning sun, his pale skin and bright green hair made plain for all to see. His rifle rang out as they beasts got closer and closer. Many falling to it's lethal load. But alas ammo runs out, and as the beasts drew near the last round was spent. Their bearlike forms barreled at the male in endless range and lust for blood. Claws outstretched, jaws agape they flew at him. But they would not be fast enough.
The male pulled out the spent magazine and when a creature got close he threw it with such force that it knocked the beast to the ground. The male then rushed the beast drawing a form of sword from the stock of the rifle and finishing it in one blow before it's brothers could converge for the kill.
As the beasts rushed in the all fell one by one to the small blade of the man, he always danced just out of their reach. keeping them on his terms and striking when they could not. In tim all were dead. All that is save for the oldest, and most cunning of their kind.
Massive and black it was, white spines jutting out from its back and forelegs, it's white mask cracked already from ancient battles with warriors now long gone.
At the end of the main street, now littered with debris it waited. Pacing back and forth as it watched it's prey destroy it's younger cousins.
The man, noticing this new threat returned his sword to it's stock. and loaded a green magazine. His eyes seemed to sharpen and the air grew tense.
"And so you show yourself at last. After all those years, you're finally ready to kill again... But your life ends here Grimm, you've met your match this time."
The man said to the beast as he drew near to it.
"Now come at me. Just you try and take me!"
The old beast roared, rising to it's full height before coming down hard on it's front legs, creating a small shockwave as it did so. Then it charged. It's age had not dulled it's power, indeed it was just the opposite, it had grown faster and stronger than all it's kin. It met the man head on and as it swung he only just blocked it's might paw with his rifle.
The two forces, one of darkness, the other of light clashed in might struggle, the powerful claws of the bearlike creature unable to reach their mark, and the rounds of the rifle having little effect against the thick armor of the beast.
But the fight would end soon enough. As the fight wore on the man eventually jumped away, he dropped his magazine once more and loaded a black one marked in red.
"This Grimm, is where we part ways, Let your friends in hell know I'll see them later."
The beast roared once more and swung to strike but it only hit air as the man rolled up underneath it and let lose on it's undersides. With no armor to stop it the rounds buried themselves into the creature and moments later exploded as the dust inside them reacted. All that was left was the man, tired, but victorious in the end.

Weapon name: Silent Moon
Weapon Description:
Appearing as a somewhat overlong katana at first, Silent Moon is really two weapons paired into one true form.
The first is a katana with a icy blue blade, upon closer inspection one can see that the blade has a slot in it for a dust crystal, most often ice but any may be used.
The other half acts as the sheath normally but also extends to become a staff able to endure great hits.
It is white in color and bears a crescent moon emblem upon it.
When the need is great Cress can join the two pieces together to form a scythe, commonly referred to as one of the most dangerous weapons ever created.
When joined a second blade emerges from the back of the katana that is blade in color and is wickedly sharp.
the grip of the katana screws into the staff and folds to form the angle of the blade. In this form the dust function of the kabana is retained and somewhat increased due to extra crystals in the staff portion.
Trailer: "Are you sure you're ready for this kid?"
"Yes professor, I'm ready for anything."
"You don't know what that means yet kid, but I believe you. Now get out there, you'll do fine."
"Yes sir!"
The Scroll closed and off a wall rack a single blade was picked up still in it's sheath
A small platform raised itself to the arena, one that had a force field around it to ensure it would hold. but not against the outside, against what was inside.
"Miss summers, for the last part of your entrance exam we have decided to let you demonstrate you're skill with your chosen weapon, You will not have help but rest assured we will not let you die."
A young woman nodded to the invisible speaker.
"Then I'll just have to fight all the harder."
The speaker seemed to get a chuckle out of this.
"You're much like your brother. You'll do just fine."
With those last words the voice cut off and the lights in the arena dimmed a moment as several cages were raised. Each holding several werewolf like creatures black as night with white skull like plates covering their heads.
" Beowolves. nice. Quick, strong, vicious. But..."
The woman drew her sword, a finely curved katana with a light blue blade.
"Not too intelligent no matter how old they get."
The cages opened up and all at once the beasts rushed to their target, yellow and red eyes lusting for blood. They converged on the woman but where she should have been was nothing but empty air, and a small pillar of ice.
The several fell with their heads severed as the woman jumped away, springing off on of the beasts and dispatching it in the process.
The creatures did not give up however, they continued their attack now coming at the woman only one at a time. But she matched them blow for blow. keeping pace with the larger fiercer creatures. That is until one got a lucky hit in and knocked her sword away, it was about to strike again but before it could a sudden kick sent in flying.
"If that's how you want to play then fine. Prepare to die Grimm!"
The woman reached behind and retrieved the sheath of her sword. She twisted one part and suddenly it sprang out forming a staff of sorts. The woman looked around and after a few seconds spotted her sword, somehow on the other side of the arena.
"Of course."
A pale glow surrounded to woman as the beasts closed in once more, but as they rushed in they were met with sudden and painful blows from the staff as the woman spun and twisted her way through the remaining creatures, like a cyclone she wove through them, defending more than attacking but all the same any creature struck flew back quite a ways as if there wasn't much holding it down in the first place. On and on she fought her way through the mass of creatures until at last she broke through to her sword.
Now reunited with her other weapon the woman sized up the creatures, Many had been slain but by now the ones left were wounded and angry, a bad combination. One that needed fixing quickly.
"Guess this is as good a time as any."
The woman kicked her sword up and twisted a section on her staff , she caught the sword and slammed it into an opening that had appeared on one end and twisted it in place, then as the staff fully locked in the blade of the sword snapped to a tight angle and a small black edge extended from it as the woman spun it behind her back.
A true scythe, deadly, graceful, and just pure awesome.
The woman shifted her weapon and once more she glowed a soft pale blue before she jumped, much higher than normal, the woman then descended at frightful speed and spun her self and her weapon cleaving through several creatures before springing up and cutting through several more as the weapon's lethal blade bit into the dark creatures. On and on she went, spinning cutting, cleaving through the creatures until at last none were left.
The woman came to a halt with her weapon resting across her shoulders. She was breathing hard but satisfied she made it.
The voice one more returned, broadcast through speakers but obviously coming from a small room high up above that just then lifted thick steel panels.
"Thank you Miss Summers, we have evaluated you and your performance. And while you have a long way to go, we would be honored to have you attend Beacon. Congratulations Miss Summers.
