Antonius felt the shift immediately but it took his off guard. He knew he must've disappointed her and wanted to apologize once more though he doubted it would help any. He'd explained what he'd needed to. It was quite disheartening to be left alone however. He watched Johanna disappear through the doors, hesitating for several moments before going back to his brooding. Anton hadn't wished to upset her. Perhaps he would find her later and invite her to dance. Maybe then he could try to establish a better image of himself. It would be terrible if she hated him as he held no ill will towards her. She seemed quite interesting in fact. More so than some of the other party-goers.
Antonius waited for several minutes before the quiet nearly drove him inside. It was at the moment he was turning however that he noticed someone below. He moved back towards the rail, peering over and trying to figure out what the man was doing out there by the pond. Antonius figured he probably had no room to talk sitting out here on his own once more. After watching the person for a while, he spoke up. "What are you doing?" He hopped over the railing, landing on his feet with a soft thud muted by the grass and dirt. It hadnt hurt of course as there was onky a yard or two from where he was standing from the ground. After brushing off his pants, Antonius walked over, deciding that he'd still be able to see if Eli came out. "And why are you out here alone?"
