Default RPA's Top Video Game Villains

What's your favorite video game villain of all time? Bosses included. Video games have existed since the golden age of arcade games. Tonnes of protagonists you've played as and more villains to fight.

    My favorite villain is:
    THE CYBERDEMON
    Spoiler: Appearance

First appeared in 1994's Doom II: Hell on Earth and later games in the series, the Cyberdemon is a huge monster with a cybernetic right leg and a missile launcher for its left arm (laser cannon in the rebooted DOOM/Doom 4). Some people said that it is much more powerful than the first game's final boss, the Spiderdemon/Spider Mastermind. This, is the grandaddy of monsters.

Well there's the player-character in TIE Fighter.

Or the player in Warcraft III when they get to take control of Arthas.
Born to be a king & fighting to survive in a world with the darkest powers.

I want to say CoD Advanced Warfare's Johnathan Irons, but I don't think he was really a villain.

If you listen to the all the audio logs of General Di Ravello from Just Cause 3, he seems like he really knew what he was doing for a good part of what his rule.
