This Is Zion: an Original RP
In the world resides two distinct groups: humans and "gifteds". Being deemed a threat, one is forced to either surrender and die, or fight back in a society on the brink of war...
Spoiler: The PlotThis is a Gifted/dystopian RP taking place in a world parallel to our own. People are categorized into two main groups: human or "gifted"(those possessing special abilities). While humans are exactly what you would expect the gifteds face a much different situation. Due to being deemed a threat by world governments they are forced to either be subject to intense persecution or simply go into hiding. Recently, persecution has only intensified, resulting in many gifteds turning up dead or simply disappearing. A few sympathetic humans have decided to set up safe havens for the gifteds as Civil War sits on the horizon.
Spoiler: The FactionsHumans/civilians: Pretty much what you would expect. Most are passive and simply try to go about their daily lives without interruption. Some may or may not take sides in what is an impeding conflict.
"Gifteds":Just like humans except each possesses a special ability that usually manifests itself at birth or in childhood. These special abilities can range anything from Telepathy all the way to Pyrokinesis. Few limits exist. Due to these abilities, however, they are singled out for all manner of persecution.
The government: As the name implies this group includes all public servants. Naturally, due to their obligations they tend to side with government policy, including those regarding the status of gifteds.
[b]Clean up squad:[b] (Will come up with better name later) These are the official government agents responsible specifically for rounding up rogue gifteds. With many means at their disposal to neutralize their abilities, escape rates are low. Most are ex-military and law enforcement.
[b]The vigilantes: (Better name to come) Even more ruthless than the government sanctioned clean up crews, this is a group dedicated to clearing the streets of what they deem an immediate danger. Unlike the government crews, they are willing to outright kill and torture.

History: Who is your character? How did they become who they are and how did they get to where they are today? Here is the section to explain all that and more.
Anything else: This is for anything you want to say about your character that doesn't explicitly fit into the other sections.
