Perfectly doable, well all the backstory you'll need then is what is in the first post.

Dar-Togga and the first crew of the Black Star stole high level tech from the Skorne Empire and used it to find a machine that could terraform a dead planet in a manner of hours into a lush green oasis. The one who had hired them for the job was the legendary bandit Space Specter, but he betrayed the crew and forced Togga to destroy the machine then take a vendetta out on the Specter which resulted in Togga ripping the man's spine out and killing him.

Now five years later his daughter, a Champion Intergalactic Prize-Fighter has taken over and has turned the pirates into Mercenaries looking for their big break.

Xanatos stands at 4' 9" of wiry muscle, and brown fur. His hairless tail is 2' 6" in length. He generally wears the finest silks he can find, while draping himself in jewelry.

Race: Rodentian
Job: Quartermaster

Spoiler: Racial Skills and Abilities: 

• Darkvision: Rodentian's are as comfortable in the dark as they are in lighted environments. Darkvision is the extraordinary ability to see with no light source at all, out to a range of 100 feet. Darkvision is black and white only (colors cannot be discerned). It does not allow characters to see anything that they could not see otherwise -- camouflage that relies solely on color however is easier to see when viewed via darkvision. The presence of light does not spoil darkvision.
• Incisors: Rodentian teeth are continue growing throughout the their life. This makes their teeth incredibly strong and requires them to gnaw on specialized dental care products. A rodentian can chew through lead, concrete and steel.
• Resiliant: Rodentians are remarkably tough. A Rodentian can fall 500 feet without getting hurt and are capable of squeezing into spaces a quarter of their size.
• Nimble: Rodentian are natural climbers and acrobats. They can climb easily climb a rough surfaced wall with no real hand or foot holds; they can easily cross a narrow beam, and with some effort can cross a tightrope. With flexibility offers aid in escaping from simple bindings.

Spoiler: Normal Skills and Abilities: 

• Business Administration: Xanatos always had a head for numbers, this translates well into who gets what cut, how much food/fuel/air is needed to reach next refuel spot etc etc.
• Bargaining: Xan' s head for numbers, and countless hours of research he spends generally sends him to the negotiation table with information on the other party and a strategy.
• Con: Xan is charming, he wants the best stuff for the lowest price, and has no problem researching the people he deals with. Of course he's gonna swindle a few swindlers...
• Streetwise: Xanatos used his extended friends and family to build a network of contacts in the universes seedy underbelly. Xanatos' underworld contacts are capable of occasionally providing him information, hard to come by supplies or otherwise unattainable items.
• Bureaucracy: Using his network of seedy illicit contacts Xanatos built an equally extensive contact among the various governments threaded throughout the verse. Like his underworld agents, Xanatos' government contacts are capable of occasionally providing him information, hard to come by supplies or otherwise unattainable items.

All weapons are resized to fit Xanatos' smaller frame.

Spoiler: Zat'nik'tel 

Zat'nik'tels are fired by squeezing the bottom curve where the gun is held. The Zat is unique in the way it works. One shot is shown to incapacitate a victim and causes immense pain, while a second shot kills them. The shots do not have to be right after the other, as some have been killed several minutes after the first Zat blast; however, an extended period of time between shots will cause the effect to wear off and two new shots will be necessary to kill. A third shot will disintegrate the victim and their clothing, and will also disintegrate small inanimate objects with low densities, leaving no visible trace of their existence

Spoiler: Omni blade 

The "omni-blade" is a disposable silicon-carbide weapon flash-forged by the tool's mini-fabricator. The transparent, nearly diamond-hard blade is created and suspended in a mass effect field safely away from the user's skin. Warning lights illuminate the field so the searing-hot blade only burns what it is intended to: the opponent. The omni tool fabricator that creates the weapon must be reloaded with a silicon-carbide paste filled canister.

Spoiler: M39 Submachine Gun 

The M39 Submachine Gun (SMG) is a submachine gun manufactured by Armat Battlefield Systems. Due to the relatively low-powered round it fires, the M39 is ineffective against armored opponents. It's lack of penetrating power also makes it useful in urban operations where collateral damage may be a concern, as walls and other obstacles in the environment will effectively stop stray rounds, thereby minimizing the risk to innocent bystanders.

The Duke Mk.44 has a 7 round magazine which fires slowly and inflicts heavy damage to targets.

• Omni-tool (built into left wrist.): This tool allows Xanatos instant access to his database located on the ship, as well as access to the various accounts related to his job as quartermaster. This device also hides his omni blade weapon.
• Babel Fish: The Babel Fish is a small, leech-like, yellow fish, by putting this into one's ear one can instantly understand anything said in virtually any language.

Personality:
In his personal relationships Xanatos is generally laid back and charming. In business hes focused and bloodthirsty. Xanatos likes to think of himself as being a coward at heart, though he's more of a survivalist. He tries to avoid combat yet is capable of holding his own in a fight.

Spoiler: Background: 

Xanatos was born with a different name and the third of 6 children. His life in the small colony on the fringe of civilized space was exciting. He lost half of his siblings to accidents and the occasional predator. As soon as he was old enough to leave the colony Xanatos did so; He never looked back.

Unfortunately rodentians are not commonly known to be trustworthy. This meant Xanatos' first jobs in civilized space did not have a legal standing. He saved his money and like many of his species Xan had his name changed from his birth name to something more universally pronounceable name. He spent some time researching his name before deciding on Xanatos. He didn't want to repeat the same mistake his cousin Shitbag made. He also took the name change a step further, and has his records altered; This opened up new opportunities.

Xanatos pursued a few classes and then took a job as a low level accountant for a large interplanetary freight shipping company. Unfortunately, he was regularly passed over promotions and was paid poorly during the first three years he worked there. To increase his standard of living Xanatos began running the odd numbers racket.

Eventually he expanded his bookmaking services beyond the odd number racket until he had become one of the biggest bookies in the city. His standing in the underbelly of the city, and his experience as an accountant put him in contact with some of the cities crime lords. Xan quit his day job to become the personal accountant to his new friends. Unfortunately for Xanatos' standard of living there are always gang wars.

Finding himself caught between sides in a gorwing turf war, Xan quickly fled the planet. He hired himself to a small private cargo shipping; well wasn't really a company more of a ship... Anyways, he sold his services as ship's master. His five years of service aboard the cargo ship was the most profitable 5 years of it's service. Alas the ship was raided by pirates.

In the ten years since he had left home Xanatos had been in the occasional fight; however he could see from the start his ship was out numbered. He surrendered immediately, and so was unharmed and present when the pirate quarter master reported on the booty they had taken. Fortunately for Xanatos, he had little patience for the repeated mistakes the quarter master made. Xan corrected the man's miscalculations, and pointed out cargo that had not been reported. With the information he provided Xan had increased the crews prize money by 20%, this lead to the retirement of the pirates quarter master, and an exciting new career for Xanatos.

The little rodentian thrived as the quarter master. When Togga retired the ship and crew Xanatos continued his duties and ensured the members received their "pensions" and that the ship was fully stocked and maintained, just in case. He continued investing the money and built up quite a fortune. However he grew bored; when he heard that Jeela was starting up the business again Xan shuttered his accounting office and moved it back aboard the ship. Of course he arranged a few safeties just in case.

Xanatos slouched over his plate while he waited. From where he sat he could clearly see both entrances to the cantina Xan was to meet his contact in. He sat up as three men came through the main entrance, recognizing them he raised his fork in salute before taking another bite of his spaghetti. Xanatos continued to watch the entrances as the three humans approached. "Look boys, Rizzo da rat thinks he knows us.." the leader of the men stated.

Xanatos hid an eye roll with another mouthful of food. He finished chewing as the men reached his table. Looking up into the leaders face Xan began. "You are Eugene Reginald Poole, known as Genepool. The largest manufacturer of the drug known as 'Bathtub Bliss.' To your left is Jamal 'Whiteboy' White, an unusual nickname. And to your right is Anthony 'Hot Rod' Rodriguez." Xanatos set his fork down and motioned to the three empty chairs set at the table before him. "I am Mr. Skaros, and the reason you are here."

The stunned men took their seats, Genepool shook his head and said, "Alright, what do you want?"

Xan gave a half smile. "You recently acquired a shipment of lost medical supplies. I would li-"

"35 K." Genepool interrupted.

Xanatos shrugged the interruption away but stiffened at the price. "That is double the merchandises value. I think you should actually consider a different price."

The man glanced at his two companions with a smirk. "Is that so... And what price do you recommend?"

"Free."

The three men across the table began laughing. Xanatos leaned back in his chair, seemingly looking for a more comfortable position. There was a mechanical whir followed by a click before both Whiteboy and Hot Rod convulsed and then slumped unconscious in their chairs. Genepool shot to his feet "WHAT THE FU-"

"Language please Mr. Poole" Xanatos interrupted motioning him to be seated with the hand above the table. "Your going to give me the merchandise, because I'm going to save your empire."

"What are you talking about." the man asked as he sat down.

"Well, Mr. Rodriguez is a narc, and Mr. White is ambitious. You give me the location of your donation and I'll tell you were you can find information that proves my statements as fact." Xan shrugged, "Or you can choose to continue to say no, and I'll take my information elsewhere and acquire what I need through other means. Leaving the three of you unconscious at this table with a very large bill." The rodentian gave a big toothy smile. "Well?"

"You can go fu-" The man started before another blast was fired. Genepool slumped in his seat.

"I do believe i warned you about your language." Xan shook his head and finished his plate. He raised his hand and motioned the waiter over. "My narcoleptic friends would like a family platter each, they need to get their energy up. Additionally I'd like one of each of your desserts to go. They'll cover the bill."

With that he smiled and finished his drink. Shifting to a more comfortable position Xanatos waited for his doggie bag.

Name: Pinecone “Harley” Reed
Age: 22
Gender(m/f): Female
Appearance(pic and description):

Harley is covered in tattoos. She also has a lip ring, eyebrow ring, and her ears have quite a few piercings on each. Long brown wavy hair is often riddled with different colors of the rainbow or fully colored. She loves purple but will change it up sometimes. At 5’6”, she is average height, but her slim build gives her a look of being small. She has a number of scars that riddle her body, a few noticeably around her right eye. Ask her about them, she may just tell you. She might even tell you the truth. One of her eyes is a brown, while her cybernetic eye is a bright blue. The color being the only thing that would give it away at first glance, that and the light scars. The eye doesn’t blink unless she consciously makes it, activating her infrared vision. Other than that you would have to get rather close to see it’s unique features as it moves like any other eye. It even cries.

Weapons(Limit of 4 weapons):
Standard laser gun - she will only use when absolutely necessary. Kept in an underarm holster.
Purple .45 - Used in most situations and kept strapped to one thigh
Purple dagger - Strapped to her other thigh. Made from a reflective material called "Suvionite", a reflective material that her armor is also made out of.

Armor(one sensible suit of armor):
Chest piece - Also made of Suvionite. This material is reflective and takes less damage from them. It would be resistant to ballistic weapons as well.

Gloves - Also made of Suvionite.

All of her armor is a dark shade of purple and it does include the leg pieces and boots but she generally keeps her legs mostly uncovered, needing to move quickly and silently a lot of the time. Her under outfit that she wears on missions is made of kevlar including her shorts, and she keeps her weapons strapped to her thighs.

Augs(Limit of 3): Cybernetic Eye (right eye) - If she focuses she can zoom in with still clear vision. Her modified eye does not have to blink as it keeps itself hydrated. Blinking brings down a filter of sorts that allows her infrared vision to see heat that can let her look into some buildings and figure out locations. She can also ‘lock on’ to up to 3 targets and track their movements as long as they don’t move beyond 200 yards of her. If she tries to lock onto more, she has a hard time keeping track of them and will lose focus.

Harley’s cybernetic eye is connected to her nervous system, so it can cause full on hallucinations and illusions. She also has like a constant buzzing noise in her head that mostly she can ignore by now but can leave her rather agitated and she is prone to migraines.

Personality: Harley is rather blunt, sarcastic, and can be quick to anger given the right triggers. One of those triggers being the use of her real first name, especially in a way to make fun of it. She has a thirst for adrenaline and adventure, and she is as quick to laugh as she is to anger. She can be rather moody, especially when she has one of her migraine’s. She likes to drink and have a good time basically doing what she wants when she wants. She can have issues with authority, basically having done what she wanted her whole life.

Dislikes: Someone too serious, being bossed around, arrogance, being called Pinecone
Background:
Harley grew up on Earth, her parents were in the drug trade. They were basically dealers, who also enjoyed partaking in the drug. Hence her name: Pinecone. Her mother couldn’t even stay sober during pregnancy and birth. She does not call them mom and dad but rather will refer to them by Kevin and Lauren if she mentions them at all. Kevin had said her hair looked like a pinecone when she was born. Tada! The worst baby name ever.

Anyone can guess how cliche her upbringing was. She definitely wasn’t the pillar of society from a young age. Covered in tattoos and piercings, riding motorcycles, drinking. You name it and she’s probably tried it.

She was 14 when she lost her eye. If you ask her, again you will probably hear some crazy story that she could make up on the fly, but really it was something so stupid that you will be lucky to get her to admit it. It was a simple five-finger discount when she was hungry. Why she didn’t just use the money she had with her, and why she had chosen a loaf of bread? Who knows? While she was running, she tripped over a crack in the pavement, her right eye hitting a sharp edge of one of those large rocks that people use for landscaping. She lost sight in it and was given a cybernetic one. It wasn’t like they had a lot of money, so it wasn’t super high tech and she was left with some scars and glitches, but she could see out of it.

The blue cybernetic eye does not need to blink, but can be done by her consciously making it do so. Otherwise, it acts as any other eye would, looking different only if you got close enough to look deep into her iris.

It wasn’t long before she herself was in the drug business, but she took it a step further. She began transporting drugs, weapons, or any other shipment that may need to be made, at the age of 17. She knew how to ride a motorcycle before she learned to drive a car, which was before one was actually allowed to get a license. So, as soon as she could she got her licenses and if she could take a shipment on her Harley, she would, but she also knew how to drive bigger machinery if it was needed. Through her years, with her upbringing and later the ‘jobs’ she worked in, she is rather familiar with guns (especially ballistic ones) and how to shoot them. She much preferred handguns and was a rather good shot with them.

She rarely partook in the drugs, due to her history with her parents, but she was rather good at transporting and getting out of what could have been and sometimes were rather dangerous situations.

There were many who hated her, many who wanted her dead, and she felt like she was constantly looking over her shoulder. Whether it be from junkies, drug lords, or law enforcement. She wanted out, so when she received the PDA message, she was quick to accept. That was as long as she didn’t have to leave her Harley back home. It was where she got her nickname after all.

The whirring sound in her head never stopped, but this time she used the sound to help her focus. Harley sat on her bike a little less than two hundred yards from her drop location, her breath was steady, and her arms on her handlebars were relaxed as she overlooked the warehouses.

The drop sites were never somewhere warm, cozy, and inviting. It was always someplace abandoned, dark, and usually run down shit holes. It was the nature of the job. That’s why transporting was usually done in teams, but she didn’t always work well with teams, and as long as their product got delivered… Harley hadn’t found anyone yet that cared if she risked self-injury in the process.

Three.

Three guys at least a hundred yards before the largest warehouse where she was meant to move this too.

Two more, a woman and a man, stood awaiting her arrival in front of the drop site.

It wasn’t a very large drop-off, so she suspected that was all, and as far as her eye could see - that was the last of them.

Taking a deep breath, she started back up the motor, driving slowly onto the path of the abandoned warehouses, her mind was on alert, her eyes checking every position she had seen from her earlier vantage point. Things were quiet which wasn’t abnormal, but there was a tension in the air that she could feel as she passed the first man that she knew was on her right but stayed in the shadows.

Riding past man two, she still looked calm and unaware of the trap that she had just ridden straight into the middle of. As she began closing in on man three, she saw the deep breath as he aimed, his finger pulling gently back.

With a flick of her hand, she gave Violet some gas. Harley kept her head low, beneath her bulletproof windshield, sending dirt flying in the air as she sailed forward - directly at the two standing at the larger warehouse, hearing the shot fly past the back of her head.

“This is gonna hurt, Violet.” She said out loud to her bike as she steadied herself on the balls of her feet, waiting until she was about ten feet away. Pushing with the balls of her feet, she jumped to the left side of her bike, launching herself at the man while simultaneously skidding her Violet toward the woman.

The impact definitely hurt as she rolled with him on the ground, her mouth filling with gravel, as she reached to her thigh. Luckily, she landed on top and there was no remorse as she shoved her dagger up through the bottom of his chin. Standing on shaky legs, she pulled the pistol out, but not before the woman got off three shots, one bouncing from her armor, another skimming her cheek and she wasn’t sure about the other.

Harley’s eyes searched for cover as she stalked toward the girl. Two shots rang from her .45. One to the chest, the other to the head, left her bleeding out and staining poor Violet’s tires. More shots rang around her, and her stalking quickly turned into a run to the back of the main warehouse, where she crouched behind the metal. Blinking once with her right eye, she used her infrared to try and see where they were without actually getting a visual.

The three other men had been far enough away and she had taken them enough by surprise, that they were just now getting within range to become an accurate shot. These were by far not the best shots, but they hadn’t expected this much of a fight.

They obviously didn’t know Pinecone.

1: Since you went with plain leather armor keep in mind that they won't offer the same protection as others armors and you may be required to find some heavier armor in some mission.

2: What you put in the others section before your writing sample would go at the end of you bit in the aug section.

3: The RP sample is supposed to be of your girl in the universe of this RP, not pulled from another RP. I use the other section to see how my players and their characters fit into the RP.
