Well I'd need a few spots filled before I could get this up cause the direction I plan to take the RP will make things a touch difficult to do the rolling enrollment my RPs usually have. But to go to IC I'd need at least a Mechanic, an Engineer, a First Mate, a Navigator and a Cook.
I can supply NPCs for a few spots, but I'd rather not.

Well if that's a solid reserve I'll place you down for it.

I don't think I ever specified Metias' age, but I remember that when I had Sam leave, he was in the beginning stages of puberty, which to me could be 13. So him being 18 isn't TOO strange.
As for June, actually been working on a sheet for her for the past few days now.
I'm a little late to the party but can I reserve the assistant engineer spot?

Double Post and WIP. I'll get my sample up soon, it is way past time for me to go to sleep but the idea kept rolling for this character and I had to run with it.
Spoiler: Taylor Kisa
Name: Taylor Kisa formerly Taylor Sullivan
Age: 29 Gender: Female
Spoiler: Appearance:
Taylor is of small stature standing barely at 5'1 and looking much like an adolescent girl. She knows she is far from intimidating but that doesn't stop her from carrying herself like a 200 pound combat droid. Her light blond hair is usually worn in a messy bun or pulled back into a pony tail. She has a tattoo on both sides of her neck, one is of a small cat and the other is a dagger piercing a rose. Both of the tattoos were done while she was incarcerated and were crudely done with a prison tattoo gun. Clothing wise she sticks to simple choices most commonly a pair of black pants, a white tank top and her favorite brown jacket.
Race: Human Cyborg Job: Assistant engineer.
Racial Skills and Abilities: Well above average intelligence, photographic memory and ability to do complex formulas in her head. Normal Skills and Abilities: Taylor is very skilled with computers and other technology. She has yet to meet a system she couldn't hack. Her teacher classified her as having ADHD though in reality Taylor is just very skilled at multitasking and will often seem like she isn't paying attention to one task while completing another when in reality she is completely focused on both. Weapons: She prefers not to fight tending to like being at her work station rather than fighting but during her time with the mafia she has been trained to defend herself using knifes and carries a knife in each one of her boots. Taylor also carries a pair of pistols with her but without her ocular implant's targeting she isn’t the best shot, with it she is nearly perfect. Armor: A pair of work boots and knee pads mostly for use when she is working on the ship. For the times she goes out into the field she wears a tactical armored vest and leg guards. Augs: An ocular implant (left eye) that is near identical to a normal eye, it allows to to interface with computers creating a digital display that only she can see. It also has a built in wifi network connector that allows her to interface with other systems. While the implant is wireless it does have a manual uplink jack that is very small and located behind her left ear. It is a top of the line implant and was costly, though Taylor used stolen funds to purchase it.
Personality: Taylor is very cocky, she knows she is smarter than most of those around her. That isn't to say she is rude about it or puts others down. She tends to be a little on the sarcastic side and can often be playful if not a bit awkward. Likes: Computers, exploring new technology, candy (she has a sweet tooth) and drinking though she often has a hard time convincing bar tenders she is indeed old enough to drink. Dislikes: Having to do things using low tech, being mistaken for a kid and talking about her time in jail. Additionally Taylor gets frustrated that she cannot be as active as she used to be due to a collapsed lung that she received while in prison. She easily gets winded and will feel a sharp pain at the puncture site if she over exerts herself. Background: She began offering her services as a hacker on the dark web. That is how she became entangled in the Russian mafia, who contracted her services. It only took a few jobs for her to impress the Pakhan (leader) who then hired her exclusively. She worked for the mafia for a couple of years living quite well, until the authorities finally tracked her down. She was arrested and convicted for criminal hacking, and supporting organized crime. The prosecutors tried many times to convince her to turn on the mafia in exchange for a lesser sentence and even a pardon but Taylor knew better than to cross the mafia. Upset with her defiance the prosecutors managed to convince the judge to have her tried as an adult despite only being sixteen and she was awarded the maximum sentence of twenty years.
Once again impressed with Taylor the Pakhan ordered that she was to be protected while in prison. Taylor earned the nickname Kisa during her time in prison, it is Russian for kitty. She was given it because the prison gang recognized her as a thief and her small size reminded them of a kitty. While in prison Taylor received both of her tattoos and learned to fight with knives, not that there were many foolish enough to take on someone under the protection of the gang.
Taylor spent six years aboard a prison station under the protection of the mafia. She managed to escape when the gang broke several of its high ranking members out. The prison gang leader decided to take her with them partly because he thought her skills might come in handy during the escape and partly because he had grown fond of her. The attack on the station was a brute force attack literally blowing a hole in the side of the station. Taylor’s help wasn’t really needed aside from opening some doors that could have easily been blown open.
Once outside of jail the Pakhan set up a shop for Taylor to work out of hidden in an asteroid field that block most incoming transmissions. Taylor set up encrypted responders and relays throughout the asteroid field which allowed her connection to the outside world. The station she lived on in the asteroid field was a palace reserved for the highest members of the mafia and those most wanted who still had value. To pass the time on the asteroid station when not competing missions for mafia Taylor began studying different fields. She trained with several of the soldiers on the station improving her hand to hand combat techniques and her skill with firearms though she more successful with the former. Taylor’s shooting skills improved to the point when she used her ocular implant she was a near perfect shot. When she attempts to shoot without out it she has a fifty / fifty chance of hitting her target.
When she bored of her combat skills she moved through several fields of study, staying with each one until she bored of them. She became friends with the station’s doctor shortly after her ocular implant started malfunctioning, the doctor was able to repair it but it sparked another interest in Taylor. She began working with the doctor and learning everything she could about cybernetics. The doctor also had an interest in robotics that Taylor soon found she had as well. They worked together for several years the doctor teaching Taylor.
Taylor’s good life came to an end when she twenty-five when the asteroid field she was staying on was discovered by the Feds who raided it. Many of the high level mafia leaders were able to escape but Taylor was not quite so lucky. She was arrested again and sent to a maximum security prison station with another twenty years added to her sentence. Taylor was placed in solitary this time and was not granted access to any of the commons areas on the ship. She was allowed an hour of recreation time each day. It was during these hours that she managed to steal enough components to build a device that let her jack her ocular implant into the station’s system. It took her close to three years to gather all the part. Once she established an uplink she forged transfer orders for her to a lower security prison. The transfer orders omitted the bit that she wasn’t to have access to computers. Once she arrived at the new prison it didn’t take long for her to generate release orders and by the time prison authorities realized what happened Taylor was long gone.
She has spent the last years keeping a low profile, avoiding her previous associations with the mafia knowing that she has a warrant out for her arrest and that would be the first place the authorities would look. She mostly lives by taking small jobs and bouncing around. When she came across the PDA with the offer from the Black Star Privateers on it she thought it was a good place to settle down while still managing to stay hidden.
Spoiler: Other:
“Sullivan, you got a visitor.” A guard called into the common room that most of the prisoners used. The living areas of the prison were segregated by gender but the common areas were coed.
The young blonde looked up from the card game she was playing in to the guard wondering who was visiting. In the three months she had been on the prison station she had no visitors. Her family hadn't visited, during her trail they had only appeared once. Her parents didn't have much money and couldn't afford staying long only showing up for the verdict. She didn't think they would have spent the money to come visit her since they rarely sent her communications. Both her mother and father had pressed her to inform on the mafia, taking the prosecutor's deal. When Taylor had refused it had put a wedge between her and her family. “Who is it?” Taylor asked setting the cards down.
“I'm not your personal assistant Sullivan, get off your ass and find out.” The guard said, encouraging Taylor to stand up and follow him to visitation room.
Taylor groaned when the door opened and she stepped inside seeing an older woman sitting at a table. The woman was Marjorie Harrison the assistant prosecutor that had been assigned to Taylor's trial. Marjorie had tried nonstop to convince Taylor to take a deal but had no luck. Taylor started to turn around to leave the room but the guard turned her back around, shutting the door behind her. “Taylor, it good to see you. Have a seat.” Marjorie said, gesturing to the chair.
Slowly Taylor moved to the chair sitting down. “The feeling isn't mutual.” She said, not at all pleased to be sitting here with Marjorie. Turning on the mafia wasn't an option for her, the mafia had always treated her well and Taylor knew what they were capable when it came to people who betrayed them.
“Settling in well?” Marjorie asked, noticing the tattoos on Taylor's neck the rose one looking like it was fresh while the cat looked a little older. Before being sent to the prison station Taylor didn't have any tattoos. The rose with a dagger tattoo was common among the mafia symbolizing that the wearer had been incarcerated before coming of age. The cat was a marking of a thief, which technically Taylor was with the funds she had transferred and the data she had stolen. “I don't recall you having any tattoos when we were at trial. I didn't think the system allowed them, where did you get them?”
“I don't know.” Taylor said, wishing the woman would get to the point. “I don't remember.”
“You don't remember getting not one tattoo but two? Those don't look to have been with a laser imager
must have been painful.” Marjorie said, leaning closer to Taylor.
“I wouldn't know. Told you I don't know where they came from.” Taylor said, pulling back from the table.
“So you just woke up with them one day?” Marjorie said, not believing her.
“Something like that. Let's just get to the point here. I'm not a rat.” Taylor said, standing up and walking to the door. She knocked on it the guard opening it up, Taylor stepped through it turning back before leaving. “You wasted your time coming her.”
After Taylor left the room Marjorie looked to the guard who nodded and followed after Taylor. The young hacker headed back to the common room walking down the long hallway. At the end she noticed a group of women standing in the way. She looked back behind her noticing the guard wasn't there then tried to walk around them but one of the woman shoved her back. Instead of hitting the wall Taylor was caught by one of the women who held her arms while the others began hitting her over and over again until she blacked out.
Taylor woke up several days later in the medical bay with four broken ribs and a punctured lung. She received another visit from Marjorie who once again left with nothing, Taylor refusing to flip on the mafia.

Name: June Holvinian
Age: 40
Gender(m/f): Female
Appearance(pic and description):
Spoiler: June
June stands at 5'8, with a thin, lithe build to her. Her brown eyes are deeply complimented by her dark brown hair, which is shaved on one side, but long on the other. She is easily identified as attractive, and her confident and no nonsense demeanor only serves to heighten this. When not in her armor, she'll wear a casual t-shirt and pants or shorts, depending on her mood. Her armor covers her body, and is decorated in such a way as to be inconspicuous and mobile.
Race: Human
Job: Intelligence Officer
Racial Skills and Abilities (limit of 4):
Human Adaptation - Humans are everywhere, so it's easy to blend in.
Rebounding- As a human, she can rebound from most ailments and other bodily issues, ranging from illness to cybernetic attachments if limb loss occurs.
Human Attraction- As an attractive human female, June inherently gets plenty of people from all over trying to court her. As someone who enjoys information, this attraction can be further enhanced with a bit of effort to get what she wants.
Normal Skills and Abilities(limit of 5):
One Smart Cookie- June prides herself on being smart, and being quite the problem solver. She's generally the one to point out to Sam just how stupid his idea is and then give a far better one in return.
One Scary Woman- June has never been partial to firearms. She's not as great a shot as most on Carin, but she’s capable enough to not be a novice. Her dangerous talents lie in blades. She sees blades as quiet and knowledgeable tools that get you information one way or another, and after 25+ years of using knives, she can use one like a surgeon, except instead of knowing how to save your life, she’ll just make it suck and hurt for a long time.
One Techy Lass- While hardly a great hacker, June has moderate knowledge in the ways of computers and the like, and depending on the computer and owner of said computer, she may be able to hack it. Her success rate is probably around 30%, but she’ll insist it's like, 60%.
One Sneaky Bitch- June has a keen ability to hide and sneak about. It's helped her for years, especially when she was still living on the streets of Carin as a teen. As such, she’s damn good at sneaking about and hiding in plain sight.
One Sharp Eye- Since June is far more partial to blades, her skill with throwing knives is prodigious, and while she can't perform impossible feats or miracles with her throwing knives, she’s damn good at handling them with deadly precision.
Weapons(Limit of 4 weapons):
Spoiler: June’s Blade
June’s blade is capable of generating an electric current that will heat up the blade to burning temperatures, and if the current is heightened by June (via an electrical guage on the hilt) she can use it as a taser or even a torture device if she needs information.
Spoiler: June’s Throwing Knives
June wears two small cartridges that create throwing knives. These knives stay in shape for five minutes before losing their rigidity and shape, becoming nothing more than a goopy puddle of biodegradable matter. While this is helpful for maintaining a low profile, the downsides are that, while she can use them as in-hand knives, they aren't as reliable as her actual knife, since they will be useless in extensive close quarter situations. The cartridges themselves are fueled by a liquid that is hardened and molded in the cartridge to create the knives. One full fill is enough to make about 200 knives, so June tends to carry a small flask of the stuff on her at all times.
Spoiler: Juniper
While June may not enjoy firearms, she understands the necessity of them, since blades can't do all the work. As such, she carries around a single pistol with her in combat situations. The pistol itself fires small bolts of volatile plasma, not volatile enough to tear through thick armor (unless she's given the almost impossible chance to not stop firing) it can still perform as needed and can kill if the armor isn't thick or designed to counteract plasma energy.
Spoiler: Armor
Armor(one sensible suit of armor): June’s armor is the same as this. The fabric is made of ballistic weave fabric, which provides moderate protection against normal, kinetic bullets and slight protection against energy projectiles. The more metal aspects of her armor are Alumatic-Kevline polymer, which provides more protection against energy projectiles, while still giving a natural flexibility and comfort for the wearer. This metal polymer is placed on the more important parts of the body, primarily the chest, upper arms and her boots. Her boots are simply a mixture of both materials, with the Alumatic-Kevline placed over the ballistic weave. She also wears fingerless gloves that are inlaid with ultra hard knuckles to give an extra oomph from punches.
Furthermore, she wears small, thin bracelets that act as communication devices, as well as wearable mini computers for gathering, downloading and uploading intelligence to the crew.
Augs(Limit of 3): N/A
Personality: Before June met Sam, she was extremely determined to keep to herself, steal, and just lived day to day with a great deal of animosity at the world.
After she met Sam, and finally found a friend and eventual lover, she started to fall into her more 'true’ personality, which is more open and kind, while still maintaining her ruthlessness given the situation.
She’s rather blunt, which can sometimes put her at odds with others, but she means well and will try to make amends if it's obvious she wronged you. She’s now far more playful and enjoys to joke about, making her quite the partner to Sam.
Likes: Her Sam, her kid, living comfortably, knowing more than necessary, dangerous high jinks.
Dislikes: Being bored, not knowing things, being treated soft.
Spoiler: Background
Background: June was sold by her parents to a local human trafficking ring, all because they wanted money for their drug addiction. She was seven when they sold her, and the closest thing to a parent she had was her handler, and even then she was a heartless bitch who only cared about making the children physically capable. For years, June was forced to endure cruel treatment and was punished if she fell out of line. When she was 13, after two years of trying to find a way to escape, she managed to do so. Before she was caught again, she went to the nearest bar, and found the biggest guys there. Say what you will about Carin, but even they don’t approve of human trafficking. Within the night, that building and any handler in it was killed.
That was the start of June’s ruthlessness, first at the hands of others. Now that she was left on the streets alone, she had to then find out how to survive. When she was in captivity, she was taught how to steal by a few of the other kids who were picked up off the street, so that’s how she fed herself. After a few months, she moved to pickpocketing, and while she did it poorly, she managed to save some money up from time to time to get a hot meal, and maybe a blanket.
Then she started teaching herself how to defend herself. She watched adults fight in the streets, be it for money, just for fun, or her favorite, revenge. She was especially interested when people started using knives, and paid particular attention when watching people use them.
After a few years of teaching herself, studying others, and occasionally getting taught by the rare helpful stranger who took pity on her, she was rather proficient with blades, and could throw one pretty well.
By the time she was 20, she had made a small, relatively negligible name for herself in the streets of Carin as someone who could get things done for you. This helped her not only make money, but also keep training herself further to then make a better name for herself. By 25, she was decently well known, somewhat up there with the bigger, more ‘dangerous’ names that people watched out for. When she was 28, she met Sam. Originally, there was hostility between the two, but it made way for a damn good friendship, which very quickly blossomed into a deep love between the two. When she was 30, they got married, and a year later, she gave birth to Metias, and that was when she put her past behind her. At least for a while.
Spoiler: Other
Other: June looked down on her person of interest, keeping a careful eye for anyone who might want to kill her. June’s literal job was to make sure she made it from Point A to Point B. She was currently perched on a small building, just tall enough to keep an eye on her PoI, but short enough to appear as though June was just enjoying the nightly weather. June surveyed the tops of the buildings, and just when she was about to move on, she noticed one lone gunman, aiming a sniper very clearly at June’s PoI.
He was two buildings away, just too far for June to throw a knife accurately. It was obvious that the sniper was waiting to have a completely clear shot, which gave June enough time to sneak her way over to a closer building. She silently crept to the edge, reaching for a throwing knife. She felt it in her hand, and with a quick and effortless throw, she flung it towards the sniper. Unfortunately, the sniper moved his body upward, which made the knife imbed itself in his arm instead of neck.
His neck jerked to to June, and before he could reach for his pistol, June had already thrown a knife directly into his heart. Her heart beating fast, she scolded herself on not anticipating the movement. Promising herself to do better, she moved forward, keeping her careful watch on her person of interest.
Thanks Siks I originally wasn't going to have her have any augs but changed my mind halfway through and forgot to go back and fix it. Anyway it is done and sample included.
