"We're just a bunch of nerds in a comic book store! How are we supposed to save the human race from an alien invasion?"

That's a good question! In this RP a series of geeks and nerds get trapped in a comic book store during an alien invasion. This comic book store is more then it seems though... it is home to the greatest hero of all time - Heroman! Nobody even knew that Heroman really existed, but now these nerds have access to some of the greatest tech and weapons on earth. With it, they will have to work together and stop the alien forces before it's too late? Welcome to the world of Comic Nerds Invaded.

What is this? It's sort of a more relaxed RP. It is only required to make one paraph and not allowed to post too many at once. Instead we will be posting more often. Grammar and skill doesn't matter much here; we're to tell a funny story! There isn't very many rules other then that, but it is rated PG-13 and must be accommodated to that and there won't be any authorized deaths. Big plot decisions such as deaths must be taken through me first. Otherwise it's pretty laid back!

Welcome to the next Omac classic. Only accepting three to five members. You do not need a character sheet, but it's perfectly fine if you want to. Everything can be figured out in IC!

Looks like you've got an awesome roleplay started! If you would like to advertise for more members, here are some ways to do so!

First off, there's the Roleplay of the Week. This is displayed on the website's home page as well as on the side bar of the forum. If you think it might help then we implore you to do so! We are always looking for new RP's to advertise. (No, really. We are. Always.) If you would like a little bit more information, or even an example, you can view that here.

One of the requirements for a RP of the Week submission is that you have a banner. If you're not artistically inclined, however, do not fear! We have several amazing artists on the site who will make one for you. Simply post here.

Next, you can post in this thread and the staff will display your role-play in their signatures.

Also feel free to post in the Roleplay Directory. This is a thread that anyone can view at any time to see roleplays that are currently seeking and accepting members.

Personality: Candice is a calm quiet and very friendly woman. As a customer service specialist at the local contact center, she is out going and interacts with all the people of town as well as various store owners. She like to escape in the Comic Book Store where she vents about the clueless callers she deals with daily. Her dream is to one day take over the comic book store so she could have an endless supply of adventures between the pages of the books.

When CNN started reporting strange objects detected by NASA on course to Earth, she started typing a War of the Worlds adventure where she was a super hero like Super Girl, Wonder Woman or the X-Man Rogue or Storm on her laptop and could often get into a discussion with others at the comic book store on how cool it would be if those were UFOs that NASA was on about on the news. Little could she possibly imagine....

Of course accepted! Character sheets are not required for this RP, but it is nice when we get one for a character! She looks promising!

My character is named Zackary. There is obviously more to him, but I like to figure out my characters as I go with these kinds of RP's and also their may be some secrets I haven't completely decided on for him.
