A quick outline: Plot summary: One day a nephilim baby was dropped off at the doorstep of the royal family of the vampire community. The "king' and "queen" took the child in and raised it as their own along with thier real son. The boys grew up happily calling each other brother, even though they both knew they weren't actually related. Mazeshael the vampire prince, would often spar with his adopted nephilim brother Razael. One day the "king" and "queen" named Mazeshael first in line for the throne, and Razael second in line. Needless to say, even though Razael had grown up knowing the ways of the vampires, some did not like the idea of possibly having a non-vampire ruling over them one day. A group of vampires got together one day when Razael traveled out of the city and found an uncanny double of him and had the double assassinate the king and queen. Witnesses to the murder believed it to really be Razael and warned Mazeshael. Razael returned only to be banished from his home. Shortly after Mazeshael sent out bounties on Razael's head for about 10 years. After the 10 years, Mazeshael launched a full out genocide on all Nephilim, the genocide has been going on for 20 years. So for Razael the fight has been going for 30 years. Currently Razael travels gaining information on surviving Nephilim to protect them and eventually try to find proof of his innocence, but if that fails, his last resort will be a full out attack on Mazeshael. Mazeshael has set up a military organization called N.E.S. (Nephilim eradication squad) which hunts down and kills nephilim. The rankings go thusly, foot soldiers, the weakest of the organization. Elite squad which ranks from D rank to S rank. Then there is another rank that has not been made known to the public, the S + Ranks, there are only 13 of them at any given time...they are also known as N.E.S. Elite Captains. Current setting: A wasteland outside of a town. Current good guys are about to take on a group of N.E.S. foot soldiers and elites, there are two captains with them (Torture captain and the Stealth captain). The torture captain has confronted my main character in the form of a little girl. Enemy expo: Enemy is a VAMPIRE group hunting down and eradicating Nephilim. Group known as N.E.S. (Nephilim Eradication Squad) they've destroyed most nephilim in the world exept for a small handful. Leader of the Vamp. society and founder of N.E.S. is called Mazeshael. Rest of the details and setting/timeline shall be played out throughout the thread. godmode: no: I will only give 3 warning. Some things just cant be dodged...like a bullet at point blank range. If i see a move as god modding i will tell you so either in a message or in this OOC thread. Random acts of violence: no randomly attacking team mates unless the character says or does something that would merit it. No random attacks especially if its not within you characters personality. (of course unless your character is like a bi-polar schizo. then its perfectly understandable). one hit ko: I dont know how much i can stress this....NO! No one likes an auto death...auto hits will be tolerated to an extent. GODMODE: When the person or persons make up an ability on the spur of the moment that enhances their position in a situation. When a person comits an action of inhuman praportions impossible for anyone besides a supreme being. EX; dodging a bullet from point blank, sudenly having a power that doesent fit into your characters bio. being able to pullof extreme feets of strength or health when it does not apply to your character *you can make any kind of entry you want. you can post an intro or even a picture of your charachter it doesent mater* *this is a free for all so anyone can join you dont have to ask just follow the rules* I will play Mazeshael and my character. I've done this on another site but it's events went a litte diffent than i had planned it so i wanna see how it will go with new people. THE GOOD GUYS. Profile Name: Mosaic Character Name: Razael Koruway Character Age: 48 (looks around 20 though) Character Race: Nephilim (half angel half human for those who dont know what a nephiim is) Weapons: He forms weapons out of his aura, basically anything he sees neccessary for the situation, he also uses magics. Personality: Naturally a calm and all around good guy, but when it comes time to fight...he doesn't hold back, and sometimes will forget the meaning of the word mercy. Despite that a war is going on between his people and the Vampires, and he's being hunted by his adopted older brother, he likes to joke around alot to keep the pressure, worries and the pain from taking its toll on him. Background: Son of the Arch-Angel Michael, he never knew his mother since she died in child birth. Michael knew not how to raise a child so he gave him to a family of Vampire Nobility. The nobility raising a Nephilim child brought the Vampire and Nephilim cultures together for many years. As time passed his adopted parents were assassinated and his brother Mazeshael turned on him in his grief. Originally hunting him, but after countless mercenaries never returned, he began hunting down ALL nephilim launching a genocide. She couldn't do anything for them she couldn't save them or protect them she felt so useless and scared. So now she lives by herself training on and off until she can become strong enough to kill the soilders and avenge her parents deaths Profile Name: Sikis1312 Character Name:Lilith Rosaleena Dornthar. Character Age: 75, appears 18. Character Race :Vampire. Weapon:A unique sword that seems to thirst blood as her race does. It glows a red as she wields it. Personality:She is quite and seems to flow into the room with a sort of eloquence. She doesn't really seek attention but somehow it seems to follow her. She also has that sort of innocence about her that attracts men like a moth to a flame. She is very smart but not always with her emotions which seem to burst out of no where from time to time. She is very beautiful physically as well as internally just like the rose, but beware her thorns. She has a special ability that allows her to smell others emotions. So, her sense of smell is much grander than that of the regular vampires. She is very intelligent and when she opens her mouth it shows. She is also very seductive, you may often find her flirting with and drawing you in. Her good looks and intelligence always helping her. Background:She has been a vampire for 75 years. She knows her race well and also her limits well. She doesn't remember any of her human past. Just the pain it took to change to her new immortal body. Appearance: She has ebony black hair and eyes. Her body is slim and athletic. Her skin pale and soft looking, contrasting with the dark color of her eyes. She often dresses in darker colors to contrast against her pale skin. Profile Name: Alunea Character Name: Angelina Character Age: Well she is as old as time, however she has different forms so she looks like other ages. Character Race: Angel Weapon: This holy sword smites any foul creature. However she needs to be in her worroir form to really kill the dark spirits, in any other form it just is a sword. Personality:when it's time to work he gets to work, other wise he's very relaxed...although he has a hint of paranoia about him Background:Born to a family of mystics, Phillip quickly learned basic necromancing and element spells he was then drafted at 15 to the elitle sector fo his tribe, the immortals. It was there he learned of the struggle between the NES and the nephillim...and though it best to help the Nephillim...the rest of the Immortals chose to not be involved which eventually lead towards his banishment from the tribe. He now roams the earth helping Nephillim he meets as he wanders. Weapons: Magics, swords, arrows. Personality: Ruthless, merciless, fights to kill, kind to his people, but unforgiving to ANY nephilim or those who side with them Background: Born into pure nobel vampire bloodline. Brother to Razael. He loved his brother dearly, until their parents were killed. Someone told him that it was Razael's doing, since he was named second in line for the throne even though he was not a vampire, but knew their ways. That person told him Razael would try to kill him next, so he banished Razael and started his hunt...which eventually turned into all out war. We could use a few more Captain characters. Just look at how Rewsky has is Captain set up. Basically i have these postions or "Titles" created for the captains. Defense Berzerker Undercover (befriends nephilim to lull them into false sense of security and kills them when their defense is down...but never says they're part of nes.) Medical (Has medical background...can use medical abilities to royally fuck up their enemies...they know all the tricks of the body to make their opponent immobile and to make them scream as they die.) Alpha and Omega will be the top two most powerful captains...but in turn they will be the LAST captains brought into the thread. And i think I'll play one of them. Claimed Captain Titles Stealth (Played by Deegan) Tactics (Played by imdare) Intelligence. (Claimed by Rewsky) Torture (Claimed by Alunea) Alpha (Claimed by Sikis1312) Omega (Claimed by Mosaic) Character Name: Unknown, he goes by Omega Character Age: unknown Character Race: Pure blood Vampire Weapon: Carries a sword on him, much like a rapier. He uses that in fights first before using his ability. Personality: Usually calm, but when shit hits the fan, he goes all out. He has a gentlemans complex, he's intelligent and can think his way through a fight like a chess match. Background: Being the first to ever reach S + class elite he became the first captain with his ability earning him the title of Omega. Originally he was the weakest of the 13 captains, but he fought his way, trained and trained, and fought each captain to gain his place as the most powerful captain and the most powerful vampire of the Rosen clan. Appearance : Spoiler: click to toggle Abilities: Blood Rush: this is basically an enhancement ability, it causes his blood to rush at twice the normal speed and causes an extreme burst of testosterone and adrenaline. Break Down: This is his main ability. When he touches anything, by channeling his energy into it and using it in the right ways, he can break down whatever it is he has contact with, into ash. Infection: This is a more grueling form of Break Down. It is an infection form of it. He forces the destructive break down energy into the body of the target and as time passes, usually within 2 hours depending on how much the target is exherting itself, the targets body begins to break down slowly, it usually beings with the limbs. Captain Title: Omega Power Placement: NUMBAH 1 Profile Name : Sikis1312 Character Name: Rosealeena. Character Age: 19. Character Race : She is apart of the Rosen clan, The Alpha Captain. Captain Title: Alpha Weapon: She carries one sword on her. Her Special power is her weapon, she relies on it most. Personality:She knows how powerful she is and where she stands. Her body shows that as she walks, talks and fights. She's a confident, strong, powerful woman. She is often bored with what's around her. You'll often find her so confident that she slacks off, she knows she can do whatever she wants and doesn't even have to try. Background: She is one of the most powerful captains. She has worked hard to get were she is and she knows it. She earned the respect she has by fighting for her name. Appearance : Rosealeena Power Placement among the captains: 2nd. Profile Name: Deegan Character Name: Iago Captain Title: Stealth Captain Character Age: 2,285 (Appears to be in his early 20s) Character Race: Pure Blood Vampire Weapons & Abilities: Iago uses a traditional rapier, a stiletto dagger, some throwing knives, and a fair variety of poisons to get his job done. Power 1: Cloak of shadows- Some people are good at not being noticed, but Iago can literally wrap any nearby shadows around himself to become practically invisible. Power 2: Limited telekinesis- Iago can manipulate about 50 lbs of matter with his mind. He usually uses it to help keep his throwing knives on target, even around corners or if the go past the target. He can not perform fine enough manipulation to remotely push one button on a control panel or any related action. Power 3: Basic Glamor- Small illusions such as making appear there's more than one knife coming toward you or a boost to his disguise. Can not keep up more than three illusions at a time Power 4: Flight- Really more of a hover, but Iago can glide along about two to three feet off the ground at a pace slightly faster than running. Power 5: Control over electricity- Iago's ace up his quite full sleeve. This is where he excels with the ability to create and control up to about 1000 Volts. Personality: Seems very friendly, honest and outgoing, but tends to actually be quite Machiavellian using whatever means it takes to get him more power. Background: Born into one of the lower classes of pure blooded vampires, Iago worked his way up to becoming a captain through a fair amount of treachery and deceit. This, however, was not enough to satiate his lust for power so he leads his squad with an iron fist, pushing them to their limits. He convinces them that this proves they are the strongest unit in the N.E.S, but really it's just so he looks better. Appearance: Iago Power Positions among the Captains: 11th Profile Name: Alunea Character Name: Kira Fa Character Age: Old... Character Race: Pure Blood Vampire Captain Title: Torture Weapons & Abilities: Kira's weapons are her Shurikan and knowing the things how to break an human mind. She uses Illusions the most. 1} House of Mirrors: She creats a house of mirrors that surrounds the enemy. The main purpose is to distract. 2} Mind Eater: When she casts the mirrors, the target is distracted. She reads unsean the victems past in matter of seconds and horrifies it. And that is seen on the mirrors. 3} Schadow sword: She attacks with a summon sword. You block that sword, all nice but she still does damage. You are blocking the wrong sword. The real sword is in the schadow of it. 4} The lady in distress trick, works always, esspecially on arrogant heroic persons. With her 'special' toolkit  Personality: She very on the time and precise. She is really cold. she doesn't tolerate any mistakes. Background: She started also from scratch. But her talents of leadership and her lust to kill was shortly noticed. She climbed up. She comes out of an nija family. Her parents raised her hard. To be loyal... Her killer instinct is her own. The rumor spreads taht her parents are in a 'special' clinic. She had driven them mad. Appearance:  Power Placement among the Captains: 12th Profile Name:Rewsky Character Name:Shandal Menden Li Character Age:2,350{appears to be in his early to mid twenties} Character Race: Pure Blood Vampire Weapons & Abilities:Shandal carries poison needles and a intricate knowledge of the pressure points of the human body. 1} Scope sight: By channeling energy through his eyes, he able to see five times farther than a standard NES captain....ideal for recon. 2} Chameleon: By mixing his energy with his surroundings, Shandal can mask his energy and shadow with the surroundings. 3} Adrenaline Burst: By pushing his energy through his feet, Shandal is able to run five times faster than a regular Nes captain. His agility is also increased to the same degree. 4} Sahdow sight: Shandal can summon up to 4 doppelgangers for multi-pronged recon.The only ability the doppel gangers have though is the scope sight...with their sight range a quarter shorter than Shandal's. 5} Mechanical summon: If his orders involve a KoS, Shandal can summon a multitude of longe range weaponry to get the job done. Personality:Being the NES Recon captain, Shandal is very strict about his orders...he follows them to the exact rammifications....then makes himself dissapear. Background:He first started out as a foot soldier but as his skills grew so did his rank. He took intrest in recon and decided to run with it.....his test to become captain required verified killing of five humans and one nephillim without being detected in a two week time limit....he finished in five days. Shandal has the greatest amount of energy reserves amongst the captains....but can only endure a physical altercation for about 15 minutes. He has also gained the nickname "Stillframe" for his astounding photographic memory Appearance:Shandal Power position among the Captains: 13th ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This section is for Razael's split personality Profile Name: Mosaic Character Name: Mosaic Character Age: ITS OVER 9000!!!!!!!!! jk...but seriously...he is as old as mankind. Character Race: Spiritual Manifestation of Wrath. Weapon: Mainly uses his left arm in berzerker mode, but in his true state he has bladed wings and a tail at his disposal. Personality: Pretty much has The Joker complex from The Dark Knight. Has a twisted line of thought. Cunning, Sly, a smooth talker, good at making up strategies on the spot. Background: Mosaic is a mental and spiritual symbiote, needing a host body to survive. He was born in the pits of hell from the very hate, malice, rage, and anger of its occupants. He is more of a demon than anything, a manifestation of the sin of Wrath. He had jumped from host to host over the millenia, until he came to Razael's mother as a host, she one day discovered his existance and locked him away in her mind, so that he would never take control, had it not been for her pure heart, she would not have been able to do this. But the day she gave birth to Razael, Mosaic sensed her fleeting life force and transferred himself to Razael. But little did he know that becoming part of Razael's mind at his birth, would permanently fuse him to the boy. Appearance: Normal state:Same as Razael except both wings are Black and the feathers have crimson edging. Berzerk: same as normal, but the left arm becomes elongated and the hand consists of three razor sharp bladed fingers, with whip like tentacles protruding from the wrist. Ok for one reason or another I cannot message people back. I've been asked a few things that I had not outlined earlier so I will fill in the current gaps. The time line is basically the present except the war has turned things into more of a Feudal Japan type feel. Technology however still exists. So do guns, but the Neph's and Vamps rarely use them. They have the warrior line of thought, to use weapons that test both fighters to the fullest of their abilities. They see guns as cheap. My character will from time to time use a gun, but mainly for hunting food. Creatures and entites: You can use any form of creature. You can even use hybrids. Seeing as how Nephilim are hybrids of angels and humans. And with gore and bloodshed...keep it as vague as possible. Kind of like what I did with my first post in N.E.S. Wars. I only said bodys were on the ground...I didnt go into much detail. Decapitations....i guess ill allow...just dont post the blood spray...thats understood that it's gonna happen. Post the gore with as little detail as you possibly can...we have to try to keep it PG-13. People who read this can use their imagination to fill in the details. I may make second thread of this in the parts of the site where gore is allowed, that way more detail can be posted. I dont know, i just joined today so I'll figure things out as I go. Yes romance and flirting among characters will be allowed...but please follow the site rules and dont make characters have sex in the thread! Edited by Mosaic, 16 Aug 2008, 12:23 AM.

What's your race gonna be? Sorry i knew i forgot something when i started this OOC ^^ But yeah....the Bio you can edit later and add in. The Bio is an optional thing. You dont have to devolpe it right away...you can make up a bio for your character as you go along in the thread. Other than that...i approve of your character...just add in the race...you dont have to be a vamp or neph...you can be any race you want...and you can be on either side as well...or you could be a freelancer...siding with whichever side you think needs your help at that time. ^^ Welcome to N.E.S. Here is my profile... Profile Name: Alunea Character Name: Angelina Character Age: Well she is as old as time, however she has different forms so she looks like other ages. Character Race: Angel Weapon: This holy sword smites any foul creature. However she needs to be in her worroir form to really kill the dark spirits, in any other form it just is a sword.
