Username: Serin Name: Matthew Carpenter Age: 18 Year: 4 Country of Origin: United States (Maine specifically) Race: Of Romanian Descent, but yeah, White. Height: 5’8” Weight: 140 lbs Appearance: Shoulder length brown hair, and cold green eyes. Usually wears average looking cloths. Blue Jeans, a black Tee Shirt, and usually some form of jacket or hooded sweatshirt over it to conceal the Leather Gloves, almost the length of Gauntlets stretching from his hand to his elbow. Personality: Tactical and Calculating, but very relaxed and laid back. Has a slight temper when provoked, but keeps cool most of the time. Weapons of Choice: Self build, retractable, spring-loaded daggers stored in what could be considered fingerless leather gloves, that run up his forearm. The blades are within a thin metal casing inside the glove attached below each wrist. Think Assassin’s Creed, but instead of a thin blade more of a Katar. The blades are activated when the safety on top is flicked off, and his hand is drawn back, pulling a switch on the inside of the portion atop his hand. The switch being pulled activates a mechanism that draws the blade at a high velocity, and they draw back at the same speed when the switch is released, making it a good weapon for sneak attacks, and is especially effective at puncturing, and then disappearing. If he turns the safety back on while the blades are out, they will be locked in place, making them become less of a sneak attack weapon, and more of a C.Q.C weapon. (Close Quarters Combat) He’s also quite handy with the English Short Sword, and a military issue combat knife that never leaves his side. Fighting Styles: Kempo, Ninjutsu, Taichi, Hapkido Skills: -Planning -Logical Thinking -Debating -Incomparable Technical and Mechanical skills -Woodland Survival -Plays Guitar Interesting Facts: -Overall is not a fan of intense violence. He enjoys a good scuffle, but he hates brutes that use violence as a way to induce intimidation. -Hates Childishness. He feels that this school is here for a reason, and people should be more serious. -Contradicting the last statement completely, once in a while, shrugging off the ice in his veins, he can’t help but once in a while getting caught up in the prank wars. It’s a guilty pleasure. -Crafted his Stealth Katar after the hidden blade from Assassin’s Creed, but if asked he’d never admit it, saying it was his own creation, and Assassin’s Creed is a mockery of what he does. -Though he’s very stealthy about it, contradicting what was stated in the last fact he’s actually quite addicted to Assassin’s Creed. -Even though Gun Training isn't offered until very late in your Upper Classmen Years, back home he has always gone shooting with his father, who has crafted him into a skilled marksmen, in close combat, and long distance firing with a scope. Connection to the Victim: They were in the same an anatomy class. Found him to be an underachieving pompous jackass who didn’t deserve to have gotten as far as he had. Background: Matt grew up a normal kid. There wasn’t much to be said. He started practicing Kempo at a young age, and had a knack for sticking up for the weaker kids at his elementary school. That was the only thing really out of the ordinary. The more he did it though the more tiresome it got. And he hated being wounded in the fight. After a while, though he knew it wasn’t the most honorable thing to do, he began to just blindside the people that were his target instead of calling them out. It suited him much better than fighting head on, especially with his small size in comparison to the rest of his class. But as the ages progressed he began to settle down a bit. He would only back people up if they were in any real trouble. He liked to keep a lower profile all around. Had a few friends, talked to a few people. Nothing too extreme. Usually he was just too aloof for everyone’s liking. It was at the end of his Eighth Grade year that something happened that changed the course of his life. A friend of his, Kay, was having trouble. Some guy from the school was basically stalking her. One day when they were walking the hall, she was ignoring him, so he was going to make her listen. As he grabbed her by the shoulder to turn around, he only got “Look at me when I’m talkin-” Out before Matt had him thoroughly in an arm bar with his face smashed against a locker. Little did he know that that single action would come back to bite him. Later that day, after school hours were up, and Matt was leaving, he felt a hand on his shoulder, which was quickly followed by a fist in his face. He hit the ground and rolled. Getting up the guy he intimidated earlier was back, with friends. After five minutes, and a lot of blood loss later he had dispatched, with not as much ease as he’d like, all of the opposition. And that’s when the principal, informed of a commotion in the gym, arrived. Matt wasn’t expelled, he was just asked nicely not to return to the district at the end of the year. It was then that his Kempo teacher stepped up. He informed him of “Remus Academy”, and said he should apply. He did and with his credentials, and past training, he was accepted as a Freshmen. The years went by and he got more of a grasp on his like of sneak attacks, stealth, and his overall withdrawal from the crowd. He knew that there were underground mercenary organizations in the world, and that some worked in assassinations. Hell the government even used them to his knowledge. That’s what he believed anyway. With that he started turning his interests and training to become more of a stealth killer. Ninjutsu for stealthy attacks, Anatomy to learn the critical points on the human body, and the rest of whats useful. And that’s where he is now. Schedule- 1 Period: Latin 2 Period: History 3 Period: Combat - Ninjutsu 4 Period: Algebra 5 Period: Combat - Hapkido 6 Period: Anatomy 7 Period: Combat - Taichi Saturday Tutorials: No |

Background: Ikori led a secluded life after he was born, he was born in Europe and not soon after he moved by the will of his mother, they ended up in a temple. He resided there until he reached the age of twelve and the temple was burned down by an assassin who was after his mother for the murder of Ikori’s father. The two traveled together for years, the assassin taught Ikori martial arts he learned during his travels and his stays at temples. Without hesitation Ikori obeyed his master/father and using Dim-Mack he killed the assassin before leaving never knowing the man’s name. A few years later he put in an application for Remus academy and was accepted wanting to follow in the footsteps of the assassin. Schedule- 1 Period: German 2 Period: Combat (Tai Chi Chuan) 3 Period: Math 4 Period: Combat (Taijitsu) 5 Period: Botany 6 Period: Combat- (Banshay) 7 Period: Anatomy Saturday Tutorials: Bandesh training Role play Example: “This is proving to be a nuisance,” The voice that spoke was rough; no friendly tone remained from the man that lead the climb up the muddy hill. The man wore a large black cloak, his clothing heavy and only slowing him down as water started to absorb into the clothing. Behind him a child carrying a large black pack on his back with muddy shoes and brown pants, practically waded in the mud. The child squinted his eyes and held one bare arm up to stop rain from getting into his eyes. The boy’s sniffled a little the cold getting the better of him, his clothing was light and not meant for his kind of weather. His hair blew in his face which he moved out of the way with his hand. The child used his other hand and dug into the mud ignoring the cold chill’s that made his body shiver followed after the man. “Master, please wait.” The child said pleading more than speaking. The man kept his attention forward and using a tree as leverage pulled himself up further as his shoes sunk into the mud causing it to go up to his shins. The smell of pines tickled both of their noses and their vision was obscured by the rain and darkness, fatigue was getting the better of the boy and the man was starting to feel the cold slowly creep onto his body. The man felt cold steel on his bare hands, it was the barrier that lead to the street. He gripped it tightly before looking back at the boy who was currently leaning against a tree, his face lightly flushed from the cold; the child looked up at his master who stood with his arm outstretched towards him. The child saw his hand, it was his salvation, which had guided him through much and now it offered itself once more. It symbolized safety and protection for the child and leaning off the tree the child reached towards the hand with his own pale one. It remained out of reach as the boy slipped and fell backwards back down the hill, the man still holding the hand out the boy still reaching for it as darkness enveloped the man taking the hand as well. Eyes shooting open, a boy sat up, his breath shallow and sweat pouring down his face; he looked around quickly trying to find his location. He was on a train, it was night and all the other occupants slept soundly around him. The boy touched his head coming back to reality before lying back down. The boy looked at his hand with a blank expression on his face, his heartbeat had returned to normal but now sleep wasn’t an option. Not after that. He stared at his hand; it was a blood soaked hand. The blood of many still stained his fingers. The most recent, his master. The boy lowered his hand and stared out of the window, Remus academy…..perhaps he could start a new life there. So how are we going to do all of the murder stuff? Are there going to be police at the Academy questioning the students? Or is that for the teachers/staff to do? |
