Which if you know me, are always complicated and get worse and worse. This story revolves around three locations: The technology institute: A group of the worlds smartest who had been combined to create solutions to help this desperate situations. thing about a group of Q's and Steve Hawkins'. The War room: The united heads of state are combined here. They have the diplomatic power to make any and all decisions involving the actions taken by the planet as a whole. They give orders and receive reports and have insight on every aspect of technology in all countries. The Field: This area changes all the time and follows a group of soldiers. Who followed the orders which are sifted down from the war room by their commanding officers. These people are special ops and absolute pros at what they do. They make commandos look like monkeys. They are so good that their orders come directly from the war room and their every movement is tracked and viewed on a monitor in the war room using GPS and low jacking. The field not only refers to the special ops team but other military positions of value. Those are the rooms ====== The story. The year is 1995 the world mankind is at its peek when a comet bypases the planet but this happens all the time except this isn't a normal comet. Its firstly huge!! I mean HUGE! It doesn't touch the planet but it pulls the moon and us in its wake. And its white and blue. The worlds is thrown into turmoil entire continents shift. European counties like Greece, Rome sink as Africa's plates push European plates. It goes without saying North African countries go down. The same happens in Eat Asia and North America. Billions Die. The moon is pulled out of our orbit. The earth slows were facing 45 hours days and 50 hour nights. The north pole melts completely and the south pole freezes and expands its cold to Australia, part of south America and South African countries. The temp changes in the planet during night and day are severe. Ranging from 50 degree Cecilius changes. Needless to say the Earth takes a beating for 110 years. Mankind is technology wise returned to the iron age. The moon is pulled free of the comets wake by mars of all places and is sling shot back. By what can only be called an act of God. It settles in our planets pull. The days move from 45 to 50 hours to 19 hours days. Tsunami's and hurricanes are frequent but compared to what was there before its a great miracle. For 50 years humanity tries to stabilize its self and another 50 later the earth molded to some thing we're can accept. Coastal buildings are all Hurricane proof and there are efficient warning systems. Ten more years pass and technology is on a high the world has grown. Now... Things are different. Countries like Iraq, Russia, Nigeria, Brazil who have always had a good stock of their own resources grow in power like locusts European countries like France, England, Germany have regained some of their power and so has the USA. Basically most countries are on even ground with each other but before conquest and colonization could start up again. The UN was rebuild and was given larger power than one could imagine in the past. Countries still have control of their own affair but now the UN has a much bigger voice. That was the background this is the real story. the white and blue comet that had done all this had stopped in front of Mars. Over time observers started to notice something weird the white which had been determined to be ice was melting. This rock, it was determined had a core and poles. This was a rogues planet and it was inhabited. Aliens were on that planet and attempts at contact were made. Bi-Riod was the name given to their kind. They were sentient and very intelligent. But... When communications were at their highest and diplomatic was great. America sent a tactical strike on the planet. They said it was a preemptive strike because they had acquired nuclear intelligence from France and America already had difficult relations with the Bi-Riods and their cultures. Now the planet is on the brink of War because no one can afford nuclear strikes on their planet. It's up to the UN to reach a resolution, sanctions aren't enough here. You can't sanction a whole planet anyway. All they have at their disposal is dwindling power, thanks to the USA's lone star actions. A technology team given over by all available countries. And the armies and technologies of countries willing to give them only if the war is averted. WELCOME TO THE HEAD OF STATE This Role Play is for people who like to use multiple characters. This is also for commited RP'ers You get one character of each room. Each character has a ranking of importance. Send an application and at the end of it I'll assign you a ranking. This is so that one person doesn't control all three rooms. If your not making much input in one room you can do it in the other. CS WAR room Name: Age: Nothing below 28 please!!! No god modding. I'll mostly be playing as side roles and adding twists and drama. Your discussions are free form if the war room decides to assassinate the USA president to make up for what happened then so be it I wont say anything. This story is dialog based and because of that I'll allow non paragraph posts but don't make it a habit please. This is a story not a script!

Background: Slavic started a big Russian stock program that won him millions, with the money he started a campaign for president of Russia. Ranking request: 9 Technology room Name:Revolutsia Titov Age: 24 Nationality: Russian (I'm all Russian, baby... lol) Personality Type: all ways lost in his work, he barely ever shows any feeling except pride in his work. he's Quiet and reserved, interested in how and why things work and shows Excellent skills with mechanical things. Specialized field: weapon development. Ranking request: 8 The field Name: Yuri Ivanov Age: 38 Nationality: (you guessed it) Russia Personality Type: he's Serious and quiet, interested in security and peaceful living. he's Extremely thorough, responsible, and dependable with Well-developed powers of concentration. Specialized field: heavy weapons Military Reference: (huh?) Background before military: yuri was once a miner, he soon learned that the mine was closing and joined the army to pay for his lifestyle. Russian all the way!

How'd you get into special ops... Your three guys are cool. I like them. I like the president angle. I also like the whole. Weapons specializing. Its interesting.

CS WAR room Name: Vuyo Manyama Age: 35 Nationality: United South African state(When the incident occurred all south African states were decimated. South Africa being the strongest at the time survived and grew powerful using their minerals and agriculture. )During the power wars of that time South Africa swallowed Botswana, Mozambique Zimbabwe and all other South African countries making South Africa the 2nd largest country in the new world. Nations Specialty: Satellite technology. South Africa was the first to build a space station and using it they dominated space before countries like Russia could do anything. SA has seven satellites which use the light in space to create a laser beam capable of cutting an apple anywhere on earth. It is rumored that this device can also destroy base stations anywhere but South Africa denies it. They also produce Helicopters capable of maneuvering at high speeds. Their high agility makes them very powerful as they can dodge up to five RPGs at once. Personality type: Narcissistic, selfish, but willing to listen if it helps him. Even though he thinks of himself a lot. He will never betray the trust his country has in him. He isn't brash ad thoughtful of any and all situations. Background: Vuyo started out as a paper boy before he decide to actually read it. He followed politics of the time and joined political groups as an errand boy. He worked his way up to being a errand boy in parliament. Within a year he became a member of parliament and with in another five years he became Vice president. He was married before he became vice president he was married to a gorgeous wife who died leaving her with Alissa his daughter. He spends all his time with her when he's not working and rarely has time for a life. He was voted by the presidency and parliament to take part in the UN counsil meetings. Personality Type: Using going, and critical of himself and others. Tries his luck when ever he can with girls/ Specialized field: He's an electrical engineer but Software is his specialty. 12 time Robot war champion and overall genius Ranking request: 4 low The field: Name: Vinnie Jones Age: 32 Nationality: South African Personality Type: doesn't have a personality. He follows orders that's it. Specialized field: Infiltration, camouflage tactics, sniping. Military Reference: A seal SA navy since the age of 18 at nineteen he was upgraded to troop leader. At 22 he joined special ops and trained in the art of concealment and infiltration and intelligence gathering by using any means necessary. At 26 Vinnie disappeared from the Navy logs to become a spy working in countries all over the world. Background before military: Vinnie grew up in the townships of South Africa with no mother father or other family. He used the military as a means to escape his difficult life style.
